Decent food but so slow food service. Excellent pad thai and good front of the house staff that take brunt of customer anger due to the long wait times - one of our entrees came after dessert was done ???

Great ambiance and even better food.Chef Misa took care of us personally and the staff ensured a great experience for us.

Food was excellent. Lisa , chef came personally to check , despite today being her birthday. Vikram and Tika served us well. Chicken dish,Massaman curry was greatWater chestnut veggie dish was next and prawns were last. But still everything was good though I wish the service was a little better.

Visited Thai pavilion on Friday -18th March, 2022 with my parents and in laws and what struck me immediately as soon as I entered the restaurant was the absence of requisite staff.While there were tables empty, we had to find the manager to allocate us one. They placed an extra seat since we were 7 people on table of 6 but it took repeated reminders for them to place a plate and cutlery for the 7th person and my dad had to call them out before any dinnerware was placed.The same happened for napkins on the table. While the food from the soup to the hand pulled noodles including the Masamaan curry were amazing - the service was excruciatingly slow taking us over 2 hours to get and finish our meal - what was also weird was the level of ignorance or maybe judgement - I ordered a martini and the gentleman serving our table told me it has alcohol!!! Bizarre as it may be but fantastic food with bad service is probably as good as eating in a good street food joint. I do hope they get their house in order.

Best place in town to have Thai food. Amazing staff, amazing staff (our server Vinay made sure we enjoyed the best experienceand excellent ambience. Would totally recommend this fine dine. Cost for a 4 course meal for 3 would be somewhere around 5.5k-5.7k.

We went there for a date night. Since the pandemic is going on, we wanted to go somewhere where we could feel safe & we did. The staff was wearing masks & gloves. The tables were arranged to be at a safe distance.Food - As tasty as it was, there were very less options for vegetarians. No breads to eat with vegetables.All in all, good ambience, good experience but since we are vegetarian, we might not go there again.

Thai cuisine is considered as one of the most popular cuisines worldwide and the best thing is that, it offers lots of variety and has immense regional influences too! For instance, during the Loy Krathong at Taj City Centre , I didn’t know that the south part of Thailand has a different tribal cuisine and they use lot of bamboos to cook their dishes. They also get inspiration from Malaysia. The food is definitely spicy, so be a little careful but it’s not hot and doesn’t  linger for long! It has varied and subtle flavors and  each dish has a distinct flavor and doesn’t overlap. The festival is on till 18th and you shouldn’t miss it at all.

We went to Thai Pavilion on recommendation of friends for a weekday dinner.We were impressed by the English Library Look and hug tables decorated with candles and flowers. We started with ordering Green Curry that came along with Jasmine Rice and Prawn crackers that they served as restaurant compliments. Green curry was bit spicy but the flavors were busting out.We then moved to order Shredded Lamb in Thai herbs which was the dish of the evening for me. Really soft lamb and wonderful mix of Thai herbs.Last we ordered homemade rice noodles with Thai herbs and spices. I enjoyed the pad Thai noodles 👌Overall it was a nice experience and along with zomato gold, it was good value for money.

Everything good but I cant just help ignore the fact that even Taj behaves like shops on railway stations and bus stands overcharging on bottled water more than the MRP! Otherwise an evening well spent

Horrible... over ordered for 2...waiter never said I am over ordering...anyways, lots of food left over...gave it for packing but they threw it away instead... over all a horrible waste of money...going there never again...

Great ambiance and good food not authentic if you have been in Thailand many times but quite close. Good variety of veg and non veg dishes to choose from. Nice drinks too. If you are fond of Thai food a must try in NCR.

Really classy and first rate Thai restaurant found in Vivanta by Taj. Authentic thai dishes being served and the place is very cozy and relaxing.As per the waiter, the chef is actually a Thai-national hence the specialty in the cuisine that he cooks. Really good for celebrations, family gatherings and romantic dates.

The food was just awesome....service was prompt...you get welcome drink and veg and non veg papad...you also get a complementary cake if its some occasion...its a nice quiet dining place... should visit on some special occasion...the bill was surprisingly below my expectations...icing on the cake...😊

Food is good but the portion of numbers of the breads is confusing. Cannot understand why bread basket is called so when they offer only two variety in it. Service is slow though one should not mind waiting with excellent live music playing in the background.

A really geat place to go to if youre planning to have some legit Thai and South-East Asian food. My favourite picks would be the Thai Green Curry and Yellow Curry with Chicken, Herb flavoured Coconut Soup, Crispy fried Fish in Chilli Kraparo Sauce and the Tub Tim grob. Also, loved the ambience and service.
