The Cheesecake Factory in Abu Dhabi

We tried the Banana Cream Cheesecake which had Bavarian Cream and Banana Slices with hint of Banana in the cheesecake.

Thanks to Deepashai and Janice at the Yas Mall branch. Very professional and friendly service. Deepashai was kind enough to entertain our child while waiting and with good food suggestions.The food was great too, hope to be returning soon.

Excellent food. The shepherds pie is unlike anything i have had. And the brussel sprout is awesome too.

This was one of our fav place to eat, the qulity and taste was always good unitl last 3 months it strated to dropp. Gave it another chance yday but was worse food taste is so bad not like before at all. If it will stay like this will lose customers

The restaurant is empty and the staff is sufficientYet again no manager visited the table to ask how the food was…. The pasta dish was too salty. When I asked the waitress to cancel it her attitude wasn’t friendly - despite there is no stress of demand …The waitress didn’t even know the status of our orderNot too happy with this branchSlow service

Well it is already known at this point. You can never go wrong with the Cheesecake Factory. Every single item on the menu is really delicious. From Breakfast ➡️ Lunch ➡️ Dinner ➡️ The amazing distinctive menu of Cheesecakes!!!JUST GO FOR IT 😋😋

Really it was very bad experience bad service from the beginning we waited them to clean table more than half hour and when we go there its still not clean and we wait again after that we call the waiters maybe four times maybe more they ignoring really they dont respect as I feel like they will serve my free we have old lady have sugar we aske to serve bread they ignoring again really unbelievable after we decided to leave the table when we told the waiter he said sure?!! without even looking to my face really very bad restaurant I dont advise any one to visit them even by free I hope my msg reach to the owner

Excellent menu with a lot of options. I rated it 4 just because most of the food is fried and personally considered it as unhealthy. But overall, this is one of the best restaurants in Yas Mall

Mohammed (Im not sure if I spelt that correctlyensured a really great evening. Portions are huge! But tasty- I had the coconut lime curry. I miss appetizer options like we had before- I dont see the deep fried avo on the menu any longer. Restaurant maybe a little too cold

I have tried yas mall branch 3 times and it’s different from Dubai branches ! The taste and the quality of food provided wasn’t consistent as in Dubai ! Today i ordered a salad for home delivery and unfortunately the vegetables weren’t fresh at all especially the tomatos !! The taste was all garlicky!! Am hugely disappointed 😔

We went to eat there for lunch, my brother orderd SPICY CASHEW CHICKEN and I order ORANGE CHICKEN. Both are very pricy, and I can safely say it was the most bad experience ever. We didnt touch the plate, the sauce smell was bad. and when we told the waiter we didnt like the food he didnt even apoglize or anything.. i had to pay for something i didnt like or even eat. wasted 250 AED never coming again. Side note ( i felt stomach pain when i went home)CHECK THE EDIT BELOW!Edit: two of the restaurant managers made contact with me, both were very gentle and kind. They asked me to come to the restaurant again to fix my bad experience, and I did. After finishing up my dinner I asked for the bill, but the maanger came and told me there is no bill, its on us today, hope you enjoyed your meal. Even the chef came to speak to me, honestly they care a lot about their customers and Im definitely coming again. Thank you so much for the cheesecake factory and Alshaya Customer Service.

Excellent food. Even better service.Especially the Chef. Teejay ( who explaned the finer nuances of SteakandManager Rakesh who made us extremely comfortable.All the dishes that we ordered was excellent in taste.

Decent food and ambiance. However giving only 2 stars because of the service and waiting staffs expectation of a big tip. If the tip isnt large enough then their attitude sours towards the customer. This isnt the US!

Great food. Service was a bit slow and the bread and butter arrived after the main and was asked again by my wife.My California Salmon was a little too sweet.The rest is alright.

Management takes a sincere interest in customer satisfaction, and quality of food being served. My first dish was not up to Cheesecake factory standards. They corrected the problem, and made good on dish #2! Bon Appétit

Delicious food and nice staff

I would leave 0 stars, but I can’t so 1 star. The food is terrible tasting like a microwaved meal (which I’m sure it isand gave all who ate it digestion problems. Save your money and don’t come here, yes the portions are big but would you want a big portion of poison?

Thanks to Jane I had a wonderful dinning experience 😊,she was super helpful paying attention to details and making sure we have everything we needed. The food was amazing specially love the Korean cauliflower and cheeseburger spring rolls 😋

The food is amazing I recommend you guys to try the Chicken Madeira and luau Salad for sure! Id also like to comment on our amazing server, Mohammed Adel he is such a great, attentive server and is also very kind and has an energetic spirit while working!

I usually love the Cheesecake Factory, the service is amazing and the food is sooo good. However, this time all three of us have had some sort of bad stomach since. In my opinion it is from the food here. We haven’t eaten anything else and two of us are nauseous and throwing up, the other has been on the toilet for hours. Not sure what food it was as we all shared but it’s not pleasant.

One of my favorite restaurant brands for its great variety and delicious cheesecake choices. Very attentive and friendly wait staff. Generous servings. They also have wonderful choices for the kids menu which my daughter loves.

Had lunch yesterday, the food was great using fresh ingredients, resulting in delicious plates..portions are huge and the staff are very welcoming..would definitely be going there again👍🏻highly recommending their chicken piccata♥️

Absolutely top draw! I had Oreo milkshake which has to be the best milkshake I’ve probably ever had. I drank it so fast I had to order another drink, which was the classic lemonade (gorgeous too!). We had garlic bread with cheese - again brilliant. For mains we had pasta (Divinci pasta which was super although perhaps a little salty, and Louisiana chicken pasta, which sorry to say, again, it is absolutely fantastic! The dinner size portions are exceptionally large so make sure you really hungry or you’ll be taking half of it home! The kids meals are massive as well and very decent. You pay a little more here I think but the food quality and service makes it absolutely 100% worth it!

The Cheesecake Factory has an endless menu, with different types of food.We ordered 2 desserts - the Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake and the Salted Caramel Cheesecake (35 AED each). In addition, a huge glass of soft drink (Coke, Zero Coke, Phanta or Spritewith free refills.The Salted Caramel cake was great! The caramel was mixed into the cheesecake and didnt lose its rich taste.The Oreo was too sweet and bit dry, and suffered from unbalanced tastes (and I love sweet...).The service at the restaurant was very good!Will love to come back and taste other desserts in the future...

Cheesecake factory is a must place to go. Excellent dishes, balanced tastes and of course the final hit is the huge cheesecake portion selected out of tens of varieties.

I consider myself a hamburger lover. I have eaten them anywhere and everywhere I can get them. I thought I had tasted them all till I tried cheesecake factorys BBQ burger. The sandwich literally explodes in your mouth with taste and texture. It is note worthy to add that the service was also excellent. Even though the restaurant is a little noisy it is expected when you serve food that is this delicious. I will definitely be coming back!

The food here is pretty good as one would expect it to be considering the rates of the dishes. It is always very crowded, so its better to have a reservation or to book the tables in advance. As for the cheesecakes, they are probably the best cheesecakes you can find within Abu Dhabi.

Very good food, I enjoyed with famous lamb factory, and salted caramel. Prices are between 50-70 AED per dish and it depends upon request. Overall good place for getting lunch and dinner.

My favorite in Yas Mall especially with the kids, my favorite orders are: salmon with barbecue sauce, classic burger, tostada salad, avocado toast, healthy tacos.Update 2021: I tried their new menu was really good loved the new flat pizzas.

Day of the week - Thursday, Yas Mall branch.As usual it was a lovely experience visitng #cheesecakefactory. We order oreo cheese cake and godiva cheese cake for dessert. For dinner we ordered americana burger, alfredo pasta and many more. Everything turned out to be delicious. Its a must visit place. Staff was attentive and accommodating.

Very tasty food.But I have few comments below.No Sanitizer available on tables.They dont provide wipes.We asked for plates twice but we didnt get.Prices a bit expensive comparing to food qty and other restaurants.

Big restaurant, cozy environment, friendly stuff, delicious food with big portions and price is good relative to the portion.Soft drinks are refillable.

Food is flavorful with big servings, cant finish our order so had to take out. Loved the cakes, cheesecake is the best! Always a fan of this restaurant.

Love their complimentary assorted bread with butter. Honey wheat brown bread is the best.One item I would totally recommend is their Factory Nachos with chicken, it has a huge portion size and its great for sharing!Spicy Crispy chicken was also good and filling.Lovely staff and Ambiance.

Best cheesecake.Had a shepherds pie and drinks in the rock. Loved every bite, every sip n sniff. The ambience is great. The staff is very kind, responsive and speedy in service.The best cake I believe is the ultimate red velvet cheesecake with a perfect blend of sweetness and cheesiness.If your looking for good food, a great service and the best dessert to top it all off, Id recommend the cheesecake factory. One of my favorite restaurants in Abu Dhabi. They have great salads and of course the cheesecakes are all delicious.You cant go wrong in this restaurant. The portions are huge, the ambiance is great, the food and the service is amazing... just a quality restaurant. I’ve ate here a couple of times in the states, 🇺🇸 the last time was in Las Vegas few months ago and I honestly didn’t think the Dubai cheese cake factory could live up to the expectations. But it certainly did. Everything was perfect, and even though it was getting busy we did not feel rushed out at all. Felt like we could sit there all day. Eugene who deserves a mention was extremely patient because the menu was so big at times we were a little indecisive 😇 but he was able to help us as much as he could, and give out recommendations, our drinks were constantly been refilled without even having to ask. The Cheesecake Factory seem so organized and customer focused and I think that is an amazing quality in a restaurant. 10/10 I will be definitely stopping back in Dubai shortly and this is the first place I’m coming back too! 💯

Excellent quality of food. The place is busy every single day and on weekends you can have a line of 30 minutes to wait for big tables. The design is amazing and the portions are extremely big. Make sure you are hungry and dont waste time with bread. The service is swift and knowledgeable. You definitely pay for what you get. Always a treat to eat in it.

My son and I visited there twice in our 2.5-day trip to the Yas Island - one time for lunch and one time for dinner. The restaurant is located at the Yas Mall.The service is excellent - the staff introduced every cheesecakes for us even we just walked by. Well, the restaurant is not crowded but the food is great. Apart from cheesecakes, the drink, burger, and steak we tried are all great. Thats why we ate there two times in such a short trip. The food size is big. No kidding, I cant even finish just one slice of cheesecake for my dinner! The cake is shown in my photo.For sure, I will visit again to try other dishes.
