Does not have any luxury, but the bedroom is very clean and fresh. Nice and quiet place to stay. The breakfast is good and the staff in the reception are wonderful, very helpful and nice. Love it here ❤

I stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks. I really liked the place and the location - the staff was friendly and the bathrooms exeptionally clean and well-made. Everything was pretty new and well-kept. Room service was superb, maybe even too polite on some occasions. I had a small room far down the corridor. It was a bit claustrophobic, but nice. It had a TV which seems rather useless to me but, I guess, allows to charge more for the room so its fine.Easier to elaborate on what I did not like: I left for the day and left the window slightly ajar and by the time I came back the room service had been there and closed the window, and it was super stuffy in there. They also kept moving the trashbin under the table, it got annoying after a while, like, what is your problem, its not even usable if its hidden under there. Oh well. But they were extremely polite otherwise so that beats it all.Why I took off two stars: that one day they called the room and said that I have to pay extra for the couple breakfasts that my guest has shared with me a couple days before. I did have a guest come over for breakfast a couple times and I totally took advantage of that no one stopped us, that is true, and, my bad. But look: one of their arguments was that they had many guests staying at the time but every single time I came in for breakfast it was 15 mins before end time and every time they had a ton of leftovers - this reasoning was so, so petty. I was starting to get annoyed with their logic right there and then. They said that they "had noticed" that someone was having breakfast with me for a couple days and yet they seemingly havent noticed that I skipped like a week worth of breakfasts by then. So, like, you guys saved up a weeks worth of breakfasts from a customer, seeing that it matters how much is left by the end time, huh? So okay, I asked how much I owe them. The manager said that lets say that it is 500 rub per breakfast. I said that this is really expensive for a bowl of cheap oatmeal and two eggs. The manager kept her cool but the receptionist started looking at me with full-on disgust from then on. That particular receptionist stopped greeting me back from that day on, which I find very cute. I have ditched proper check-out because who knows what they would have done, this being set in Mother Russia, if I told them I was not going to pay extra due to the unprofessional handling of the issue. Lets face the facts - I stayed for 3 weeks, paid over $1k upfront, in low season, havent bothered them at all, - whats up with that attitude?Next time in town Ill have to stay somewhere else, luckily theres no shortage of hotels nearby.
