Its a famous landmark around Hoan Kiem Lake. Its just small tower and the name means Pen Tower (writing into the sky). You will pass by this tower on the way to The Huc Bridge and Ngoc Son Temple.

Nice park closer to the temple. Better to go there in the morning and in the evening. Lots of locals are there. But everyone is friendly. Cool place.

Cool place, but unfortunately you cant sit and relax or anything because the entire area is full of really persistent street vendors. I wanted to chill on a bench and take in the scenery, but I couldnt be left alone. Also has gotten a bit dirty/grimy.
