The Canadian Brewhouse (Edmonton Downtown) in Edmonton

Had Derian as my bartender today, great service and he was super friendly. The atmosphere was great as well and enjoyed every minute of my time here.

Always a good downtown lunch option - They are quick and fast for take out especially when you call in the order!

Called to make a reservation weeks ahead of time for a UFC card. Ensured over the phone that they would be playing it and at what time.Then I get a call day of informing me they decided they wouldn’t be playing it, leaving me to scramble and try and get a reservation somewhere else.Not likely to return for any specific events like this since I can’t be sure what I’m told is correct and might get left stranded again.

I love the Canadian Brewhouse brand. This is nothing favorite location, so dont judge all Brewhouses by this location. The food is garbage. Eat elsewhere before you go!

When here with my wife on a Sunday afternoon. Went in seen a sign to seat your self and somebody will help you. It wasnt busy we sat inside by bar and waited about 10 minutes and no service so I told my wife well give them 5 more minutes. And nobody assisted us waiters were walking by and standing by bar. So we left idk I hope we werent ignored because were native.

Someone partied way to hard at the table beside us beforehand. Not a good siteWings and Yam fries were excellent, however seemed to be pretty overpriced for the portion size.Server was very friendly and nothing to complain about other than serving size and the music selection if I am being picky.

Justine B was our server and was absolutely amazing. Melanie came by to check in on us as well. Would 100 percent suggest coming to this location. Repeat customer.

Great food, great customer service

Food was succulent and timely. Our wonderful waitress Victoria made sure our dining experience was 10/10.

We came in for supper and had amazing time, quick service and great food,staff was top notch!!! Great place to eat would recommend!!

Only thing, the virgin Ceasar had way too much ice than the drink itself.

Brooke and Justine were absolutely outstanding the service was amazing, I don’t think I have had a better server.

Manager and waitstaff walked by multiples times without acknowledging us, so we left and ate somewhere better.

Went for wing night Wednesday. A tad underwhelmed by the wings as they were a bit tough/dry, the dry blackened seasoning seemed to lack salt, and the hot wings werent very saucy or hot. Nonetheless, the service was excellent. Shae did an awesome job taking our orders, checking in on us, and was very personable. Overall wont knock the Canadian Brewhouse as it still offers good food and drinks at reasonable prices.

Understaffed. No consistency in beer mugs, ordered the same beer 4 times and it came in 4 different glasses and sizes. Some were chilled and some weren’t and others weren’t even full. We were there for almost 2 hours watching the game and none of our dishes or beer glasses were cleared away during that time. Food was good as usual, service was friendly when we could get their attention.

Chelsea served us today and she went above and beyond with her service. She was knowledgeable on the menu and our drinks were never empty! She made our experience at the Canadian Brewhouse exceptional and we’ll be returning next week, kudos Chelsea!

We came out with our softball team and had an incredible experience! Evyn was our server and did an amazing job taking care of all 20 of us! What a great night with tons of fantastic food and drinks! We can’t wait to come back again soon! Thank you again Evyn!! ☺️🙌

Just moved to Edmonton from Calgary got off work on a sunday night me and my wife wanted to have a nice dinner and some drinks but our waitress was giving us dirty looks and giving us attitude we ordered only two shots and and asked for two beers she only gave us our two shots plus we got food but she would not give us our beers and instead brings waters we are aborignal and felt very not welcomed and felt racial discrimanation she was telling us she felt uncomfortable serving us more alchol but made us feel uncomfortable all the staff started to eye us down so we left still hungry and upset and i called the manager and tried to ask for a refund and told him our experience and he was rude as well and hung up on us i would highly not recommend eating here after our terrible experience i would not even give one star.

I was there with a large group on Wednesday.The server that was training did fantastic! We had Bella and Tijuana and they worked really hard to keep up with the orders.Great job!

My kids and I stopped in at the Brewhouse downtown on Sunday evening and had a wonderful experience. Not only was the food very good, but the service was simply top-notch! We basically had two very attentive waitresses who interacted with the kids and I the whole time. 5 stars all the way!!!!!

Good place to hangout with family and friends plus enjoying games like NHL or CFL. Yes before placing your order please check twice or thrice with server as I ordered no bacon but they served with bacon.

Came in for dinner prior to a show at Rogers, started off a bit rocky as we had arrived during a shift change but the manager ( without any prompting from ustook control of the situation and turned a possible negative experience in to a fantastic one. Food was excellent, service turned into what you would expect from a fine dining establishment. Will definitely return.

My server, Shea, was very polite and quick with my order. She recommended some food on the menu which turned out to be delicious. I will definitely come again thanks to this service.

Got kicked out for absolutely no reason. Accused of calling our server “stupid” which did not happen. She was doing as best as she could (great joband all of a sudden we are getting kicked out by manager. Do not recommend.

Kyleigh provided amazing service. She was efficient and fast, I didn’t have to ask for a refill of my drink because she already had me covered. By far the best service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant.

Not satisfied... the food was just ok but not the service. it was 7 of us and although we mentioned it(of course they👀 but no one added a chair to the table of 6 we were guided to.then after we informed them and get an extra chair, after a while the manager came and asked us to change place to corner and said the extra chair is in the way of ppl.so we all changed place to where he guided us and then again after we seated and 2 of us didnt have enough room to seat (all of normal weight)the manager came again and said I think its better if you seat on the tables for 8 ppl we hv.I mean I was astonished it took him that long to realize it and the fact they had table for 8 from the beginning.not going there again

Nice patio, cant remember our servers name but she was great! Only thing is we ordered a margherita pizza and they literally brought us a cheese pizza. Our server noticed right away and made things right though!

Our server, Grace, was extremely slow. We sat for 45 minutes, had 1 beer, and were never asked if we wanted another one. Another table beside us also complained because of the slow service, the patio was not even busy.

We had a large booking on an Oilers game night (for a completely separate event). We had Izzy as a server and she was wonderful!! Super sweet and considerate, making sure all our orders were correct and that we were getting our orders as soon as possible. All the staff were fantastic and we felt very well taken care of!! The bouncer was very helpful as well. Will for sure be returning in the future. Thanks for a great evening!!

Great food, great company. Leighton was our bartender. Wine glass was never empty, beer was always cold, food was DELICIOUS. 10/10 would get blackout here again.

Had to leave because our server was sitting talking to her friends and didn’t come over to our table once. We ordered our drinks with her, another girl brought them and then we didn’t see her until we were done our drinks and waiting for the bill. Very inattentive. May I add there was about 4-5 servers and the restaurant was empty except for the patio.

Danielle first and foremost is one of the best servers at this establishment. She is prompt and pays attention to detail. Danielle is easy to talk to and gives great suggestions. Also is very humorous and able to hold a conversation in a personal matter. So if you get a chance ask how the Mac and cheese lol.

We had a great time. Food and drinks are amazing! We ordered the nachos for uno (which was too BIG for me, thats why we shared it lol), brewhouse wrap, and chicken alfredo pizza. Oh! beers and sangrias too. The service was wonderful. Keep it up!

If you want excellent customer service then you need to get to the downtown location Canadian Brewhouse ASAP!!! The staff are friendly and the service is phenomenal. It was my first time here and I was greeted in the first 30 second of walking in. Thank s first point of contact is what really makes it or breaks it for the customer experience. The food is delicious and the vibe is so positive. Please tell all your friends and family to come here where they will not only get amazing service but feel appreciated. :You won’t regret it.

I enjoyed my experience and I thought my food was great. Giving four stars because I changed (upgradedmy side to a poutine for $4 and I didnt think it was worth the additional $ after the fact. I mean it was okay... but not worth $4.Hostess was very friendly and attentive and made sure we were comfortable and we never had to ask for a refill! She seemed pretty busy too but did an excellent job regardless.

Unfortunately our visit to this location was met with poor service and completely uncooked chicken. I dont think the poor service was the servers fault as they seemed extremely understaffed. Id recommend any other location in the city.

Very friendly atmosphere all around comfortable patio, they have many option on draft its always a pleasure to stop by their watch a game enjoy my MOLSON CANADIAN. Good times

Staffs were really nice! We really had fun! Washroom were clean! All the staffs were friendly and provided great service! Although it’s in downtown but they have their own parking lot which is great!

My original review on my experience was not so great. The good news is the management here reached out, and did a fabulous job following up. I did decide to give this location another try, and my experience was much improved. The service was great and overall it was a pleasant experience.

The Brewhouse is fun for afternoon drinks or for an evening meal. They have decent food prices, and reasonable drink prices.I have often been seated quickly, and only had to wait a few times. The waitresses have always been extremely kind and attentive.The cotton candy is a very good price for a huge amount, and its delicious.

Really great bar! Tasty food, and an awesome selection of beers. A touch expensive, but it makes up for that by being a great place to watch the game. My favourite part is the buzzers that they have at each of the tables that you use to call the servers over. By having this, it eliminates the awkward stage of waving to a waitress when you want them to come over, or waiting half an hour for them to finally make their way over to you. Great job brewhouse! Im definately coming again!
