Great layout, food minimal and drinks are reasonable. Patio and good music. Tables are offered as coin or hourly. 6hours of awesome shooting, I am glad I finally got to check it out while in town would love to come back to play in one of the many tournaments hosted

Casual Pool Hall/Sports Bar. Halloween night 2020. A few costumes in the place. Comfortable amount of people space wise. Probably half were wearing COVID masks. Attentive Bar keeps were friendly enough and great drink specials were had by all. Parking and Smoking out back. Chinese restaurant connected to the bldg to dine in or take out. Havent tried their food yet. Next time. Will be visiting again.

I traveled from Fargo to Duluth to play at a tournament here and the hospitality was through the roof, not once or twice but multiple times! They didnt really know me but just a participant. The whole experience from before the tournament weekend through the entire tournament. From the bar staff to the tournament director all were amazing! Drinks and food were reasonable priced aswell as the pizza is top notch! A couple years ago they kind of put themselves on the map for hospitality and finally I was able to experience it. Also, everymatch had a tablet that linked to a TV by the table then straight to live online brackets. So much to say, definitely recommend! Thank you for making me feel at home! Very well done!

Needs more staff, or staff that caters to the patron. Have a hard time being served. Tables are to close together, no space to move through them. The pool tables are excellent and the TV screens are visible from any coroner. It does have a nice feel to the place. Jazzy with comfort.

A decent pool hall with darts and foosball as well. They have tvs throughout so you can follow al the games. They even have a patio out back with tables and a tv where you can smoke or just enjoy the evening. If looking for a great spot to shoot some pool, this is the place for you

The Break Room is, hands down the single best pool hall in 100 miles. Tables are meticulously maintained including fresh felt, constantly polished balls and some of the best players. Tournaments are handicapped so if you are remotely skilled, you can WIN! The regular clientelle are laid back, the bartenders rock and if you dont play, its a great place to watch amazing players and theyre very generous with tips and most will play anyone.Also a great place to watch televised sports and my personal favorite for football. This place should be on everyones mind when trying new places. Great staff, laid back atmosphere and easy access. Full parking lot and plenty of street parking. Ample video surveillance so if, by chance, you leave something behind, the staff will keep it safe or they will review vid to see. They enforce a clean, safe place to shoot pool. Complete with 9 foot tables to choose from. Trust me. The former occupant didnt come close to the quality of this edtablishment! Go! Go NOW. Sorry my Kia Arnold came out.

Fantastic tables. Wonderful Bartenders. Semi-decent beer options. Its the only pool hall I frequent in the area.

I ALWAYS have a good time here. Friendly bartenders and plenty to do from pool, darts, and even dancing. The patio area is great in the summer.

Unfortunately, or fortunately. In the past, I have always had a great experience & service at The Break Room. But, tonight was something different. I received unprofessional and very poor, rude service by 2 very young and I believe new bartenders. I waited 20 minutes (timed itfor bartenders to serve me due to both playing on their phones. I was then accused of going “behind the bar” (which didn’t happento get myself a beer...I did however reach and grab a glass as a “hint” for them to do their jobs. I’m old enough to be their mother. Can’t get any more offensive than that to say the least, to be accused by 2, 20 something year olds. If they had been doing their jobs they surely would not have resorted to this false accusation and defensive behavior. Very poor, slow, and unprofessional bartenders. I will definitely be letting friends know to not go there unless they want terrible service. As a person who is professional, I’m appalled by the service I received. Find better and professional staff for starters, would be a good suggestion. Otherwise, you’re going to lose business. Also, several patrons complained about the very same service as I. Maybe retrain on better customer service for your staff. Thank You.

Large space and ample pool tables in this shabby chic location. Very Central to downtown Duluth and a fair amount of parking outside.

An okayish bar..Nothing too exciting about it..they play Post Malone way too much😅..the staff however is really friendly and they surprisingly made one of the best thin crust pepperoni pizzas Ive ever had!

Tables are clean and true. Drinks are good, and decent price. The crowd is respectful and diverse. Good place to go for a good time, to just hang out n have a couple or to find some good pool players. Bartenders are quick and dont leave you on empty.

Its a somewhat okay place. I had my coat stolen from me while I was there as well as had negative criticism from people who lives around Tri Towers and Grandview Manor as it pertains to going to this spot. So, its best to only go to this place once a month if not every other month.

Pool hall and bar. Play good music. Have TVs mounted around area including one out on the patio. Have a good pizza menu. I only have pop but friends say drink prices are reasonable.

Only two bartenders on I think on a Friday night and one kept gossiping so I had to go ask the other one. Otherwise it was nice experience there I didnt actually shoot pool but the people were really friendly.

Great place if you want to spend 20$ for a budwiser in a bottle. Wont go back to that place again. Next time ill just throw in an extra 3$ and get a case. Would of given it half a star, but it wont let me.

Good tables and drinks. Spendy and the crowd can be a bit on the rowdy side. Over all an ok place to shoot some pool and have a beer.

I dont like that you have to wear a wrist band if youre drinking. The food is no longer good and no more free shuttle. This place used to be 5 stars for me.

Usually pretty busy and loud, but has good security. Fairly clean, other than the bathrooms. Good drinks and the food is alright. I love the mural on the walls, they take billiards very seriously. Beautiful tables.

Me and my brother are new to the area, and trying to find a pool spot. We were there once, nice staff, plenty of room...but the music was awful. It was nothing but loud electric keyboard 80s mullet music for 3 hours, and jukebox was over a dollar to choose a new song to give our ears a break. it made us want to leave :-(

This is our neighborhood watering hole. The convenience provided by their round town shuttle is a huge draw and an incredibly sound and safe business practice. Drinks are always good and the staff is fun and interactive.

Come here with a friend of mine a few times a month each time the drinks and service are great. Clean area and welcoming atmosphere this is our #1 bar.

Great atmosphere with cheap drinks and tons of activities such as darts, pool, and fuzboll. My new favorite place to hang out daily.
