Staff is very nice and accommodating, place is clean, and the atmosphere is great I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped in the door! Very chill, lives up to its name, highly reccomend

I have ordered here a couple times and the food is always meh.I am writing this review today though as I am sick of being harassed by this establishments customers. I live in the local neighbourhood and will occasionally walk to get something in the plaza. I have now, on three separate occasions, had remarks made to me about my mask by smokers. It is gross enough to have to walk past their smoking area, but to also get people attempting to pick fights over my mask is ridiculous. Move your smoking section off the side walk and away from where your nastiest customers can abuse the plazas other customers and locals.

Went to The Chill tonight with 2 friends. Hadnt been in along time due to covid and we were welcomed by Tracy like she had just seen us. Tonight was wing night, .99 a wing, great value and delicious. A delightful evening on the deck with good food and cold beer. Will be back!

Great neighbourhood/sports bar. It is the template for a sports bar/grill , always a game on with good food and good friends.

This place is a LOVELY little bar that served up some excellent St Patricks Day stew and had great service despite being very busy. Lots of locals here and they know whats up.

Service was great. Patio was nice and waitress was very polite and nice to talk to.

The only place my wife will get her battered mushrooms from 🤗 they have great food here! The ladies working are always super friendly and the atmosphere is always light.

This was a great place to eat right up until today when the owner decided to turn away paying customers.....the same customers who supported his business during the lockdown.Proof of vaccine required to dine in......no thanks.I can cook at home just as easy.

Just finished a pickup order of wings, poutine and onion rings. The wings were great, as were the sides. Order took 20 minutes from phone in to picking up. Really impressed with the quality and speed, and happy to support a local establishment.

Ordered takeout! Had the souvlaki dinner and some deep fried pickles..Food was amazing. So much flavour. Staff are always so welcoming and courteous. Highly recommend.

Great find in Waterloo.We literally stumbled upon this place, when we had a craving for wings, and my wife asked if there is a place nearby that has "Wednesday night wing special". We googled our location and Chill came up.We check the mostly decent reviews, and called to make a reservation for 3. And we werent disappointed.The service was quick, courteous and friendly. Drinks arrived quickly, our wing order was taken promptly. The wings were surprising larger than normal, meaty and properly prepared, all 3 sauces were spot on.Well be back, and next time we might order something else off the menu, as other items also looked interesting.

The Good: Great local pub, full of regulars from adjacent neighborhoods. Open to 1am most days with a decent menu selection. Cheap beer nights and wednesday wing nights with many HD tvs are perfect for the sports enthusiasts.The Bad: Occasionally service is slow, especially on game nights before 9pm. Menu is mostly deep fried items.The Ugly: Nothing, really. Place is often updated and features a good amount of decorative sports memorabilia. Staff is friendly and prices reasonable.The Verdict: 4 stars. A great local option for nearby residents. Lots of seating and parking. Check it out!

I went to this burger joint back when I was in university and while its changed/modernized, the basics are still there. Food is great, service is great (The onion rings are awesome!)

My husband and I get take out burgers from here every couple weeks. Probably one of the best burgers Ive had in KW. Delicious and perfect every time we have had them .

Went here after a soccer game and got a wing special. Asked for Cajun wings which were basically deep-fried wings without any flavour (barely had any seasoning on them). Not sure how they treat their sauce wings but overall disappointed in the lack of seasoning. Their fried chips and dip were quite delicious though.Server was friendly enough and the place does seem to be popular with sports teams / sports crowd.

Actually pretty disappointed.After a long day of work I was cravint Onion ringe and hicken strips. I arriver earlier than advise as I live just around the corner and came home to burnt chicken strips and about 5 onion rings (even though i called and Uber Eats offers a large size). I would have gotten a way better meal at Harveys for half the price.

The last three times here, the food was great. Daily specials are well priced. The staff are friendly, not flirty. I had the pea meal sandwich, fries, gravy and a stella for $17 after tax. I go for their gravy

Went out with my parents and the food and service were ten out of ten which is a good change considering the last time I was there. But my mothers Caesar was served out of a tap which is not the proper thing to have a Caesar its to have it properly next coming out of a bottle or a can. After we got home my mother proceeded to start puking. Therefore juices should not be served out of a tap they should be either in a bottle or coming out of a can at the very least.

Over an hour waiting for a chicken wrap. My crew had ate and got the bill. Waitress kept coming over to apologize that it was taking so long. After waiting over an hour she asked me if I wanted a take out container. I was wondering for what, I still hadnt gotten my food! Obviously a poorly managed establishment.

Great place to watch the game. Good food, good service. My only complaint is poor beer selection on tap.

Excellent value for food quality/portion for the price, but the service can be quite slow and cleanliness is a little lacking. For Teams: free kettle chips and 10% of each bill throughout the season can be applied as a discount to your bill at the end of a season if your team regularly visits Chill which is great! Just give them your team name and they will track it. They are also good about splitting bills if needed. Its hit and miss but overall not a bad place.

Great atmosphere and service. Love the menu and the clientele. Nice patio in the summer. Great location. Not a lot of parking but it works. Enjoy it any chance you get. Cheers!

The perfect local bar for casual drinks and great variety of food. Affordable wing night Wednesdays and daily specials, and very friendly staff and owner.

Great service, decent menu selection and the bar food I had was great (wings, nachos, fries). If youre looking for a non-chain bar to grab food and drinks with a friends or a team, its more than ideal.

Used to come here weekly for wing night before I moved away. Came back on the way to the other side of Waterloo for some lunch. The menu is mostly different but the buffalo chips are still tasty and the fish wrap I got from the lunch specials was pretty tasty. Im pretty sure the interior of this place hasnt changed in 15 years, though.

Popular spot for teams in the evening - if you bring a certain number of people from your team (six, I believe), theyll give you chips. Somewhat limited beer selection on tap, but good, solid bar food. It can get busy though, especially on the patio, and food service can be a bit slow because of that.

Used to have a 4 star review. Until tonight...It appears theres only 1 waitress for 100 people..Sitting here for over 45 minutes now without the ability to order dinner.Such a shame..This was a good place.Also not family friendly. I dont have small children but a feel for the few families in here. A few regulars are drunk and load talking about finger banging chicks and being too drunk and limp when they do it.

Cans of beer cost more than drafts, how is that a deal? Service can be slow at times but food is generally good. Nice if youre a sports team, you can post receipts towards a party at the end of the year

Good service and they are really nice to sports teams. If you come regularly as a team they put a percentage of your bill into an end of season party fund. They also give teams free stuff just for showing up.

Its got everything I need from a bar/pub. Really good service, GREAT FOOD, and the atmosphere is "chill". Lots of TVs too, just ask for the channel you want. Im coming back.
