Absolutely beautiful Venue for a small intimate gathering.😍

Recently got married at the Conservatory at Waterstone, definitely a few keys points… the staff was amazing, we have to thank them 110% for being responsive and attentive. Next.. is that the food was delicious and served right on time, our guests were every satisfied. Last but not least, the venue is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and organized, can’t thank the staff enough for executing the entire experience. We love you all!

The members of staff are so nice to work with! They were so wonderful to schedule things around my wonky work schedule and were willing to help in any way. My husband and I had an AMAZING Harry Potter themed wedding here 2 weeks ago. We had individual colors for the guests based on their houses and everything. Amazing venue!

My fiancé and I recently toured this venue and ultimately decided not to select it for our wedding event. While we liked the industrial and non traditional feel of the venue and the pricing we just felt like it wasn’t the one. The style may work for some couples but not us. While we liked the 2 levels for pictures it felt like it separated the party to much. I did not like the idea for guests to carry food and drink up and down the stairs (roughly 10-15). I didn’t mind the store front front but the back “garden” just had to much parking lot around it. I think for us this place would be a great engagement party, bridal shower, baby shower, kind of venue but not wedding enough! Janet also brought us to the other venue The Grande which was nice since we are from out of state but we did not select that one either (see that review).

If I could get married here all over again I would! The venue was perfect and the staff took so much stress off my plate. Thank you!

My wedding will take place here next month. My fiancé and I were anxious to begin the wedding planning process, as we did not book until February, but the staff at this venue have made the process quite seamless for us! Communication has been great, the staff are pleasant, and they are very detail-oriented during our meetings! I can’t wait for our wedding next month!

My DAUGHTERS WEDDING was at this Venue, how she found this Small Intimate place, IDK.. Ms Linda was Great, alittle OVERWHELMING, cause the Guest List kept getting bigger.. But... I kept her Calm, & it was a GREAT WEDDING

Awesome venue for those most important day in a persons day. Recommend some type of shade for early evening summer events in the garden.

I typically don’t go out of my way to write a review on places but when it comes to a pretty significant and important day like your wedding i think i owe it to other people to save you from what i experienced.I do not recommend having your wedding here and here is just a taste of my wedding experience:-The venue was never on time with any of my invoices in addition, i had to audit every invoice to ensure accuracy because all my invoices had errors.-I paid $1400 CASH and my next invoice failed to reflect the payment and showed me owing more than i knew to be true. I had to call to ensure they actually recorded and saved my CASH payment. I’ll also add that i paid in CASH every payment.-My final invoices was NOT sent when they said it would be. I received my invoice the Sunday before my wedding and with the hectic week i forgot my cash payment and got the worst attitude from the owner - Joanne.-In addition to the owners attitude that day, the staff was rude to my photographers and many of my wedding guest. Rushing everyone through the entire day.-When my husband and i were trying to get photos of the cake cutting a worker got in the way of our photo and cut and removed a piece of cake… literally as we are trying to take photos. Her demeanor was aggressive and i guess she was annoyed we wanted cake photos?-I asked for a Spanish speaking DJ… sorry but Lenord does NOT speak Spanish. My music was wrong multiple times and i unfortunately didn’t receive good feedback from guest on the DJ’s performance. He was highly recommended and spoken highly about. But unfortunately i just didn’t get a good night out of him.-I’ll add that venue charges 3% on call card payments so that’s why i paid cash every time.All in all just a terrible wedding day. I was in the worst mood due to the owner being rude, the countless errors the venue made, the payment issues, lack of understanding and most importantly the professionalism of all the staff.I will say one person who composed herself well was Susan. I’ve never had a negative experience with her and she was very kind at the end of the day. I understand weddings are so stressful but when you’re in the business of weddings i expected a lot more professionalism from this venue and i just did not receive good treatment from them.Aside from that it is a very beautiful venue and if you do have your wedding here i hope you’re experience is a lot better than mine.

As a current staff member, I’ve got to say, I love working here, I couldn’t ask for a better team to work with, in my short amount of time that I’ve worked here, I’ve seen nothing but smiles, laughter and tears of absolute joy of many faces, I couldn’t be any more proud to have an occupation such as this, the attention to detail is up to par, this company is by far and will always be my second home away from home, I am proud to say I work for both the Conservatory and the Grande!

The Conservatory was AMAZING. We worked with them for almost 2 years due to Covid and they were very understanding during that time and the communication was flawless. On the day of, the coordinator made sure I was taken care of. I forgot about little details while I was getting ready but when I came down and saw everything, it looked great. I love how the venue is all inclusive. It made the day and planning so much easier.

What a wonderful find The Conservatory was! We booked with them about a year and a half prior to our wedding and could not have had a better experience or value. I will definitely say that going with an all inclusive venue saved us mountains of stress. They were on top of everything from tasting, florals, directions for cake tasting, etc. prior to the big day and always available by call or text for anything that we needed. On the day, I was still blown away at how accommodating and helpful they were. Everything was taken care of! Day of, we truly just had to show up. We had our precious pup along for the ride and they went out of their way to make sure she was having a great time too! If I were doing it again, I would still use The Conservatory and I will absolutely recommend it to others.

The owner of this venue, Joanne, is very rude! From the moment we got there she had an attitude. The venue is gorgeous but we will not be booking here because of how rude she was. I’ll be taking my business to Rose Hall, and I suggest you do the same!

Attended my cousins wedding here yesterday. The food is absolutely delicious and the venue was beautiful. Really well done!

This is the 2nd wedding reception Ive been to at the Conservatory. Both times, the venue was excellent. Well kept, with nice atmosphere and good location. IDK if the staff was with the House, but they were top notch as well.

The venue is nice but parking is a major issue. They are not clear about which food is always gluten free and what can be made gluten free. One of the bathroom had a leak in the ceiling.

We attended a bachelor party near this place in July.Chuckwagon style gathering, with covered pavilionseating.The meal was catered by Rays Barbeque from Memphis, Tennessee.And the Cloggers were from Ashville, N.C.Such a nice town!Both grooms looked stunning!

We came for my cousins wedding and the venue was absolutely beautiful the food and the drinks were amazing a wonderful time was had by all.

I am so glad that we held our daughters wedding at the Grande. The facility was lovely, and very reasonably priced. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient, making it possible for us to just relax and enjoy the day.

I just signed the paperwork to have my wedding at The Conservatory. Im so excited. The staff so far has been very helpful. They are very organized, I really didnt even have to ask that many questions. The venue itself is amazing, more modern than most venues you see around the city.

I cant say enough good about this business. Our sons wedding was held here this past weekend and I have zero complaints. The staff was attentive to every need and pulled off everything with excellence. The venue itself is very nice, with suitable amenities available to customers and their families, excellent food. The wedding coordinator did an amazing job! Parking was a bit difficult, but it was a Friday night and its in a downtown location. We were 100% happy with this venue for our event.

If you want an all inclusive venue for a low fee this is the place the process is easy. If you want high class and a wonderful experience I would look somewhere else. I had my wedding here 5 months ago it turned out fine but I wish I would have used another venue now that it is all done with.

Great venue. Had a couple of events here before and the catering is awesome, the layout is charming, and the staff is so efficient and courteous. Everything ran so smooth at the wedding and you hardly wanted for anything. The staff was so on top of it.

Had our special day here, well prepared, staff is didnt skip a beat. We got married on Sept 29th 2019. Food was in place for everyone at the perfect time. Staff was I the right place at the right time. They were very patient with us on time. Thanks looking forward to send other friends and family there to have they best day.

Loved Loved Loved this venue!! Beautiful!! Old historic brick walls, 3 stories with wrought iron railings, balconies over looking the dance floor and dining area and quite a beautiful private courtyard w a NOLA feel.There are many different options to choose from when deciding where to place alter and the guests, which allows the bride & groom to cater to their unique desires.The sun does set facing the back - which would be the courtyard. So thoughtful placement of the bridal party is idealSince my father-in-law designs bridal gowns and wedding parties, we frequent ALOT of weddings. This place By Far has been the most amazing in Georgia! If you are searching for a 1924 historic, yet quite spacious venue This is your place!!Its also a full service venue w a friendly helpful staff.

Had our wedding here last night and it was an amazing experience. This venue is perfect for those that want to have a beautiful wedding without having to sort through vendors and plan each thing out individually. They made things so easy from the beginning. They reached out whenever it was time take another action ( dinner tasting, cake tasting, choosing decor, etc). I could not have asked for a more perfect experience. Suzan was our day of coordinator and she did a great job of keeping things on track and making sure we were happy. They thought of everything! They even packed us up individual to go plates of our wedding food to have the next day. The packed up our cake. Helped us with a DJ...i mean man. No complaints. Ive received so many compliments about the food and decor. One friend even told us our wedding was her dream wedding! So thankful we found this place and since we did it on a Thursday the wedding was even more budget friendly.

Getting married here was the best decision. I got married back in May and everything was excellent. Everything was planned out so the day of our wedding we didn’t have to worry about anything. The food and DJ were very good. Our coordinator for the day made sure EVERYTHING ran smoothly. And our flowers were AMAZING! I would recommend this place to anyone planning their wedding. We looked at other places and were getting frustrated. We decided on the conservatory and I don’t regret one bit. They really did a lot to make sure our day was something we won’t forget.

Went here for a friends wedding. Its a smaller venue, but it is absolutely gorgeous. Wasnt fond of the stairs from the ceremony area to the reception area, but thats my fault for wearing heels to a wedding. The bartender was great, the drinks were premade and only a few options, but still good. This is definitely somewhere I am considering for my own wedding.

I recommend this venue to anyone that is getting married. My husband & I got married on August 4,2019 and our wedding turned out very nice. The staff at Waterstone was very helpful the day of and even planning our wedding they was very helpful. It’s been two weeks and my family and friends are still talking about how nice our wedding were and everyone was talking about how great the food was. My son and his Bride were married at and had their reception at The Conservatory recently, and it was a wonderful experience all the way through! The pleasant and courteous staff ensured everything go well for the happy couple on their special day. The accommodations of the wedding setting and the reception are exceptional, as was the food for the reception! Their wedding planner/coordinator was extremely helpful making things run so smoothly and served my son and bride all of the time during their wedding and reception! All of this was provided by The Conservatory for one inclusive and very reasonable price within budget! We are so grateful to everyone at the Conservatory for making our son and daughter in laws day so very special and beautiful!

I recommend this venue 100%. My experience wasn’t perfect, there were some hiccups but I think that the venue did everything in their power to be accommodating and make my day special. No ones wedding goes completely smooth and it’s an emotional process. I really love the staff, they were so kind and understanding. If you’re on a budget, like I was, definitely check out their different packages, I was able to afford a beautiful wedding that I didn’t originally picture was possible!

Wedding 10-26-18 It would be hard to know where to start. They made our day perfect! It started a little over a year before our wedding date. The venue offers a couple different packages and they are all an exceptionally good deal. They are an all inclusive venue including food, drink (alcohol packages separatecake, DJ, & flowers. They go over every detail and work with your ideas and requests.The cake was beautiful and our original design. The decorator they use was very accommodating with our unique requests. The DJ was so good, our family from out of town wanted him to do a wedding in Pennsylvania. He too worked with our requests. Finally, when was the last time guests raved about the food at a wedding buffet? In our case, just a month ago!! That’s how good the food was!While the officiant and photographer are not part of the package, they give you three suggestions (you can use your own if you’d likefor each. The officiant (Lynn Sennettwas amazing, working with us back and forth on the ceremony, making it personal to us. The pictures shown are from the photographer we chose (Jennifer Mills).They have indoor and outdoor options for the wedding. Inside is reminiscent of bourbon street with the wrought iron railings and bricks in the floor. Definitely give this place a look. Your guests will be pleasantly surprised once they walk inside and so will you!!!! Last, and far from least, the staff was simply amazing to deal with! It’s truly a hidden gem in Acworth!

We had our wedding there on 11-21-18 and its was lovely. We live over an hour away from the Conservatory, but it was well worth the drive.They were very nice and courteous. I had so many questions leading up to the wedding and all were answered promptly. My guests raved about the food(including the cake), the venue and the staff. We were very happy with our choice to have it here. If the weather permits, please use the outside area. It was lovely. Thank you guys for everything. This was an experience that we will cherish forever.

Attended beautiful wedding in outdoor setting with indoor dancing and sit down dinner for more than 50. Lots of care taken to make event run smoothly. Only negatives - parking can be challenging if its a Saturday night and chicken appeared pre-cooked, frozen and reheated and was a solid, inedible chunk on the plate.

A very romantic ambiance. A perfect place to get married.The staff was attentive and on top of everything to make sure the wedding went perfect. There was no detail left out.My sister had a wonderful wedding. As if out of a fairytale, including the horse and carriage.If looking for a beautiful wedding and a seamless day. My wife and I had our wedding here and I cant say enough good things about it. Everything from the planning to the wedding day itself was perfectly and meticulously executed. The people here are the best in the business. If you want a beautiful and stress free wedding, you couldnt ask for a better spot than The Conservatory. Instead of worrying about everything going as planned my wife and I focused on having fun and spending time with our guests, and that is truly priceless. On top of all of that, the prices and wedding packages are very fair and well worth every penny.

My husband and I got married at the Conservatory at Waterstone on February 10th, 2018! This venue and the staff were amazing from start to finish! First off, it’s incredibly beautiful inside (nice exposed brick, beautiful wood floors and a very romantic feel)! The staff are really professional and go out of their way to ensure you have a stress free big day! The planning process was so easy! Whenever we had questions or wanted to make changes, the staff were really nice, responsive and accommodating. The vendors used by the venue are awesome! Our guests really enjoyed the food. We loved our flowers from Maria! The wedding cake from Confection Perfection was so delicious! Our DJ LeNard was great and interactive. Michelle coordinated our wedding and she kept everything moving smoothly and on time! I cannot say enough good things about this venue! We are so thankful that we chose such a great venue.

I have not yet had a wedding here so I can not speak on how the Big Day goes. I can however share my experience of customer service from first talking to them and setting up a tour. They have been extremely helpful and have answered my questions with patience. I went for a tour this weekend and immediately felt at home. Michelle gave us a tour of the building and its breath taking inside. She was extremely nice and went into great detail. I had my mother and daughter with me and she gave them the same respect and attention. When it came time to talk about booking she laid everything out and never pressured me to book anything. We had already told her that we were just starting to look at Venus and she told me to find a place that made me happy even if it wasnt here. This place and their staff are awesome.

I was there for a friends wedding and I must say this is by far my favorite venue. Its simple classic beauty is what made it the best site for their nuptials. Its one of the better kept secrets in Acworth and the staff are amazing. The menu was delicious best mash potatoes ever. Both inside and outside made you totally forget about the outside world. To top it all off Ms Michelle the coordinator was both friendly and the staff was the best.

We got married at the Conservatory on 7/28/17 and it was more than we could have asked for. The service from everyone -- the day-of coordinator, the suggested DJ, the staff and everyone in between made our wedding day just the way we had dreamed! Its a cozy, intimate setting but large enough to comfortably accommodate our 130 guests. All meetings leading up to the wedding were so stress-free and their team was always available when I called. The food and cake were both delicious and there was plenty for everyone. Were so glad we chose the Conservatory for this once-in-a-lifetime experience!

I cant even begin to explain how wonderful this venue is. My husband and I were married here in June and the entire experience, from the stress-free planning to the beautiful day of, could not have been better! I was an out of town bride and the entire staff made it easy for me to communicate and plan. Susan kept me sane and feeling organized throughout planning, Michelle made the day of run so smoothly (I never had to think about what was coming next, I just got to enjoy my wedding day), and Marias flowers were above and beyond anything I imagined. All of their recommended vendors were great too. Venue is beautiful, food is delicious, cake is delicious, prices are very reasonable. So glad we chose to celebrate our wedding day with this wonderful team of people!

My husband and I were married here on June 4, 2017. Everything was absolutely flawless. The staff was amazing and super flexible, the food was out of this world (our guests kept walking up to us during dinner to tell us how much they liked the food), the DJ (Greg Piccianowas superb. This is the best place to get married- hands down! We couldnt have asked for a better place to have our wedding.

We loved having our wedding at this venue. Everything was taken care of and Michelle our wedding coordinator was great. The florist did an amazing. I showed pictures of what I wanted and they made it happen! I really wanted my wedding outdoors, but the weather didnt permit, so we did it indoors and it was still beautiful.

Can I give this venue 50 stars?!?!?! Hands down best venue! The whole experience was stress free, organized and very professional. EVERY one of our guests loved the wedding. From the beginning, you feel like family. They do EVERYTHING for you. There will be many things your’d never think of, but they do and everything is written down. The food was top notch and not your typical wedding food. The Flowers and Décor were more than I expected. You really get more for your money with their package. We used the phot booth and all of our guests loved it. Our DJ Lenard was awesome. He really got the guests excited and up dancing. I’ve planned many wedding myself and it was nice to find a venue that I didn’t have to micromanage. I really enjoyed that the seating was away from the dance floor so our guests had to get up and mingle and dance. I could go on for days about how awesome everything was. I got married at The Conservatory at Waterstone on February 19. From day one, I never stressed or had a worry at all. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The planning was simple and the execution was flawless. It was the perfect day that my husband and I planned. The flowers were beautiful. Music and DJ (LeNardwere perfect. But most of all the food was incredible... I think everyone fears wedding food but our was amazing! It was better at the wedding than at our tasting event.

We couldnt have been happier with our wedding at the Conservatory! I want to do it all over again just because it was so wonderful. From the time we booked our date until the finality, everything was top notch. They are a well oiled machine and couldnt be more organized. It is rare to find a venue that does it all and does it well! The food, DJ, cake were all fantastic! It makes it so much easier on the bride to know that no detail will be overlooked. Everyone we worked with was fantastic, from Joann to Susan, to Maria. We were made to feel very welcome and special, highly recommend!!

I wanted to take the time to compliment this incredible company and to give them the recognition that they deserve. The entire staff was incredible and professional. My wedding was a dream come true. Not only because I was able to marry my best friend, but because they created a beautiful environment for me to do so. All inclusive is always the way to go and Waterstone Events is amazing. The food and cake were delicious, the staff was on point and attentive, and our DJ, Greg Picciano, was perfect. He really brought the feel of the occasion together! My special day was flawless and stress free. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

I wish I could give this company more stars! They were amazing from beginning to end. We were originally planning to have our wedding in March of 2017, but our family received the news that my fiancees mothers cancer had taken a turn for the worse. They gave her 6 months to live. We knew we wanted her to be there for our ceremony. Joanne and her team were marvelous in accommodating us. We went from planning a wedding 9 months out to just 3 weeks out. We werent sure if it would be possible, but the team at the Conservatory at Waterstone pulled it all together. Everything was absolutely perfect. The decorations, service, food. They are so organized and the sweetest team of people youd ever want to work with. I will share my letter to the team below:To the Wonderful Conservatory at Waterstone Team,Now that things have settled down a bit, Ervin and I just wanted to take the time out to thank you for your outstanding work! You made this process so simple and we cant thank you enough for all the extras that were provided. We were able to enjoy our day with no worries. Your staff were amazing! They were so kind and professional during the reception, the decorations were beautiful and Jackie made sure that everything went off without a hitch! They tell brides to be prepared for at least one thing to go wrong on their wedding day, but I can truly say that our day was perfect. I cannot thank the amazing staff at Conservatory at Waterstone enough for making our amazing day so incredibly unforgettable! Their patience, understanding, expertise, and professionalism truly made for the most perfect Wedding! JoAnn, Susan, Jennifer, and Michelle truly know how to plan events that you will want to revisit again and again. They are a full service venue and take care of everything from the DJ to the Cake-- leaving only the simple decisions to you! Planning a wedding this way takes the stress and worry out of it all. Jackie & Joann are GREAT! We were on a budget and they worked with us and made our wedding amazing!They provided everything from the food to the music, and made everything look beautiful. This venue is VERY organized, and I did not have to worry about a thing during the process of planning it. The day of my wedding the event manger was wonderful, and made sure that I did not have to worry about anything, but having a good time.Our friends & family enjoyed the day and still are talking about how much they loved the venue.I would recommend this venue to anyone, because they know how to ease your mind on the very special day. I really wish that I could relive it all over again because it went by so fast having such a GREAT time!!THANK YOU THANK YOU Ladies!!
