Very tasty appetizers and main entrees. The employees are very friendly and the service is really quick.

Everything was good, just had to wait a long time to get a table.Drinks: Tried the Peach Bellini and the Pineapple Moscow Mule. Both very enjoyable, really liked how refreshing the Peach 🍑 Bellini is.Only had some appetizers, Tex Mex Eggrolls were my favorite. Fried Macaroni & Cheese were tasty too.

Good Service, food was served in a timely manner and it was tasty.

This place is always pack! Constantly in movement and somehow the waiters are always working their magic.

Usually super busy, food is subpar, service is lacking due to the volume of guests in the restaurant at one time, but slowly yet surely, the servers are super friendly and will eventually get to you. The food is extremely overpriced for the subpar quality that comes out of the kitchen.

Just went to get cheesecake. They were all delicious. I had the resses peanut butter, a raspberry and a chocolate. The service was excellent. Very amicable and fast.

Loved the ambience. Our server could smile a little more. But the good was fabulous, well served and tastes amazing . I had the Italian trio, and my husband had the famous meatloaf. And if course to finish it off, pineapple upside down cheesecake. I dont know if Im eating anything else today!

Visited San Juan, PR.On Sunday I had a taste for waffles & fried chicken. Cheesecake Factory has this on their Sunday Brunch Menu! No wait time at all. The fried chicken strips were seasoned & cooked well and the chicken was juicy. The waffle was a overcooked (very crunchy)... could not eat the entire waffle... i do not eat syrup which would have softened the waffle. The waitress was not the best. I ordered hot tea; however, she kept telling me that they do not offer hot tea only cold tea. I explained that i am 100% sure they have hot tea.... we went thru this 3 times.... she was adamant that hot tea is not offered. I finally asked her to confirm whether they have hot tea. About 15mins later she came back with a cup of hot water and 1 of each tea bag flavor they had. Had to ask for sugar and spoon.

Food is good however the price is a bit up there. Nothing super fancy as far as the food so could be priced more accordingly otherwise it was a good experience

Got seated earlier than stated. It was very busy. Ordered and received our food in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered the gumbo and it was very good with spice unlike other cfs Ive visited in other locations. No complaints😄 besides hate I missed the happy hour🤷🏾‍♀️

I loved Cheesecake factory. Customer Service are very good. I usually have the Miso Salmon. I wasnt a Salmon eater until I try this!!! All the salads are great. Very fresh ingredients. ALL of their cheesecakes are delicious! Try the fresh orange juice too, its great!

Very busy. They have a Skinnylicious menu for those on a diet. There are menus in English and Spanish. Only the English ones have skinnylicious on them because they think that Americans are fat. So offended 😭😭 I got cheesecake, please share with others because it is so filling 🥧. Overall is good.😎👍🏾

The good was delicious and well-packaged. However, I asked for curbside service, but it was not available because the assigned employee did not show to work that day. I spent 30 minutes waiting for my already-ordered food: 15 minutes waiting in the curbside and another 15 mnts parking and picking up my order. Please, make sure you have the curbside options because false expectations and regular customer service.

The food phenomenal, and our Server Joyce really knows her job. Very professional and knows the menu. Her suggestions were on point. The best server we have ever had. Joyce us the BEST!!! To all people who reads this ask for Joyce you will thank me for her services. Shes the absolute best!!! Cheesecake Factory has a gem in her and her attitude and friendliness. Next time Im in Puerto Rico will go back to Cheesecake Factory and ask for her. My family loved her and we appreciate her a lot!!

If youve been to any Cheesecake Factory, youve been to all Cheesecake Factories... This is not meant to be a negative criticism, on the contrary, its the whole premise of this restaurant chain: consistency. They offer a very wide variety of dishes (which might be overwhelming in your first visit), the portions are ridiculously large (usually enough for two people to share), the quality is good, and the prices are proportional to the portion sizes. The restaurants have the usual comfortable atmosphere and the service is excellent most of the time. Last but not least, the cheesecakes are really good, which shouldnt be surprising considering the restaurants name. The place is usually very busy with average waiting times during peak hours (nights, weekends and holidaysin the 30-45 min range.

An excellent place to enjoy in the company of family and friends, enjoying delicious appetizers, extraordinary dishes and of course the best of the best are the desserts, since for lovers of cakes, the options are endless and of course do not forget some cocktail to accompany your meal and a good coffee for dessert, you are going to have a great time.Now, is full, all services available.

Whats not to like? Great culinary experience no matter what you order. Its often cold inside, so we prefer dining outside there.

Always a pleasure to walk into this restaurant...The vibe always nice...The decoration was on point...Except for the ceiling that was not as glorious like I used to in Florida...The big round lamp did its job but the actual ceiling was plain no ambiance, not much to look at...The staff was very busy...I was alone I didnt want to stay in to eat so I got a slice of heaven cheesecake 😋

I was craving one of the Cheesecake Factory Salad, so made an order at 8:33pm. The order was supposed to be ready for pick up at 9:03. To my surprise at 9:00pm Puerto Rico experienced a total blackout. Instead of picking up the salad decided to eat it at the restaurant because they have a generator. Took a shower, got dressed and arrived at the restaurant at 9:25pm. Another surprise, the restaurant was closed. All the lights on, a few clients eating inside and the employees where cleaning. I knock a few times on the door. There where some employees right in front of the door ignoring me. That’s a very, very uncomfortable feeling, when you know they can hear you but choose to ignore you. Minutes later one of the employees was kind enough, to walk to the door. He told me that the restaurant was closed for the night because of the blackout. I told him I was there to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready at 9:03pm. He let me in to speak to the manager, who told me that he doesn’t have an order for me, the kitchen was closed and that I have to call tomorrow and speak to another manager to get a refund. Totally unacceptable. He didn’t even care. Very unlikely compared to the service I have received for years from this restaurant. Found myself on the middle of a total blackout looking for an open place to eat. I’ll call tomorrow to get my refund. Then I will leave my feedback of this experience on the pertinent channels with the same amount of care and empathy I received at your restaurant yesterday. There’s plenty of options to eat and received the good service any paying customer deserve. Thanks for nothing.

We made reservation online so we didnt have to wait outside (usually there is a waitlist). Atmosphere, food and service were great.

As always Cheesecake Factory does no disappoint. This location is always busy but usually you can just walk in and get a table. Outstanding waiters and waitresses, never have an issue. Definitely et the Buffalo Blasts, though they are an appetizer, I always order them as an entree.

The avocado eggrolls were delicious and the miso salmon was creamy soft. Yum!

You need to show proof that you are vaccinated to dine in. The place looked clean. The food did not take long to come out. I tried the truffle honey chicken and it was good, loved the breading. The mashed potatos where bland. My brother had a burger with mac and cheese on it and said it was good. Overall a good experience. Beware of the higher end prices.

I came with a party of 4 people. We were seated immediately and greeted by the most gracious waitress, Abbda.The food was amazing! & everyone truly enjoyed themselves. Its a very huge place. Just the wait was crazy long. End up ordering to go. They spell my name wrong on the order. I asked for well done streaks and it wasnt. They add almond on my dulce leche cheesecake. Am allergic to all nuts. Not good at all. Waited to long for my food and the person whose supposed to give me my food was missing my drink and cheesecake. Maybe since am in San juan. But never have problems with cheesecake like this. Need to be careful when taking orders

Food was mediocre. The fried spicy shrimp appetizer was just okay (very oily), as was the shrimp pasta and burger we ordered. Our dessert brownie and key lime pie raised the bar to 3 stars. Not worth a revisit unfortunately!

Impossible burger with melted cheese, nasty lettuce, tomato, pickels and onion on a toasted bun. Very delicious except nasty lettuces were not included in my burger and with frieds and not good either because was taking out of the oil before well done.Cheese Cake Factory is my favorite all over except Puerto Rico nowthat started December 2012 or January 2013. But my last two experiences at Plaza las America very poor or bad which is worst? Services so so because one persons serving 10 tables hello at 1:15pm. Waited 10 minutes to ask what to drink.... Starting right from the entrance you see a different place, beautifully themed and decored. The service is very good, fast and always there when you need it. They have a very large menu which can be a little overwhelming for some people but it is surprising how much option they offer for everyone. I recommend the Crab Wonton, they are absolutely great and the Shrimp Scampi. The scampi has a very strong fresh garlic flavor in the sauce and it is a very good portion. Every portion seems very good and can even be a little too big, but good. Overall it is a great experience in Puerto Rico and I very much liked it.

TCF in San Juan doesn’t disappoint for a fun family night out. There’s a 26-page menu, of course. We sat outdoors in the patio - ideal during Covid times. We recommend the avocado spring rolls, the Steak Diane and Salmon combo... The Hibachi Steak is excellent, best eaten medium rare. One of ordered the salmon off the Skinnylicious menu and liked it. Save room for dessert, which is arguably the main attraction. We got a chocolate cake with ice cream and a strawberry cheesecake.

Excellent food. The waiter Alexis was excellent. I had clam chowder soup with a salad and a turkey sandwich. My girlfriend had haddock with cole slaw and frieds. We had two Mojitos. We stop in again on Dec.7 and Thai chicken salad. Two mojitos and Hummus with fried pita bread. Excellent !!

The food was okay. Service was decent and the views were nice. Lots of parking available & the covid protection procedures were at high standing.

Its way overrated. The services was good, personnel was great but the food was very disappointing. I will not go back. Spend $106 for 2 people 😑

They have the impossible burger here! Great for a vegan on the move. Their avocado toast is very good also. You need to be very very verbal about any allergies you might have because Ive had issues with it here in the past. Inform serve as soon as they sit you because when they are taking your order I feel like they dont always hear you past the food order.

This place is located at Plaza Las Americas malI. At first I seriously thought that they only sell cheesecake...hahahaha silly me.The menu is very diverse, from pastas, to burgers, salads, local dishes and more. I had a spicey tuna salad which was very delicious.I would skip the food court and get to this place its really really nice. Really enjoyed it.Definitely my go to restaurant if am ever at this mall again.Great service all around😊Menu indicates the amount of calories per meal which was super healthful. Definitely a great place. Huge menu with a great variety of international food. Anything from appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta, entrees and the most amazing cheesecakes in the world. Good variety of mixed drinks and cocktails too. The service is not too friendly but the food is definitely worth the visit.

First time going in San Juan Puerto Rico. Food, service, consistency all good. Happy they finally opened one on the island.

Quality service & food. I loved the Orange Coconut Soda😍🤗😋 it was a blast. I had a chicken parmesan, my husband a chicken Madeira, it was not bad (his not a fan of mushroom). The kid had pizza they loved and Crispy Tenders, yummy! Dessert 😍 Rasberry Cheescake AMAZING!

Amazing food. Good service, pretty much no wait. Beautiful interior, outstanding exterior. Very comfortable, and affordable prices. The food has flavor, texture,a baseline, fresh, presentable. Even the staff mak you feel comfortable. They also have a wide section bar, comfortable and affordable, the liquor has and amazingly huge variety. Great place for a date, or just for family time its also nice for children.
