This place is magical. Not only are you staying in the most comfortable rooms smack dab in paradise, but will also be treated like a VIP by attentive staff, serving you world class food. Two big thumbs up!

Booked 3 nights at this property and they put us on the wrong room which was a $100 difference. Didnt mention it until we noticed. When we brought it up to them they told us the room we booked wasnt available and that they would switch us to the correct room the next day. They offered a free dinner $30 dinner. I thought the dinner was an apology for their mistake but they did not want to refund us for the room difference. I had to go back and forth with them multiple times so they could at least credit us the difference. They never intended to switch us to the correct room in the first place (3 nights 109 per night = $327). This is a beautiful property and so my husband and I decided to extend our trip one more night. The rate for our room was being advertised for $335 on expedia and they wanted us to pay $437 for the same room. After expedia called them, they refused to extend our stay unless we paid their rate. I could have simply rebooked the room on my own through expedia for $335 but after so much back and forth and terrible service we decided to continue our trip elsewhere. When we arrived my husband and I wanted to consider this property for our wedding ceremony but after seeing how terrible their customer service is I wouldnt step foot on this property again.

They tried to compensate with a dinner but the room difference was ($109 about ($3,700baht. We had to discuss this with them multiple times until they agreed to give us a credit. The manager Jan Nanthavisai is a nightmare to work with. Works from a remote location and does not care about making things right. The property is beautiful so we wanted to extend our stay one more night. The rate on Expedia was $335 and they wanted to charge us $435 for the same room. Expedia contacted them but they refused to extend our stay. It’s insane that they were never planing to move us to the correct room until we mentioned it to them. That’s about $327 they would’ve scammed us out of if we hadn’t noticed they put us in the wrong room. Management needs better training.

This hotel is my favorite hotel ever! Awesome view & best vibe! Highly recommended! Love Tubkaak! Love Krabi!

Needed to take a trip to rest and relax, and imo this was the perfect place in Krabi. It’s not the most accessible place, but staying far away from the crowds was our priority.About an hour from Krabi airport and 30min to Ao Nang. Service at the resort was immaculate, our room (Deluxe room, on the second floorwas spanking clean.Plenty of chairs and little huts to laze on by the beach (though we didn’t get to do much because of the rainy season)

We have stayed at the Tunkaak in 2014 and it remained the same tranquil beautiful, immaculate place, the whole design and the thought behind every item, ornament, plant, decor is unique,. A real gem.

Luxury is integrated into untouched nature. Welcoming staff. Good architecture. Pleasures experience.

If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, Id recommend you avoid staying in superior room at all costs. The rooms soundproof quality is extremely poor - you can hear the sound of kids screeching in the swimming pool, your next doors bathroom activities (and yes by that, I mean every activitiesplus a cacophony of noises from upstairs which became incredibly troublesome during the night. Stayed two nights in this type of room and spent two sleepless nights in a row due to the aforementioned reasons.

This was a very pleasant resort. We were a little disappointed when we first arrived, our room was on the smallish side. However, the resort really did grow on us! Location was spectacular although a distance to shopping or bars. This is the only resort of 6 that we stayed at on our Thailand vacation that did not have any inclusions. So we had to pay for massages. A little bit annoyed that we were charged 60baht for ice for our drinks!

Highly recommend this hotel. This place has eye for detail, customer service was at center of everything. Each and every person in the staff was so humble n polite. Food was great, I m a vegetarian they had a separate veg menu ! The food at both the restaurant was great. Rooms were clean, all facilities were functional. I will go back in a heart beat. If you are evaluating a place to stay at Krabi, this is one of the best places for sure. And very much value for money . The towels had a beautiful fragrance, the staff went out of the way to make me feel comfortable. Used spa extensively during my stay n the service was impeccable…

If you want to stay away from the commercial/touristy center of Krabi, I highly recommend this area. Its about 30 minutes north on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach.I had such an amazing time at The Tubkaak Krabi Boutique Resort.- Excellent rooms - sparkling clean, mix of traditional + modern design, outdoor bath with stone/ natural tub, good water pressure :)- My room was pool facing. Top floor (recommend this over ground level rooms). They provide evening turn down service.- Staff are fantastic and accommodating. Very well trained. Polite, professional, non-intrusive.- I enjoyed the restaurant - freshly prepared food. Good mix of local and international. Restaurant faces the beach so the view is excellent. There are floor fans to keep you cool and ample mosquito repellent is provided.- Great beach! Cleaned every morning without fail. You can walk about 500 meters in as its pretty shallow. The resort provides a host of island hopping tours/ activities if you are so inclined. Beach front has ample seating - lounge sofas, hammocks, tables & chairs, attentive staff to serve food and drinks.Selecting this resort amongst the others is a no brainer.

It was okay comparing to hotels we stayed in the area. Must say everything is way overpriced comparing to prices outside of the hotel and service hotel provides. Location is not that great either, of course view on the beach is beautiful but its beautiful everywhere in Krabi. Room was okey, but you will not have a private pool as advertised in pictures. Food quality is probably worst I had in Krabi hotel. Lack of choice and it doesnt feel that fresh. "Fresh" juices have weird aftertaste. Dinner menu is overpriced, portions are very small and again quality of food is not that great. Massage was overpriced but okey. Overall staff is polite but reseption staff is not interested if you ask for information about outside of hotel services, information.We were checking out early in the morning and we supposed to have breakfast in the box. Breakfast was packed in paper bags and it was raining in the morning, by the time we reached new location by taxi bottom of the back broke and breakfast ended up on the floor. Not impressed by choice either but we got 6 Bananas in it and juice for 1.

This is my second visit and still one of my most favorite places to stay for vacation. The room was clean and spacious, great to relax and work at the same time.The restaurants are all amazing especially the Italian place. Four cheese pizza and risotto are the MUST to try! We were so impressed and happy with staff’s attention to details from dining rooms, front beach, and trekking guide. Thank you for making our vacation super delightful :)

My experience at Tubkaak Boutique Resort was such a DREAM. Everything at the hotel was so authentic and very well thought out. Apart from the spacious room that we had, the food there is so impressive, from local Southern dishes served with their homegrown vegetables to delectable pasta&pizza freshly made from the oven. The staffs were well attentive with great service mind. Not to mention the alluring sunsets we got to enjoy everyday by the beach… This place is truly amazing and I can’t wait to be back again!

A really nice resort that is well maintained. Loved the decor of the villas. Service was great and quality of food from their in-house kitchen was superb. Would go back to Tubkaak any time. Two thumbs up 👍🏻

So we booked hotel through makemytrip for our honeymoon,unfortunately we tested covid positive before the travel,we have waiting to hear from you regarding rescheduling but no response,is this the experience you are willing to promote,or you would recommend us to visit your hotel compromising the safety of your other guests

Full of service mind staffs, friendly. View is beautiful even in rainy season. All restaurant, dishes are good, tasty. Breakfast is nice. Room is great especially premium pool villa. Super private

We were a party of 6 with 2 young kids, of which 3 suffered from severe food poisoning, unacceptable. The restaurant had all the right medicine ready, which implies this is a common occurrence. We stayed 4 days and yet were given the 2 worst worst rooms in the hotel, adjacent to the wall of the staff building, clearly they need to work on room allocation. The room phone did not work, we were told the engineers were looking at it, maybe they did but it still wasn’t working when we left. The water tank ran out of water after one bath. Those who did not take the bath had to do with a cold shower. What a shame because the resort is actually really nice and clean. It’s got fantastic potential.

I love service of this hotel, Breakfast is so amazing. I really like it. Various yummy foods to serve. Orange juice is 100% real Orange. Chicken with oil streams rice is also delicious. Thai dessert is tasty not to sweet. I recommend to book private long tail trip to Koh Hong and scuba diving. Dont forget to reserve a table to have dinner during sunset. It is so impressive scene. oh. I like conditioner here so I buy one bottle back :)

Really love the interior design of the room ❤️ it was so cute with perfect floor plan 😊 Pool is at good size. A lot of stairs which might not be good for elderly, but i can see this as a family-friendly hotel.Staff were friendly, but not so professional during the dinner time as they didnt know about the deals and promotions they offered via sales channels. It was a little bit frustrating.

Probably one of the best ocean view you will see anywhere. Impeccable service. Rooms are a bit older but not bad at all.

Best boutique hotel with a top class view of the beach, backed with a 20-year track record of being Krabis finest. The resort also has natural waterway that flows through the carp ponds from the top hotel lobby to the bottom restaurants.The manager and the team provide the best service possible to accomodate every request.The view is splendid. Go for a walk at the beach to forget all the stress of the world. The hotel also cleans the beachfront every morning so the beach quality is pristine.

Service are just close to 1 star hotel, some staff is ok, but some isn’t willing to service customer and waiting too long in each service. Moreover, many staffs promise to something as customer request , but they don’t do anything as request and say just waiting and waiting. From my opinion, this hotel is not just close to 2 star hotel in term of service and never to be back againIn the good point, the location, room and sunset are very good. Overall, it isn’t worth to pay high amount of money at all

The resort is 5-6 stars. There are many trees. Its like being in nature.We go to send customers often. I dont know if customers find them themselves or the resort recommends. I recommend that you stay.

Not crowded, great food, nice place to stay if you want to laze around the beach reading books or drinking beers. Quiet!

One of the best spots to watch Krabi’s Sunset BUT worst experience with booking our table for dinner and seating service at the beach restaurant when we arrived. Service is friendly but extremely slow and unprofessional.NOT looking forward to us returning.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Krabi thus far. It’s been open for long but they maintain it very well that everything works perfectly and you could feel the charm of the classic hotel style. Service was excellent, kudos to every single staff there, very professional and friendly and efficient. Room is great, not big but well designed with full facilities. Ambience overall is very nice, beach is awesome. Food was ok in both restaurants (Thai and Italian). Gala dinner was fun with unlimited lobsters. We’ve had a great time and will definitely re-visit.

Had a great time here with my family! Unfortunately, I honestly think the service fell short of 5 stars.While staffs were all hard-working, friendly, and willing to help, a few things went wrong:1. Our boat trip to Koh Hong was scheduled at 1:30pm. We waited for 30 mins. Nobody came to pick us up and we heard nothing. After many attempts of following ups, we got to board the boat at 2:30pm.2. Breakfast service felt rushed sometimes, and there were many orders that went into a blackhole (usually drinks/coffee). The egg station rushed out my fried eggs to the point that the egg whites are still raw.3. A few times, the operator / front-desk promised to call us back with our requests to change our spa appointments and to answer our questions about the vacation package. The callback never happened.On the bright side, the property is absolutely beautiful. We had a great time at the beach with complimentary kayaks and paddle boards. Also had a fun time during Koh Hong boat trip visiting different smaller islands. We were celebrating my moms birthday and the staffs took note to decorate her bedroom accordingly, including a surprise birthday cake piece at the Arundina restaurant.We like the hotel and may visit again.

We have had an incredible stay.The food has been impeccable, the staff have treated us very well during the days that we have stayed.The views of the beach are wonderful at sunset.I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We love this place and wish to visit there again. Clean and great decoration. 2 mins walk to the beachfront. Spa was super good but need advance booking. They provided variety of food and drinks for breakfast. Service from all staff were friendly and outstanding.

The beach is perfect. Staff is ok.But the really worst part is bed&floor design. The floor is super slippery that i fell down when try to get up from the bed.The bed design make it more easier to fell down when u try to get up. I fell down two times for just half a night here (and still counting).

Perfect place to relax.The room is cozy, spacious, and clean. My room is Ocean View Pool Villa, and it gets me so close to the beach.There are lots of trees in the area which is really nice.The staff are amazing; they are kind and helpful.Another thing that has to be mentioned is their food. Their Italian restaurant, Di Mare, is like the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to; the food is fresh and tasty. Plus, they make real good cocktails.I spent 4 days just at the hotel and it was great. They kept me happy and well fed. I will definitely come back again.

Great boutique hotel on a truly fantastic stretch of beach in Tubkaak/Krabi. This is not a chain hotel... it’s got lovely personal touches and a great staff that is a perfect mix of helpful but not overly intrusive (we’re a couple that likes great people but not butler level service). Everyone was happy and helpful, but K. Supa in the main restaurant really stood out - welcoming us for breakfast (and often dinner!with a smile and knowing our usual coffee order.We are a couple that likes exercise in the morning and good food and relaxing after. If this sounds like you, there is a great hike just behind the hotel called Dragons Crest (national park). Do this if you want to work up a good sweat and get to a great viewpoint. After hiking we enjoyed the lovely white sand beach. We ate at the hotel many times (the Thai and Italian places were both lovelybut the true standout was Tubkaek Seafood which is a local restaurant just 3 mins walk south on the beach. Please go and visit them... the food is wonderful! Great seafood and authentic Thai dishes!Overall we’d highly recommend this hotel and its staff, and Tubkaak beach overall. We’ll be back!

I normally do not share location where I am and was but this place has been breaking all my ordinary habit.It has been beyond a wonderful weekend getaway. The resort is situated on peaceful, clean and beautilful beach. It is such a blessing, waking up to see the view of sunrise and sunset. The room is sparkling clean and well designed althought it is a bit small and not enough electric socket. We were welcomed and well pampered by friendly and spontanous staffs. The food here is delicious especially Thai Southern cuisine. There are numbers of activity at the resort including puddle board, kayaking and yoga class free of charge.One other thing I cannot miss mentioning is the spa.The staff is well trainned and educated. I loved her hand pressure and how she carried the treatment. It was so relaxing and very comfortable. My muscle tension is relieved after the section (amazinggg!!🤩)The Tubkaak Krabi Boutique Resort is quickly wining my favorite hotels and resorts list. I am now thinking of revisiting this heavenly pleasant property again.

Beautiful resort ever. The atmosphere is very calm to relax and staffs was welcoming all customers. Great souther thai food with Michelin star guaranteed. Price is cheap if compared with the great service you will get. I come here constantly and always feel relax. LOVE THIS PLACE AND FEEL AT HOME♥️

Despite the covid situation here in Thailand and lack of tourism from both locals and foreigners the energy and attentiveness to detail here at the resort is undeniably impeccable. Their graciousness and hospitality towards every guest doesnt go unnoticed. The internal communication is superb and they do not miss a beat when it comes to understanding every guests needs and preferences that stays at their resort. Im so happy that a friend referred this place to me for my stay in Krabi and I would refer it to anyone interested in a world class experience. Thank you for welcoming me to your home.

had a very nice stay. so-so receptionists but the view of the resort is really great where you have the beach in the front and mountain at the back.nice at the restaurant. breakfasts were great.this resort might not be convenient for family with older members as there are a lot of stairs. or you should ask to stay at the lower floor.

Probably one of the most magical places we have ever stayed...and were travellers. Our visit to Thailand was busy...we had no idea how populated it was and we struggled with the amount of tourists. We decided to stay for a week and spend our Christmas here. The staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating and we felt right at home...and finally...some peace and quiet :The beach is next level beautiful and the mountains were the cherry on top. Overall a fantastic experience and when we visit Thailand again...we will be certain to make another stop here. Make sure to feed the fishies! :Thank you Tubkaak for such a memorable experience.

Boutique! Great resort just on the beach. Staff are all great and try to get to know the guests. You feel welcomed and involved in the resort. Good facilities (free kayak, paddle board), gym is clean and decent equipment. Rooms have good facilities and plenty of space. Breakfast very good range, healthy options and fresh organic products available. Staff are attentive and remember your orders day on day and can bring you your regular without you asking. Food at the restaurant was also good. It’s not often that you meet the owner and general manager on your initial walk to your room, but that was our experience. Very homely feel and immediately felt welcomed.

This is a five star resort with an amazing view and beautiful property. I love foods here also in every aspect so much that I spent all meals in this hotel. There was a live music which was so entertaining and soft in the night. This is a really perfect place to hide away and relax for luxury stay.

Everything was perfect! The room is very comfortable, the amenities are great, they offer free yoga classes. The breakfast has a lot of options and great quality products. The staff is nice and kind. The beach is amazing, clean and private. I would definitely come back!

Love this place! The room is clean, staffs are nice, the beach is very clean! The whole place is very zen and relaxing. And They have everything you need! You dun even have to leave the resort! They have all kinds of activities at the resort. Cooking class, workout class, spa... If you are not into group class, they have kayaks, or paddle board for you to borrow for free! They have 2 restaurants in the resort, one is thai and the other is Italian food. Both are amazing! I really wish I could stay there longer!

Everything about this place was above and beyond. The staff are friendly, polite, attentive. The grounds are stunning,the beach fantastic. The food was exceptional. The pool area is beautiful. Yet you feel like you are in a calm oasis in the jungle not a much too stuffy fancy hotel. I had a pedicure in the spa and it was immaculate. I love the cold towels and drinks before and lovely tea and treats after. I highly recommend staying here.
