We love to eat here, staff are friendly and great atmosphere!

Food was not bad. We got the red curry beef and Thai coffee. The coffee was legit. The service was nice. The lady is really sweet. :)

They have substituted the straw mushrooms with thick sliced regular ones in the soup...other than that, great taste!

Wish I could give them no stars. Worst service ever.Ordered online through their website. My daughter got a bento box that they evidently stopped making but didnt take off menu (pad thai with 3 California sushi and 3 chefs choiceevery that came in the Bento box is still being made/served there.Even though they had my email and phone # they made no attempt to contact us. My daughter got there and they tell her one of the 5 meals we ordered they dont offer anymore and she needed to find something around same price or refund. Meanwhile the rest of the meal is getting cold. I call to see why they didnt just give her pad thai or something as the rest of our food is sitting getting cold and the white man with glasses said "your daughter asked for refund and thats what were doing" *click*. He was so rude! My daughter said there were two other people waiting in the lobby complaining about the service.You can have great food but poor service will ruin a restaurant! Ill spend my money elsewhere!

The food was AWFUL. I ordered green curry with tofu. It was grey and tasted only of salt. The rice was regular white rice instead of jasmine rice. They were out of several beverages. Our dinners came out slowly one day a time as if they cooked them individually. I wont be back.

Food was mediocre at best. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable but there are definitely better Thai places in the area

Very nice! Place is larger than it looks, is very quiet, and the food is very tasty. The service was excellent, with my main course arriving just as I finished my soup and roll. Prices were very fair, and my waitress was very knowledgeable about the food and culture of her native country.One warning, theres a cigar shop in the shopping center, and although you thankfully couldnt smell it inside the restaurant, sitting outside would not be recommended.

Bro the server Owen is actually so epic. Hes really nice and gave me an amazing time at this beautiful restaurant. Recommend asking him to be your server and he will SERVE. 10/10

Went to Thai Nana because It has very Good reviews on Google. Big disappointment. I order duck Thai pepper basil Thai style. But I get Thai chili instead.The service had bad attitude. When she drop off your food washout she will drop it and slam everything on table. She never come by to check how you are doing!! When I was finished with my lunch. I have to Wait for a while and she never came. I have to scream out and asked for a check.😡😡😡

Recently I was invited to my friends birthday dinner who chose to eat here out of many other places requested from other friends thought to be the perfect birthday dinner of choice. Ive been ordering take out food from here for years along with my roommates and other friends with no complaints or disappointments however this was my first and last time trying to dine in the food was late cold and most orders were forgotten there was only 1 other table in the entire restaurant which made it very unclear for the neglect our server and the inability to be tenitive to our table each entrea came out individually with missing appetizers and the birthday meal order of our friend was cold until he received his plate. Clean bathrooms good prices and usually good food I would highly recommend to only order take out since they do not seem very capable of handling in person and dine in orders perhaps this could be a staffing issue.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Got my order wrong 3 times and were not willing to offer any discount or refund. Owner was rude and immature and ended up hanging up on me! Will never go back. I would have given ZERO stars but it wouldnt let me

ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS a tremendous meal! We only get their Pad Thai and Spring Rolls, and have for many years. PU, the Mgr. IS a sweet lady and treats their customers great!

This is my favorite Thai place. The sushi is amazing (I recommend the Crunchy Roll). The noodles are cooked to perfection. And no matter how spicy, you can still taste the seasoning.No sushi Monday? No five star.

We were told this was a good Thai restaurant and it is very good. My wife loved her Basil beef. The only bad part was we forgot our leftovers.

By far, the best pad thai. I know thats just my opinion, but it is moist and super flavorful and NOT just noodles or mush. If you like spicy, try level 5☆. We actually drive from Tampa to this location. Nice quiet atmosphere and always great service.

too salty, my regular dish was horrible salty. but they made a new one for me. perfect, but I had to wait...and I had an appointment to go. thats why only 3 stars.

This is our "to go" place for Thai food. The service is excellent and the atmosphere welcoming. We ordered the usual, Pad Thai and other dishes. All were very good. However, the Pad Thai was not the same. ...thin noodles instead of the wider ones and a not so "peanutty" sauce. Not sure why.....This is a fun place- highly recommend!

This is an authentic Thai restaurant where she cooks the entire duck instead of just buying a duck breast. Her spring rolls are the best around. Actual ingredients inside.

Beef and chicken panang curry both bland. Beef was a nasty rubbery texture. The soups that came with lunch were terrible. Some type of rice soup with hard uncooked rice in a starchy broth with no flavor. Also some brown soup was served that had a nasty fishy taste that none of us would take more than 1sip. Service was rushed and rude and overcharged on several things ie charged for dinner meals vs lunch at 2 pm and charged extra for brown rice and extra for spring rolls that came with the meal and the waitress brought out twice. They were tasty so we ate both sets and no complaints there except waitress was rushed and took away the duck sauce before we finished them and put the check on table right after the meal arrived and stood in front of us and asked me to pay in the middle of the meal. We took food to go and threw it out the next day. Not worth a repeat trip.

Wow! The Duck/panang curry was so yummy! Hubby had Pork panang curry and son enjoyed his Beef Red Curry w/Kirins. Nikkis service was excellent! Theyve always had busy take-out, so very important during Covid.

Always been curious about this place on my bike rides... Unfortunately wont be something Id spend money on again. Sauté veggies are barely cooked and the sauce was salty beef water lol tbch. Thai Nana is fantastic! Service can be slow but pricing, portions, and FLAVOR are OUTSTANDING!! I come like twice a month. Good options for vegetarians and pescatarians. Soups are all delicious (I normally dont like soup but its wonderful here). I dont recommend if you have a peanut allergy. Anyone else COME ON IN!

Our second visit in 2 months. Both visit, a customer was upset with food and another left because his food did not come out together. Our food was mostly good, but Pot-stickers were chewy and fell apart when picking them up with chop sticks. Server started out good, but quickly fell apart. Our food also came out at different times. We asked for water and never got it. The server was talking with the Sushi Bar server. Our 1st visit was much better, however we were the only customer in the dining room on a Friday at 7pm. Makes me nervous about returning.

Ignore the foodie snobs. This the best Asian food in Palm Harbor. After trying their offerings, youll never return to the atypical Chinese food places youve been used to that churn out run of the mill typical fare.The surroundings are unassuming but dont let that throw you. It adds to the charm. Youre not there for the decor or work for Architectural Digest. Youre there for the food. In hindsight, I hope they dont change a thing.The noodles were excellent. The won ton soup isnt the typical youve had at 1000 other places. The cashew chicken was bountiful and flavorful.Small touches like the carrot shaped like a blooming flower and sushi served on a wooden boat. Portions are generous. Service was well timed and with a warm gentle smile.Our new fave restaurant. We wont be ordering from the other places that process and dole out Asian food like fast food joints.

My spring rolls were crispy and delicious!! And the squid salad, with the greens, is fantastic. The peanut dressing makes it a fantastic treat. Love my food. Looks like they have a new sushi chef so Im gonna try some of her work soon.

Im surprised at the subpar food and service tonight. Had a sushi roll that fell apart as we tried to eat it. Ordered a seafood pad thai, a sauteed squid and vegetable, and a seafood fried rice dinner. All bland. Server never cleared the table of used dishes. Had to ask for utensils and napkins. Meals were not served at the same time. I hope this was just an off night.

The food here has been good in the past. We ordered over $100 to go to have movie night with kids we waited when picking it up at least 20 min! somehow the food was still cold and Soggy! The preparation instructions not followed (making one dish with no meatthat was out the window the item came full of chicken leaving one child without any food. They would be smart to contact me and refund me if they want to earn our business again. So sad to be treated that way!

The food here is amazing, but Togo is ALWAYS a nightmare. Super slow, never ready in the time frame they give you. Usually 20+ minute wait after you arrive at the time they tell you to. Won’t be back for this reason. It’s happened multiple occasions

Best sweet basil beef and pad thai I have had on awhile. Great food and service. Great lunch prices options from 11-3. I will be back with my family often. The spider roll if you like soft shell crab is amazing. Thank you Jordan and Pu for your fabulous customer service. See you again soon.

Food was hot and prepared for pick up on time. Good flavor to all the meals. Fried spring rolls and shrimp fried rice were exceptional. Friendly staff as well.

The food is always good. I get the same thing every time.. pad thai and curry puffs lol.. but they are always great.. Im partial to this place because its in the neighborhood, but anyone Ive brought has enjoyed their order as well. There are some other good Thai places in yhe area but this place is consistent and has been open for years.

His was the 1st Thai restaurant in the area..the service is always spot on. The menu is large and the prices are good...the Tempura (shrimp and veggiesis like heaven..light and perfectly cooked..My favorites.are.any of the curries and the crispy duck. You are never rushed out and always looked after by the staff. It is a comfortable environment if you are eating alone or with others.

We have ordered from this restaurant for 9 years and I can say they are so consistent! My husband always orders the crunchy grouper and I always get the panang curry with tofu..my nephew came to visit from San Francisco and he said this was the best Thai food he has ever had. The flavor and spiciness is amazing. So thankful they are close by for a delicious meal.

I rate it high because of my observation. The owner and employees try their best to make every customer happy. You cant please everyone but they do their best. Go and try the food. Its served hot and with that extra appeal/pretty. Ive seen how hard they work. Im impressed. Please give it a try. Be polite and kind. These are missing in this world.....

The lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly. I got the panang curry, thinking it might not be great given the pandemic, but it was the best curry I have had. Not to mention I asked for rice on the side do to my diet. I did take a bite of that and it was cooked perfectly.

Worst restaurant experience of my entire life. Would give 0/0 stars. My friend and I arrive at the restaurant and we sit at a dirty table away from door, the waitress comes and cleans only HALF the table that we are sitting on. First red flag we we should’ve got up and left. In what world do we only clean 50% of something used by a human?? We work in a hospital, would they like us to clean 50% of a patient bed?? We were given only drinks we ordered, no silverware or Napkins, no water, no one to check in on us for over AN HOUR. We watched 3 tables, one a party of 5 all get served before us. When asking what happened, the waitress said she will check in the kitchen and she never came back. We asked the waiter again what happened, he said he would find out. The girl came back and said it will be ready soon, oh wait what happened?? Only then she admitted she FORGOT to give our ticket in. She promptly ran back inside and avoided contact with us since that point. So if we didn’t keep asking we would’ve never gotten any food. Again we reminded them only half the table was clean, nothing was done. As the food finally came out, all of our appetizers, entree, and soup all came out at ONCE And placed on the unclean side of the table. The appetizer came out ice cold, entrees came out lukewarm, and the soup and noodles forgotten, we had to ask again what happened to our orders. By the time we got to eat, all the food was cold, we felt very stressed and disrespected. All around us there were 7 tables left uncleaned with other parties’ leftover food. We asked four times for the manager, when she finally came out and We explained all our safety concerns, she didn’t care and did not offer to comp anything for such a horrible experience. I felt even more disrespected and in disbelief, this was the worst restaurant experience of my entire life, never had I been in such a dirty, uncaring environment. At the end the only good employee the have is the waiter Patrick who listened and understood my concerns, Until the manager came out and told him to stop speaking to me so he can clean tables by himself when there are three other employees standing around openly flirting with each other in front of customers. All of them including the manager send Patrick to talk to customers, and pretend not to speak English, but don’t offer him any ways to comp meals or give solutions to upset customers. They only want angry customers to just leave. Several tables were incredibly upset with service and got up and left. At the end we were only offered a $30 gift certificate for our trouble. When told this was unacceptable, the manager just walked away. Randomly, a kid would come out and pick up two dirty cups off tables and walk off. The cooks in the kitchen and Patrick are the only empathetic, hardworking employees. And what’s sad is the food was amazing that I would order from delivery UBEREATS; thinking the restaurant experience would be even better, I brought my friend for the first time. We were horrified. I feel sorry that the food of the cooks can’t be appreciated by customer due to the disrespect of the manager and the waitress. I feel sorry that the manager and waitress are uncaring about human safety violations and hygiene. DO NOT EAT HERE: you might be eating from 50% unclean plates and silverware. I cannot express how awful of a night we had and lack of empathy from someone supposedly in charge of the business. They don’t care about the sanitary environment that you eat in, guess what else they won’t care about. Your health is at risk. Horrible experience that affected me to my core because I work with patients and no one deserves their human rights to a clean environment violated like how the staff did to us. Do not support this business.

Good food with cute presentation, a nice interior, and very friendly service!! Our table ordered green curry, shrimp curry, and pad thai and we all enjoyed our food. My only complaint is that they still have styrofoam takeout containers but I loved everything else. Thank you!

One of the BEST Thai restaurants in the Tampa Bay area!!! Ive been coming here for years and the food is delicious!! Full of flavors! This is authentic Thai cuisine at its best! Some of my favorite dishes here include of course, the Pad Thai, spring Rolls and the Tom Khai Guy soup!!! If you want excellent Thai , this is the place to be!

Ordered delivery through Door Dash and it was delicious! The spring rolls are a must-order and our favorite. We also loved the garlic and black pepper chicken. The food arrived hot and even left overs were yummy!

Food was good. Service, while young, was effective. Nice decor. Had the chicken Panang and ate it all. The Tom Kha soup was also delicious. Ill be back!

UPDATE: May 2017Tried this pace again and once again it was awful. The food is so subpar and the service (or lack ofis a joke.Will definitely never go back to this place.What happened to this place!?This is probably the most bland and low quality Thai food I have ever had.The food here used to be very good, however, the last two times we ate here the food was awful. The curry didnt even taste like curry and I asked for it to be hot and it was as mild as a can of chicken noodle soup. The Pad Thai was chewy and tasted like someones leftovers.Im very sad because as I said we used to love this place but now we have no reason to ever go back.If you are looking for delicious Thai food go some place other than here.

Excellent dinner. Crunchy Grouper was amazing and Pad Thai was perfect...and they do not charge for water! Whoever wrote that review mustve been somewhere else. Were from Massachusetts and this will be a return place for us when vacationing here in Palm Harbor. And thank you for great service.

I love chicken fried rice! This is the best around, and there is alot of chicken in your order. If you are a fan of Thai food...you know what I am talking about. Other places, you have to search for the meat...not a problem here. The staff is great, very friendly! Prices are on point.

Those who gave more than 1 star are either naive or just dont know what real Thai food taste like. Im Thai so yes I know what it should taste like and I can tell you folks Im not going to spend another dime here. Id rather go to Pizza Hut. Food here is super pricy and the taste is awful! Fake Thai squid salad, fake Tom Yum, fake Gang Dang, fake everything! Rice they serve is cheap Long Grain rice. Just not even close to authentic. Overpriced for what you get. Not going back there ever again. Ill drive far to go to other Thai place or cook it myself.
