A good franchise. Bartenders are hospitable and they have a wide selection of beers and whiskey. Tip of the day is to ask the bartenders what they would recommend.

Trivia night, great beer selection, lovely pub grub (get the special smörbröd and fish and chips), super nice staff (hej to Monica and the guys!)

Food is much better than expected in a bar! Good selection of beer and some really unexpected (and superwhiskys !Service from staff is exelent!

Super good! We were looking for some local food, but most Scandinavian restaurants were either full booked or closed. So we tried this kinda out of despair but it turned out amazing! The reindeer stew is a must try. Ask for their beer, they have different local options but also their own beer. It was pretty cool. Also, lovely service and beautiful place.

Dropped in for a beer, stood waiting for a seat too long, people behind me were looked after first. I asked to sit at bar as I was alone, was told I had to take a table. No reason for this as Ive seen people at bar recently. Tried to order a beer, service was too slow, I walked out. Thats the 2nd time in a row. Service has really gone down hill.

This is one of the best places in Luleå. The prices are fair, the food is all delicious, and the beer choices are effectively endless. Staff is friendly, although they have limited employees so service isnt incredibly quick. Youll have a beer in your hand and friends with you so who cares?

Food is good and choice of beer is big. But slow service. Be ready to wait 15 minutes for someone to approach you and 20 minutes before you get your beer.

1st bar in Luleå...good beer, decent food...all that you need

We did not feel welcome in this place. When we entered they clearly tried to sell us food although we asked if we could just drink something. The staff member (with the grey beardwas annoyed because we wanted to see the menu for the drinks. At the end we paid €10+ for a white housewine (wich was okand €4 for a regular coke. We left this place with an anoyed feeling. It is however a verry nice and cosy place. However when they act like this the charm gets quickly lost.

Nice atmosphere, various areas inside that are suitable for gatherings and parties. Good food and drink, but dont forget to book far in advance!

Not happy with the service. We had plans to order some food there. But we didn’t feel welcome by the staffs, so we booked another restaurant instead. The only good thing was the beer.

Nice bar with all you want from beer and whiskey. Did not eat there, but the food looked nice. Just make sure to check if they have table serving or from bar only. If to crowded, they only serve from bar. So dont sitt and wait from 30min and then give bad review or yell at the bar because you was to lazy to check.

Very wide selection of beers. The food is always good, at a reasonable price. Every time I come to Luleå, this is my go-to place when I want to get a good beer.

Did not eat here so rating is based solely on drinks and atmosphere. The Bishops Arms is a great english themed pub with a wide variety of beers. When i walked in it reminded me of the UK in all the right ways. The place was relatively busy but we got drinks and a table quite easily. I would say the average age of people in there was around 35. If youre younger and want to party its probably not the place for you. If you want to have a nice beer and a chat with mates then this is the best pub in the area, hands down.

Nice and knowledgeable staff, good spectre of beers, juicy hamburgers, and among beertenders Lady Gaga Jr is looking beautifully.

English theme pub. Mussels came in a nice spicy sauce. Decent looking selection of beers and whiskys. Service is sloooooooooow. And the staff not that knowledgeable about what they have. Shame.

Bishops is for an more "experienced" People since you need to be at least 21 to visit and the medium age is 40. I would still recommend it if you like whiskeys and beer since they have a wide selection. Very nice service. Very calm place😊

Website said bookings are unavailable on weekends. Bartender said we should have booked. We came just after pub opened on sunday and there were no free spots available for company of 6ppl.

Average quality pub with a British theme. Normally a large selection of beer, but more than half of the taps were "out of order". Some good quality craft beer though.The quality have become worse over time since my first visit 15 years ago, as a regular customer. Food is average at best and the service is slow, given that this is not a large pub this should not be an issue with the staff they have. This is probably due to a lack of competition of similar establishments.

Like every other Bishops Arms. Great food, great beer & great service. Finding a free table can be difficult even on weekdays, though.

Decent place to go, there is a massive selection of beers, of every type and strength, including for example geuze, IPA, porter, Belgian beer, craft ales etc. There is no doubt that there are beers of every type here. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, they make suggestions and never seem to run out of ideas. In addition they have every kind of spirit and an exceptional collection of whiskys. The Bar is done in a sort of replica to an English pub and it has real atmosphere to it theres Plenty of places to sit at the bar and loads of tables as well. Food is served and is good they also do a good selection ofeats and cheese with bread, I would definitely try here if you come to Lulea.

Very good pub, interesting decoration, friendly environment and a really huge variety of beers, drafts as well as bottled. And of course a large variety of drinks and extras. The place is also well located at the city center and can be easily accessed. There is a second entrance from the Elit Hotel. Typical swedish high prices :)

This English style pub was recommended by our hotel staff for supper. It didnt disappoint.Large selection of beer was available, food selection was good. Meal was excellent, and the staff was friendly.The location is very convenient in the center of town near most of the hotels and shops.I would go back.

Its a really good pub in the middle of the city, just in front of a park and the city hall. Its just four minutes away from Smedjegatan the main bus stop of Luleå. The pub offers a really wide choice of beers, almost 20 drought and over 200 bottles. It offers also wine and cider, and you can get some food there, from hamburgers to easier snacks. The prices are OK to be in Sweden!I really suggest to visit The Bishops Arms!

Down to earth place with genuine pub-feeling. Superb personnel more then willing to help you out to their amazing assortment of beers on tap and bottle. Uncomplicated meals with good taste and quality.

A pretty good craft beer and burger place not far from the impressive Dome church and the baltic Sea.Went there on a snowy winters eve and were warmly greeted and well-advised on the beer (try the Northern Lights IPA local variety).The veggie burger was exquisit, the salmon salad well deserved its name. Of course, beer is VERY EXPENSIVE like everywhere in Sweden. And I would have also liked a salad that is more salad - or a baked potatoe.

If you want a WIDE selection of beer, whisky and other poisons then this is your place.Also has really good burgers (this info is from about 2015 or so. Could have changed).

This is such a great pub. As a Brit, I have to say that they have really figured out how to run a proper pub here. There is an enormous range of bottled and draft beers. The staff really know how to look after draft beer. It is a brilliant place to explore unusual beers from everywhere. There are many old favourites as well. Although it is expensive, it is pretty typical pricing for Sweden. The food is good; well-presented and well-presented, but the menu is rather unimaginative and unchanging. There in only one vegetarian choice, so if you are a vegetarian staying here for a few days, you will need to explore other eateries. But this is definitely the best drinking hole in the whole of Luleå. Locals agree. It is always their first choice for a social drink.

Very good bar, maybe the only one where you can find belugian beer. Its a little costly. You can eat there too.

Bishops Arms deliver, pretty much any of these establishments. Old style pub atmosphere, friendly staff and always a good selection of beers. Okay pub chow even though its pricey.

It is a very classic irish style pub. Some music will be a nice edition. Otherwise it gets too boring very quickly.
