Cant exactly remember what I had, but it was chicken wrapped in leaves and it was all delicious.

Best place to go for Lunch. The Lunch Menu is amazing.

We were speechless: tue best ethnic food dinner in ages!!!! Tastes were so balanced, delicate (the steamed sea bass was something to die for!yet with strong character (in the red Thai curry case). If we were living in Luzern, Thai Garden would be one of our hot spots!!! Very efficient, smiling, friendly and helpful staff!!! Amazing decor!

I enjoyed the food at this restaurant. I ordered the steak yellow curry with onions and potatoes and my partner had the duck. Very tasty and a beautiful restaurant too. A bit on the pricy side, so I knocked off one star.

Rip off restaurant who charge 12 francs for just water and over charge any of the food. Better places around for thai food

We weren’t expecting much for a Thai restaurant in the middle of Switzerland, and this ended up being a pleasant surprise. The ambience is amazing, it transports you to an intimate garden. The service was friendly and helpful, special mention to the manager.The food is seriously amazing. The ingredients where fresh and tasty. Seasoning was surprisingly similar to the one I had in Thailand. They menu is extensive and you’ll probably find one of your favorite Thai dishes. Dessert was also tasty but it wasn’t out of this world.Would fully recommend for thai lover and we’ll surly return.

The ambiance was just perfectly Thai, service was exemplary, the staff were friendly, attentive, wearing great smiles. The food was great, very authentic Thai cuisine which came in big serving. Conveniently located at the city center inside a hotel. A must-try.

This is the best thai restaurant I have ever visited. Prices are high, as dinner for two will set you back 200 euro but you wont regret it. Best in class service, food, atmosphere. The most attentive staff that serve you with pleasure. And the scenery and decor is highly classy. Ask for thai style heat on the curry and you will get an authentic spiciness as well. 5/5

Excellent food, service, and ambiance.

For someone coming from Asia, the food was too mediocre to cost 50CHF per dish. However, staff were friendly and attentive. Interior design is unique and hard to find. A cosy and private atmosphere. I would not recommend the Thai cocktail.

Among WORST Thai restaurants I’ve ever eaten in my life. Earned my 1 star for the ambiance and interior. Please change your Chef if that’s possible. I’ve been trying Thai restaurants all around the world and even in Thai. This one is way more off my acceptable taste.

We were so excited when we learned about the restaurant on google map, and the so disappointed about the food quality. Nothing seems right! I am from Asia and I have been around the world, I tasted the authentic thai food in Thailand, and I know the food offered here is lacking so many things.The yum woon sen, salty and sour and that was it. This dish needs a hint of sweetness. 2/5 This is supposed to be spicy but not at all.The tom kha gai, too much coconut milk, and the chicken is over-cooked. I could not swallow the chicken. 2/5The pad thai main dish is the worst. It tasted bland, noodles were over-cooked, broken. There was no cashew. 0/5 we abandoned the whole dish.Thai cocktail 0/5. Mix of syrup and ice with a few pieces of fruits. This tastes like water.Shrimp rolls. Since I can make this at home, it is an okay dish, and i would "envy" who cant make this right lolz.Overall, this restaurant is the worst one I had during my two weeks trip in Switzerland. And the worst Thai food restaurant I have ever had in my life.

Gorgeous place with amazing interior but a bit dark. Serving staff wasnt so friendly with us, just one girl was. Manager of the place was talking about us not in the good way with his collegues because he thought that we not understanding german. I general presentation of food is great and its taste also good but prices a bit high for what it is. Would be nice if menu would be on the webpage.

The place interior and ambience is great!Service should definitely be better for the price you pay. Some staff were nice but some also not, so more welcoming, warm and friendly staff would be nice.

Beautifully cooked food and a totally dedicated staff. One of the best food experiences I have had recently. Sowadikup and a big thank you to all the waiting staff and an amazing congratulations to the Kitchen too. Well worth a second visit just to make sure I wasnt dreaming the first time.

Yes, it’s expensive but it’s also excellent. Remember where you are. Let the very capable Alessandro take care of your every need. Just pay the price and enjoy a very well managed experience with perfectly prepared and served food.

Truly beautiful ambiance, wonderful service and gorgeous presentation. The appetizer plate for 2 was excellent ... however the entrees left much to be desired. The shrimp had obviously been cooked hours before ... and the food was not spicy at all despite being warned it was spicy. Overall a perfect place for a special experience and occasion, but we’ve enjoyed much better Thai food elsewhere.

Never & ever leave Lucerne without have dinner in this restaurant, they have delicious food & a wonderful atmosphere .. you should try this kind of food ♥️

Ok overall, definitely not worth the hype or the moneyService wasnt good - took about 30 mins just to get the wine menu after we ordered mainsRice wasnt good - a big part of it was burnt/way overcooked, which pretty much took the mains dowk with itChocolate mousse & passion fruit desert was really bad.

Went to this restaurant 3 times already. The food is really delicious. The price is quite expensive. Recommended to try one time if you come by Luzern 😄

Decor was incredible, staff was very friendly and food was good. This restaurant is central to everything and the experience was one to remember.

Really disappointed about tonight’s dinner experience. I understand things and general living costs are high in Switzerland, but the customer service is just a nightmare. Will definitely not recommend anyone who expects nice food and good service to go dine there. Went there with my partner for our anniversary, the waitress is very impatient, and most of the time very rude. When I was asking question about the wine, she even cut me and impolitely replied: “sorry I’m really busy” and left. Seriously, what was that? I really wouldn’t mind paying 200€ for the dinner. But with this service attitude, I really think I shouldn’t have paid at all and they definitely owed me and my partner a proper apology. Very upset after dining there. The worst experience ever. Do not go.

Simply incredible! The staff, the setting and the food are all on point. Highly recommend it for a family dinner or a romantic date. All the dishes we have tried have been absolutely delicious!

The location and atmosphere is very special but unfortunately the food is mediocre at best. Prices are extremely steep for the food quality. But you might enjoy it if you understand that you are paying mostly for the restaurant experience and not the food.

Very disappointing! Food is overpriced and not very authentic. I have been in Thaïland and eaten in many Thaï restaurants and this is not rising to my expectations. It is decent but not worth the price.It is important to note service is very professional and friendly however. Atmosphere is nice even though a little overdone.

Hotel Astoria really have done a great job with the decoration, looks and even smells authentic. The light is very romantic. When we went on a wed evening, it was more crowded than I was expecting but the 2m rule still was respected. The food was greaatttttttt. Service too. I had the pork red curry, tasted amazing for sure one of the best thai food places I have been. I also had the thai cocktail which was light and refreshing. Portions were huge unfortunately left almost half my food. So go there when you are hungry.

Architecture and interior design well done!! Peaceful atmosphere with live music, nice and fast service from the staff. Food was too spicy though and I could not find my preferred and common dessert from Thailand, neither got proposed a second choice from the staff.

Royal Thai Garden the name indicates it. Royal food and royal ambiance. All the Buddhas give you the feeling of being in Thailand. Excellence at highest level - love it. Also royal service

We absolutely loved this restaurant. It was so beautiful and magical inside. The food did not disappoint either. We would not hesitate to return. Beautifully clean toilets and the decor was stunning. Just delightful!

This was a surprise. I never expected such a good Thai restaurant in Switzerland, much less in Lucerne.The food was authentic and delicious. Their Tom Yum was as good as you can get in Bangkok. Red Curry Pork, Basil Leaf fried chicken. All yummy.So if you ever here, and want to break from the normal food you get, you must go and have a try.But one note, do ask about the prices first..... It might be a bit high.

Definitely give the person who greeted us at the door a raise. Was very polite, explained us the menu, and even made sure we were comfortably sat. Food was delicious and price was in tune with the swanky environment. The Thailand like environment also gave us a chance to take a picture after dinner. However, the waitress were talking and giggling in Thai loudly and at times were being disruptive and not responsive to our orders.

Amazed by the interior and service at this place. Yeah ,food is pricey but really delicous and good quality, everything tasted amazing and they offer a big choice of meals. Ambient and music really made atmosphere to feel like you are in Thailand.

So we decided on Thai food for dinner tonight, first place was only lunch so we Googled thai food and and Thaigarden came up, beautifully decorated, orchids are gorgeous, staff is nice, we started with chicken spring rolls and they where delicious, not really anything I had in Thailand but delicious the sauces they added were very complimentary to the chicken spring rolls, (lots of chickenour entree came out with a small wait, considering how busy they where this was not a big deal, we ordered Shrimp w black pepper sauce, this was really good, thai food the one thing that is different to me is a nice thai server comes around with a bowl of rice, this seems odd to me, you dont have a bowl of rice on the table, it isnt a big deal really, this place the food was amazing, but very expensive for Thai food, maybe this is the place to save for a special occasion?

Its one of the unique places in the town. You will not have the view of Alps or the lake but you will not regret of your choice one you step in and see the restaurant. The ambiance is perfectly matching the theme of the restaurant. The service team is extremely polite way above Swiss standards.Food is one of the best in and around Luzern. Its a bit pricey still expected, since you are in Switzerland. But its well worth it if you want to have a good Thai food.Finding the place can be a bit tricky since the entrance is not right on the street but dont let this fool you otherwise you will miss the opportunity to have good Thai food.

What a fantastic evening we spent there. We took the menu for 2 ppl at 98 CHF (pricy but welcome to Switzerland). The quality was really great as well as the quantity (way enough). Waiters and managers were 100% at our disposals when need. Good experience that I recommend. Only side note, the fried pork was not outstanding as the other ones (especially the chicken cooked in banana leaves).
