Contemporary pub with large outdoor terrace under the spectacular arches of St Pancras station.
Had a great time at this pub lovely service especially one bartender Mathew went above and beyond for me and my friends! Would highly recommend
Locale and setting are great, very cosy and super convenient for commutes. It’s never really busy during the day, that said you will wait an average of 30 to 50 minutes for any small bar food orders, or anything that isn’t a pint poured at the bar (e.g a coffee). Plan for this if you’re popping in while waiting for a train, it’s not a fast turn around place, more of a chill and sit place.Food is pretty good though, once you get it.
beautiful pub in a historical place , lovely food and amazing selection of beers , topped up with friendly and helpful staff . 10/10
Ran out of Vegan Sunday roast before 4pm. Offered chicken instead! Eventually offered a vegan burger but not as a Sunday Roast, only in a bun. Surely owners are aware of the growing vegan population...
Nice pub, well located for a cheeky drink before a train journey. Reasonabley priced considering its location.
Me and my partner used to come this place quite frequently. The staff has always been polite and very nice. I don’t know if there has been a new change of staff but today we found the tone of the staff quite rude. We asked to speak to the manager and he was exactly the same, so we decided to leave. When we arrived, at 11:50 nobody was able to attend us even though the place was quite empty. We stayed waiting for like 10 minutes until Somebody brought the menus, we asked for the brunch menu but we couldn’t get it because this is was not available after 12:00. We understand that sometimes it is not posible because of kitchen management rules but what it surprised us was the arrogant tone of the staff.Same for the manager who was even laying about the time we arrived at the pub.We are not coming back
Well kept beer. Good choice of food in relaxing contemporary surroundings. Located on 1st floor at St Pancras (near the clockits v convenient for both Kings X and St Pancras -large pub with different sections - doesnt feel like a railway station pub at all! Helpful staff too who make v gd coffee.
Had a very enjoyable our or so before heading for my train home.Friendly staff, great glass of merlot and the burger and fries was delicious, just what I needed! Highly recommended.
Top pub with a decent selection of beers and wines , definitely recommend ! Ps waiters Pedro and Davis see the legends ! Bar staff is welcoming and friendly . Forgot about food , had a Roast lamb which is 11 out of 10 ! Thank you
Nice pub atmosphere in the historic St Pancreas Station. Servers were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the good was just average. But, the menu is diverse enough, everyone should be able to find something to eat
Nice bar at St Pancras and sensible prices. Outdoor seating available at the front of the station.
Good pub food but what sets this place apart is the excellent and attentive service. We were on a tight schedule and the restaurant host could not have been more helpful.
Had a lovely fish and chips meal after a 10 hour journey by train from the Dordogne. Finished the holiday on the right note.
Decent Youngs pub on the upper level of St Pancras Station. Two cask beers on handpump when I last visited. Lots of outdoor seating both within the station and on a terrace overlooking Euston Road.
The sausage rolls are so tasty. The drinks are well kept. An interesting variety of cocktails. Other good food is available!
Met up with an old school friend for lunch . The menu and food were very good and the service was excellent. Very convenient location for meeting at St Pancras and Kings Cross.
Less beer, more cocktails ( although plenty of beer). Enjoyed one of the best old fashioneds I’ve had in years. Lots of seating options : outside ( of course , inside feels like a cross between a train terminal and a library; and in-terminal, where you can enjoy the splendor of St Pancras station. Impressed!
A convenient, welcoming venue for passengers using St Pancras Station. Good choice of drinks, too, if a little on the pricey side.
I love a day that starts with a pot of tea and brunch at the Betjeman Arms, the scrambled eggs are some of the best Ive tasted. Weekday table service is attentive and helpful. A firm favourite.
Good range of beers. Not the cheapest but plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Decent portions of food. Ideal for a visit whilst waiting for your train
Place to visit on the way home, straight from "Eurostar", for a pint or two ! ;)
Its a great pub, tucked away at the top of St Pancras. Plenty of seats inside for dinning. Also lots of room to use as a quick drink before jumping on a train or having a few drinks with friends.
Stunning place, beautiful decor, gorgeous outside seating, great service
Absolutely beautiful piece, you really dont realise how big it is until you are right next to it. A new sign added in neon pink which is a great new touch.
40 minutes trying to get 2 drinks. Dreadful, if non-existent, service which they blamed on their order-at-table app. So GET A BETTER APP. Or even better, GET A COUPLE OF WAITERS. Cancelled and left so as not to miss our train.
On a fine day the terrace is a great place to meet up. It is busy in a good way and a step away from the bustle of the transport nexus that is Kings Cross St Pancras. Good beers. Happy staff.
Great location and meeting point. Excellent range of drinks with some nice beers on tap. Service is excellent, but if you choose to use the app to order its long winded the first time. Make your stop a little longer and enjoy the food too, great pub grub to be had.
Met friends for a late lunch before heading off to Wembley on Thursday. Chose this venue as it was central. Delightful dining room with great menu. Food was delicious and service great 10/10 thank you
Great views from the patio..
As a woman travelling alone it felt safe. Nice and light. Staff on the ball; kind and friendly
A pub inside St Pancras train station so very hand for a swift pint or two as you wait for your train. The pub mainly sells Youngs Bitter, plus a few local brews such as Neck Oil. A pint of Youngs "Ordinary" will set you back about £6 but its very good. The staff are very pleasant and service is swift. They sell food, which I havent tried but presentation wise it looks good. Very handy for the platforms for EMR services to places such as Nottingham and Sheffield. There is ample seating outside the pub where you can admire the magnificent arching roof of the station and do a bit of people watching.
Needed a good hearty meal after Eurostar check-in agro. This fitted the bill very well.
Good, traditional London pub. Very handy for St Pancras station which was of course saved from the bulldozers by the late, great Sir John Betjeman.
Some of the best British food I’ve had in London! My cousin and her husband were passing through town for the evening and we wandered into Betjeman Arms looking for a quick dinner before their train out of St. Pancras. The waitstaff were so gracious and helpful, and the food was delicious! It was my cousin’s only meal in the UK on their whirlwind tour of Europe, and I’m so glad they had a good one. The Scotch egg was PERFECT and so were the fish and chips! Will definitely be back soon.
Friendly staff. Good beer. So nice to sit out the back and wonder at the station architecture, feel the excitement of being somewhere where journeys begin and end. Lovely place all round. It might be a lot more than the Spoons which is only downstairs but it is a world away.Great place to sit and dream while you wait for your delayed train 🙂
Must try their brunch meals. Excellent choice to make.
Excellent meal in a wonderful setting. Superb service from waiting team. Huge thanks.Great to toast Sir John, a childhood inspiration, in the pub bearing his name set in the station he campaigned to save and which is now such a wonderful place of welcomes and departures.
Prices are good for being in the station, a (largecup of coffee and a pint of coke cost £6.50. Plenty of seats and friendly staff, they let me work away at a table for 2 hours between trains as they were quiet. Thank you!
Popped in here when waiting for a train. Had a fairly decent burger and chips and a pint. Friendly staff. It wasnt too busy (20.30 on a Saturday night). Convenient for the trains and would go back.
A fabulous place to transit or just relax, indoor is classy, outdoors is vibrant. Good wine, good food, one of my must stops when travelling !!
Welcome felt very relaxed and chilled, staff were great and very professional!Great food with very little waiting time.Ideal location for some proper food before heading off on a long journey from kingscross or st Pancras.Good food, good vibe, defo call again next time in London...
Very nice bar, partly in Kings Cross Station. Good food, decent selection of beers. I recommend sitting in the little beer garden area at the back, where you can watch the trains coming and going, whilst enjoying the good weather.
Relaxing venue to wait for a train. Lovely pint of Proper Job. Friendly, welcoming staff.
An oddly hidden gem - on the road between Kings Cross and St Pancras, just as you come in from Euston Rd, steps up to the terrace over St Pancras - its hard to find a decent beer for less than sick squid in London - Youngs special for £5.40. Spent three hours waiting for a train. Relaxed atmosphere plus food - easy five stars.
Great pub at the station that has real character., Serves food, seperate dining area if required, outdoor seating in summer. Good range of beers and spirits, friendly staff. Gets busy at peak travel times.
Extortionate prices for a standard bar. £16 for a double gin and tonic seems rather steep.Staff were very grumpy towards end of a quiet shift as the bar always seems super quiet at end of the night. This is reviewing purely the bar as restaurant looks super nice when you do the 100m walk to the loos.Seating is good for small groups, would recommend you just stick to pints to avoid a shock.
A nice venue if youve just getting on or off of the train at st. Pancras or Kings CrossA reasonable selection of beers prices are what you expect in London
Always a lovely vibe at The Betjeman Arms St Pancras Station. Good range of beers on offer. Great stop-off before the train back to Nottingham.
Apparently this is a croque madame... never had one before but it was pretty good. Decent pub right by the train station. Bit tired looking and some weird clientelle when we visited... but yeah it was alright for a snack and a pint.
A very lavish and comfortable interior design. But I will not recommend anyone to go except if they are rushing to catch a train because of its strategic location. This is because the food (the sharing platters I have orderedis awful and expensive. The fries tasted as if they are from fast-food stores while the rest of the food tasted as if they dont need a skillful chef to cook because it is so bland and nothing special. Not recommended.
