The Bar, Hyatt Regency Dubai in Sharjah

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here the hospitality was amazing.Our room was kept very neat an orderly thank to house keeping attendant Farud and house keeping supervisor Mastakim you helped to make our stay very special. Room 1408 will always remember you.

I stayed in the hotel with my family during January for a week, I had great service from the team. Rooms were spacious, clean and there was a great view from our room. House keeping staffs were very helpful and room services excellent.

We booked two rooms a while ago. Checked-in 13th August 2022. Special thanks to Mr. Micheal from reservations, the highly competent staff who was very attentive.It may be noted that their valet parked our car outside the building, within the hotel premises, stating that they do not have any basement parking in the hotel. The check-in was fast.Location: The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and also from the northern Emirates. It is very close to the gold and spices souks.Room: The hotel room was old fashioned as expected for a 35+ years old hotel; however, room was well maintained, spacious and clean. The wide window running the entire length of the bedroom wall provided good views of the surrounding landscape. The furniture were nicely arranged. There was a nice vibe in the room thanks to the ambient lighting.Food: They served good dinner. Mr. Hossam, the restaurant manager impressed us with his courtesy and friendliness. The highlight of the hotel is their amazing breakfast, which had good choice and all the dishes had an authentic taste. If I ever visit this hotel again, it would be for their breakfast alone. They have huge buffet with a vast breakfast area. The cheff at the egg station, however could not manage the crowd or serve on time. Otherwise, the hotel effectively managed the buffet breakfast impressively and deployed enough staffs to manage the crowd. Kudos to the brilliant food selection to impress different nationalities.Gym: Club Olympus fitness and spa was quite good, with the gym offering ambient space and included wide rage of equipment. Gym faces the pool.Pool: Pool was average, old fashioned and crowded. Pool entry is open till 10pm.Altogether, the stay was pleasant. Recommended for those who are looking for a 5 star hotel in and around Deira.

We stayed 3 night in September with two rooms.When we arrived they took from my credit card 500 dirhams per room as a deposit, ok not problem.When we left the hotel they said me that the rembourse was inmediatly. This is not true. I need to write 6-7 emails and nobody answer what happen with my money.I also watched that the day of the c-out they used my credit card again with a charge I didn’t t know why because we already paid by a travel agency y and we didnt use any extra service during our stay.I write 4-5 emails to have an explication but nobody answer to me with a solution.I think that 5 star hotel I need to be serious with this type of things but with Hyatt I as wrong.I wait till the end of month for having my money back; in other case I speak with my bank directly to complaint the charges.I am not coming again, this is sure.

We didnt live here. We dined at a Japanese restaurant. Food there was amazing. You get free car park for spending min. Aed 50. I will post photos in the other window.

Stayed here in 2017 and had a great experience so came back in 2022.Good fast, efficient check in with luggage taken directly to our rooms. Rooms were quite large and airey and were tidied on a daily basis with fresh towels and a bedding change. Good pool area and excellent bars with great service from Joseph in The Bar.Fantastic food in the Al Dawaar revolving restaurant with great views across the city.Many thanks to Miss Marick Ando for sorting out our booking and rooms. She is a credit to the Hyatt Group.Four stars given due to tired and dated rooms which could do with a complete refurbishment, otherwise all good at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Dubai.

Beautiful, spacious, quiet hotel with nice views to relax and rejuvenate. They have good amenities(women and men separate spa),gym and pool are shared. Enjoyed the services offered and all the staff I met were very friendly from reception(special thanks to Alain),concierge,restaurant,housekeeping and many others.Close to shopping area(gold soukand few mins walk to the metro station.You made our anniversary and birthday special and we are grateful for all the life time memories we carried with us.

I booked a room for my parents. Refrigerator is available for the room that I booked in the amenities list; however, the staff asked my parents to pay extra money to let them to open the refrigerator. My parents told the staff that they only want to use the refrigerator not any food or snacks out of it so give us an empty fridge but they did not accept. It is so annoying and rude for a 5 star hotel!

A very nice place. Good price, nice staff and easily accessible via transportation.

I spent 6 nights at this hotel, we were a group and have been welcomed very warmly. The check in was very fast, the concierge service was great. The bar is nice and the barman is very friendly and professional. For the price paid the Hyatt Regency is absolutely worth it. There are always taxis at the entrance, the metro station is not far, parkings are available, windows were constantly being cleaned from the sand, the hall and the bar were shining clean, the Galleria next to the hotel is very useful for buying "last minute" products in shops and supermarket. And yes, Ice skating in the hotel is wonderful.

What more can one say about a legend of a city, with such credentials as:- one of the first (oldestbig 5-star hotels in Dubai;- still the only hotel in Dubai with a revolving restaurant (Al Dowaron its top;- some of the finest restaurants in Dubai (Persian, Japanese, Italian etc);- a small shopping center (Galleria), containing a cinema, a nightclub, a supermarket, many different stores, as well as an ice rink, directly connected with the hotels main building.If youre looking for 5-star luxury in the old Deira part of Dubai (very close to the popular gold + spices souks), Hyatt Regency Dubai is your answer.

Very excellent for family and all. It was an excitement seeing the kids drool over the ice rinks and shops.

This Hyatt Regency is very dated. The rooms are very small and have low ceilings. Here for just a night, but spent 4 nights at the other Hyatt Regency in Dubai. It was significantly better, and priced the same. Here they even charge you for the coffee capsules in the room... Ive never seen a coffee machine you have to pay to use in a five star hotel. I would not stay here again, unfortunately. The room also smells musty and everything is damp. Its cheap for a reason.

The room with the sea view was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The check-in and check-out was very fast. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Overall, we had a very good experience and we enjoyed a lot.

Absolutely amazing the best hotel I have been to in a long time sitting with Galleria, both amazing and wonderful I will definitely be coming back to Hyatt if I am ever back in Dubai.

Wow its Excellent & enjoyed lot. We arrived on 13 Aug 2022 Room no 1720 . All staffs are very friendly ,helpful and polite. But i have to Specially mention About Ms. Natashi, Wow she has best service , very polite and a beautiful smile with all Guest .Ms.Natashi Thank you for very things . in room dining is perfect, but the housekeeping and service was extremely delayed and irresponsible as well, i had to call six to seven times just to get some towels and toilet paper. and lastly the manager at the regency club entrance was questionably rude, when we went for breakfast despite us being members and cardholders of the regency club.

Fantastic place to stay , we had a very good and pleasant stay there , hospitality was wonderful , swimming pool gym are good maintained nice sea view will recommend everyone to have a pleasant stay in very cheap price .

Great hotel and service , but some workers could use some man at training but overall it’s good and the pool is good and the good service’s are even better. Overall it’s a good hotel 4.7/5

Nice place for a staycation. Hardly 15 minutes from Diera city center. Rooms have ample space. You can get rooms with different views. Restaurant will provide basic amenities like coffee or tea making items, iron box, Tooth paste , brushes and bathrobes. Restaurant have 2 different pools for adults and kids. Near the pool you have the access to bewerages, which include both alcoholic and Non alcoholic drinks.You can get free access to Jacuzzi,Gym inside.Massage and spa is available which is chargeable. For shopping you can go inside Gallaria mall which is inside Hayatt. Ice rink is available inside Gallaria mall for Kids entertainment. For adults Pub will start from 10pm in night. Buffet will start at 7am and stops at 11am. All together its a great experience.

Very nice n cosy rooms, if you are looking for hotel apartments or just a stay in rooms. This is perfect place to stay n its in centre of the city with easy access to metro.

Hyaat regency lives up to its reputation. Rooms were very beautiful and tidy and all the facilities were up to the mark.

Al Dawaar Revolving Restaurant Was Okay. Food was average. Sushi was warm and didn’t taste fresh, will give it a 3 on 10. Juice was not fresh but from a pack.

Decent hotel by the bay in Dubai Deira.Amenities were good, service and room was okOnly downside is access to charge ports and universal adapters. Would be helpful.

All over service was good other than not explaining the items which was kept in the refrigerator. I had my kids with me they opened the refrigerator and took 2 snickers and they charged 40 drhms for that . I didn’t see the price list until the second day, Then I replaced . Still they charged.The person who is doing the check in should be responsible to explain about these charges

Hyatt regency Dubai Deira is simply the best!It has all the required amenities and great service as well.The regency club in Hyatt is a very good restaurant, followed by Al Daawar, The Kitchen and much more!It has partial city view and partial view of Al corniche, were you can enjoy sunrise and sunset.It also provides you with greatly maintained rooms.Thanks Hyatt for the experience!

This hotel still an iconic site in Dubai for more than 40 years , till now it kept its value, I take my kids to ice rink, very nice and not crowded , it used to ine of the fitst ice rinks place in UAE. full of great memories of my childhood

Easily accessible and well maintained rooms, loved their services but not cost friendly. Anyway quality is expensive

What a fantastic hotel..stay on site if you want or venture out into the city. Its all on site including the ice rink. The pub. The restaurants. The bars. The karaoke bar. The night club and the shops. Staff cannot do enough for you and the food selection is brilliant 🙂

Large rooms ready for business, sauna, steam, jacuzzi and pool. They have 360 rotating restaurant on the top and ice rink and many shops in the mall. Walking distance from Gold Souk rail station. Staff is very friendly, taxi to DXB airport is around 30AED, Breakfast is bit over priced at 130AED and they refuse to refill water bottles.

Strange payment behavior. Booked over website, with credit card they said it is only for holding. Completely inflexible for using a debit card. Supermarket within hotel has one price on the shelf and then more than 300 percent markup at cash register for unknown reasons. Windows are dirty.

Beautiful hotel in Deira district overlooking bay, the check in is very efficient and smooth, special thanks to Mr Mohit for making check in efficient of all my 200 guests. Rooms are good with all facilities. Bath cubicle is small. Due to Covid protocols, toiletries is not provided but available on request. Banquet is excellent, Ms Dayena is very cooperative and gave best service. Its an ideal place if you have work in Deira or on vacation. Restaurant serves good breakfast.

Excellent hotel, rooms with bath and shower, big flatscreen, coffee maker, water cooker and minibar (expensive though), excellent breakfast. Wellness, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Touroperatordesk with helpful travel consultant mr. Ligin, and a small mall (Galleriawith ice rink, corner with food and refreshments, and a small supermarket. Perfect!

Great staff,great amenities and service. The staff is very hospitable and kind. I got a room earlier and allowed late check out to fit my flight schedule. Best hotel I have been to.

Nice clean rooms with all regular facilities. Staff is courteous and helpful. 24 hr room service (meals as well). Wide range of breakfast options. Location wise it is a bit away from shopping areas.

Dined at Al Dawaar revolving restaurant. The buffet spread was sumptious, very varied, delicious and enticing. We enjoyed it to the hilt. The decor /ambience was also cool and nice.

Nice hotel with a few restaurants and a great spa. Mini mall on site with a late opening supermarket for snacks. Breakfast can get busy but that may have been because of Dubai holiday time.

The rooms in this hotel are...dated. The good: Beds are really comfortable. The room is spacious. The bathrooms are well equipped and very clean. The customer service is good, they address issues quickly. The bad: The AC is an old system thats hard to adjust temperature for your room. The room has a musky scent. The sockets are old fashioned, not international. Sea view room means partial view of the sea/gulf not a full panoramic view.

I arrived at 2am and I was greeted by a very nice, polite receptionist. fast check in. the hotel is grand and very nice, all members of staff I met were very helpful and kind. the room I was in was fine, a little bit dated but clean and everything worked. The only problem is you have to get a taxi everywhere but it was fine for me. I would stay again. If they gave the rooms a make over/modernise it a bit i would give 5 stars.
