Really good Indian food with good service and sensible prices in a decent atmosphere. Highly recommended.

This is an outstanding, quality Indian Restaurant with excellent food. Every time I visit the area, I always make a point of dining at "The Coriander". Along with the Lamb Chop starter, the "Adha Diya" and "Noorjahani" dishes are my favorites. Every dish I have has here has been tasty, flavorsome and to the perfect level of spice. This is a one of my favorite Indian restaurants and beats anything Ive had in Londons West End.Please note this restaurant does give the option to tip, when paying the bill.

One of the worst Indian food I have ever tested. Chicken curry was not as per the menu description and chicken was not cooked properly. One of the veg curry has uncooked potatoes. If Amersham has any other good Indian restaurants then this would be definitely closed.

Great food but the service was rather slow. No excuses as we went early and they were not busy.

Spacious, fresh and modern interior, pleasant staff. Food was tasty, a rather extensive menu with plenty of choice and portions were generous.Highly recommended.

Dined in this evening for valentines. First time visiting and we shall definitely be back. Set menu for the occasion, was a great deal.Got my main mixed up but very quickly resolved and very apologetic.Staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was very very tasty, we will definitely be back and will definitely order take away some time to.Only downside is only room for a few cars on the small front, we were late due to struggling to find parking on the streets around and about.

We ordered a large takeaway for a birthday gathering the service was excellent all dishes arrived and food was superb.

First time trying, was recommended by a friend. Best curry Ive had, so flavourful and authentic taste. Very reasonable priced too. Beautiful decor, free parking was a bonus.

Was on business trip in Amersham, and fancied a curry after eating burgers last few weeks. Turned up at The coriander, what a stunning place.Very friendly atmosphere floor manager was amazing from the moment we walked in. I can’t praise this place enough.When ordering we asked for every dish to be spiced up slightly more than usual, it came out just perfect. Food and plates came out piping hot.Manager sorted us out a floater coffee on the house which was a nice touch.Food was top notch, defo worth a visit if anyone is in Amersham or nearby. Highly recommended.

The food was nice and our waiter was very friendly. Service was fast enough.

A great meal with the family after such a long time, excellent food and friendly attentive service, made a nice change to the takeaways we were having, the place looks really smart after the refurb too.

Havent visited the Corriander for at least 2 years or more!! A very very warm welcome, staff remembered us and were absolutely brilliant!! Fantastic service and as remembered beautiful beautiful food!! We shant leave it so long next time, had forgotten how good it is plus always a great atmosphere!! Staff are great too!! A fantastic evening.

Ordered the tandoori mixed platter as one of the dishes and the meat was dry. The mango lassi is very watered down. Quite disappointing 😕

This is one of the worst Indian restaurants I have had food from, honestly it is shockingly poor food. The starters looked like they were cooked with no salt or seasoning, the mains, the sauces were runny and had zero flavour. I have never left a bad review for a takeaway/Resturant but actually felt obligated to write one for these guys. Nothing against the workers because the service wasn’t bad, but the food was disgusting. Highly recommend eating anywhere else but here

Dishes are Indian , taste is not. Very unfortunate.We were with kids and we were told to mandatorily order full dishes for each one of the kids ....there is some arithmetic beyond my comprehension . Overall , I wont go back .

Really good food, shame no buffer for noise. If bust hard to hear what your table is saying (I am 60+ though!)

Best Lamb BiryaniOne of the best Lamb Biryanis Ive had packed with flavour and tender pieces of lamb. I also tried my partners green chicken dish which was amazing too a little hot for me but the waiter said we can order slightly less hot next time. Very polite and professional staff.

Best curry house in Amersham. Not authentic Indian (or Bangladeshibut not many are in the UK. Staff arent always the most receptive especially if eating with an Asian female... However its the best the town has to offer!

Have had some great meals there. The place is clean and friendly and the food is great.

Food was good however found the biryani quite bland without the veggie curry that is given. However I get it quite often when as a takeaway and usually it has more flavours.

Been here before, bottom of the road opposite the station. Always a warm welcome, always good food. I had sea bass yesterday for a change. It was excellent.Great service, great value.

Have to say one of the best indian Ive had. Salad was on point crisp and fresh. Same goes for service. Food taste and presentation was exceptional. Will be back and I would recommend this place if you really want quality in all aspects. It is that simple.

We just had a takeaway and are less than impressed. The naan bread was totally burned and inedible. The sag aloo was tasteless and seemed like mushy, frozen spinach and boiled potatoes. Both the curries were watery with just a few bits of chicken and the lentils just tasted of garlic and salt. This is the first time Ive ever given a bad review but we were really disappointed! Hope you make some improvements, Coriander!

Great flavours, some of the best Asian cooking I have experienced and consistent across the branches I have visited. Good service and prompt takeaway and delivery services.

The best curry we’ve had in a long time!Made a last min decision to pop in last night. They did us a dairy free rogan josh without batting an eyelid and we got some extra bits with our poppadoms too. Such a reasonable price, we will defo be back 👍🏼

Never had salad served like this, not to say that it took 1h 40 min for the food to arrive. What made me laugh is that it had half a cherry tomato LOL in it, might as well advertise it as leafs only.The kebab itself was tasting like cooked and frozen again and re heated.Only good bit was the prawn, and that was about my experience with them Jokers. I cant understand how they can serve that "salad" like that or the price for the frozen kebab.Avoid.

Reviewing takeaway: really good food, superb on 3 of 4 recent orders, good on the other.Highlights are the Sag Daal (side), the Sweet Pumpkin Baji (amazing side- you have to try!), Kind Prawn Dansak, Paneer Shashlik. Well priced, free home delivery and easy to order online.I think the chefs rotate between restaurants, which may underlie the slight differences on one of the occasions. Our go-to place for a Friday takeaway!

Think that this Resteraunt have changed there chef as the food has vastly improved. It used to be very salty but is much better now, great value if you eat there on a Sunday lunchtime & pick the buffet.

We ordered takeaway at 19:45 and received it at 21:45, after trying to get through to chase our food 68 times. The food was thrown in the bin because it arrived disgusting and cold. The containers were squashed flat. The restaurant sent an extra dish, which was a cold Korma sauce with no chicken. The chicken must have got frost bite and jumped out of the container to warm up. The poppadoms were practically crumbs. Weve eaten at the restaurant and had delivery before and both were good. We will NEVER eat their food again. What a waste of money!

Contemporary decor. Great value with lovely traditional indian food.Draught Indian beer as well as bottled alternatives. Reasonably priced wine.

Had a nice diner here last week. The food was pretty good, very nice Onion Barji and Veg Samosas for starter and a chicken tikka main with garlic nan and a chapatti. The chicken was very slightly overcooked, but really thats just being picky. The service was also very good.

Excellent food, great menu !Service itself was good but very very slow....had to remind them twice we were waiting. Seemed it was a busy night for takeaways from the number we saw coming out from the kitchen so they were frustratingly concentrating on those and not the captive restaurant customers hence losing a star !!

Sunday buffet from 1pm offering mixed starters, three meat curries, vegetable curry, rice and delicious Naan bread for £10 per head is fantastic value. The food is excellent too with Nepalese speciality dishes. Friendly staff but get there promptly for Sunday unless booked.

We just LOVE the Coriander. The food is always amazing, the guys are always brilliant and very happy to discuss dishes and recommend new ones for us to try. The best curry house Ive been to in a very long time!
