The Billiard Club in Miami Lakes

Normally I have a great time there however they let me down big time. I rented the vip room a month ago and paid $200+ then I visit a couple more times later playing the regular tables. I rent the vip room again then they accuse me of not paying the first time I rented the vip room which I proved was false becuase I showed the manager my bank statement online showing the charge from them with the date. The manager apologized and said it was a mistake from them not charging the pool time and they only charged the drink. They would take care of it not to worry. I finished with the vip room and they tack on an extra $60 for the " time" they didnt charged the first time. I dont mind paying my bill but if a business makes a mistake of not billing correctly and not even telling me they were planning to do this before my bill came is unethical. Its borderline disrespectful. They accuse me of not paying my bill in front my friends and gf then I had to prove my innocent, even after I did they charge me for their mistake. Why would anyone come back to a place they didnt pay a bill.

Some changes post covid like the Kitchen was turned into a VIP lounge area. Bartender was friendly. Music is good and atmosphere was good for a bar/billiards club.

Great place I have being going since 2006. Some how they have one particular server who she must be probably 21 or 22. Today out of nowhere I asked a question to some girls in the ladys room that where customers just like me , if any of them had to start work early in the morning. This server who by the way she was inside at that moment , she automatically retaliated to me for no reason basically screaming and she steped up hey you we open at 4:00 PM . I replied to her in a very calm way that I was not asking her is she started work at 8:30 that my question was for the other girls that where inside the bathroom and she was talking to me very rude and screaming at me just go, go , go. Very disrespectul and its a shame that they may loose customers because of incidents of this kind. Perhaps they should try replacing her for someone who has better customer services skills than her. She also was screaming that she has been there for two years and it is very alarming that a person who is suppose to keep customers happy instead she ignores them and you have to be asking her constantly when you need a drink. She passes by your table and she will never say ..hey are you guys OK? Do you need anything..? Instead I have to leave my table and go to her and beg her if se could serve us a drink. While I see her going to every table except mines. Besides her, all the serves are excellent. BTW this rude server was working on Saturday 8-13-22 and I have never seen that place before so empty..probably once they see that she is the server on Duty they just leave. Who wants to go to spend money on a place to be dealing with someone that does not care for the customers. All of the bartenders are great people.

The place is really nice. The tables are really good conditions and nice environment but the parking lot is completely a mess because the driver always take 1.5 spot for car. For some reason, everytime I go, finding a spot for my car is a headache just because some people parked very bad

We had an amazing time at the billiards club. Our waitress michelle was very attentive. We had a great time in a fun place with great attention. We look forward to spending another sunday with pat and michelle

completely remodeled felt remodeled carpet remodeled lights and no more smoking inside so you and your girl could come out smelling like roses instead of cigarettes

***DATE NIGHT**First time here. This place was recommended by one of our friends. The vibe was chill and layed back. Hourly table rates are Sun-Thurs, $12/hr. Fri-Sat, $15/hr. Full bar. The only negative is, they dont serve food, BUT, youre allowed to bring in outside food. So, feel free to order via DoorDash, Uber eats, or from one of the restaurants or eateries in the plaza. Well definitely be returning.

They dont let u have a good time because the bar tenders choose who can be there and is a toxic environment. Dont go to get embarrass by bar tenders.

They have good amount of tables, the dress code doesnt make sense, staff was fast and friendly.

I had fun the server was very nice nd menu got great choices of drinks .. all around wonderful environment.

Nice betrer if they had food. Maybe they will let me order take-out next time.

Says they’re open till 3am... confirmed on a drive-by & was told they’re actually open till 4am ... get there at 1:30am on a Monday night to be yelled at and told “we’re closed!”..... With like 10 ppl at the bar drinking & smoking cigarettes 😑... sketchy to say the least

Great time, tons of tables available. The bartender always comes around to ask if you’re good on drinks, and it’s a really great place to relax after a long day at work.

Casual vibe, cheap prices, yet still had a good quality tables and cues. Good drink service to boot!

This place was the best place to watch UFC fight and had great service...But it was terribleTonight. Will never go see another UFC fight there again. Blasted the music while the fights were on especially at big Main Event after repeatedly askingManagement to turn this crazy music on while were trying to watch a big UFC fight whats the purpose. JUAT TERRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN

GLORIA was soooo friendly & attentive & kind! Can’t wait to come back again and see her! All the employees made me feel like I was family.

Havent been in a long time, but last nite was great. They added more table. The waitress very friendly.

We love this place and always have a really nice time, with one exception. The waitress, Gloria is the most inattentive/rude person I have ever had as a server and I was appalled. Previously we just thought she could not handle her tables, but this last time she was extremely obvious that she did not want to assist us in any way. I had to call her over each and every time to ask for drinks. One time when I did this she came over, grabbed the drinks to take them away and did not bother to ask if we wanted anything else. I had to stop her to get her back to the table to ask for more drinks for our table. Which is ridiculous. At the end of the night, we didn’t even bother going to her and just went up to the bar for drinks and to close our tab. The rest is the staff is great, if you go here I just recommend avoiding Gloria at all costs.

Been going there for years now and always a good time. Tables are awesome, people are great, drinks are real. If you play pool,this it the place to go.

My favorite place around the house to touch down at when I want to play... Very clean. Drinks and food are always good. Tables are always in great shape.

Today October 3, 2020 was the first time returning to the Billard club since the pandemic and I was highly disappointed that they no longer allow you to smoke inside. I have been coming to this establishment for well over 15 years and have always enjoyed coming. This was a true disappointment and the bartender here today was new and didn’t even know how to answer questions we were asking. The kitchen was closed because other patrons brought in KFC to eat at their table.... who allows that??? You guys need to figure something out!!! BTW the place was dead.... just a heads up!!

Came to watch the game, after 1 hour and a half, all we ever got was 1 bucket of 5 beers. Never got any of the other orders of beer we had or any food for that matter. A table of 5 people. Disgrace. Not coming back

Pure Classic Pool Hall... Drinks and Food a plus.

Good place for a nice round of pool. Beer was good, food was terrible. The pool table are old but in good shape. Also dont park too close to the place itself as it gets crowded and the parking spots are very small ( you are likely to get boxed in)

Great revamp, however the flourecent type lightning serves way better as long as all lights are working... The new 3 lamp lightning creates like 4 shades on all the balls and its difficult for some people to play like this...The tables that have been revamped have the correct felt and cushions. The older ones have the correct felt but some crazy 3 cushion Carom table cushions.. its like playing tennis with the cueball. Just wont stop.

Smoking location. Not a great location for people who do not smoke. Tables need work done. Service is sub par as they have lots customers but 1 or 2 servers so, it takes a long time to have a order even placed. Staff is friendly though. I have tripped because of the floor carpet. Place has lots of potential but it seems they are not kept it up with standards.

OK local billiards bar. Definitely a fun time with friends!Drinks arent that great tbh, but the food is good. The past time I went some kids were in the bar beating up a pool table and throwing the balls around. First time Ive ever seen it though in my ~7 years coming here occasionally though.P.S. This place would greatly benefit from a face-lift/remodel! Id love to see it improve. Also, making a specific section for smokers. The place reeks of it unfortunately. If youre having a good time though, it doesnt really phase you.

I came recently with my family. Thank God I remembered this place and you can still smoke here cause many billiards arent allowing it anymore. Anyhow, the prices are fair and we all had a good time. Grabbed a couple girly drinks a couple shots of patron and had a good 4-5 hours here.

Visited this place with a few Co workers. Would rate this place a 0 if I could. My first pool experience was a horrible one. Now I know why I refuse to enjoy my hometown. I rather visit other states and countries and do this experience.

If you dont mind the stench of cigarette and cigar smoke, its a fine place to pass an hour or two. Cheap pool and beer. Lots of tables. Fairly slow on a Friday evening.

Fantastic place if you want to hang out for a few hours on the weekend. Buddy and I had a blast playing poole and the darts there. Will be a repeat customer from now on, for sure.

Really nice and friendly bar staff with equally great priced drinks. The bartenders Ed and Jean are really skilled at making any drink. The food is great and the place is really clean. I HIGHLY recommend this place to out-of-towners out in buisness looking for a cheap drink and a great time! 19 pool tables and ALL of them are in perfect condition.

Best experience ever walked in the door and found 300 dollars on the floor as soon as I sat down... nice little contribution to my Roth IRA!.... Ill go every weekend if that continues to happen lol.. the staff was super friendly the place was very clean INCLUDING THE BATHROOM my favorite point was that there were multiple ethnic groups there and EVERYONE was getting along and enjoying themselves. Drink were super strong and not watered down... music was mixed evenly... if was super great and relaxing.

This place is dim and cozy. The one time I ordered food here i was so surprised, the mushroom n swiss burger was delicious. Drinks are reasonably priced, people that frequent here are layed back. The ambiance keeps me coming back. That being said, smoking is allowed so if thats a problem maybe this isnt your spot.

It was quiet and cozy for a weekday afternoon. The staff was friendly, and the tables were fairly priced. The chicken strips and mozzarella sticks were phenomenal! The place does look like it needs an overhaul. Maybe some new carpets and a paint job. Overall, a homey feel.

Good staff, good patrons, and good billard players. Servers are good and timely with requests. Bartenders provide good, understandable, and respectful service. All sports being displayed throughout the facility. Not a bad spot in the house for TV viewing.Oh, and the cook makes the BEST medium hamburger!

The old Charcoals Restaurant and Dance Club! It was always a great place. Love the Pool but didnt care for the Smoking... Good thing it was a slow night! Great Place for a Date Night!

Great staff, great patrons and lots of fun. Bartenders kick serious butt and if your glass is empty the wait staff is right there asking if you need a refill. One of best places Ive been to in a long time. I highly recommend it if you are serious about your billiards playing. The tables are done proper.

Good place to have some drinks, and pretty simple, they serve pretty decent food nothing out of this world, remember to tip the waitress if not you will be waiting forever for just a cup of water, The music selection varies from 80s to country music didn’t really hear too much hip-hop or anything, been here a couple times until I decided to review the place too get a general feel for the place. Can’t complain open till about 3 on the weekends

I would never go here again for any kind of holiday. They are completely full of $h*t. They promoted free games if you came in costume but never specified your entire party (2 out of 3 were dressed up). Im sure its just bc it was like a barren desert inside this PoS. Dont waste your time with these typical Hialeah bloodsuckers

Come looking for a good time, leave feeling like youve enjoyed yourself.Tables are clean, cues are plentiful, chalk is everywhere.They sell beer by the buckets; and cigarettes, in case you run out.Ive had a great time each time Ive gone, nobody bothers you.Dont bring the kids, it is not a smoke-free facility. Just in case you were wondering.

Try the parrot head (Drink)... Amazing ... good customer service. Smokers Friendly.
