The plants and flowers are lovely. There are a couple of benches to rest for a bit if its not too crowded (tourists by bus loads).

Really well done cared after conservatory. It is jam packed with plants from floor to ceiling. There is a lovely serene feeling in there with the quiet noise of running water. Note that they are very much against bridal parties using it for photo shoots.

Love the flowers here. Dont need to go to botanical garden to enjoy the flowers. Very beautiful.

This is a great spot to sit and relax on any day, enjoying the quiet greenhouse atmosphere. The flower displays change throughout the year so you can always find something new to appreciate. It’s a great spot for photography of all types.

Visit this freebie even if you have no time to walk all around the gardens. Close to Cooks Cottage & Visitors Centre. Most tourist buses offload here. Walk through this glassed Spanish Adobe building with pretty fountains at either end. The plant displays & arrangements are changed every season. It is in the Landsdowne St- Wellington Parade busiest quarter of Fitzroy Gardens. You will be able to navigate with pram or wheelchair. Pretty small - wont take long. There are seating inside if you wish to linger though the selfie takers will always be buzzing around!

QUAINT LITTLE CONSERVATORY IN THE FITZROY GARDENSThis is a small greenhouse that is open to the public. It has a range of plants that are able to thrive in the colder seasons due to the glass roof.People with mobility issues will struggle a little if in a wheelchair but otherwise its on a flat level surface.

The food was amazing as the crispy pork belly was so tender and crispy. The oysters and prawns were very fresh. A great variety of food.My son kept coughing to the point where he was sick. I was so appreciative the staff was so helpful and made it all so smooth. I could not fault the service of the staff at all. Helpful, polite, friendly and efficient.

This place is amazing. The whole Fitzroy gardens is a great place but this conservatory tops everything. One of the treasures of Melbourne for sure.

Plenty of gorgeous flowers, very much enjoyed my experience, its nice to come every few years and see how its changed, ebbed and flowed as time had done also, there was also a gentleman bathing in the fountain out the front, got to be one of the top highlights of my year so far, wonderful, thanks very much.

Amazing food and great ambience

Lovely garden, delightful. The gardeners do a great job looking after all the healthy plants. Shame it’s closed now due to corona, looking forward to reopening soon.

It was under renovation when I went but it looked intereting when peering through the window. Free entry and not too hard to find. Its close to Cooks cottage, just keep an eye out for the signs.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Conservatory in the Fitzroy Gardens is closed for emergency repairs. We are hoping to reopen in early June.

This tiny but smooth and lovely conservatory is occasionally crowded, but with decent views, and plants.

Visited Melbourne in winter so was great to go to The Conservatory for a dose of vibrant colour. Awesome texture/colour/shape combinations with the plants. A small venue.
