Excellent experience ! Clean and beautiful place. Amazing view, tasty breakfast and most of all sweet and welcoming staff (reception, spa, restaurant, room service).
lovely place staff are very helpful .food not to bad.love it will come back.
Very very unpleasant staff. They do not have any curtesy towards the client and are very slow.
The hotel requires urgent renovation works. In addition there is a lot to improve in terms of customer care, customer convenience and service. If you are used to the level of service of Henessy and Labourdonnais you will be shocked at the Address Boutique. Izumi was a nice experience and the new F&B Manager did his best to ensure our stay was pleasant. A beautiful cadre and a hotel with much potential though
I visited along with friends for the day package. We were all vegetarians and had informed about our food preference well in advance so as to ensure we have a variety on that day. Unfortunately, on that day, there was only mushroom soup as starter. When we complained that most of us were not willing to have mushroom soup, they told us that it was the only thing available under the set menu for the day package; anything else would be charged. The staff was not at all flexible and ready to serve fries even and ultimately agreed to serve after quite some time resulting in us enjoying only half session at the spa. Moreover, we were served a chicken pasta and a friend who has never even tasted chicken her whole life took a bite from that dish. This was a lack of respect towards faith of somebody which was not expected from an apparently classy 4* hotel.
Great hotel !! Wonderful food , great service !! We loved it
Lack of staff. Went for dinner there was a white guy working at the restaurant maybe he was the manager or supervisor of the restaurant he was shouting at other staff by using bad word against them arguing infornt the guest making us to listen his unwanted conversation. The special thing is that after we had seat we have noticed that on the table there was a pot and there was some flower but mosquito had layed egg in that water which was inside of the pot of water. That water has not been change almost for one week so that the mosquito was able to lay egg on that water
Massive let down. Only hotel that made us do a rapid antigen test on check in - this was not mentioned on booking by phone nor did they mention they would charge us for it on check out. Also if part if the reason youre booking is to eat at Izumi then just got the room and forget all the food package. Half board includes a dinner at Izumi but what they dont tell you is that there is nothing from the normal menu available to eat. Instead is a set menu with fried chicken/beef noodles... We ordered extra from the menu to get sushi (which to be fair was really good). Massive let down all in all.
This hotel is a joke. If you are reading this, please ignore all previous comments about praising this hotel. This hotel doesnโt even deserve a star. Iโm so disappointed, it use to be such a nice hotel with good staff but now its not worth it at all. Bad management, terrible organisation, 0% customer service.
Horrid and overall disappointing experience. Wouldnt recommend to tourists, especially those with familiesThe hotel is located in a very relaxing environment overlooking a waterfront. The good: The parrot at the entrance and the overall ambiance of the place. The bad: Everything else.Reception: Upon arrival at the Hotel, we received no help when removing out bags from the taxi. One of the men meant to help with that was just looking at us. At the reception area, we felt very unwelcome. The staff were pretty cold. We carried our own bags from the reception area to our room. The room: We were in the junior suite and it was so underwhelming. Its a glorified deluxe room at best, from the look of the room to its facilities. However, the view from the room is breathtaking. Youll see the most beautiful sunrise and sunset. We had an issue with ants and a huge cockroach. We asked for help from the reception and received none. The suite is placed in a very odd place. Its right above the restaurant and next to the pool, its not sound proofed very well so you can hear noise from the lobby and the restaurant. You can hear music from the restaurant. The balcony that comes with it isnt very private. Someone from the pool area can see you very well. Investing in a mosquito net couldnt hurt either. The rooms could use a major face-lift.The service: Terrible. Theres no better way of putting it. Getting anything rom room service to a glass of orange juice at the restaurant takes ages. The reception staff, basically most of the staff are incredibly rude and unfriendly. The food: We were on half board basis and the variety of the food was terrible. Theres no variety at all be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. They served us with cold rice and bbq meat for dinner. That was all. Id advice to go the ร la carte way, significantly better. The gym: Its pretty well equipped. The spa: I had scheduled for a "relax and revitalise" massage an the reception was so bad. We were given a key to a locker to get our robes and got shoved into a toilet cum shower to change into. The staff were so rude that I pulled out of the massage. How this hotel got a 4 star is beyond me. Its an overpriced 2/3 star that has a waterfront. The hotel is also far from everything so be warned.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay more than 1 night. The racial profiling was also quite something.
If you want a perfectly aligned harmony between buildings, trees, river and the sea, this place would be your to go place. Not only would you like this place because of its view but also for the friendly staff which included a little kitty to keep you company.
Its not like a 4 star experience.Rooms are ok.Staff is very friendly, very good. Efficient. But I didnt enjoy the hotel experience.Room didnt have toiletries.Toilet doesnt have water spray.Hotel did provide with multi plug adapter. These are things we expect from a 4 star hotel.
The Hotel is one of a gorgeous view. It feels like in Athens. I was given a room with a view of the river meeting the sea. It was spectacular. The staffs was warm and friendly. They were always available for any help needed. The activities offered by the hotel were fun and sporty. However the hotel package is only half board, ful board would be much appreciated. The restaurant there were horrible, the chef and staffs of the restaurant were acting too disinterested in their jobs. They forget to bring my order and did not even apologise for it. After i asked for my order, I was served with food just taken from fridge. There was still ice on it.
Had an awesome stay. Very clean and beautiful, relaxing environment. Really enjoyed the spa. The food was great and thanks to Umar and Anoop for the great service they provided us during our dinning experience at the restaurant also thanks to the wonderful Chefs for preparing according to our requests. ๐๐๐
The hotel was so beautiful and the view from our room was splendid. We had the best holiday there. The staffs were warm and friendly. We were always assisted with anything. We made special requests which were taken seriously by the team. They offer a lot of complimentary activities. We recommend it to anyone and will surely comeback.
A nice hotel in a gated community. It is a very quiet place, relaxing and you should go there if you want to relax. The hotel is not on the beach, but there is a nice pool with a nice view. The rooms are comfortable and large, and the staff friendly and efficient. Overall a very nice gem in Mauritius.
My mistake I booked all my holiday days in this hotel .my total days was 8 days. The room is just ok. The entertainment is nothing at night like other hotels which they have life music shows. I get taxi drivers from hotel front desk but most of them talked too much about your nationality and they increased prices.from day one i wish there was refund i were book to other hotels.
I would recommand people to go there because the welcoming staff are very friendly. They are always there for you.The resto la fouchette was a great place to have your dinner, Your breakfast and your lunch. The resturant staff are very kind and aready to help with the choice speacilly the waitress. They have made my mom to feel special during that stayThe bar staff also are vey friendly.Beside every thing is perfect there. My boy enjoyed a lot with this lady.she was amazing for the service.Always there for you
After along flight it was wonderful to be welcomed to this magnificent hotel. Our room was spacious and well appointed. This hotel has everything from a gym to keep you fit & a pool. Two restaurants including a Japanese restaurant, even an African grey parrot who was as friendly as the staff.
Not very good experience. Not 4-star hotel, its kinda 3-star property. Location is not much good, quiet far from market & everywhere else. We arrived @ 1pm, it took a long time for check-in as room wasnt ready even till 2pm, so waited for more than 1hr. Also hotel was not as expected. As vegetarian, we had no options in breakfast, nor was any option available in Ala-Carte for Indian Veg food. We booked superior room, it was good. Wasnt worth the money we paid. Their 5 star property @ Cauvan Waterfront, Port Louis is much better in terms of hotel location & looks.
Awesome secluded villa style hotel with the highest attention to detail.Staff members were extremely cordial and were more than willing to go the extra mile I.e the laundrymen who hand washed my laundry due to me not giving him sufficient notice! The manager also went out of his way to get to know my girlfriend and I personally. Sharing a coffee and a few laughs as he probed us for our take on his slice of paradise and what he could do to improve. He came across extremely honest and genuine.Loved the stay, wish it were longer - will be recommending the address boutique hotel to anyone spending time in Mauritius.
The view is amazing, I like the design building is between traditional and Arabian style. The Lange is beautiful and comfortable with small fish and big bird. I ask them balance device and they was helpful. It was there iron in room also. The place very quite.
We had the chance to stay in this hotel for a few days and appreciated either the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of our room. The SPA was fine and it was also possible using a well equipped gym. The sunset was lovely to admire from the hotel location and we do recommend it to those who have the chance to..., not to miss!!!
