Great staff, great food, and an amazing atmosphere. This Cheesecake Factory has amazing views. Its super popular so reservations are recommended, but beyond the food and the views, the staff is professional, courteous and accommodating.Many gluten free substitution options are available as well.Great job!

I was there to celebrate a friends wedding. Everything was on point from the food to the service.

Honest Review:This is a great place that has a good food, ambiance, and a nice view of the marina, however wait times to get a table can get lengthy (talking about hours waitduring rush hours and the weekend. Best to always make a reservation a head of time to wait at best 15-30min instead of hours. Also they have about only maybe 15 spots of free parking available which for the most part are full so then you would have to get valet parking.

We went to this restaurant for my mothers 80th Birthday and we all adored it and had such a good experience eating there. The food was and always is the most delicious. Prices are good and fair. The waitress was outstanding, she really took care of us all. The location and layout of the restaurant is beautiful. Right on the bay next to the boat docks, creates a pleasant atmosphere.Parking is good and access from the neighboring streets are easy. Ive been to over a half a dozen Cheesecake Factorys and they all have the same thing in common; Good food, good prices, beautiful décor and friendly staff. Awesome combination. Highly recommend to all !!!

Make sure you have a reservation, this was a weekend Saturday night and the wait was an hour for dinner, we reserved a table and was seated right away. Food was delicious and for being so crowded we got our food pretty fast, of course the highlight was the cheesecake for desert. Coconut Creme cheesecake 😋

Went back for my birthday with my parents. We all loved the food and the service. The waitor was really friendly and attended to all our needs. THE BRUSSEL SPROUTS APPETIZERS ARE TO DIE FOR!

We had the most amazing server. Nice mustache,!!! We had my Dads birthday party there. So attentive and fast service. Our table was not ready upon our arrival, but we had fun waiting. We did need a larger table.

I went with friends to celebrate their birthday. It was 7 ppl in my group. A member arrived early to put our name on the list. They were told five people were needed before we could be seated. When our fifth person arrived the hostess still told us 20 more minutes. By then the rest of our party had arrived. We were given a buzzer and we had one more person arrived by then we were waiting 1 hour. People had come in and got seated before us. We later had to speak to a manager to Express our sadness of waiting an hour when the hostess kept saying 20 minutes. One of the managers name Victor finally came over and assisted my group. We were seated in a backspace by the bar which was fine. He offered us appetizers to apologize for the wait. But our waitress had an attitude. On top of that one of the girls in our group who ordered her food first never received her food mean while everyone else at the table food arrives and we were eating. This was not a good birthday experience for me and my friends. Our server was Monica.

I just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from our Server Alex G. He was phenomenal.!! It was my Sister’s birthday and Alex catered to us. He was prompt, funny, caring, and knowledgable about the food & drinks. Alex friendly and fun demeanor kept us laughing which made our birthday celebration enjoyable.. Hands down, Alex is one of the best Servers I’ve ever had!!Thanks Alex..

Would give 2 and a half stars if i could. The reason Im leaving this review is because yesterday was my second, and likely last time Ill ever come back here. Theres only a few things I have to say. The biggest one being: this place isnt really all that worth it. The food is okay but the prices are way too high for whats its worth. For its near $22 price tag, The dish I ordered was fairly disappointing. Though, portions were good. But, the flavor itself left a lot to be desired. Like i mentioned, This was my second time coming back, and honestly probably my last visit. I only leave 3 stars because of a few saving graces. The service is good, and the restaurant is really nice both inside and outside. But overall, Id say that The cheesecake factory is overrated. For anyone who hasnt visited already or is thinking about it. the only thing I would want to say is: "if you must".

Good service. Food is good, very large portions. Cheesecake a must, or Strawberry shortcake.

I like this location mostly because you can eat on the deck and have an awesome view while you eat. Or get a window seat and watch the sunset and various boats anchored in the bay. However, you have to get the timing right cause it looks like they close the deck after a certain time or a shift change. The food is always great and they try very hard to get it right for you. The waiting time to be seated is not bad. The waiters are always polite. This location offers regular and valet parking. I gave 4 stars because it seems as if they are short staff on my last visit. After i was seated at my table it took a little over 10 minutes for a waiter to get to my table.

Absolutely terrible experience. Showed up on a Wednesday with 7 people. Was told table would be ready after 45 minutes. Ended up waiting 90 minutes. Once we were seated, we ordered food and only until most of the plates were prepared, one of my guest was told they didn’t have any more of the food she ordered so she ordered another plate and had to wait while everyone else at the table was eating. We were there to celebrate a birthday and we asked for some sort dessert with a Candle and it took forever to the point we didn’t want to do it anymore. We asked for it twice. Service was extremely slow and it took us forever to get the check paid. We all just wanted to leave at that point. I like Cheesecake Factory but never going back to this one. Disappointing.

I just want to leave a great comment for Alex Gallegos our server. Just super pleasant demeanor and definitely has above and beyond attitude. He was so well make my 2-year-old daughter and I experience there very comfortable and pleasant. I love when I can go into a beautiful restaurant sit down with my daughter and have a delicious meal and the whole experience is just outstanding great customer service friendly just makes your whole day good. I also want to make mention to host(sthat greeted us when we first got there they showered my daughter with attention and made her feel so special such a great welcome Thank you Alex Gallegos and staff hope you have a great day!

As you would expect out of a Cheesecake Factory location. There are some tables with a nice view of the ocean bordering the West side of the restaurant, however, do not expect that that is where you will be sitting. The inside is rather nice as compared to other locations. There was a fair amount of wait, so get a reservation ahead of time. There is also valet parking available. The staff was friendly and the food was good, as expected of a franchise location.

The food is always good and consistent here. The fried mac and cheese is my favorite there! Mojito was on point. Service was great. Love the view.There’s a small parking lot with no charge there. There’s also valet parking, not sure of the fee.

We were seated at a table that was extremely hot.There were 4 of us in our party.When our main course came out, only 3 of us were served.Our daughter had to wait an additional 30 minutes for her dinner.So while we were eating she had to wait and eat her appetizer.No acknowledgment from the waiter or any kind of time frame of when her meal would be ready.We took a couple a bitrs and just packed our stuff up and left.Horrible customer service.

I understand that there was a rush and the restaurant was pretty busy during the time I went, however we waited 2 hours to be seated. After our long wait I just was excited to eat some food finally. While typing this I am currently fighting my 3rd day of salmonella. Please make sure to cook your food all the way through... whether the restaurant is busier or slower this is not ok.

I had a horrible experience at this Cheesecake Factory. I brought my 77 year old mother to have dinner and we were immediately seated, our drink orders were taken; but we started noticing that people around us were being served their main entrees before us. It’s probably important to note we were the only black people in our area. The patrons, behind my mother, knew employees and they came out and conversed with them; so I knew they were getting preferential treatment. However, the patrons behind me were seated at least 20 minutes after us and they got their meals before us! My mother has lived through the south’s Jim Crow, so this was triggering to her. She confronted an employee to tell them we have been waiting and he offered to refer us to a manager. However, my mother was done and wanted to leave, but I wanted to let someone know what was happening. When I confronted Karina, the manager, she simply did not care. She practically shrugged and waved me away. We left, but I returned to ask Karina to cover valet. Karina was very rude and tried to dismiss me again. She told me that it was the city’s service and not the restaurants. Which is clearly a lie because it says on the marquee of the stand, “The Cheesecake Factory Valet”. I felt so dismissed and unheard. I am utterly disgusted with the service at this establishment. It’s appalling that this is still happening.

I always get a more than decent amount of food when my family and myself goes to the Cheesecake factory. Its not as expensive as most restaurants that are compared and thats why its usually our first choice when we go. I love the view of the marina and the customer service is always pleasant.Glad to enjoy such a great restaurant for so many years

Always quite a wait to get your table but once there, you are rarely disappointed. The Chicken Madeira was very tasty and adequate. The highlight as always the subsequent cheese cake though. :-)

I called to see if I could make reservations for 7 people weeks in advance to celebrate my retirement on April 29th. I was told they only take reservations for 6. As that date approached I called again and was told the same thing to just tell my party to come early. We arrived at 7pm and was told by this young male greeter we would have a wait of 3 to 4 hours!!! No restaurant ever said a wait would be that long! 45 minutes an hour ok but 3 to 4 hours? Unacceptable!!😡I told him the above and also told him my 91 year old Aunt who uses a walker cannot wait, no one should wait that long! He just looked at me and said there was nothing he could do.My family and I contemplated going somewhere else and decided to go back in, this time my male cousin and 91 year old Aunt went with him. My cousin explained the situation and also added that my Aunt will be 92 on May 5th, so its a double celebration. He asked if he sat in her walker can we make reservations for 6. The greeter then stated his birthday was coming up next week also. Now all of a sudden we can be accommodated, guess the greeter had a change of heart with my Aunt looking him in the face or was it the fact his birthday was close to hers??? 🙄We waited 45 minutes to be seated. The night got better from there as our waitress named Claire was super spectacular! She placed another table with ours so my cousin wouldnt have to sit in my Aunts walker. She gave us great customer service the entire evening and entertained us with her humor. We ordered our food, drinks and had a great time. Although the night started off bad, the celebration was a success, thanks entirely to Claire. We tipped her well as she totally deserved it.To the owner, I only gave 3 stars because of the greeter because our celebration was almost ruined. You may want to rethink your policy on reservations, hire more considerate greeters and give Claire a raise.

Our appointment was at 16:00. They let us in at 16:25. They forgot to send a message. we had to sit at a table that got a lot of sun. The food was good but I cant say the same for the service.

Nice ... crowded but it only took 30min to be seated. My Wife had Vegan salad and I stayed with the spaghetti and meatballs. Had a wonderful seat next to boats in the Harbor

Always a great experience going to the Cheesecake Factory. Was smart and made a reservation this time and was seated almost immediately on a Saturday afternoon. Quick and efficient service and always scenery looking out on the water.

The servers were overwhelmed with work. But the lady was working working working. Got to everyone with great speed. No mistakes. Nice attitude! We had everything we needed and had time to explain options. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. But they simply need more people.

I must say for the home cooks, home cooked is better. But the food is still good, better than average and I would come here again for the experience and to enjoy the sunset. I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn. Pretty good with the gravy. The break is super delicious with butter. Im a bread and butter lover, the bread was hot making it extra good. Everyone enjoyed their food, great service and attention by the staff.

Valet parking . $2.50 2pm but when we left it was $4.50. for the dinner crowd ? Seated immediately . Our server Rhonda greeted us , took our drink orders and brought the extensive menus along with a good size basket of warm bread and butter.. A little disappointed they no longer carry the portabello mushroom "burger". It was THE BEST! Our server said its been gone for years . Our server recommended the Thai lettuce wraps off the main menu vs the Skinny menu. Nice that thats available. The wraps from the Skinny menu are 3 , and premade . The regular order was very good portion size. Large butter lettuce leaves, grilled chicken satay , carrot slices, "rice Roni type coconut curry noodles" bean sprouts , pickled cucumber slices and onions (sooo good, and 3 sauces - peanut , sweet red chili, and tamarind cashew . All 3 sauces very good ! My companion had crusted chicken romano off the lunch menu that he said was very good . We ordered coconut cream pie cheesecake to go . Excellent !

So it’s the Cheesecake Factory so I expected decent food and drinks. Boy was I wrong!!! The food was fabulous!! My husband ordered the jambalaya and afterwards said that that was the best meal he had ever had at a restaurant. I had lemon ricotta pancakes…delicious! I will definitely start visiting this place again when I return home to Chicago. I never thought a chain restaurant could rock like this!! Now add in the fact that the service was equally as phenomenal and damn…I’m IMPRESSED!!!

The food was excellent and the server was Ah-Maz-Zing!! Devin was absolutely fabulous! The next time I visit the cheesecake factory, I will definitely be asking for him! Do yourself a favor and visit this location, its a whole vibe! The scenery is beautiful.

Hubby had Filet Mignon and I had Bang Bang Chicken & Shrimp. It was freaking delicious!! I dont think I have ever tasted anything so yummy.

Our server treated us like family and proceeded to bring us delicious food. I was sung Happy Born Day and given a tiny Sunday in celebration! It was a grand occasion!

First time eating at this location and I it was a good experience. I made a reservation and asked for a table on the window with view to the marina and it was a good experience with my girlfriend. Food was delicious and service was amazing.

We were here for my brothers wedding vow renewal party. Excellent room for a service and buffet style serving. Customer service was excellent the food was on point. Great view of the boats & docks!

We had my moms 70th Birthday at this location. At 1st coming in I was a little worried because I was touching basis with them, management for well over a month to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible as far as seating arrangement go. Up on arrival II spoke with management to seek to seat 30 people it wit was so crowded that day that we were supposed to be seated by 4 PM and I was told after arriving there to make the arrangements at 2 PM that they werent able to see us until 530pm in which was unacceptable I had a group of 30 people outside waiting to surprise my mom for her 70th birthday so that was not gonna work. After going back-and-forth with management they managed to pull it off and we were seated no later than 4:20 PM which was OK Thereafter everything went as smooth as possible my mom enjoyed herself she was surprised the food was great the service was good everything went smooth.

Even though the host wasnt sure if they had Gluten Free options, the waiters knew well the menu and they do have options from Appetizers to Dessert. I can always share the meal with a friend since they are big enough for 2 people. If you like sweet drinks, I recommend the Strawberry Lemonade

The food was great. I dined outside, the view of the water was beautiful. I ordered a Mai Tai for my drink.The appetizer I ordered was fried macaroni balls with marinara sauce. I ordered Fish and chips, my daughter ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich with fries. I wish I could have ordered cheesecake, I over ate. If I had ordered a cheesecake, it would have been the Chocolate Godiva Cheesecake, or the Apple Carmel Cheesecake. Next time for sure. Lol.

Its an old "high end place" great location wise. Very nice indoor atmosphere even along the edges seating. Food is okidokie flavor wise, it is very spaced out (to look like more than actual servingand while it looks like a lot it really isnt fyi. Price of course is higher than average. Making cheesecakes is their main thing so a good variety and great flavors of course.

Immediately seated by a friendly hostess. Our waitress was ready to get our drink order. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Costoletta. The dinner was served hot. The chicken was perfectly prepared. The mashed potatoes, my favorite, were also perfectly prepared.

Omg...Ive always been a cheesecake factory fan and l decided to try this angel hair shrimp pasta with potatoes and steak and boy let me tell you, it was 🔥 🔥. Definitely my new favorite.

Big Place, fast queue for waiting. Valet parking $4.50.. not that great but well its LA and close to the Marina! Great Food as usual for Cheesecake factory. Even for me as a Keto Girl. They have some Cake options Low Carb. 👍

I live nearby The Cheesecake Factory but never been there this is my first time with my wife and my brother Virgil with his girlfriend Connie who is out of State from Reno Nevada on vacation for his 60th birthday 🎂🎈🎁 we went to The Cheesecake Factory🍰 in Redondo Beach and at the marina right there looking out the window at all the boats 🚤 ⛵ 🚣 on Tuesday the 17th. for a great dinner it was pretty crowded the waitress came around took our order brought us drinks and bread she was very polite and helpful my brother and I ordered the stuffed cheddar burger 🍔with french fries🍟 his girlfriend ordered mushroom burger and my wife had shrimp with angel hair pasta the food really taste good then we all ordered cheesecake to take home I got lemon meringue cheesecake with whipped cream coconut my wife got German chocolate cheesecake my brother got red velvet cheesecake and his girlfriend got coconut cheesecake which were all good if you like good food and alcohol drinks this is the place you want to go and take the family someone theyre even at a birthday party I recommend the Cheesecake Factory to anyone especially down by the ocean🐟🐬🐳 I will definitely return and go back for a good meal.... and there is handicap parking♿ also valet parking🚘$4.50. And dont forget to wear your 😷....

WOW, Give Olisa A HUGE Raise. She was super nice, and quick. I had a Fried Chicken Sandwich with fries which was very delicious. I also had a fried Ball Mac n’ cheese Appetizer. (Not to mention the fancy cup just for the ranch.)Also this establishment was very clean and organized. We sat outside with the dock view. I was very satisfied with the night and how it played out. They also turned on some relaxing music, and heaters because it was pretty cold out. Overall I give the Food 5/5. The Service 5/5. Presentation 5/5. And the Scenery 5/5. Definitely will come back!

The appetizers and the cheese cake were AMAZING! So it was really disappointing to taste that the entrees were quite disgusting and lacked flavor. And I mean almost saltless.My sister got some kind of honey chicken something and mash potatoes. Chicken was BEYOND bland without a spice in sight. The asparagus that came with it was just boiled with no season or butter. And they were extra fat and swollen looking. No taste at all. I had got a coconut curry dish which was just aweful.I got a chocolate Martini that look like they shook up chocolate milk powder. The glass was not garnished with chocolate drizzle or anything. To absolutely love a chocolate Martini... and know you cant mess that up, they absolutely messed it up.My sister said her drink she had was just as nasty. At the end of it all, we both agreed that this place is just too darn overrated.So I recommend when you go there, please avoid the entrees (and chocolate martinisat all cost and stick with just the cheese cake and appetizers. You wont have the same experience as we did.Over all, we would go back...and avoid entrees and drinks. Probably order beer or wine. Since they dont have to make that!

I ordered the spicy Chipotle chicken pasta and it came and the chicken was uncooked. They came and took back the pasta and remade it but still charged me for it. This could have made me very sick and they did not care. Please check your food and make sure your meat is cooked. I lost my appetite and did not care to eat after this.

We love Cheesecake Factory, and this one didnt disappoint. We reserved online (highly recommended as we only had to wait 5 min even the average wait was over an hour). When the table was ready a very attentive waitress took us to the table and took really good care of us the entire time. We never had to ask for refills as she realized right in time. Apart from this, the table was clean, with good separations from other tables, we had views to the marina and the food didnt disappoint.
