Village Centre, Shop G5/1 Perry St, Batemans Bay NSW 2536, Australia, Batemans Bay
All-day breakfast and cafe lunches, plus signature coffee blends, in an established, casual chain.
Good coffee and nice food. Service was also very good.
Best Coffee Club we have eaten at by far!
Its was very warm in cafe, a bit uncomfortable
We went to buy for take away and my partner borrowed the charger cause “obviously” her phone was dying but the lady on the counter was rude saying, we’re only buying takeaway food. We waited a few minutes, we gave it back since it’s not working anyway. Poor customer service from that lady that’s why it’s a 1 star
Dont like my money $54.8 not good
Excellent service and great food. Huge servings, well worth the money!
Its is a franchise Cafe. Stock standard reliable food and coffee.Staff are friendly helpful and pretty quick with your meal
Food mediocre. 15% surcharge on Monday 3rd a bit steep.
Very rude staff. You don’t feel welcome when dining in.
Delicious truffle mushroom omelette, good coffee and chai latte.
The meal we ordered was served on stale bread and the coffee was poorly made. I mentioned this diplomatically to the staff, they seemed disinterested with no solution - so we left.Disappointing all round.
Always head there for a cappuccino, excellent service

Seats are wise there are lounge chair areas and seating AREAS and dining room areas also leather lounge chairs areas for the more modern family members areas of dining and etc and etc and etc and the menu if far from boring it has a large amount of things too chose from...... From just your regular basic breakfast and coffee breakfast 🥞🍳🥞🍳🥞 too a gormaye breakfast and coffee....... Gormaye milkshakes and thickshakes..... Smoothies..... Juices....... Frapes...... Iced coffees and Chocolates...... Orange juice apple juice...... Then Toasties..... The list goes on and on my friends...... And thats only the breakfast menu they also have a lunch and others menu too so give the breakfast club a try its well worth the drop by
Nice place for breakfast while your st the shops
Good food, reasonable service, average pricing, seating OK but limited but I found the venue too noisy
Iv always experience a warm lovely feeling every time iv visit my favorite cafe. Divya and Ananth have become family not to mention the creamy delishous coffee!!!!!
The people in the coffee club are very polite and friendly can not do enough for there customers very nice coffee as well
Fantastic variety of food good coffee and great staff and service I eat a lot there
Coffee was good, service was fast n friendly. Enjoyed our meals all around 👍🏻
Just passing through Batemans Bay and stopped here for a late lunch. It started with great service and a smile and continued with an excellent Vegetarian Breakfast. If I’m passing here again this will be my place to go. Thank you.
Coffee is awesome, it off tap 👍👍👍Well done guys for keeping it real.Highly recommended 🍵
Don’t normally go to coffee clubs but needed a quick coffee today so we ended up there.Coffee was reasonable not quite strong enough for my own liking but that is a personal preference.Initial service was lacking and we stood at the front counter waiting for someone to acknowledge us. Waitress walked by and staff behind the counter were busy but could’ve still acknowledged us or taken our order.Chairs stacked up in the corner which really should’ve been somewhere else (note to centre management).
Had a very noisy air conditioning unit. Felt sorry for customers sitting next to it. Did not have all milk options available due to shortage. Irrespective that they are located directly next to a Coles supermarket. Coffee is OK.
So quiet for this time of year . Good coffee fast service
Very average. Poor coffee, poor service, messed up my order, then said they hadnt! Save your money and go to McDs!, its way better!
Big breakfast was nice.
Waited an hour for breakfast and then when it arrived poached eggs reeked of vinegar.
The Place was Alful! From The Last Tim6 That I was There! The Sandwichs was Made Alful ! The Bread was Two Thak Like Door Stopers! 1🍞
Everyone serving here was very rude to us and acted like we were a big inconvenience when we ordered and when they brought us the food, huffing and puffing. Asked me to hurry up when paying and told me the wrong prices too. Wont be back
It took 15 minutes before I finally complained because I didnt have my coffee yet. The guy making coffees, although he hadnt made a coffee for a good 5 minutes said he was making it now and they were busy, which they certainly werent but would I like my money back. I took my money telling them it was ridiculous to wait so long when they were literally standing around not doing anything. Terrible, terrible service.
Good food and good coffee. Nice to see that stuff does great job in these troubled times.
Delicious coffee. Quick service. Nice for a catch up
Ordered the big breakfast, scrambled eggs dry, cold baked beans, Way too much butter on stale toast. The new owners have totally stuffed it.
Waited so long for food and coffee. Food was bland not worth the money, not to mention the 15% surcharge. Wont be back again
The best quality food in town, well priced, and the most lovely staff. My favourite place to go for breakfast and lunch as theyre so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend going
I needed a cafe to jump onto a prospective client conference call, and we needed to pick up some forgotten supplies from supermarkets. So a quick duck into the Aldi and Woolworths in a Stockland Mall in Batemans Bay, where I chanced upon a Coffee Club.Coffee Club is a franchise, so the food menu is similar in nature all over the country, although obviously the quality is determined by the local cooks. Seniors get a good discount here, and there were plenty using this for a light, if not quite wholesome meal. The toasted sandwiches have great fillings, and accompanying chips or salad fills the plate. Whilst I didnt get to eat the food, no-one was complaining, it looked great, and plentiful. This is in a shopping mall, with a wheelchair ramp, underground and open air parking within a few paces. This wasnt quite like eating at an aged care facility, but not too far off. There were no families, no music. The vibe was definitely shopping mall catchup for the seniors. Which makes sense in a seaside town like Batemans Bay. The family cafes and restaurants are all probably on the waterfront.Coffee Club is very reasonably priced, and has meals ranging from <$10 to late $20s.The Service was all counter-top, with table delivery. Friendly enough if you take the initiative.Food: 4Access: 4Ambience: 3Cost: 4Service: 3
One of the best coffee shop in town with friendly staff, quality coffee and delicious food my favourite one is flat white 😍😍😍
It’s now under new management. They’ve put new furniture in, which is good. However it’s the other things which need to be addressed. They take too long to make your order. They have plenty of staff standing around doing very little, put them in the kitchen to help! There were no glasses near the water jugs. This is the attention to detail that is missing. If you are going to charge high prices, lift your game or get out.
Nearly 30 minutes for a really basic order. 4 other later ordering tables were served ahead of us. Not really good service
Awful service: servers had no clue what was in each drink/dish when asked food looked unappetising and tea was served in a stained and chipped teapot chicken looked burnedAlso paid $20 for 3 chicken stripsWould absolutely NOT recommend this cafe
Must say from outset , I shouldve spoken up but when you visit a franchise youd expect it to be the same at each business , not so at Batemans Bay Coffee club . I ordered the omelette with mushrooms and feta , arrived smothered in dried green stuff , hiding a layer of tomato sauce ( not as per menuthe mushrooms werent cooked and omelette instead of light and fluffy was overcooked and quite chewie , . suffice to say I didnt eat it , and as I have stated shouldve spoken up .Maybe the Franchisor should visit each business occasionally it may help with food service and standards
I’m absolutely over purchasing rubbish cafe foodI visited the coffee club Batemans Bay todayI purchased 2 mealsBoth meals were over cooked with the chicken un edibleWe had our grandson with us so as to not cause any sort of possible situation we just left the Coffee Club with the chicken on the plate. We love the meals at the Coffee Club on the banks of the Nepean River Penrith so since moving to the far south coast a few month ago we have tried the Batemans Bay cafeBoth visits have been sub par from what we expect from this franchise.Neither visit included any questions regarding our experienceGive this restaurant a wide birth
The food is different to what they offer in the Menu. The service is really bad. Poor hygiene practices.
I ordered a sweet potato and warm chicken salad with cranberries and feta with a plate of sweet potato chips. The chicken was moist and cooked perfectly. The salad was fresh. I did opt for no dressing and i found this to be perfectly fine. The service was fantastic. All up it was a great dining experience and will be back.
Ordered nachos and it cost $15 all we got was a thin spread of salsa over the chips and a bit of melted cheese with a side of sour cream and avo, not exactly what Id call nachos and certainly way over priced for what we got.
Food was fine but it took ages to arrive. I sat outside and watched the cook complete my order, place it on the counter and ring the bell for the waitress. Waitress was chatting to a co-worker who was sitting right next to the food delivery area and both didnt seem to care that my food was getting cold.I actually went inside and collected my own order. Such poor service is inexcusable.
Coffee, once the order arrived was good. But it took three attempts to delivrr two mugs of flat white coffee. First delivery was a single cuppacino, then two cuppacinos, and then finally - 20 minutes later, our correct coffee order- without an apology . Nor were we ever served our cheese cake tart, even after going up requesting it be delivered a 2nd time.We requested arefund for the tart on leaving , but even that took 10 minutes!Sorry. But this is the WORST service ever!2 stars for the eventually delivered coffee. The rest was abysmal!
Drinks were very nice but the full-on avo and feta? More like the full-on rocket leaves... Not enough avo!
Need better staff who can take orders as said and serve as billed.
ordered 4 small drinks, took them half an hour to make, there was no one else waiting and when it finally came it tasted horrible and one was spilt.
