Had burgers here, taste okay & the portion is huge. The ambience is nice for drinks and gathering

The salad was healthy and delicious. The fish and chips were good and a generous sized serving. The only problem: we came to the "Cheesecake Factory" to eat cheesecakes for dessert and the "factory" had not been delivered the imported cheesecakes. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Tip: ask before sitting down, or when booking that there are actually cheesecakes available. 😭

5 stars for the food. The starters and sides are decent sized portions and the variety of cheesecake is huge. Server attention can be spread a bit thin and the main woman at the entrance desk has been miserable for 4 years.

Been here many times and always enjoy it. Our go-to dishes are the lemon garlic chicken pasta and the spinach artichoke dip. I also love the fried zucchini.Since most of the food is rich and creamy, we usually just share one slice of cheesecake per couple for dessert. The Pineapple Upside-down cheesecake is my favorite, with Key Lime and Godiva as close seconds.One thing I wouldnt order again is Sheilas Chicken Avocado Salad. Its huge but has only 5 or 6 cubes of avocado, and not really much chicken relative to the amount of chopped lettuce. Cant believe the normal price is $226 ($180-something for lunch).Its pricey in general, but in true American fashion, the portions are huge, so you usually end up with enough for a second meal of leftovers anyway. You should err on the side of less food, as its very easy to over-order.It does get very busy and they dont take reservations, so come on a weekday if possible. On weekdays, they have a teatime menu with much better prices for several popular appetizers. The portion sizes appeared to be the same as always. And the service is always at least decent.

The food was amazing and the service was great. The atmosphere/ambience of the place was nice, even if it was a bit dark inside. The prices seem very expensive, however the quantity of each item is just as large. On the menu, the nachos have a serving size of 2 people, but it took 3 people to actually finish it. If you’re going with 3 people, I’d suggest buying only 2/3 items from the menu (not including drinks). If you don’t manage to finish it all, you can ask for a take-out box and they’ll give you boxes and a bag to take the remaining food home. Overall, it was great. I would recommend it!

Excellent service super attentive waiters. Dish portions are huge. Drinks are good (my friend’s fav is the milkshake). Save room for dessert. Definitely share (we had one cheesecake between 4 people as we were so full from the food)

Great place that takes me back to their restaurants in the US. Excellent variety of dishes, with very generous portions. Do leave space for cheesecake in the end, as its a must have!Wait times are usually not too long if you go a little late. For lunch, you can reserve, and their set lunch is a great value. Only place for improvement I feel is the service could be more attentive, as its sometimes difficult to get a hold of your server.Some of my fav dishes: Buffalo Chicken tenders, Mac n Cheese Balls, Chicken Madiera, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, Santa Fe Salad, Adams Peanut Butter cheesecake

Great food and amazing cheesecake. Serving sizes are enormous. However, there is always a 1.5-2 hour wait for a table, and once seated, it is always difficult to get the servers attention. Toilets are also often unclean and needing attention, and raising it to Managers rarely does anything.

Nice restaurants, especially for family gathering with kids. Love their appetizers and brunch choices.

Is always one of my favorite to have dinner at this restaurant in America. But this is my first time in HK. We ordered Factory nachos and Spinach n mushroom pizza. A glass of Tropical smoothie. Last but not least, their signature Strawberry cheesecake. The food and drink are in big portion, which is more than enough for two person.

We arrived and have been waiting in a long queue for awhile, it’s a bit chaos because some customers are standing around but some are in the queue, the receptionist had a bit problem in handling the customers. After we have been seated, the server has introduced himself to us&left us the menus. It took a long time to wave our hands just to get their attention to place an order cause it’s lack of staffs and they are all just running around. From being seated, waiting to place the order, food has been served, it takes the longest time ever, and the food to be frankly is just nothing special but very pricey. Since we’re very full but we wanted to try their cheese cake, so we went to the counter to order take away. There’s a girl serving the lady before us, after her purchase, we assumed that she will serve us but she pretended she didn’t see us! I saw that she just kept walking around trying to find something to do without serving us, we waited for awhile again then we asked her for help several times, then finally, she came to take our order with a long face. I mean, if you charge me for these prices, I expected to have a much better service and food quality!

I have tried their cake slices many times but yesterday I tried their food. It is bit costly but they justify the price with serving very well. The only problem that I faced there everytime is the occupancy issue. You have to wait a lot to get seat but its all worth it..

Ridiculous how their waiting system works. Walked in there with a lot of empty seats. Asked the reception for table for 2. She told me 1.5 hours waiting time. I arrived there at 16:27, and they wont even givee a pager until 17:10. When there areany empty seats there ready to takenI told her I wouldnt even mind taking the bar table or high seats. But she refused giving me a table. Even theres only couple of people left in the waiting area.Their food is great, but they need make a better system for waiting guests, who actually showed up waiting.

If you go to California or to Las Vegas, you will try the Cheesecake Factory. Well, In Hong Kong it’s the same! Bad taste for interior design but ultimately the food is the same, and I like it… and the cakes rocks! It’s good, and fair for the wallet! Don’t hesitate!

Bad service from the start. We asked to order a take away the hostess rudely acted like we were bothering her and pointed us to the cheesecake counter. Then when we went to the cheesecake counter we ordered 3 mains 3 desserts and two lemonades to go. The lady at the counter didnt offer any other options with our meals or if we needed any substitutions then told us 20 minutes and walked away. We werent sure where we should wait if we had to come check or if they would bring it to us in the reception area...we went back after 20+ minutes and the lady said to my wife mam I told you 30 minutes its not ready. This is extremely rude!!! We werent sure and that wasnt what we were told. Then when our food was ready instead if bringing it to us she waived at us like dogs to come fetch it from her. This is the second time Ive been the service and attitude of the staff is terrible. If you want quality service go to cheesecake factory anywhere else in the world but Hong Kong. It is less tasty and you definitely didnt bring the American friendly service to Hong Kong. I can get a good meal at most places for comparable with better service avoid this place

Beware all the dishes are really biggggggg.We ordered 1 appetizers and 1 breakfast dish for 2 people and we couldnt finish it thus missing the dessert.... We shouldve just order 1 breakfast dish and then go for the Cheesecake. Nonetheless the dishes are great! The Mexican crispy roll with sauce is very like made from good Mexican restaurant, you wont regret it.

Very good food but staff service can be more friendly. The cheesecake is a must have so leave some space for it.

Had new york strip tacos and meatballs. Best of them were the cheesecakes. My heaven! Go here for Real American sized cheesecakes! Tastes so good you will have second servings even you are bloated full.

Huge restaurant with authentic Cheesecake Factory decor and food, and thankfully the food had not been compromised to cater for local taste. All the favourites are there, huge portions as usual, comfortable seats and efficient service despite heavily worked staff. Personally I was never fond of their famous cheesecakes, they are too stodgy and sweet, especially after their big main courses, and expensive compared to specialist cakeshops, but it is a tradition to share a piece after the meal !

Main dishes are delicious and the portions are massive. The chocolate chip cookie cheesecake isn’t very good though, I don’t recommend getting it

Generous portion and very nice service . The staff is attentive and very friendly . The salmon and steak combination was quite nice but the salmon could have a bit more flavor . Avocado egg roll was amazing though ! Highly recommended . Feel healthy and warm eating that dish . The cinnamon cheesecake is a bit too rich to my taste . LolWhen I arrived at 6:10 pm, it was alright but there were more and more people starting at 7 ish .

Amazing food and desserts. Tastes just like the Cheesecake Factory restaurants in the US. Portion sizes are large as well.Only downside is lighting is bad for food photos. Haha.

I thought this place was good since I saw many good reviews about it. Maybe we were just unlucky... Felt like we werent welcome. There were lots of staff. But they werent attentive at all. Only one Hong Kong girl who gave us some suggestions when we asked about the menu. She was the only one who was actually gave us good service with nice smile.When we paid our bill with some tips, the waiter didnt even say Thank You or give us smile..... How rude.....! We spent over 352 per head for lunch and we got that kind of service! I will never go there again. Food wasnt that good. The chicken on the waffle was dry and tasteless.We were already happy with the service, but there was a Philippino manager (in black shirtdid say Thank you very much and Bye Bye to us next to the reception desk. That was very nice of him.

Nice environment, tasty food and friendly staff. I have in the branch in Dubai before, now in Hong Kong. From the menu anything looks great and all I tried so far was good. Portions are large, so think twice if you really need to order 2 mains for 2 people or maybe better 1 starter and one main dish, because you dont wanna miss the dessert, right!?This time we had a nice surprise too. A treat at the very end. A free Cheesecake for take home. Thank you Cheesecake Factory!

The cheese cake!!! Decadent!!! Must try it. All in all its a great place for family & friends gathering, their food are nice & the portion is huge, so beware when ordering if dont want to have left overs. The menu mostly American, Mexican fusion & have some Asian fusion too. Mostly serving chicken as their main protein. Order their lemonade instead of soda, it was refreshing! The downside for me only the place too dim, so worth to try if dont mind the long queue.

Food was average nice venue and amazing cheesecakes. Only go for the cheesecake! Burger was ok good size but not a standout flavour meat was good quality but the bacon and cheese was not memorable. The fish and chips batter was too think and a bit chewey. Portions a good also a bit pricey

Portions are huge we ended up taking out the rest of the food as its too much for us to finish. Would really help if the Waitress gave us a heads up that we ordered a lot. Everything else are great! Really enjoyed the wine and the Cheesecakes! Would definitely come back next time.

Very pleasant surprise to find a place to enjoy some appetizers and drinks for a little while in a comfortable and known environment. We ordered the Guacamole and chips, Tex-Mex eggrolls and Chicken sliders. All were very good and delicious. My Long Island Iced Tea was excellent and perfect alcohol content. Service was ok, not the best. The best part of the whole experience was the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cheesecake.

Great menu, huge portions. You will be in food coma. We had the nachos shared between 6 of us. A main for each person. Then one slice of cheese cake to share.

The wait was actually quite okay at 2pm and we went on a Saturday. It was s quite busy but the service was good and even though it seemed like we were in an isolated spot, the waiters were always around to top up our water and take our order. The Everything Pizza and roasted garlic pasta was fabulous!!! Cheesecakes were incredibly heavy. The raspberry white chocolate was a bit mediocre for me - there were just white chocolate flakes on top, none in the cheesecake. The salted caramel cheesecake was absotively scrumptious!!! The pulled pork sliders were the best thing for me though, great taste and perfect size!

Just as good as in the US, albeit pricier. The environment feels just like it does in America, and the food portions are very hearty. Our waitress was attentive and professional, and our food arrived quick after ordering. This is a great spot for a celebration meal; just be prepared to spend more than you might normally.

Nice food, big portion, nice service (a server will be with u shortly after request even during peak hour)..... Just the queue a bit long haha. Be prepared to wait for an hour or so during peak hours.

The food there is quite good. Except the Buffalo Wings are little bit over sour and is not spicy enough, the Avocado Eggrolls and the Everything Pizza are nice! The Avocado Eggrolls is hot dish. The combination of the eggrolls pair with the source is good. The Everything Pizza is not wet and you can eat it crispy texture. You can taste those ingredients on top of the pizza. Also, we ordered 2 cheesecakes: Fresh Banana Cream Cheesecake and Mango Key Lime Cheesecake are great! The cream on top is fresh cream! Both are nice.

We arrived restaurant at 11:30 on Sunday so we dont have to spend time on the que. The dishes are not as good as Buffalo or Toronto branch although dishes the same. But not bad. The crab meat dipping is good. I hate the waiter keep coming to remind us the table service for two hours ONLY. Remind 3 times in 15 minutes until we place order. So annoying!!!!! So much pressure!!! It must be the Companys order but the waiter can present it nicely. What is the point to push it while the restaurant still has lots of tables !!! It ruined the restaurant.

Worth the wait! But if you do want to be able to eat there, make sure you give yourself time allowance and their portions are big and the price reasonable. Very kid friendly and the place looks very cosy. Nice staff inside but the I hope the front desk was more welcoming. Overall, I would definitely come back!

Extremely disappointed with the food and service. We were assigned to the table which no server attended to it and I had to stand up and beckoned to the supervisor by awkwardly waving my hand. The serving portions were superfluously huge and there was no way under any conceivable circumstances for which we could finish everything. The fish and chip was plain awful. Fries were soggy and fish was tasteless. For what they charged, we found it ungodly expensive.

The Cheesecake Factory in Hong Kong~!Good food, if you know how to pick. We loved the Chicken Madeira but the Nachos were way too much for two people. It’s also 150 dollars for a plate of nachos, so get something else more expensive, and bring another person to eat it with. Or stick to one starter one main, haha.The food is generously proportioned at an appropriately high price. It’s the US way. You get the idea.Cheesecake is good. It’s really rich, but nice.Overall a good and worthwhile splurge on the wallet once every so often.

Took some time to find the restaurantIt was a Saturday afternoon so the 40-min wait was acceptable and as expectedBut as we went inside, the restaurant was just so big and there were plenty of tablesSoon I figured out why people had to wait so longThe servers! They were chatting all time... While two servers were making a table next to me, they sat down and talked about their weekend plans...Luckily, the food actually came pretty quickFood quality is highI think I had the most delicious cheesecake in my life!!But then, I suddenly remembered I saw other people talking about the bread basket online!We asked the serversGuess what - they told us that if we want the cheesecake come at the same time as the main, they assume we don’t want the bread basketHuh? But they never asked us?!

Good American cuisine. Lunch and dinner menus are the same. Good for cheese and pizza lovers. Their salads were good too with big portion. Especially like their king desserts, chocolate cheesecake. Quite yummy! Itd better to go in a gang that you may share the dishes and try different ones.

Fried Macaroni Cheese was excellent tho a bit heavy. Salad was fresh and the spaghetti was average. Its amazing to have such large portion of dishes with reasonable price. Worthy! Must come back for other cakes too!

Waited for 2 hours to be seated. Service was excellent. Bistro Shrimp Pasta was great. A must try if you love pasta. Fettuccine with chicken could be better. Tiramisu cheesecake was a 10! Will surely come back for the cheesecakes!

Just Iike the chain in the States! If you liked it in the States, then you will love it here (like I did). Menu, flavour and portions are almost identical. The cheesecake menu is smaller here but still enough flavours to satisfy that craving.Be prepared for a feast with large portions, too many items to choose from and lots of junk food!

Only visit this restaurant if you have time to wait.Its much more suitable for large groups as the food portion is huge in terms of HK standards.The taste was rich and the drinks were very sweet (typical American style?).The size of their cheesecakes was gigantic too. Make sure you have 4 empty stomachs before ordering.The price was around $250-300 per head - a bit over-priced.
