Serving didnt a long timeDecor was good with fun facts but the backgroung sound was too loud.Other than that food was good but brownie of sizzling brownie was burned.I would suggest for a soft calming sound in the backgroun which can relax our mind

I have been to numerous cafes across the globe and I had the worst cafe experiences of my life here. The owner is super rude, ill-mannered, and arrogant. He has no understanding what the term cafe stands for and needs to be educated on how to operate a cafe franchise. This place is definitely the most rotten apple in the basket of the chocolate room cafe chains across. Super disappointed.

Over expensive, and the sundes are just ice cream scoops, nothing much. K

Insted of sizzling brownie they provide barbeque brownie... Even after instructing them to lower the pan temperature befor receiving order they provided the burning brownie 😥 ... I have came here 3 times in three consecutive months and the same result for last two months... Death by chocolate is having out of date pancake 😔

Must visit place for chocolate lovers.However they have added even many fast food items in their menu.Must Try : Chocolate Sizzlers & Kitkat / NUtella Sizzler.

Chocolate room is all about chocolaty bust on your toung, ever craving for that then you should try once, the service was not upto the point but the dutch truffle shake which I ordered was delicious 😋.

Worst food quality I have ever seen in surat. Very rude behaviour by staff members. Not recommended for surat peoples. Sizzler looks like biryani and has too much spicey. Dont waste time & money here

One of the best cafés for chocolate lovers , it’s must try is Ecstasy sundae which comes with two Icecream scoop along with brownie -only available at chocolate room, it paneer stuffed sandwich is also mouthwatering.Good ambience , friendly staff, pocket friendly located at prime location. Also has ample of parking facilities.

Bad experience two days in a row.NEW RECENT EDIT:Chocolate room famous for its desserts, really is a good option for chocolate dishes lovers.However personally i do like their burger, a specific one, if made with loveI have experienced both good staff services as well as pathetic staff services.Ambience is decent and comfortable, not sort of a high premium dine relative to the prices.In frame is cottage cheese steak burger and tex mex burgerCottage cheese steak burger seemed fresh and tasty, good tasted bun and delicious combo, i like its chutney or saucy based thing.Tex mex burger on the other hand is my favourite but the last time i had it, i was served deep freezed beans just cooked not well so the rajma and other beans were not well, cheese was like a thick SOLID blanket and it didnt taste quite well.

Peri peri Mexicana sizzler is a bomb item! Must try if you like a lil bit of hot n spicy food.

They have Full menu. Sweet, Spicy, Delicious. All.Ignoring from long time but when I saw the menu. I decided visit again. Panino was good. Chocolate and coffee shakes were delicious.So many items they have which I feel to try.

Taste is poor. Good interior but no proper parking facility. Security guys are unhelpful, and staff is unprofessional. Overall not a great experience but yes they have different types of chocolate varieties.

This is a hollow dome structure made of Belgium chocolate and it covers walnut brownie and scoops of vanilla ice cream. When hot chocolate is poured onto, its opens like petals of chocolate flower...Absolutely amazing experience. Staff are courteous and helpful..Must visit.. Recommended...

Great Showcase for taking pictures but quality of items is not appreciable. I have ordered 2 hot chocolates and it was not as good as the price. Overpriced and quality is poor.Seating arrangement is good but waiting time for single order is also long. I got my order after approx 20 minutes.

Good place to spend with friends and family. Nice ambiance. Good service. We ordered coffee - pic is uploaded and a veg cheese sandwich. Sandwich was not up to the mark. It was not grilled well. They got good sitting arrangements. Also have separate space for birthday or other parties.

Amazing place with beautiful ambience. Although it was very noisy on a Saturday night, yet did not fail to meet the expectations. We tried Mediterranean pasta and Vanilla chocolate surprise Pan cake. Both of them were right on taste with perfect flavours.

Its heaven for chocolate lover. We tried this backed masala 🍟 which was yummiest dish I ever had. You can have this dish between more than two people, because I swear you cant finish this whole dish at your own. Going to visit soon 😋 🤤

Have chocolate boom but chocolate ball was big but brownies was small and ice cream was also less in quantity and price are little bit heigher

As the name itself says its chocolate and chocolate in everything but they also serve other stuff too like pastas,pizza.... So its a nice place to go with your friends, partner but for families I dont recommend it as they dont serve a whole meal kind of thing and it is small for big families. But yes you can have some really tasty items made of chocolate. They dont allow cake cutting and one more thing is that it is a bit expensive for college students but yeah you can give it a try.

I typically talk regarding the taste, experience and some other factors when I visit some eatery. But, for this place. My experience was a bit peculier. I would not like to generalize the situation as this perticular brand have several outlets. I wanted to redeem some deal vouchers on Valentines day and due to some rough past experiences, I always read terms and conditions carefully. It was specified that voucher is valid till month end and it is not valid on public holidays. Alright. Understood. It is Thursday, NOT a public holiday. So let us redeem the deal. I showed them the deal. And at first they didnt react anything. I thought okay. maybe their preparation time is a bit long. As it is a thing around Cafes nowadays. So I waited for an hour. With the thought of oozing chocolate I spent that long hour. Then I inquired to the waitress, she told me to talk to their manager. I approached him. When I reached the counter, he tried to act busy.(I knew he wasnt as our table was on the back side of counter and I noticed that he was just gazing around Youtube.I waited for 5 mins or so and then he finally replied and told me to show the deal. I showed him the deal and he said that today is the public holiday and you wont be able to redeem it today. I told him that today is Thursday and apparently Valentines day is not the public holiday. He told me this exact sentence, "Kon sa din public holiday hota hai ya nahi hota pata nahi aur kaha kaha se aa jaate hai muft ka khane k liye." (" Without even having proper knowledge which day is public holiday, freeloaders show up to pick some free eats."I felt humiliated and left. I dont know about the food experience but step in experience was just freshly brewed out of hell. I would not like to step in atleast this place again.

Awesome interior. Nice place to have a friends reunion or youngsters hangout or have a coffee with your other half. A bit overpriced but it will compensate with an awesome taste. Had a nice time and can be selected by a person if you are a huge fan of choclates or recipes that have choclate in it.

Chocolate Room is an good celebration place with small group of friends. Place is not very spacious, but very comfortable. It is crowded normally.Chocolate varieties are different n mouth watering. Snacks, shakes, sandwiches, cakes, pizza, fondues, burrito remains tasteful n favorite.Service takes little time however staff is moderate and aware.
