Longtime, spacious mall featuring a variety of international retail stores, restaurants & services.
70s Sci-Fi architecture housing an abundantof shops, the fresh pretzels are too tempting!
Great shopping experience ! Floors & shops galore. Parking is plenty in Kingston also gets very busy but Bentalls have multi store car park. Walk over Bridge and into John Lewis and the nice big shopping Mall.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEI believe that a review should not be about complaints of customers service, if you dont have anything nice to say, dont say it at all and that is why I only post reviews of positive experiences as I believe we can all help small businesses during difficult times HOWEVER TODAY AT BENTALS CENTRE, MORE SPECIFICALLY THE PERFUME SECTION, I HAD A REALLY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE THAT I HOPE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE AWARE AND MAKE SURE THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN TO ANY CUSTOMER IN FUTURE. Without wanting to get you bored , this what has happened. I bought a perfume on Sat 09/10 wrapped now set for 72 pounds only to realise when I got home that the perfume was expired ( No, I dont have covid, as I test myself every 3 days). When taking the perfume back to Bentalls in order to exchange for a new one, same price , the salesperson asked for my card again, which I replied please dont charge me again. He said no you wont be charge , then after the transaction completed he said the money will be back in your account soon ( 3/5 w d for the money to be in my account, now you can pay again for the purchase, (note that the first purchase had already come.out of my accountwhen I refused to pay twice for the item he raised his voice as said that this is the procedure if you not happy you dont have to buy it! I said I requested an exchange, which he replied raising even more his voice (nothing against tattooed man but I felt unsafeand now starting to talk to another customer as he said my case was sorted. Asked for the manager, he said he was one but he couldnt find another one in store because it was Sunday . Left the shop frustrated with the feeling that I have been abused .I used to go shopping at Bentalls almost every weekend, however this episode and horrible experience made me change the image about Bentalls and where to spend my money in future. And a year later, up to this date they havent change the sales person in this review and they have not apologise or even acknowledge this. Appalling really!!! AVOID IT ALL TIME
Always visit Bentals when we have a day out in Kingston,so many stores under one roof and clean toilets what more could you ask for !
Love ri be there ❤️livelt place for shopping dand find always a good thing ro buy..
No issues at all wide selection of shops to choose from. Overall very clean and well presented building.
Very big space, has everything you could need under one roof. Aarge array of clothes shops, item shops, cafes, restaurants, and amenities. Its really handy how the car park links to the centre so you wont get wet on a rainy day out The only down side is if you need to use the lift, often only one of the three lifts works, they are small and confined and so you end up waiting too long to move about the floors. Its really frustrating and can exacerbate the enclosed space of the shopping mall making you want to get out only there. It is also not very airy, air does not circulate air very easily, making it stuffy, and with the potential to cause headaches after a while.
Perfect for shopping, coffee, dining in, now kids indoors play area so nice in winter.
A must to go to if in the area with the large amount of stores inside and the great view
One of the best shopping centres in Surrey and even London. Has 4 floors and so many brands. You can find top brands in Bentals part at the back of the shopping center, where we have Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Armani, Chanel and Dior ( mostly women’s bagand some clothing, and other brands like Tommy, CK, Levi’s, Diesel, and …There’s shoes and bags department and clothing. We have other brands like H&M and mango and Timberland and Massimo dutti and Zara and… in different floors. There are a few coffee shops and restaurants in the shopping center as well, like Nero, Costa, Starbucks,Jamaican blue, Amorino and …..bookshops and hairdressers, laser clinic and boots are there as well. Also post office and McDonald’s and toy shop.
What a lovely centre!! Lots of shopping opportunities. Will definitely be back again. The staff were friendly and the centre was very clean.
Lots of interesting shops, all getting ready for Christmas, pity it has to all start in October
Visitors need enough sitting sofas or banches for family members who accompany them can wait for them instead of all in the shops making crowded.
Hadnt realised its been renamed Fenwicks, have fond memories of shopping weekly here, always enjoy a visit to the Bentalls Centre!
Happy socks. DO NOT SHOP HERE! RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE WOMAN WHO CLAIMS TO BE THE MANAGER. SACK HER!
Small shopping mall. Not many but new good shops. Its a part of bigger shopping area outside near kingston Station. Very good connectivity. Plenty of parking near the station, did not see any in the mall though.
Large shopping centre with large variety and lots of car parks. Its a shame the only main way to the other floors with a pram is 2 lifts located in the middle of the mall.
A very good shopping centre with different shops over there.
Way too many clothes shops. I especially am not a fan of being dragged around the underwear section. Please girls, stop doing this to your men. Well do anything. Can we please wait in the pub?
A Really good place to shop - loads of major brands under a single roof.
Pleased to see new shops filling the empty spaces worth a visit if you havent been
We visit Kingston quite a lot & have noticed the Bentall’s centre is starting to look tired & rundown. One of the lifts in the car park has not been working for months, the stair case was very dirty & had a very strong smell or urine.
Its a nice shopping mall in Kingston, I will go again and again because food wise theirs lots of choices and for shopping as well.
Very big shopping centre but only on toy shop closed...
This store has been situated in Kingston for many years .If you want to make that very special purchase Bentalls is a very good choice.A large selection of items for purchase and they are all of top quality.
Good drop of shopping done here.Nice and clean environment a credit to the cleaners. Plenty of shop choice and so many eateries your spoiled for choice, loved it.
Big airy shopping centre. Free toilets at the top floor. Fashion, gadgets, house and home, books, plus others.
This is an amazing place it was the first time I have been here The shopping centres atrium ceiling is higher than the nave of Westminster Abbey or the dome of St Pauls Cathedral, it looks sensational. The Bentall Centre houses 75 stores across four floors, with over 1,000 brands ranging from fashion to homewear and gifts to electricals, as well as an extensive food and drink offering with underground parking, and bus shops near by. It has most of the major brands Lewiss, Apple Store, Zara mens and women, WH Smiths Costa Coffee, The North Face, plus many moreIt was a good day out and I would back again.
An architectural classic.. I suspect the designer studied glamorous hamster cages to create the many layered walkways, bridges, escalators and stairs.
The Bentall Centre Seven Kings Road car park is a decent car park but has developed the habit of not letting you out. After paying the machine tells you that it is ok to leave but the barrier doesn’t open. All a bit disconcerting. No staff available to help. They were cut ages ago. Eventually you get out but if you have kids, old people or frozen food in the car it’s a worry. Tried contacting customer service. No reply. Not bothered. Be warned!
Clean and tidy. Good selection of shop to suit various budgets.Quite busy as its school holidays.
Air-conditioned shopping mall, but unfortunately has quite a few closed/empty shop units - and still waiting for the new cinema to open!
They are organising lots of activities for kids! Well done and a big thank you from a mother.
Huge mall in Kingston-great location. Easy to access from the train.Inside has big brand stores such as Boux Avenue, Swarovski,Hollister, Fat face,Typo. Also has few small watch and jewellery shops and also a cosmetics shop and lots more. There is also a Starbucks located inside.
This center has so much more than what one will expect in this community/ area .Alit if varsities of shops includes many famous brands and nice cafes , nice snacks outlets , perfect shopping spot and a very convenient surroundings shops in the town center just across the streets around the center, lots of parking spaces and fairly close to central London .Highly recommend .
Clean. However with the recent spike in covid cases. They have put notices out informing shoppers masks should be worn. It was disappointing to see no one was really taking any notice and hardly anyone was wearing a mask.
Its easy to get in and out of here. Loads of places to eat and get a coffee and there are even more choices out side the centre. Bentalls seems to have kept some good shops inside and does not look like it is going to die like other malls. However, it would be good if a few more brands came into the mall
Pretty good experience, some great helpful staff, some a little hung over on a Sunday. Nice modern store with some good stuff. Parking is a bit pricey though.
Great shopping centre with a variety of shops. You are bound to find something here. Facilities are very clean and having the massive car parks next to it is also a great bonus. I have been visiting the Bentall Centre for many years now and recommend it to everyone. Its also fantastic the Kingston Market is also around the corner from the shopping centre. Great place overall.
Huge mall in Kingston- you have all super stores that you would need such as Hollister, Swarovski, entertainer, Boux Avenue, star Bucks , Fat face, Typo, many watch and jewellery shops, super dry, boots, cosmetics shop and many more
Lovely shopping centre with some great shops. Particularly like Bentalls for choice and quality. Also And Other Stories has lovely clothes along with Zara and a variety of smaller outlets. Based in Kingston you can also visit the market and have a lovely walk along the river.
Good Place for shopping and food. Recommended
What can I say about this place. It is absolutely amazing. While the car park was annoyingly confusing, once over that, the shopping centre itself is like a magical wonderland. The shops are great, people polite and helpful and everywhere we went was clean. It was beautifully decorated with a winter theme, and while I didnt fully understand what the huge bears represented, it just made the place even more appealing and pleasing to the eye. Even the amenities were spotless. Upon entering the public convenience it was easy to see that there has been a lot of work put into sanitisation to minimise the spread of the T-Virus, even the toilets themselves were clean. I never understand why people say their toilet is so clean you could eat your dinner off it, seems a little on the unsanitary side, but you probably could in the Bentall Centre. Unlike many places, there was no splash from men who apparently cant control the flow, no horrendous skid marks that look as if something has tried to crawl its way back out and the toilet roll was actually where it should be, instead of scattered around the floor as if someone had tried to create an awful piece of art.I cant recommend Bentall Centre enough if you want a lovely chilled out day shopping. It has everything you need and more. So get yourself in a day trip to Kingston but make sure you set a full day aside because youll need to enjoy everything in has to offer.
A decent shopping centre. It has a great mix mix of stores inside, you can pretty much get anything you need that is of high quality.
Its a beautiful, spacious and clean place to go shopping especially if you are with kids. My kid who had dressed as spider man had ample of space to play around and get clicked after we finished shopping.
Not a bad selection of shops and parking is reasonable. Great for a rainy day.Shame the centre is not full of shops, but could be the cost of having a store inside the centre which limits numbers.
Love it :))unfortunately at the moment the shopping centre is empty but still open for pick up orders. I just collected my order from Zara
You can get practically everything you need from here. Very good for shopping trips with the family. Theres a good variety of food and the toilets are clean for most of the time. There is a childcare service in this mall for children 8 years and under and you can keep them there for up to 4 hours while you shop.
One of my favourite shopping centres with all the good value shops within walking distance.Centrally located to the public transport stops including Kingston station and the centre has all the eateries nearby for choice. It was refurbished to accentuate the pride Kingstonians (my staunch description of local residentshave of their town!! The architecture of the shopping mall is stunning to say the least! Many many Congrats!! You must be truly proud to say this is your shopping mall!
A good variety of shops and outlets. Always very busy and some escalators were not in use when I was there. There’s a big Bentalls which has been there since before I was born and is what the centre is built around.Other outlets and shops include the Apple store, Yo Sushi, New Look, H and M, W H Smith, Gap and lots more I can’t recall
