Our experience was amazing! Bryan was an excellent waiter. Our food was outstanding, and they all made me and my boyfriend’s anniversary so special! Will definitely be back!

I saved up to finally try this place. The 2 Stars are only for my AWESOME waitress Sydney!!!! The food on the other hand .. not so great 😔Steak 3/10Brussels sprouts 2/10Sams Mashed potatoes 10/10 😋 😋 😋 .. who ever Sam is ... I WILL FIND YOU!!! 👀... AND I WILL MARRY YOU 😆Bread basket 1/10Lobster bisque 1/10 weird fishy taste 😒Mix drinks 10/10 !!!!!!.... I want my money back .. Im going back to fogo 🏃

Ive eaten at several capitol grills around the country and its always the same; friendly, professional wait staff, spotless front of the house and last but not least, perfectly cooked rib eye steak.Thank you and your staff for being a golden lining in this cloudy pandemic.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and felt so welcomed. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. Our water glasses never went empty. The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned, from the steak to the mashed potatoes. Manny was our server and he was amazing, he was extremely kind and really made our night. We had come to celebrate our anniversary so the attention to detail including a handwritten note congratulating us on our milestone meant a lot to us. Thank you for the amazing service tonight! Highly recommend and will be returning on our next trip back to Baltimore.

Excellent service, what you would expect from The Capital Grille. The server was Aaron and he is amazing.

Drove into town hungry at 7:30pm. Never have we been so happy to be offered valet parking! The Capital Grille was an excellent experience from beginning to end. A quick check-in with the hostess and we were seated in less than five minutes. Our server was wonderful and very attentive. We started with prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella with vine-ripe tomatoes and calamari with hot cherry peppers. Both were absolutely delicious. Our group ordered filet mignon with blue cheese crumbles, a ribeye and the salmon. All of the dishes were perfectly cooked and presented. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for something special... delicious food, excellent service and an elegant ambience.

Wow!! I had a Friday off and decided to come in before going to my evening plans and omg. From start to finish the whole experience was such a treat!! The food is decadent and inspired, I had three appetizers which the very friendly bartender helped me choose. But the real star of the show was a cappuccino made beautifully served with rock candy. The MOD was friendly and had a warm demeanor and the whole experience left me feeling full and happy. Bravo, thank you for the lovely evening.

Food and service was amazing. 3 star review only because all the hoodlums out side on the streets. I will not be going downtown anymore. Sorry Capital grille. 😞

Our first time at The Capital Grille was fantastic. My girlfriend and I decided to go out for our anniversary, and we were greeted by all the staff with a very warm congratulations on our anniversary from the host to the gentlemen who brought us starting bread and waters, to our server, we were treated wonderfully. Mr. Paul was an amazing host of our table, very attentive the entire time and never without a smile. He ensured we were having a great time and went out of his way to bring me extra bread which I expressed I thoroughly enjoyed. My steak was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. My girlfriend got the Salmon which she expressed was also quite delicious and perfect. Our drinks we had during our service was amazing, I wish I would have gotten the bartenders name to give him the credit he deserves, he explained to us he was a local veteran there with long experience at The Capital Grille which was clearly reflected in his delicious drinks. This was a very memorable and amazing experience; we plan to return as soon as we possibly can!

The Capital Grill in Baltimore was so worth every penny. The dim lighting really sets the mood. The cold shellfish platter (appetizerwas amazing and enough to share with a group. As an entree I ordered the lamb rib chops which were cooked to perfection. I paired that with a side of mashed potatoes which were equally as good. I ordered their cosmopolitan because it’s a sexy drink and matched the vibe! The drink was quite tasty. Our server was amazing! I would totally go back.

Our appetizers were delicious. Our main entrée was amazing. And the server was pleasant and helpful.

My wife made reservations to celebrate our 19 year wedding anniversary. It was a last minute, spur of the moment idea to spend a night in Baltimore after dropping our son off for a military seminar in DC. We were greeted by friendly staff upon our arrival. We were seated in a cozy booth. Our appetizers (shrimp cocktail and smoked baconwere very good. Our main course (10oz filet with creamed corn and bacon and 22oz ribeye with au gratin potatoeswere perfect. Complimentary dessert for our anniversary (crème brûlée cheese cake and flourless chocolate tortwas also provided. The best part of our dinner experience was our server. Mr Donnie Frisby was an absolute pleasure. He was friendly and attentive. He engaged us in good conversation. My wife and I felt like we were speaking with and having a meal with a friend. The meal alone was enough to get my business again but having Mr Frisby as our server guarantees that we will be back to enjoy many more meals.

First time visiting, won’t be the last. Steak was cooked to perfection, the Thick cut Bacon appetizer was really good. They even threw in a free dessert for our anniversary.

We came in for a meal after a long day - wanting to unwind from the week and have a nice dinner. Our experience was exceptional. I’ve been to other Capital Grilles so expected the food to be great (it was). But the real highlight was the hospitality and service. The team was so attentive, professional and welcoming. All around exceptional! Manny was such a great server and made our meal perfect. Thanks!

This location is definitely worth a try. I will give them a 5 on the taste of the food alone. I have visited the DC location also but I don’t know if it’s the chef’s but the food was fantastic. The weather was great so we sat outside and enjoyed the view of the water front inner harbor. Lol passerby we’re literally staring at our food; They must have been smelling it too. If you love great tasting food visit. You got to try the coconut cream pie for dessert with the cookie on top.

The receptionist was very condescending and unfriendly. The ladies with him were just as bad, giving the worst service I ever experienced. I should have simply cancelled the reservation when I was being told about a 20% gratuity, without me asking. I guess my name didn’t sound like I had been there before, or could afford it. It didn’t dawn on me until after we arrived and waited patiently to be seated, only to be lied to when in fact we’d been forgotten/ignored. Our server really tried to make up for the terrible service, but the food (which was why I came back this time), was a disappointment. I will definitely not be back or recommend this restaurant!

Random spot we picked out because I had to have a steak dinner. The steak was the aged ribeye and I couldnt be happier with the quality. Honestly one of the better steak dinners Ive had in awhile. Service was great and friendly. They know how to take care of patrons.

We ended up with multiple reservations for a graduation celebration(not at the fault of the restaurant).However, the manager here was amazing! She was solution driven, handled us with care and patience while maintaining a smile to get our party seated. The atmosphere was warm and elegant. Carlos provided outstanding, and personable service. As for the food, I’m never disappointed in Capital Grill. This was the first time at the Inner Harbor location and I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again! Thank you for your spectacular team that provided my family with such a positive experience to celebrate this special occasion. Look forward to visiting again!

Fantastic lunch experience with our waiter Paul. Food was delicious. Best place restaurant in Baltimore!

Recently went to this restaurant in Baltimore with a party of three. Two of us got violently sick from the food. Called the next day to complain and surprisingly I didn’t get any follow up and reason why for the one star. In all fairness though the service was great and decor spectacular but the food, the food made some of us so unbelievably sick.

I wanted to love this restaurant but I didnt. The food didnt live up to the price. The lobster bisque was the best part of my meal.The service took my rating from a 3 to a 2. The waiter snatched the menus from me, promised to bring things and didnt deliver, never asked if I was satisfied with my meal, and overall seemed to be displeased with serving our table.I doubt that Ill be returning to this restaurant any time soon.

Excellent food and service! Our waiter Paul was a gentleman and very attentive to all of our requests. Some of our menu highlights: the lobster bisque, the Kona rubbed NY Strip and the Lobster Mac & Cheese. My wife and I enjoyed the Blackberry Sidecar (pictured). Will be back the next time we visit Baltimore!

We started off with the lobster bisque which was amazing. We then had the lobster and crab cakes as an appetizer which was the best tasting I have ever had. And my main course was the steak with salad some butter over the top. The steak was one of the best tasting I have ever had. He then brought us a dessert I believe it was a little piece of cheesecake and a chocolate cake which was excellent and I topped it off with a cappuccino.During the dinner I had three black Thai margaritas which were made to perfection. This restaurant is highly recommended. It is a bit expensive so strap in.

I’ve always been very skeptical about visiting this location but I am very glad that I didn’t let my skepticism stop me. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and my time at this restaurant. The ribeye steak was absolutely delicious and the cocktails were just the same. The bread that they serve was so good, I had to ask for more to take home. Our waiter went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service. I wish I could remember who he was because I’d mention him. A absolute visit.

Service was great but the food at Capital Grille was a bit disappointing. We tried a couple of their signature chef steaks but some (like the aged balsamicwere overpowering while the filet mignon needed more seasoning. The lobster bisque had an odd sourness but the complimentary bread was good. Their green bean side dish was fine and the truffle fries were cooked well but lobster Mac n cheese was lackluster. We had to send back an over cooked steak but they were nice to replace it and comp us side dishes. The crème brûlée cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake were good though.No parking available so we parked in a nearby garage.

As always, a spectacular evening. Jim and team made this Valentine’s Day incredibly special. The food was delicious and the wine Jim selected was a perfect pairing with our meals. Lawrence gave us space and service in perfect balance. Even on a normally horrible night in food service we had a wonderful time and intend to go back soon. Thank you Jim and team.

The staff is outstanding, Valet is worth the 11+ tip, the in fashion from the bar before we were seated was great along with the service. What every my wife had she loved as well. Dinner was just as outstanding as the staff. Definitely will return….treat yourself don’t cheat yourself.

Went here for dinner with friends. Both friends enjoyed their lamp chops and ribeye. It should be noted that one is a chef and had no complaints about texture or flavor. I had the sea bass which was a generous portion of buttery goodness with delicate and not overcooked flakes. Our parmesan truffle fries and sauteed spinach were also delicious. My friends drink was off the menu and exactly fit her request for a sweet fruity cocktail. My mule was as expected. One highlight was the attentive and pleasant Carlos who served us.

My experience at Capital Grille was excellent. The atmosphere is clean and elegant. It was easy to make a reservation online.. Our waiter was professional, personable, and did not miss a beat. You could tell he loves his job and cared about each table. I ordered the boneless ribeye and mashed potatoes. Both had excellent flavor and taste.

The service was amazing. My server Laura was welcoming and attentive, and she ensured my dining experience at Capital Grille is as best as possible. I loved how they would sprinkle little confetti for a decoration to celebrate my bday along with a handwritten card, too. Food was phenomenal as well. Their seafood is always super fresh, and the balsamic steak, their one of chefs suggestions, is always 💯 and baked to your liking with perfection. I was also treated with surprise bday desserts. I will most definitely come back soon for another nice time. Highly recommend this amazing restaurant 👍

Amazing experience the food was prepared perfectly, nice portions. Our waiter was very attentive, was able to offer recommendations. I was allowed to enjoy my meal and have a conversation without being rush.

Excellent food, ambiance and service. I got the lamb chops and my husband got the bone in ribeye. Both were delicious and nice portion sizes . The staff made us feel welcome and special for our anniversary.

Everything was on point. We wanted a drink that wasnt on the menu and it was made to perfection. Food was delicious our waiter was great I believe his name was Solomon. Definitely one of my favorite places to dine in.

This restaurant was alright with me. My brother made reservations, and not long after arrival we were all seated and ready to eat. The waiters were very professional, understanding and respectful. I ordered the lamb chops medium well done with lobster mac and cheese and they were just perfect and falling off the bone. The drinks were not watered down and overall EVERYTHING was just great. This is a great spot worth checking out. Just be sure to make reservations.

We eat here several times a year, this is our goto for birthdays and other special occasions. The service is always impeccable. The food is simply exquisite and the specialty cocktails are always on the money. From the bone in filet to lobster mac you cant go wrong with this menu.

We celebrated my cousins 30th bday here. The service was fantastic and the appetizers were amazing (calamari, tuna tartare, and lobster/crab cakes). The steaks couldve been seasoned alil more and some of our steaks were cooked incorrectly but overall great experience.

This may be a chain restaurant but dont let that diminish its appeal. The lobster mac and cheese is to die for, cocktails are yummy, and wait staff super friendly. I also love that they have an outdoor seating area in addition to traditional indoor seating and a bar.

First time here and I absolutely enjoyed the experience... The atmosphere was perfect for an evening meal. Love the music selection as well. The professionalism of the staff, as well as there attentive actions. The food was remarkable... I will definitely be coming back.. Curious about the other items on the menu... Its for the paper... So word of advice, "Pay ya Play". Great job guys 💪💯

Delicious but a little pricey even for Restaurant week. But worth it. The veal chop was possibly the most amazing veal I have ever had. Our waiter Bryan was amazing and offered an impeccable experience!

Restaurant week 2020 with my friend. Drinks were extremely strong to the point of not tasting good. My food was delicious and swrvice was excellent.

Loved it!! My second time coming here for my birthday. I enjoyed a delicious dry aged ribeye Au Poivre (coated with coarsely crushed peppercornwith Courvoisier creme. Of course I had a nice Courvoisier on the side to enhance the experience.Unbelievably good food, great service and atmosphere, plus, valet is complimentary.

The food and service were excellent!! I had the lamb, brussel sprouts and a blackberry sidecar. The flavor of the lamb was perfect and it melts in your mouth. The brussel sprouts are so delicious! Also, the staff love to celebrate special occasions. If you mention a special reason for dining they bring out complimentary champagne and dessert!

WOW! The foods are all mouthwatering and really good food. My wife loves to come back here for more. I will definitely date again my wife here at The Capital Grille. Thank you for making our events special. Good food, good service.

My wife and I went there for our 28th anniversary. Due to traffic we were late, but it wasnt an issue. when we got there they had a table set for us. A card and a bunch of heart shaped sprinkles in the table.. The people are so nice there. Atmosphere was great. We started off with the lobster bisque .. Wow, was it good, and had chunks of lobster, not pieces but chunks of meat. Then had the special, Fillet Mignon Salad. The meat was done perfectly and the salad was great. Everything was great. It was a bit pricey ( could also be cause of my two glasses of scotchbut well worth it. And to top it off, they gave us a chocolate filled brownie with Ice cream on it. Will definitely be coming back... Thank you to the management and staff for making our special day a little more special....

I went here to celebrate a friends wedding and it was one of the best places that Ive eaten in Baltimore. Our waiter was amazing. Her knew the menu very well, offer suggestions and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious as well. From the lobster salad to the lump crab appetizer to the steaks and burgers. You cant go wrong ordering anything. For dessert their cheesecake with a brulee topping was a perfect end to our meal. They also have a full bar and interesting cocktails.

Great restaurant for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is great and the service is superb. Dined for lunch and had the greatest Calamari I have had in a while. The lunch menu is varied and the food was delicious. The cheeseburger was moist and topped with candied bacon, yum. Jumbo shrimp were incredible. Salad and house dressing were also great. Has become one of my favorite spots in downtown Baltimore.
