Our favorite place to eat and something on the menu for everyone. The food quality is far from perfect but its good enough to keep us coming back.

Horrible service Ive been here for 1 hour just got seated was told 4x 15 min to ve seated then another 15 min to get s waitress

Came here 2x last two months on weekend night. Service is unacceptable- slow and orders are not correct. Expect to spend 90 mins plus. Best to find other alternatives

They have a great menu selection and the service is one of a kind. I strongly recommend taking the family here for some great food and a great time.

We got our table pretty fast but the service was very slow. The restaurant is huge and we were there around rush our so thats probably why. Staff are nice and attentive and were great but maybe they were so busy that things were backed up. The food was great. Every single thing we ordered was great and we took it home to finish because the portions are a lot so thats good. Lights are a bit too dim for my liking but some might like the romantic ambiance. Overall definitely recommend the place. Had a great time.

Went here and ordered a strawberry cheesecake to go. I get it in a to go box and bag and drive home, 25 minutes away. I open the box and all that’s in the box is strawberries. Paid $10.00 for 4 strawberries. Called them and complained, I got told i’ll have a gift card mailed to me for my inconvenience. Never did. So messed up

This Cheesecake factory is really bad! My friend ordered two appetizers for her meal, and even though it was still one the menu, they no longer serve one, and they were out of the other. She ordered two different ones, and same exact thing. I ordered the fried Mac and cheese bites, and they came with plastic inside them. I had to send them back. The service was nice, but it doesnt make up for the failures.

I enjoyed the Pasta Davinci today. Ive been there before and had the Chicken parmigiana sandwich. That was good also. This is the pic of the Pasta Da vinci.9/13/22-I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. Scrumptious. Excellent. Even better while warm.

This was the best experience I had at a cheesecake factory. The waitor was excellent. She gave wonderful recommendations and was pleasant and informative about the menu.

Love the Cheesecake Factory, nice welcoming atmosphere, the food is also very tasty, tried the salmon, steak and shrimp plates all were nicely done . The employees were professional and friendly !🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

Went out for a nice dinner and ended up with gum stuck to both legs (from precious patron). Worst part about it, the manager Jamar could of cared less. Very disappointing!

This place was clean, there was no wait for a seat (surprisingly for a Saturdayand the food was wonderful, delicious and plentiful. The best of all was the the service Martha G. (waitressprovided during the entire visit. She was super friendly, attentive, fast and always had a smile on her face. She has a great customer service approach and she was overall a fantastic person to have as a waitress! This place is very lucky to employ her cause she is all around fabulous 🤩. Overall a great experience here!!!👍🏾

Today was the worst service I ever had there. The waitress that we had was rude and inattentive.it started when we came in the hostess try to seat us at a booth I could not fit in, so my son went to get the hostess and ask if we could have a table. Meanwhile the waitress working the area look at me and said that might be saved for someone. I was waiting for my son to come back and was waiting by the booth we were giving(1). Then they came back and hostess sat us at the table that was available. The waitress that was rude was our waitress. We thought she was having a bad day so we let it go. Then the bread came and was plop(2on the table and she walked away. Came back 5minutes later and asked for our drink order. My Daughter in law asked for a margarita no salt or sugar. She proceeded to say "you sure"(3)She said yes. I order a water and coffee. My son ordered a unsweetened iced tea. Few minutes later she arrived with our drinks and put the waters on the table and gave us our drinks. My son had lemons in it so he asked if he could have another one without lemon and some more brown bread. Came back and plop them down(4). Asked us for our orders we told her and she left. Another person brought our appetizers. 5 minutes later waitress came back with a menu dropped it on the table and told me they did not have what i wanted and walked away. My son asked for the manager. They talk and he said he take care of it. We dont know what was said but she walked by us and said sorry and never came back to the station. All her other customers were treated with care and respect. Then she did not even finish with them either. I felt it was personal. Bad day I could understand but disrespect I cant. Wont be back and I recommend retraining for some. So sad because I been coming there for years. Thanks for listening even though I know nothing will change.

Be aware when you make a reservation. My family arrived on time for our 7pm reservation only to be told it was an hour wait. management didn’t care and my family was forced to drive to another restaurant who was more than willing to accommodate us.

Stingy. Ordered a chicken quesadilla for appetizer. Where is the chicken? Slow service. Food had no flavor.... westbury li location is way better.

The food here is always amazing and its a great place for the whole family as well. They have an excellent menu selection and their prices are very reasonable.

1- Ive never in my life been to a restaurant where they bring the salads after the main course!2-House mixed greens salad = Trader Joes greens, but with old lettuce.3- I ask for Thousand Island dressing but they put Ranch. When I tell the waiters they say when you mix orange sauce it becomds white lol. So two people tasted it and it is Ranch and they replaced it as if it is our mistake.4- The waitress acts stupid when she brought a wrong order, no issues it was replaced, but then it is absurd that she still counts both orders in the bill and ask us to pay. Completely unprofessional, rude, and missleading if you dont check after them.5- We had 7 meals, only one tasted good. Cheap quality. But they still force you to pay tip for low service and low quality food.

I asked for plain chicken strips , which I have ordered several times from here. I instead received these two small pieces of extremely greasy chicken. The chicken was so greasy I could not even eat it. As you can also see the container was loaded with grease. It was gross. The fries were undercooked. They charged me over 20$ for 2 chicken “littles “ and fries. I ordered CHICKEN STRIPS. Not “littles”. Total waste of my time and money. Wish I can give 0 stars.

Terrible!!!! I ordered a veggie burger 2pm in the afternoon after taking my son to Lego land. The bun was hard as a rock. The fixings were soggy the burger was a hockey puck. Im surprised they thought that was an presentable meal to give a customer. I would never go back.

Service was excellent! Food was also very good. Several minor complaints... Took 20 minutes after ordering our drinks for them to arrive, no place settings on the table until we asked for them, good took another 25 minutes.

Horrific service and experience. Can’t believe how much money I paid for a nightmare dinner experience. We were seated at 5:07pm and not greeted by ANYONE until 5:38 and this is after I went to the host for assistance and asked to be moved to a different area. We should have walked out. Newly assigned server was just awful. Taking FOREVER to bring items to us. Almost half of what we ordered, they didn’t have. Meanwhile the table across from us greeted, given drinks, bread, orders taken like they were kings and queens by the same server. Then throughout the meal the server is ordering me to hand her plates, hand her glasses, put down plates - uhhhhh am I her subordinate? last time I checked, isn’t that the servers job? Then for dessert our server decides to send someone else to take our dessert order out of nowhere. And of course, he doesn’t put the order in. So even more waiting. She arrives in dramatic shock that we haven’t yet gotten dessert. I told server to wrap them all up and just give me the check. When she brings the deserts in the carry out bag, I went to check them for correctness and she decides she will go through the bag for me turning the containers over rifling through the bag messing them all up. This will be the LAST TIME this pathetic establishment gets our money. Absolutely hideous. Stay far away from this place unless you are a “favored” customer.

Order the salmon. When ordered said please don’t over cook it. Came out burnt and dry. Broccoli was undercooked and very hard and not even hot. . I just got in from Florida and was hungry. I will never be back.

Kind busy my wife plate did take while to come even when 3 plate was the same but the waitress was very attention and friendly the food was great little pricey but you have the nice environment and tasty food

My experience was great with the exception of the waitress tried to sit me in the bar area knowing that there was plenty tables available in the scenic areas. I was very upset. What may you think I wanted to sit in the bar area when I didnt request to sit there.

The waitress had a horrible attitude after we waited for someone to appear. We ordered drinks she just disappeared and I had to ask another staff member about our drinks. Finally the waitress reappeared, quite a bit of the ice in my glass was melted and there was some black thing on the glass, I decided to drink from the can but the soda was tepid. Another waiter, seeing us waiting dropped off a basket of bread, then our waitress comes up and says "oh I was bringing you bread didnt know you already had some." Anyone knowing the extensiveness of their menu and dont eat there regularly will find it difficult to quickly find choices, I asked about an item she said with her horrible attitude and leaning on the side of the booth "look at page 3 thru 6." We ordered the entré the plate was hot but my fries where cold I really thought you couldnt go wrong with fries), the salmon was dry as dust and lukewarm. I picked through and left back the fish, fries and soda. We were in the middle of discussing business so I guess we didnt complain. The service certainly wasnt what Im accustomed to at other Cheescake Factory locations.

I love the Cheesecake Factory!! Their food and cakes are always delicious and fresh. And service is great!!

The Cheesecake Factory is an absolute amazing restaurant that offers first class service and a superbly diverse menu option.In May of 2022, I brought and treated myself and my wife for dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, specifically the branch located in White Plains, New York.We were kindly welcomed by the restaurant’s staff and didn’t have to wait long to get escorted to a table despite the numerous patrons attending the restaurant.One of the things that my wife and I love about the Cheesecake Factory is its immaculate interior design.It’s interior settings comes with a mesmerizing eclectic sensibility, because it features Egyptian columns, Victorian bed board wood paneling, and French Limestone floors, which results in the restaurant’s opulent atmosphere.While the design is certainly impressive, the highlight of our time at the Cheesecake Factory restaurant was our amazing meal. From appetizer to entree, everything was superbly tasty and delicious. My wife and I found our avocado roll appetizer to be highly scrumptious, I loved my cheeseburger entree meal, and my very much enjoyed her Louisiana chicken pasta entree.Our waiter, Robert R. was very professional, courteous and did a great job on taking notes on our respective orders and addressing our inquiries.All in all, both my wife and I loved our dining experience at the Cheesecake Factory and recommend for everyone to visit this outstanding restaurant!!!

Waitress was nice and friendly, appitizers were great. Two out of the five dinners were wrong. I asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes, my husband asked for raw onions and got cooked onions. I think if our waitress wrote down the order on paper, maybe it would have been right. It was very disappointing tonight, and it really wasnt that busy.

Waiter was awesome and the other staff were as well. The food was great. I will definitely done here again.

Ronnie is one of the best servers I’ve had in a very long time. Very attentive and wonderful server. Being a vegan is pretty hard but he accommodated me for everything. Wonderful experience! I’ve been coming here probably since it opened. And celebrated most birthdays and everything here. The best server! Loved it. My friend took to me to T.C.F. for dinner. The bartender was professional and made me a delicious coconut mojito. When our seats were ready; we had a polite, attentive waiter name Jarrett. He was so sweet and kind. The food was delicious too. Thank you JARRETT .

Great food & service . I had the steak Diane and herb crusted salmon.

Went around 4ish on a Saturday and sat right away. Service was good. For apps we ordered the egg roll platter (Very Goodand Buffalo wings ; came out cold, Sent back and came out cold again (very disappointedthe wife enjoyed her mushroom burger wrapped in lettuce. Daughter had some sorta books ur own chicken wraps, which she enjoyed. My son had corn dogs (two thumbs up he saysand I had the orange chicken which was good.

You cant go wrong with The Cheesecake factory, the food never disappoints and today was no exception. The location was clean, organized and not packed with people. The service was good, very attentive and helpful and accommodating to our needs. Food was amazing and presentation was great.

For a chain restaurant, NOT BAD AT ALL. All of the food we had was quality with fresh ingredients. The Skinny Margaritas were DELICIOUS. Recommended for all group sizes.

It has been years since we ate at the Cheesecake Factory but I’m happy to report that their quality has remained outstanding. Their service impeccable and the staff warm and welcoming.

The service here is great and the employees are even better. The food here is amazing too especially the Farfelle with Pancetta in a garlic parmesan sauce. The bread is so good also. I would definitely come back here and I urge you to come here today.

Martha was great! She made my first time experience at happy hour worth while and I plan to come back regularly. My friend and I both enjoyed ourselves! Happy Hour starts at 4 and we got there a few minutes early but the manager (didnt get the namewas nice enough to seat us for happy hour early. Amazing time!

James (the managerwas amazing ! They didn’t have the dip my son wanted so instead he made some accommodations. And man oh man was Lily amazing as well ! She was so on point ! . Today we visited cheesecake factory. Now Ive visited the one in queens frequently.food was amazing staff was great waiter was friendly. But but today traveling I looked up food near me. And the cheesecake factory just came up. I was like yes have you tried this place yet and she responded no.so I said good you should love it. We entered the restaurant it seemed to be great until we were seated. The water was very rude. With all going on dont reach over anyone food to put salt and pepper down which should have already been other table. Also I asked for a sprite my soda was done before my plate arrived. After my plate arrived he did not offer me another drink. Then upon eating I noticed the beef and pork sausage was mainly pink inside thats like instant death eating uncooked pork. So to serve that is redundant. We also asked for our food well done the steak still was half pink inside. After getting aggravated with the waiter passing us by not asking if our food was OK or asking us if we needed another drink. Seeing us not eating another bite but thinking we were OK or just not caring either way by then I asked for the manager. Told him about the meal and the waiter. He apologized. Then took our plates and assured the food will be done right this time. So now we wait. I will update as we sit here and wait on our order again.Upon waiting on our order to be done made right. The manager did offer a salad to munch on since he said it would be a 15 to 20 minute waiting time and now the waiter is offering drinks asking if were OK. Its a shame that he could not have done his job better before I spoke to the manager.But at the moment Im still waiting on my order. Not only that they offered fresh bread my fiance ate a piece but by the time my spaghetti arrived the bread was cold it would have been nice if I have fresh bread to go along with my spaghetti. Still waiting for the food but Im sure it would be great by now. But no matter what Im paying for parking so this will still cost me more for their mistakes.Then waiting for our food the Nats kept flying around the bread as well that was annoying. See everything you can find wrong. Either way we arrived at cheesecake factory at 16:30pm thats 4:30pm and its now 17:50 and where still waiting on our order. But Ill keep updating as we sit here and wait on our order. Then go pay the meter.Well after the long wait its like we got the same exact food just recooked. The taste of the second order was less appealing. So I bagged the food to go payed my cash tipped the waiter. And proceeded to leave. But then the manager gave my guest a free cheese cake. Although Id definitely never EVER return to this establishment!Even the tables looked refurbished!

The service was perfect. It was very slow at opening at 11:30, but the bartender/waiter was very attentive and courteous. She asked at least three times if I needed anything and brought refills without me asking. The bbq chicken salad was really good and more than I could eat in one sitting.

Amazing food, selection was great, mixed drinks were generous sized and proportioned, service was prompt and friendly. Excellent experience!

The service we received was good, a bit on the slower side but the restaurant was busy so it was understandable. The food was ok, although not as great as other locations Ive been to. We got cheesecake to go and while looking at the different types, we let the server know there was a live fly stuck in the icing of one of the slices. The server didnt ask which slice or seem concerned at all, and proceeded to ask what we wanted

Always an exciting place to go. So many great options and of course the cheesecake! A favorite of mine is the Buffalo Blasts appetizer. Key lime cheesecake was really good too!
