A dormitory full of teenagers who think its fun to shout all night in the common garden. It would have deserved a much better rating if it wasnt for such a problem. PS: Im sorry I havent had a perfect nights sleep in 45 days. They also do not respond to any complaints or emails.

Its on the more affordable side of London rent and Im lucky to have nice flatmates, however we were told there was going to be construction work going on but what we were not told was that that meant we would get woken up every morning by drilling louder than a jet engine! You cant even drown out the noise with headphones playing extremely loud music! And if it isnt the drilling its the fire alarm tests! 3 in one week, setting them off multiple times and getting us outside in pyjamas without warning as another test after already having one the day before! On top of that, my post keeps going missing and when we arrived the state of kitchen was abhorred!

Worked there as a contractor, seemed a good place to stay, pleasant staff & clean, very secure for students....

If you have the option to stay somewhere else, do it. Even if it’s extra money. Where do I start? The location isn’t too bad but it’s about 40-50 mins out from central London, there’s only two small grocery markets, and almost no food options. If you get a room that faces into the courtyard, good luck sleeping. I had to call security multiple times and that almost never helped. People would be out there at 4AM in a Tuesday making so much noise it was hard to sleep before morning classes, so I was always tired. Staff does an ok job but towards the end security didn’t much and front desk workers can get an attitude for no reason. We got room inspections done and had a man come into our flat an hour after the cut-off time for that date. It’s a place to live, but I would never recommend anyone to live here.

Rip off of a place, the most expensive accommodation Ive ever stayed in in London and also the worst, smallest, worst location and worst sized room. £800 a month for a single bed in a tower block on an industrial estate. Joke

極度不推薦地理位置極差時常無人在櫃台看守、取包裹更差的是管理部分，催繳十分勤快，但修繕往往拖了多個月還要三催四請如同其他評論一樣，他們時常會想辦法要你多付點修繕費傢俱極度老舊，床在躺下時會凹陷到碰到底下的床板時常在奇怪的時間測試火警，不用睡覺？倒垃圾空間時常雜亂一片，臭味四溢隔音極差，在房門外完全可以清楚地知道房內正在說什麼也可以聽到隔壁說話的聲響當然靠內的房間也完全會聽到半夜回宿舍的人吵鬧聲宿舍人員完全不會管半夜吵鬧的問題基本上他們只有收錢勤快，其餘基本不管因此體驗極差，絕對不推薦，在價格上自行在外租賃也有更好的選擇

Just about to finish living here and go back home and my experience has been pretty great overall. I lived on the 9th floor across from a building site which could be noisy but never really bothered me but it was quiet overall. Occasional plumbing issues but were rectified very quickly and staff were polite and friendly (at least in my experience). The fire alarm would sometimes go off at around midnight and give me a heart attack but I suspect this was the fault of other tenants and not the staff (and whats life without a bit of surprise anyway 😊).

Decent

Very noisy place if your room is facing Victoria Road. Endless construction works and Supermarket workers shouting in early moring, as well as the train track if you live on higher levels.

Awful location, and took £400 from my desposit with no explanation. By law, this institution is a SCAM.

You cant find ,literly, anything near by. location is so bad for young people. You also will pay extra money then that you thought. Its always looking for reasons to squeeze your money.

I wish I could give 0 star! Before i moved in, I doubt about the reviews, but after living here for a year. I would definitely say this place has earned their terrible reviews for reasons: too expensive, endless kitchen inspection, and poor management. Moreover, you have to pay for everything unfairly even though its caused by some one else. My advice is DONT live here, you can find somewhere better.

Good service and care and very secured amd safe for the inmates. Staff is very cooperative and nice.

Do not stay in there, it is charge for no reason, they even do not have image to prove where you damage, and they will charge a huge mount of money when you leave,"The total rent you paid was 9246.00 plus your halls deposit payment of 200. However, you departed halls with unpaid charges of 100.00 at the end of your contract which were deducted from your halls deposit. Therefore, your total refund will be 64.00. "they even do not tell me where can i pay the charge and when it is the dead line to pay, they just charge extra money they told me will have manage to contact me but never have someone sent me email, they also do not told me which email i can contact.do not live in there trust me, my classmate due to the kitchen problem was charged by them 85 pounds.

Youre in central London.... if you thought it was going to be cheap go back to your farm. Its extremely affordable and a really modern building. Only downside I have so far are the lack of flatmates, i feel like Im living on my own 😂

everyone whose complaining are clearly broke & petty, the place is greatvery modern, friendly and cleanalso you are at walking distance of everything you could possibly need & the night tubeBuilding is also extremely secure which is a must anywhere you live, I would choose higher rates any day then a low income place

Dont bother recycling, it all gets put in the same bin anyway.

We have to pay for the mess which are not made by us and always unfairly treated. Please do not choose to live in here if you have a choice.
