Disappointing chopsuey, it was bland. But the overall place was good.

Order 24 pieces of CFC on the first visit. I got a mixed of 2 pcs newly fried as well as some pieces that were old and smelly. So I cannot say it was good experience. I will not say all the TBHnCFC restaurants gave a bad experience but this one did. I had a good experience at three of its chains one at Jaributi, bhaktapur BBSM and Lazimpat. I would say if are opting for this one at St. MARYS GO FOR ANOTHER LOCATION.

The Burger House And Crunchy Fried Chicken restaurant is located at peaceful place jhamsikhel, lalitpur opposite of st.mary school.This place is so cool to visit. Nice and clean environment and friendly staffs with their good service.Burger House servers tasty and delicious food.Their service is very nice and fast. Their crunchy chicken is just amazing. They servers very delicious lassi.One of the best place to visit this place with your family and friends. Their fast food is very nice and tasty. Ambience is just amazing very comfortable seats and nice view from terrace. They had separate zone for smoking. So people who dont smoke they can easy enjoy their.I had a wonderful time their and love to visit this place again and wanna explore more cuisine.Thank you Burger House And Crunchy Fried Chicken for making my evening good.See you soon.

Not the quality of food you would expect for the rate.

I would not recommend any one to this outlet as their method of doing business is quite uncomfortable & not fun.We ordered 4 burgers & 2 chicken but instead got 5 burgers & 3 chicken at the expense of our self, i mean 2 mistakes on a single table which was outrageous. they didnt properly track our order & at last we had to check every order & pay. cant trust this outlet. Please watch yourself guys.PS. BTW food was mediocre.

Although food is nice, you have to hear unnecessary loud musics. The staffs though serves fine but their behaviour within themselves is not appropriate.However, Quick service and affordable.

personally i didnt like chicken burger.. it was dry very less sauce inside bun and patty. But i like chicken fried rice and chicken chilly and ya coffee too☕️

I think service is the only good part of this restaurant, orders come to your table very quickly. The staves are good. Taste of food is just average. Parking area is small, enough only for a few bikes.

Good affordable restaurant.However, food varieties are limited and taste isnt that satisfactory.

The foods were quite good. However, I found other branches of Basundhara and Kalanki more better in the context of taste. The staffs are friendly here. I would not recommend for a coffee. It was literally bland as I couldnt even taste nor smell coffee. Would be better if it could be upgraded more. Also, the setup is quite nice but would love to see seating chairs more comfortable as many of them were unbalanced. The aaloo stick was quite good. My friends loved the sausages as well.

You gotta try the Penne Bolognese, the sauce is amazing but if you’re a returning customer and are expecting the same cheesy delight that you might have enjoyed a few years back, you are gonna be terribly disappointed.

Very Dirty Plates, Red Sauce Pasta came with white sauce which looks like dogs vomit. probably served expired foods. very bad experience. also customers seem to have declined due to bad service.

The place has food which is totally bang for ones the buck because the food is good. The place is bustling which contains its own charm and flaws. Overall the place is good even though there are some flaws here and there because its always too active because of it some might find it abit noisy and little too to have a good time.

The burger was okay-ish. The burger should have been better considering its name. It clearly didnt live upto the name as the burger was really dry. The place gets crowded on a Saturday so do think twice before you visit during a pandemic. The ambience is average. The food and the price okay for the quality. Wouldnt visit again though!!

The food is good for most part. There are a few items like their pizza which I would not recommend. Other than that its good. Good ambiance and service.

Good food and affordable price but they need to train their service staff well. Service staffs don’t even know how to serve food and how to stand infront of guest. Not a great ambiance,speakers well too loud. Main use of restaurant is to provide quality of service with good and hygienic food,customer don’t go there to listen loud speakers. Food was nice but the quality of service was very low. Staffs were showing their back and using mobile infront of customer and not attending to guest properly.

Ordered a crunchy chicken burger with extra cheese had to wait for 17 mins to be precise and they forgot the extra cheese and the burger was BAD ☹️

Good food, prompt service and good price. They are better than many of the nearby hi-fi restaurants that charge very high yet cant provide a service thats anywhere near this restaurant. Also, they always have some great food offers that would want to check out.

Say yes to Crunchy Fried Chicken. They serve good food in reasonable prices. Their price is much cheaper than that of other nearby restaurants. However, I would not recommend to go for coffee, I didnt find coffee as it has to be. More friendly staffs would add more beauty in their environment. They have limited two wheeler parking option and paid four wheeler parking near by. No wheelchair assessable entrance. Its good for friends circle, gathering but not kids friendly. As I already mentioned, always say yes to their CFC. If they work a bit on making seating more comfortable for their customers; it would not be unjust to rate them 3/5.

Cozy little place with tasty burgers. The crispy chicken burger esp. even the veg burgers taste good ! Friendly warm staff and very reasonable price even if located right at the heart of jhamsikhel. No where can u get 5 good quality burgers under 1000 bucks !!

Good place to eat and hang out. The burger and fried chicken are pretty good here. Other items like momos, chowmein, spring roll, etc are regular like at any other fast food place. Besides that the drinks are actually very good. Choco-mint frappe is our favorite.The staff service was just okayish. Not too good and not too bad.The place is beautiful however I always find that something is so off with the seat placing in the inside corners. The glass table outside had cracks and cut. Not that it bothers me, but can be kindof risky if there are children. Replace the glass or get another table instead of sticking ugly tape.

They deliver what they stand for. Fine menu. Reasonable prices. Not overpriced considering all other joints around the location.

Great ambiance and music. Food is delicious as well.I personally loved their burger the most.The place is nice for events as well, such as a birthday or anniversary or something. You can book the place in advance. If it is a group of 4-8, you dont really need advanced booking.Facilities are nice and staff is helpful.

Almost every burger house outlet allows same environment for such events.- Wide and large space than other outlets.- Parking available for both two and four wheelers.- Foods are delicious and price are reasonable than other expensive restaurants in town.- Also staff are very friendly in this outlet!*Dont forget to taste stick food!

This is like food heaven to the foodies. Whatever you order, every item is delicious. Till today, they have not given me any chances for any sort of complaints. Perfect location for having brunch to snacks at a reasonable price. The place itself is a wow. The warm hospitality along with the melodious music is a good supplement.

This place is great for their crunchy froed chicken. also loved momo here with their sour soup. But their buffalo wings are very bad. They should definitely make some improvements.

Food is quite cheap here than other restaurants in Jhamsikhel area. If youre low on budget, this is the place for you. This place is crowded in the evenings. People come to grab some snacks when theyre hungry after work.Good place to relax after office. The restaurant needs to upgrade the quality of food they provide here.
