Bernard St, Bloomsbury, London WC1N 1BS, Ducheng
High street fashion and lifestyle stores in a mall with restaurants and an arthouse cinema.
Ive been coming to this place for years, even pre covid years. It has changed over the years with new restaurants and shops alike. Overall its a good little spot away from the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street.
I was only walking through. I did not visit any of the shops. Because Ive been there in evening I admired all Christmas decorations which I always love so thats why is 5 stars from me.
This is a great business centre where several businesses operate. I used the Waitrose supermarket in the facility. I picked up some great tasting chocolates from Waitrose
Nice place for locals too shop and sit and enjoy. Not worth a special journey.Restaurants low end but fine .
It’s all white and slopey… good mix of stuff, kinda neat place to find in the middle of London
Not great on a rainy or cold day as its not an undercover centre. It would have been so easy to make it one!
I have passed this place walking from kings cross into Covent garden many times. From the outside it can look a little run down, but dont let that put you off, its great. Restaurants, shops and cinema.
Excellent choice of shops and food places and close to Train and tube stations close
Definitely the place for the urban explorer, all around great shops and restaurants for everyone.Would recommend visiting just for the architechture of 1960s.
Love the Brunswick, ace little venue to do some afternoon shopping or grab a bite to eat.
Good place to spend the weekend with family, could be better with more selection of food and family friendly facility
Great place to hang out, with kids, family, friends etc. With various eat outs and amazing sitting areas to enjoy, especially when the sun is out. Loved my experience at Slims Chicken and enjoyed the fries, tenders & wings and sauces too ☺️
A sort of concrete failed experiment. Unattractive, does not attract high class businesses, God for me I have no money anyway, Nandos is cheap.
Big shopping centre with a lot of shops and restaurants. Cant comment on all, as we were just in the supermarket to pick up some food for breakfast. No fresh tomatos available and several selfs just empty :(. That impression meets with the ATM of the center which was out of order :(.
Nice little open air mall - some great eating and drinking spots. Student vibes and summer times.
Supermarket. Coffee. Beers. Restos and other essentials (phone, phone repairs, banksare here. Walking distance to my flat so it’s just ultra convenient 👏🏼
We went to Hare and Tortoise in the Brunswick Centre and the food was amazing! Nice friendly staff and the restaurant was super clean. The toilets are two floors down which was strange but all clean and tidy. Im vegan and sometimes struggle to order a whole vegan meal, but I had the no duck rolls and then tofu stir fry with rice. Really tasty and good value.
Nice small centre. Full of restaurants and supermarkets. However if you are planning to do shopping there’s not much; only food outlets
Used to be my local shopping square near, Im going to kiss it :( Great for a quick bite @ lunchtime
Small centre with plenty of places to eat and drink, but when the wind blows it goes right down all the alley ways (small breezes are greatly amplified)
Loved the place! A few empty shops though. We had lunch at Punk Pasta. Excellent food and great ambience and staff.
An adorable outdoor mall in Bloomsbury near Russell Square. Nice shops and restaurants. Also a cinema showing foreign films. A little oasis.
Lovely shops, superb Waitrose with really helpful staff, great Robert Days which we dont have at home.
Nice vibesNo unit/door numbersNo signage that I could seeI was looking for Vidal Sassoon studioIt took some time to find it onBut a nice bright clean lots to eat and drink
Average shopping area , mainly fast food and a couple of supermarkets, some cafes and cookies shop , boots chemist.Very hard to find a parking spot , the place is not clean , shabby and old looking , probably not enough maintenance work carried out for a long time .
Nice place and good range of shops. Parked in the ncp carpark below whilst working as a graduation pro photographer in the locality this week.
Ok shopping centre. Its not much of a review so, restaurants with terraces and two supermarkets that I could see. Also the cinema complex so maybe just a bit more than ok!
Not bad for a quick if not moderately costly experience as the main supermarket is Waitrose, there are the usual boots, superdrug stores as well as a mini amusement arcade and a okay selection of eateries.
Loved this place, the atmosphere, shops, design and people. Lively and busy with lots of places for a coffee or food and lots of seating which is great. Lively but nobody shouting or miserable. Just great.
Pleasant mall in a quiet neighborhood. "River" fountains in the courtyard. Plenty of food options, a small cinema that shows art films & first run movies. Video game arcade!
So different from when I used to live in the area, this is such a cool place. Wonderful choice of shops and restaurants, a really nice buzz, its very nice here.
Lovely little eating oasis and cinema near to city square park, chilled atmosphere, enjoyed pottering around after wed eaten at Punk Pasta there.
I studied at an institute near the Brunswick Centre from 4 years ago.As a frequent visitor, I go to the Brunswick Centre for dining, drinking, and shopping. Therere cozy chairs, plants, and animals at the open space, where I can rest myself, chat with friends, or simply have daydreaming. With 3 (accessibleentrances to the centre, it is convenient to visit and go around. My favourite moment is when sitting in the sun, having snacks or bubble teas, and listening to childrens laughter! You would love the place too~ ;)
Nice open mall in the city centre (WC1), with Waitrose and stores for all needs.
Nice, tidy, small local centre with a big super market, a few boutique shops and a good number of diverse food units and coffee shops. Very close to Russel square underground. Lots of outside seating to enjoy on sunny days.
I hadnt been here before so it was great to explore. We loved Skoob, the 2nd hand book shop
Very cozy comercial Centre with lots of amenities, ranging from an asian supermarket where you can find great deals (Tian Rian marketto cookies and and sweets if you have a sweet tooth. Theres also a Specsavers and boots in case you need to buy medical supplies. Next, theres a massive Waitrose if you need anything else, where theres good deals for an amazing quality. Overall, its a nice little Centre where you can go for a walk and grab a bite.
Curzon cinema is just great. I highly recommend you guys. You will love the atmosphere 👌
Although the centre has changed its shops significantly in the last 5 years (all the clothes and shoe shops have gone!), it’s still has a strong pull with a good selection of supermarkets, eateries, cafes and entertainment for all ages.Always well decorated according to the season and well maintained so I recommend visiting if you’re in the area.
Beautiful place for a day out. When there make sure to eat at Slim Chickens 🐔 They have amazing burgers 🍔
Small shopping mall very close to University College London. 20 seconds walking distance from Russell Square underground station. Waitrose is the largest grocery shop in the mall. Many other shops including Ziraff, Hare and Tortoise, Boots, Bank, Sainsbury’s etc. 10 minutes walking distance from Kings cross st Pancras station. Weekend market in the middle of the centre is worth a visit.
Attractive shopping area within a wonderful example of modernist architecture. Great shopping, dining and leisure venues to be had. Great atmosphere.
Awesome place . You can find coffee , restaurants, fast food. Can either eat outside or inside. It also have a variety of clothes stores
Nice center, in your local area. Many options for shopping, eating and coffee! The Waitrose is pretty big and I always love shopping there. The Christmas decoration is so nice and I always enjoy the events they have.
Little oasis in centre of London. Good selection if chain restaurants like Nandos, Giraffe, Leon etc along with shops. There also community events which take place.
Great place. Brunswick Centre has a Bollywood event for local community and whoever wanted to join in the festivities. Had a wonderful time with great food from chef Vijay. Thank for for a wonderful time. Great place to visit. Lovely people, great restaurants and shopping galore🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Good selection of stores, and on certain days/hours good street food. Architecturally beautiful, especially in the courtyard, if you like modernist buildings.
A well located mini shopping centre with a good mix of shops, cafés, restaurants and a boutique cinema. There is a Waitrose supermarket, Superdrug pharmacy, Carluccios Italian restaurant, Giraffe Giraffe, Leons, ITSU Japanese fast food, Las Iguanas Mexican restaurant along with many others. The Centre is home to the Curzon cinema which has screens two floors into the basement and has been refurbished with modern clean designs and comfortable screens. The design of the centre is a 60s concrete building which has been sympathetically updated and has nice Central courtyard water features.
Conveniently located with nearest tube station is Russell Square and 15 min walk from Kings Cross Station; and plenty of restaurants and 3 supermarkets (waitrose, Tesco express and sainsburys)
Great location to meet up as there is a healthy selection of restaurants and coffee joints. The cinema is fantastic if independent movies are your thing, although they also show mainstream as well. The Center has a wonderful market on Saturday also which is well worth the trip
