Having to jump through hoops to get a vegan breakfast as it isnt on the till or app. Theres plenty of breakfast items with dead animals in though. Ridiculous.

Only reason its not a 5 star is because there is never enough staff serving at the bar. Apart from that its hard fault the place, good selection of beers/ciders and the burgers are always spot on!Popped in for breakfast this morning, no slipping of standards, staff friendly and attentive, food was good but could of been a bit warmer, otherwise al good.

What should have been a quiet family Sunday afternoon with my family celebrating a special birthday turned out to be a nightmare. A pub regular who bragged that he went there 7 days a week (Ill let you all make your own mind up about thatwas extremely rude because my 11 year old Granddaughter thought his table was empty and put some used plates on his table as she presumed no one was sitting there while he was away from his table. When we realised we apologised but his behaviour was aggressive and completely unnecessary. When I pointed out that his behaviour was unacceptable it then escalated and the atmosphere became very hostile. I then requested assistance from staff members. The young girls behind the bar were extremely helpful and showed empathy about how disappointed I was. However, the manager on duty was the complete opposite. She approached our table but was unable to take control of the situation so then walked away and told us to sort it out ourselves. WOW!!!!When I approached the bar and asked for her name and the complaints procedure she did not fail to disappoint again and completely over reacted because I was looking to see if she was wearing a name badge. Unprofessional, immature and completely unacceptable. The bar staff were amazing though and talked us through the complaints procedure. Such a shame that they were let down by their manager and forced to apologise on her behalf as she was by now out of sight.A complaint has been made but 24 hours later still no response. We will never set foot in this pub again.Wetherspoons - you failed to show any duty of care to your customers on this occasion. My advise would be to put more thought into choosing your Managers. This one had no clue how to de-escalate a volatile situation and left her staff to handle it. But a big thank you to the young lady who was left to hold the Fort.

Met up with friends for breakfast.We chose various options from their breakfast menu. All of which turned out to be very tasty and fairly priced.We also made the most of as many "free" refills on your tea or coffee as you want."Buy one and refill your cup as many times as you want"This is a venue that we will definitely l be returning to !

Lovely little pub! Well done out. Ate here for the first time on Friday and was not disappointed! Great as usual for wetherspoons! Service was so quick. Food came out very quickly. Chicken pasta Alfredo was gorgeous as always, scampi and chips lovely and chicken jalfrezi was really tasty. Would come back to eat again. Drinks are always great too. Lively on a Friday night.

Although I previously rated this as 5 star I have amended it to 3 we visited on Saturday night and while the staff were as friendly as ever the food is very different I ordered 8oz steak and chips costing £10.71 with a pint of larger, as you can see from the photo I had 13 yes 13 chips and a steak that I could have brought for £3 at any shop. Will not be ordering food here again.

Everything was ok just my food was a nearly cold when I received it

Nice atmosphere good food and nice selection of drinks. Topped off by helpful and friendly staff.

Ok but had to send food back because chips were cold staff put them out on plate before steaks were cooked left them standing

Lovely pub,friendly staff.usual wetherspoons menu,not a la carte but good basic honest pub grub.

Pizza was smaller than normal was greasy and the cheese was all just clumped toghter with small amount of tomoto sauce would not recommend I normally like a spoons this also took ages to come out

As a regular visitor to this pub Ive never been disappointed with the level of service or the food provided, cheap drinks and value for money food.simply cant beat it anywhere else in bloxwich.

First visit Sunday 28th. Pleasantly surprised with the way its been done inside. The last time I was in the building I was on the dancefloor throwing shapes to Blue Monday by New Order when it was Flix Nightclub. Great price of £2.89 on a 660ml bottle of Peroni

Awful over 25 minutes taken for 2 Pepsi ordered on app and the place was dead avoid this dump if you can its a joke

Usual Wetherspoons environment .. busy but swift efficient service and best prices for beers and ales outside of off licences.

Come here for a few drink catching up with a friend. Staff was friendly and helpful, was at bar with friend someone kept asking us by them a drink as its his birthday we said no carried on asking n getting closer to us we said no . I asked bar staff to get the man to leave us alone they was so helpful told man to leave thank you as we felt a bit on edge and not comftable.

Ok. But changes ar night as every weather spoons. Becomes a boozer rather than a pub restaurant. You know what I mean.

Ordered 2 breakfasts waited @ 20 mins and arrived cold sent it back told we would get 2 fresh ones then waited another 10 mins to get the same breakfast back nuked in microwave still cold ??? Gave us refund just on breakfast didnt offer any gesture of good will ,could of refunded drinks ???

Very nice Wetherspoons. Very large indoors but small beer garden which gets busy on a nice day.

Withys "no atmosphere at all" never really been impressed with any of them, only had a mixed lemonade n juice seemed watered down left it n moved to another pub

Very rarely get a bad meal in here. I went for a burger as Id been craving a thick juicy burger. The ultimate burger hit the spot. Both our meals came out hot.We ordered from the table on the app and it came pretty quickly considering the place was busy

Food great, pub clean and friendly staff

Oh dear, what can I say... Well the smell is the first thing you notice when you walk in. Smells like drains/toilets which isnt nice when youre eating. Talking of eating, I know theyre cheap pub meals but they leave a lot to be desired. Dont get me wrong the food was cooked well but the presentation was terrible.Steak and chips..thats all you got, no extras like onion rings, peas or tomato . The other food we ordered, no salad so very basic. Needless to say we wont be returning. Oh and the 2 stars are for the staff that worked the bar who were very pleasant so its 5* for them really

Foods awful, service isnt great. Kitchen staff and waiters are poor, in service and attitude. Bar staff are slow. Always piss on the floor in toilets. Your usual spoons

We went in for some food on a Sunday, I must say I was pleasantly surprised as the food was amazing, would definitely go in for food again

Ordered 2 large breakfasts. Food was stood under the serving hatch for 10 minutes with doors open. Food come cold, eggs solid and rubbery in texture, the customers after ours had cleaning products sprayed close if not over the Food. Lost my custom. They care more about the people drinking alcohol at 10am

Lovely pub nice decor only problem was the smell of sewerage very off putting wanted to stop for several drinks, but we left after one drink shame really

First vist, good experience, former cinema sympathy renovated, nice lay out with smokers and non smokers beer garden, pleasant atmosphere, normal Witherspoons menu, food well prepared.

Be warned. The downstairs coffee machine has been out of order for at least two weeks, so you have to traipse upstairs. Great for those who cant do stairs. The lack urgency suggests this may continue indefinitely.Edit. 24/5/22. STILL only one machine and queue currently five deep.

Nice friday night atmosphere, clean bathroom and the girl running drinks yesterday evening was really nice!

Second visit with grandson aged 7.Breakfast muffins good but shock horret for grandson, No pancakes, he was gutted.Also drinks machine up stairs was not working properly, so endless drinks was a no no for everyone.

After enjoying a good steak in their Dublin chain, was disappointed by Bloxwich, steak is unchewable, its like a rubber, was it the chef or the steak quality, the chips, i think its a quarter of the smallest potato they could find. Is this unique to Bloxwich

Simply put. One of the worst meals out ever. Waited almost an hour to be told husbands meal (chicken jalfreziwasnt available and to order something else (steak. By this point, the rest of the party had all eaten and finished. By the time our meals came, my sons chicken was rock hard, couldnt even get a knife into my steak it was so hard and daughters chicken was pale and under cooked. They then brought out my husbands original meal they said theyd run out of! The waitress then came back and took that away saying wed ordered the steak (!and brought out a chicken tikka masala (wrong again). We said that was wrong, so they took that away and brought my husband a steak and microwaved jacket potato. Just that. One dry, hard, burnt steak and microwaved jacket potato. No peas, no mushroom, nothing. By this point my kids were miserable and hungry because theirs was incredible. All I could eat from mine was the onion rings. Two different waitresses came over. One very rude and moody. Finally saw the manager. He was at least polite, apologetic and refunded mine and the childrens dinners (though not my husbands which was the one they messed up the most). Just awful.

Maybe I chose a very busy time, but after ordering a meal for two it took a very long time (half an hour to three quartersto get our meal which when it came was only luke warm and so was the jacket potato. In fact the sweet was warmer than the main meal! The stake was also very tough and no stake knife was supplied.Not very impressed and probably will not go hear again.

Been in a few times lately and the breakfasts have been just about lukewarm. Cant complain about the service and price though! Will give it a miss for a bit and go back in as few months to see if has improved.

I cannot fault the service one bit. 10/10 for the flawless staff service. However the food, it was abysmal. I ordered a large mixed grill and was disappointed by the lamb steak being nothing but fat and it was so tiny it looked like it came out of nuketown.Secondly the fried egg on the mixed grill, it was cooked indeed but I didnt eat it because it had this shiny looking top to the egg like it was sprayed in a plastic coating. It even felt plastic including the yolk.I also want to point out you might want to invest in better steak knives. As the ones me and my wife had were wobbling like mad off the hilt of the handle when cutting through out meat. If they get too loose they will easily fly out and being a serrated edge, it could very well potentially hurt someone.All in all I give this bloxwich branch of Weather spoons 3 stars purely because of the food and safety of cutlery only.The waiting staff deserve a 5 out of 5 for all their hard work.

The only changing facility for my baby was in the disabled toilet (this is usually finebut because the disabled toilet had been left unlocked the state of it was absolutely appalling. There was so much urine on the floor there was a visible puddle. The smell hit you as soon as you walked in. I had to change my baby in absolutely filthy conditions. We watched customer after customer use the unlocked disabled toilet as it was clearly easier than using the stairs. The toilet clearly hadnt been cleaned for a while. We came here for a family 70th birthday meal, however I would not return with children in a hurry.

Food and coffee is great, the hospitality was lovely, ordered incorrectly and they amended straight away. Staff make you feel welcome. Inside is big plenty of tables. Ali ( staff was on hand and made our day with her great service. Outdoor area also on site but no on site parking.

Difficulty in ordering our food, instead of the daily deal we ended up with the more expensive option. Our Drinks were left on the bar and I had to go and collect them after our food had arrived. No quorn available. Bar staff who served us seemed uninterested and not helpful with food selection when original option was not available.Be careful as side salads etc are extra and receipt doesnt show breakdown of order and just the total.

Nice pub but some of the food I ordered was off the menu. Slightly annoying. The San Miguel was flat also. Ive been here numerous times before and not had any problems. Must have just being having an off night. Usually no problems..

Absolutely awful, Id highly recommend everyone to stay away!! The salad was all dried out, the beans had been sitting out for ages and I ordered a chilli con carne burrito wrap and it came as a chicken and avocado wrap and was told it couldnt be changed for what I ordered. The manager was no good in solving any of the problems we had and I definitely will not be going back ever!!!

This used to be Flix night club amongst other things back in the day!large venue with beer garden and smoking area to the side..upstairs / balcony area upstairs mainly made up of tables and chairs for eating..big pub with plenty of room..food typical wetherspoons chain..good value for money but have waited 30+ minutes for food when busy!no real parking but asda only 100 yds up the road so not a problem..
