Worst place, Pathetic experience.We booked buffet at black pepper, while booking they said their will be unlimited food for a 2 hr window with music and soft drinks.On reaching first they served their first round in which food was in very limited quantity and after that when we asked for refills they either said that this food item is finished or served too late. Worst restaurant ...poor service...only one person to serve every table... zero hospitality... owner has no sense of talking to guest...we have booked for buffet system and they have told us that they will provide two drinks i.e one soft drink and one soup in that but when we reached there with our guests then they refused to give two drinks and gave us only soft drink ... also in buffet system they told us to provide as many refills as our guests will ask for...but when we asked to refill noodles bowl they refused us ... worst place in muzaffarnagar...there is only one staff who is arrogant and the owner was also very arrogant
