The Coffee Club - Goulburn Square in Goulburn

Found this place to be dirty, staff were clearing tables and wiping food scraps to the floor and leaving it.When I arrive I went to sit on the fabric chairs but they were heavily soiled and chose the hard chairs.

Goulburn NSWI wasn’t going to leave a review but after the 3rd STUFF up here it is..New trainee on the counter no support overcharged x 3,Money refunded, Coffee ordered on soy receive coffee full cream milk. Remade not bad.Ordered a brekkie roll with hashbrowns received bacon and egg. No refund offered no offer to remake burger.Only joined up a week ago has now lost my support.Make sure your staff are fully trained and confident.Ask to speak to the Manager, who Attitude didn’t help the situation and only help me move gone from the situation. If they had a minor star I’d be giving them a minus.RegardsMoving on

Amazing customer service, very friendly, joyful people. Bought a Large Salted Caramel Espresso Frappe with cream. And it was so delicious. Such a light cold coffee drink that really brightened my day. I would definitely try this again!

Nice and quiet in a busy mall. Not far from the food court and near the main carpark entrance. Nice tasty quality food and good service.

Waited 40 minutes for our food, poached eggs hard as rocks and chicken was cold.Waiter wasn’t friendly at all and my lettuce was drenched in dressing and was inedible.Very sad cause this place used to be sooo good.

Friendly staff and food is good. Enjoy watching people go about their daily tasks. With friends or by yourself. Enjoy my potato wedges with sweet chilli sauce and sour cream, yummy!.

The most over cooked eggs and I mean the yellow was the only part left.. the rest was like plastic..

The coffee was nice and hot as I ordered it but it arrived 10 minutes after the burned raisin toast.

We have dropped in here a couple of times on our way to or from Victoria and have always been happy with the great food, coffee and service. 👍

Food was poor very small portions. Pancakes didnt seem to be cooked fresh at all.No signage to say there was a 15% surcharge for public holiday. Had to ask why price was so expensive.Deffently wont be returning back. Very disapointed

Best coffees and milk shakes, I personally watched one of your workers clean vomit from the front of your store, which she couldnt considering its a cafe thats not her responsibility its the responsibility of the mall staff to do this, and she handled a stressful morning perfectly, Maddie should be commended on her efforts.

Food was OK but they were fitting light fittings above our head while we ate. Oh&s issue and not the ambiance I expected to have during lunch poor form this could have been done after hours

Took way too long and food was either under cooked or over cooked.. much smaller meals compared to other coffee clubs also

Its a good thing the service was respectful and polite, otherwise I wouldve stormed out of there. Took 40 minutes for two simple small meals. I observed my surroundings and everyone else had the same problem. We went through two hot drinks before the food was served. And when the moment of truth came, the calamari was rubbery and dry. And fish was just batter, the actual fish was half a cm thick if even. Good on the waitresses and baristas though, they are efficient workers. Its the kitchen thats the problem.
