The Barking Spider in North Creek

Great local bar! 10/10 would recommend stopping here for a drink with the friendly local folks that frequent this watering hole.

Great place for a good whiskey, game of shuffle board, and watching the game. The bartenders are great and service is quick.

Fun and friendly

Best bar Ive been to in the north by far, staff is super friendly and the bar has so much character. You could spend most of the night looking at the walls and asking the bartender/owner about all of it. Every item has a story. Again, great bar that wont break the bank.

Great local spot with great and cheap drinks and food - exactly what we needed after a day of white water rafting with Bob from Adirondack Adventures! The vibe was great, staff was friendly, and location right in town

Good staff, cute little place

Amazing small town bar with phenomenal food made by Kelly, great bartenders. Along with a laid back vibe and "regulars" its the perfect "dive bar" and I say that in the most complimentary way possible. Tim, Katy and Kelly are especially worth coming in for, and juke box of course!!

My friend Adam told me this was the place to go. He was right! Great people and great food! Tim is great to chat with and the burgers and quesadillas are amazing! Highly recommend you stop here when passing through.

The worst

My favorite bar in North Creek. Bar tenders are always awesome, and the bar food is on point. Looking for something to do after a day I the north country? Definitely stop in for a drink.

We went in for drinks only. There are no tables here, so sitting at the bar was our only option. The drinks were very inexpensive and the bartenders were very fun, friendly, and attentive! The food is also very inexpensive. We will definitely be going back to the Barking Spider!

A very special spot in North Creek! Tim took the time to connect with us and provided great drinks and conversation. We will definitely be making another stop here the next time we are in the area.

If I could have given this a negative star I would have. Went there today with two friends based upon the reviews. We were greeted by the least friendly person on the planet! The regulars there we also unwelcoming. We left immediately feeling disrespected....How sad for them....

Tim, the owner, is the best. Great hang out bar. Friendly locals. Coming back next year for sure

Great little local bar. Food is fantastic. Menu on Sunday and Monday is a special menu only. And it was fantastic! The rest of the week the food is typical bar fare and good. If in town I will be back.

Great spot - literally nothing open in town during off season but this was a gem! Cheap, delicious burgers and beer. Chat with Freddy hes a really nice older man who hangs out at the bar amd like meeting new people :)

Bacon Cheeseburger is a deal for $6.25 !Hand cut fries and a friendly atmosphere. Tim the owner is a good guy.Biker friendly. $2 ice cold beer. Good mix of year round and part time customers.Not far off I-87 put North Creek on the bucket list.
