Been going for years. People are amazing, lots of solid live music, great beer selections. A true treasure of a place. 🤟😎❤️

If zero was possible would do it. Was just denied staying inside for having an expired id I was fine with not drinking, but I was told me and my friends had to leave. Had weird looks and felt very uncomfortable as a guy looking and darkest person in the room.

Nicky was a fantastic Bartender on top of everything and a friendly demeanor. I will definitely be back on a Saturday to see how it is when packed. They had a very welcoming open mike with everything from spoken word and old fashioned Americana to covers of the Chili Peppers and Dire Straits. If your an artist looking for a safe space to hone your craft I highly recommend.Leaving now a very satisfied customer.

Seems like a great local spot with live entertainment. Local crowd of regulars were having a great time. Got to meet owners and they made us feel very welcome. Lots of room and comfortable seating. Cold beer, good stuff !

Nice little pub in the middle of Conroe. It was nice to hear some live music during the week. Its always fun to see what local talent is around.

Monday Night Open Mic is a a blast!! OMFG Paco Perez is so good! Hes a great singer, hes a great guitarist, hes a great drummer, hes a great host! Great guy all around, the list goes on. All the bands were rockin! A variety line up though good well-rounded rock. Trey is by far a most superb bartender. That man is on it!The atmosphere was really comfortable. I love the eclectic style and bluesy appeal. Nothing matches and yet it all does.Oh and ladies, the bathrooms are so nice. Two stalls, both locks work, clean, smells clean, mood-pleasing astetics and appropriate lighting by the mirror.Well definitely be back. Love that energy!

Ok. Place. Not my crowd around there. But thats just me. Bartender is nice, pretty and very fast with drink orders. Usually live music too.

Good chill place to hang to have a decent drink.. the bartender is slightly rude and refuses to wear a mask, but she makes a ungodly white russion. To be honest the bar is lacking a modern touch and has sanitary issues that need attention... the food is next to snack shack quality you would find in Conroe Highschool, and the type of demographic is attracts is kinda concerning.. given that its the only place in downtown Conroe to get a drink your options are next to none.. your better off driving to the woodlands if you are looking for anytype culture...

I have lived in this area for several years and went to The Corner Pub for the first time recently. I am glad I did! The minute I walked in, it reminded me of back home. We met some friends and enjoyed the live music. It was awesome! I only drink non-alcoholic drinks. The Shirley Temple was perfect. 😁👌I really liked the old wooden tables and chairs. Perfect for getting together with friends. 🌟👏

The corner pub is great! Its all about the music there, and theres no other place like it around. The people there are all so professional, inviting, and encouraging. The corner pub is doing such an amazing job at showcasing the talent that Conroe Texas has to offer. Turns out there is tons of brilliant musicians in this area. Im thankful that the Corner Pub exists so that Im able to experience such Talent practically every day of the week. If I had any complaints at all it would be that there are no pool tables or anyting like that besides one dart board on the wall that nobody plays. Now I say that, but I know that this just isnt what you come to the Corner Pub to do. If youre going to the Corner Pub get ready for be best live music around accompanied by the greatest people youve ever meet in a bar.

Hometown bar feel-this place will make you feel right at home. I had the corn beef on rye which was fantastic and the potato salad is out of this world! Probably the best potato salad I’ve ever had in my life.

The venue is lovely. There are no bad seats in relation to the stage. The bands are top notch and you are not going to find a more accomadating and good natured Bartender than Mr.Bogart.

Had a great time! It is a corner pub located in historic downtown Conroe. Great service and drinks are affordable. The band "Slim Bawb and Lil Howard" were playing and they were great. Best rendition of "Georgia" I have heard since Ray Charles. It was very casual and comfortable. Loved the no smoking.

Absolute must visit!!! Very reminiscent of Luckenbach, Tx. I felt extremely welcome here and heard some amazing bands play. And the food! Perfect. Tasted like I made it at home.

Pretty bummed.Checked this place out at the behest of a friend that grew up in the area. Saturday night, around 9:30 - good amount of people, but not what Id consider busy.Arrived with my friend and a group of about 5 girls to a nice live band. Hole in the wall vibe, but I dig it. Stood at the bar for 5 minutes - nothing. 10 minutes - nothing.Look, Im 65". There were two bartenders. I know yall saw me, and if you somehow DIDNT, I know yall saw one of the other 6 people in my group at the bar. In fact, I KNOW yall saw me because one of you standing behind the bar literally looked at me and proceeded to serve a new patron and had just walked up.Were an easy-going group that was just looking to relax at your bar. Instead, you got $0 and 6 customers that will go out of their way to steer others away from your bar.Not sure what I or my friends did you make yall want to ignore us, but I hope it was worth it.

Great sandwich, we had the French dip, Matt was tender and juicy, au jus had great flavor. Cool atmosphere as they also have love music at night. Would recommend and visit again.

My favorite place to catch some live music after hours in the Conroe area. The venue is welcoming, unique and some of the open mic musicians are amazing. Mondays are my favorite days to be here with fewer people and still amazing bands.

Old school pub. Not many alterations to the building which makes it look great! Good vibe. The bartenders arent very knowledgeable about mixed drinks. And it can get overly crowded real fast.

Really amazing place. Came from out of town and was looking for something authentic. This bar is a hidden gem. Live Texas music, great atmosphere, good beer. Cozy and friendly. Highly recommend!

Ive checked into this place a few times on lunch break at work. Their little deli in the back is way good. They usually pile the sandwiches with meats, which is pretty rare. I only have a review on the deli though, since i only go mid-day. If youre curious about the bar, check other reviews.

People of color dont seem to fit into the mix here to well. However zeigenbock specials and open mics 4 days a week. If you like cheap beer and mild prejudice this is your place.

It’s 11pm and walking into the bar you’re greeted by infants(literally babies walking around). So if you’re looking for a night out on the town, do NOT pick this place because it’s a “family” establishment even after 10pm according to the bar tender Bogart. After making a comment about children being in the bar, Bogart walked away to avoid serving us.

Great place, great mixture of 🎶 you can relax and listen to up and coming bands and retired bands just jamming it out as well. I would recommend having stand up comic night..and also some male band members were inquiring if they had poem night..😀😃😄 Looking forward to recommending a great female comedian and listening to heartfelt poems to all the wonderful women who deserve to be appreciated by their significant other . 😀 . Please let all the customers know when you schediule those events. 😄

I just love this place. Their service is awesome, the ambient is fantastic, the sandwiches ohh my.... the sandwiches are to die for. Prices are grate and the owner and manager are just wonderful. There are even table games available for free you can play with your party or with anyone who would like to join. I totally recommend this place.

Very cool place to hang out! Older building in Downtown Conroe! Great couple of guys on stage playing for over 2 hours! Great job Ian Eisinger! You guys sounded great! Everyone in our group had a great time! Atmosphere was a little quiet at first, but got "bar loud" as the night went on. We will definitely try to make it up there again soon!

During the Cajun catfish festival the bartenders (4and the bouncers were awesome! The line was crazy long but still got my drinks perfect and concidering how many people within a awesome time frame. My wife and I will make this a regular stop on our way home to Cut and Shoot!

A great place to chill. The atmosphere is so comfortable. The staff is good. Whether your quietly chillin in the early evening or stick around and listen to some jams during their live music performaces, it a great pub.

First time here. Perfect place for BD celebration. The band was Awesome, wait staff was sweet and very attentive. We will definitely be back just to hang out with friends, have a good bite to eat and have a few drinks. I especially loved the laid back atmosphere. You have to try it. You want be sorry........

Whats not to love. Historic corner pub feels like a real place, and not some manufactured kinda hip, but like John Wayne mightve watered there. Nice selection, sweet smelling bar keep, and plenty of space to enjoy a jar.

This is a great spot to find some good live music in downtown Conroe. They have a full bar and an excellent selection of beer. They even carry several of our local breweries, including the Lone Pint Brewery in Magnolia, Texas... which I tried their Yellow Rose IPA which was really nice. They have a Deli in the back that makes fresh, tasty deli sandwiches at reasonable prices. This is an ultra casual place in historic downtown Conroe. It is a fun place that I would recommend...

This pub has an amazing vibe to it, the aesthetic makes you feel like you in a small pub where everyone know each other. Bartenders are engaging and make impressive cocktails. I will be returning

This place has always been one of my favorite places to go get a sandwich in Conroe. I love their Ruben and the Italian sub is delicious as well. They have live music here every night except for when theyre closed on Sundays. Open from 11 till 2 a.m.
