Amazing place! I would rather stay here than a deluxe hotel twice the price. Immaculately clean, quiet, comfy beds, good quality furnishings, fresh white bedlinen.Kitchen facilities.Everything you need and marvellous value for money. Very well managed by friendly helpful staff, Irene and Jan. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel .We were well looked after.Breakfast was excellent and nothing was to much trouble .

We only stayed over one night but it was lovely place to stay would rebook and come again

Cheap and cheerful but above all spotlessly clean and very friendly staff. They even helped arrange a takeaway from a nearby Indian Restaurant to be delivered to the Hotel and left for us in the communal kitchen as we were returning late at night after a football match in nearby Middlesbrough. They even provided my friend who arrived by car with a residents street parking permit. Highly satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for a budget stay in Redcar

This was a great place to stay. Irene was very friendly and the other staff and extremely helpful. The place and room was clean and good for the price. Extremely near the beach. It was home from home. They couldnt be more helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Spot on accommodation rite in the middle

Received a warm friendly welcome. Spacious very clean room. The extra facilities to bring a meal in and not have to eat in your room are a bonus if you dont fancy eating out.

On arrival I was greeted by Jan who gave me a tour. Theres a room with a pool table, darts board and tv. a lounge for chillin and a small garden for enjoying a cuppa when the weathers friendly. A large kitchen with everything you could need including pots, glasses and pans. My room and bed was very comfortable and above all this the place is spotless, its so clean tidy and well maintained. Well done to Jan and all her staff, I will definitely be telling family and friends to book here in the future.Thanks again.

Great place to stay for everywhere in Redcar. We loved it and low price too.

just now on GoogleFacilities old tired and dated. Communal kitchens consist of no more then a microwave and no cutlery or plates etc. Ppl always drinking out front. Management never takes complaints seriously unless ur a contractor then ur held in high regard compared to everyone else. Always employing ppl on benefits for cheap labour to take advantage. Depending on who u are is depending on how much u are charged per room per night. Manager looks very unkempt and scruffy and bad attuide. Would of had a better time in an concentration camp.

Had a fabulous stay here, room very clean had use of kitchen , lounge with TV, pool table and dart board so was entertaining with others . Excellent place .

Very affordable

Id recommend this hotel to anymore, it had such a lovely atmosphere and I had a warm welcome as soon as Id stepped in the front door.The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. Will definitely be rebooking when Im back up next year.

No heating on a weekend bed only no break feastThere better digs if u got time to look around it only 2 star digs 30 a night

Just had a fantastic stay at the beacon staff was fantastic rooms were immaculate nipping clean would definitely go again 10 out of 10

Everything was well kept, clean and tidy. Because of the weather the window had to stay open and there was cooking smells wafting in from various takeaways which let the place down a bit. Would consider staying again.

Nice little hotel tucked away and great position for town and beach

Brilliant and caring staff; helpful with bookings and complications and, while staying professional, are very friendly. Rooms are prestine, if a little behind in decoratory time, beds are brilliant, showers in the bigger rooms and even the smaller ones are very good. All round brilliant hotel, and one of the cheapest that isnt a murder scene if you believe the reviews for other hotels

Fantastic value for money, clean and friendly staff only down falls would be needed shower gel/shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Would definitely return! :)
