What a hotel!Service with a big capital SThis hotel is Top NotchI can write super long stories how cool it is, how great their service is, how nice the rooms are, the epic view on the Kremlin, the huge spa and swimming pool, the very quiet and comfortable rooms, superior beds etc etc, but i decided to keep it short…I definitely come back here, this is epic!Nothing negative to mention?Actually not. Only remark: quality and service has its price so you need to have deep pockets….
Location cant be more central and still easy access by transport.Hands down the best hotel and spa in Moscow.Staff provide the best quality service for any occasion.

The Location is perfect. The hotel is amazing as most four seasons around the world. The bed is super comfortable and the staff are polite and very helpful. The gym has all the equipment that you need wether you are a crossfiter, bodybuilder or just a fitness enthusiast that wants ti work out.And indoor swimming pool is also available in the Spa area.If you are visiting Moscow I highly recommend this hotel
Best location next to red square Kremlin and gum department store . I had an awesome stay over here for 3 days . It was a paradise , awesome staff , great hospitality and delicious breakfast lunch with dinner and wines .. also its a luxurious stay and amazing memory for me to stay here . Thank so much four seasons hotel Moscow and their lovely staff for decorating my room during anniversary . ❤️🇷🇺🥂Gonna visit again next time in January 2022 .
I wasnt staying there but tried their breakfast. It wasnt buffet breakfast
Enjoyed my stay, loved their breakfast, the staff are amazing, their concierge service is really good they understand what we like and look for 👏🏻, however the housekeeping service is not satisfying I expected more.
One of the best hotels we visited. Location is superb and the customer service is fantastic.. Not cheap, but worth the money!!
Unlike the Four Seasons Hotel in Geneva, there is a service in Moscow. You will feel it even if you pop in for tea. The waiter, who speaks excellent English, told us in detail about each type of tea. Our surprise knew no bounds when, after trying it, we were convinced that every word was true. Geneva hotels should send their staff to Moscow for an internship.
This is the best hotel in Moscow. Unusually beautiful interior and architecture of the building. The most polite security and delicious coffee in the lobby.
The most wonderful hotel in the most amazing city.Stayed for 12 nights. Extended the stay twice as we were having the best time ever. The rooms are really special. We booked a room with a balcony overlooking the Kremlin. All members of staff treated us like they knew us personally. The food is very tasty. I cannot wait to come back again. Spacibo
All the positive reviews got it right, great location, really pleasant and clean rooms

Honesty the hotel made us feel beyond welcomed. They went out of their way to make us feel special. This is typical standard of Four Seasons Hotel. I would like to thank Gleb, Sofia, Zara and Marina for making sure I have special time in Moscow and specially in New Year Eve. Thank you!
Absolutely fantastic experience. The rooms are not very cozy as they are large but quite empty which gives it an awkward feeling however the service and overall experience makes up for it. The staff are very helpful and kind and The SPA is one of the best I have ever seen, with a huge gym, steam rooms, saunas. Great hotel!
Excellent location and everything you expect of a high level. The spa has a variety of treatments and a number of different swimming pools. The staff are lovely and always helpful.Wonderful place Cajkovskij Hall.
The Four Seasons in Moscow is probably the best hotel in the city these days. Location is unique, depending on the room you stay - views are stunning! The rooms are modern, sufficiently technologically equipped, but still quite cosy, comfortable and spacious. Lots of food around, either inside, or just on the ground floor around the facade. A rooftop bar is missing, but the „Moscovky Bar“ is serving excellent variety of Gin&Tonic :)
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.The hotel has the most beauitful views of the Red square. The spa has a variety of treatments and a number of different swimming pools. The staff are lovely and always helpful.
We could not have been treated better. The staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. The location is incredible, 100 yards from Red Square. The Quadrum Restaurant was incredible. 5 stars to the Four Seasons Moscow.
Beautiful hotel, exceptional service with a perfect location next to Red Square. Recommend the breakfast, great start to a busy day sight seeing. I always stay at four season hotel because of their good service and beautiful room view
The hot chocolate here is the best Ive taste so far in moscow. The staff are polite. The bathroom was a delight experience.
One of the best hotels i have been to..They even upgraded my room to the suite room for free..i am definitely coming back here again. I would recommend everyone who come to Moscow to stay here and if you cannot just take the glimpse of this beautiful hotel
Wouldnt reccomend this hotel to anyone but my worst enemy. Single worst Four Seasons on planet earth hands down. Cant drive to the hotel, that includes from the airport, cant get taxis from the hotel either. The hotel has no parking in front, and only has a single-lane (no shoulderpublic-use lane in front of it, which takes roughly 30 minutes to traverse 2 blocks (no joke). Once any car actually waits the 30 minutes to get in front of the hotel, they cant wait there since there is no waiting area, and they will be told to keep moving. On top of that, the rooms look like something out of a motel 6, with less functionality. There were no less than 7 light switches to operate the lights in the room, none of which were near the bed except the bedside lamp. There is no button for "do not disturb", and furthermore no do-not-disturb placard offered to place on the door knob. Service was good, and so is the location, however there are several top quality hotels within a block including the Ritz Carlton and the Ararat Park Hyatt, both of which crush this Four Seasons. The roof-top restaurant at the Ararat crushes the ambience of the 2nd floor windowless restaurant of the Four Seasons for breakfast or any other meal for that matter. Lastly, the Four Seasons is consistently the most expensive of all the neighborhoog 5-star hotels, so its the worst of both worlds.
Amazing hotel, we were there for a lecture in the ballroom and it was perfect, including the design and the service and of course the food!
Superb hotel, exceptional service with a perfect location next to Red Square. Recommend the breakfast, great start to a busy day sight seeing.Right next to the metro, 3 stops on the red line (left platformand you are in Gorky Park for 50p rather than a taxi 👍 Safe friendly city, look forward to coming back.
Grand hotel right in front of the red square !!! Everything is 5 star , so expect exceptional. If you have a chance go up to the spa. Its one of a kind.
Very nice hotel. The concierge helped us getting good tickets to the Bolshoi theatre even though it was sold out online.
stayed in a lot of nice hotels but this one really stands out. the location and opulence of this property is incredible
One of the best Ive ever stayed in. Grand architecture and very friendly staff. Location is bang opposite to Kremlin. Cant be any more closer to the centre
Golden festive decorations suits style of the lobby and Silk Lounge very much. And best hospitality standards are still there 👍
Great experience. Nice new hotel, great rooms, good service, mind blowing location. Red square is about 100m away, Bolshoy theater 5 min walk.
Great HotelEverything you would expect from a four seasons. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly.Good FOOD, Beds are beyond comfortable,Well maintained and extremely hospitable.
Great location and good attention. The breakfast could be improved with better products. All the beds have QUEEN size not King size as it appeared on the confirmation. I think this should be reviewed by the Communications dept. Also there are no movies on the tv and they dont have cables in reception to connect the tv to the computer. In general is a good hotel but needs some attention to detail.
The best location in Moscow in the heart of the red square , highly trained staff with a great attitude and welcoming , the rooms are spacious size and newly furnished as the hotel is new , excellent breakfast full of variety of food , beautiful lobby , you will be able to use the hotel bikes for 4 hours free of charge as have been toldOverall for sure I will revisit this hotel in my next visit to Moscow
My friend has 5 babies in a spa tub it looked funny he filled it up like a ball pit they all slept on the one cot it has false advertising tho because it said that the coat was for one baby only he came back to america with a peice of bread for each him and his wife and his babies were holding potatoes and beats (sounds like communismPutin is my homie btw
Amazing location for tourism, just a walk from most destinations. Design and atmosphere felt more catered to business travelers but overall a good stay!
On general stay was excellent, service in general good, and many people spooke English, room service was good, although things occasional were forgotten. People were friendly And wanting to help. Food quality good. Location great. Rooms very good and spacious. Laundry was fast and well done. Tv ststions were mostly russian and arab. Limited to English, a little frustrating, but what can i expect coming from U.S.A..I would recommend, but bext time I would try the othet 5 star hotels close to Red square. The concierge were incredibly helpful. Room Service was fast. Looked bathroom area and bathtub all in all not the best 4 Seasons weve stayed at, but certainly really comfortable, modern and the staff was great
Most desirable modern hotel in most center of Moscow red square by Kremlin totally renovated after vhange hands from #Moscow hotel, love this place, highly recommended to anyone who visit Monacow by TRAVEL agent and realtor Valentina Aved
One of the very best hotels of Moscow. It has a very nice bar Moskovsky. Also the lobby its beautiful. The location is simply fantastic. It took us ten minutes to get to the Kremlin entrance. In the same building, but from the other side they have a shopping mall called "Modny season". From the left side they also have a currency exchange.
In a landmark location steps from Red Square, the Kremlin and the State Duma, Four Seasons Hotel Moscow is transforming the luxury hotel experience in Russia’s capital.A modern replica of the legendary Hotel Moskva, originally opened in 1935, luxurious Four Seasons Hotel Moscow is connected to history, yet stylish and contemporary.
Great hotel right in the middle of Moscow. Super attentive and polite staff. No ask is too big or too small. The spa and gym is the best of any hotel I have been too!!!
High level hotel. Very convenient place, you can access directly from the airport. Good food, great breakfast! One hour and a half to the city.
Nice and friendly staffs. Somehow, I dont like when the porters wait for us to pass some tips to them. I feel like uncomfortable with fake smiles and services.
I stayed here when it was the Hotel Moskva in the 90s. So to be fair, Ill give the Four Seasons a 5 star. Just couldnt pass up ranking one of my first memories of Moscow. Stayed here during a time when Moscow was a different city in flux. So many interesting stories took place here.
Nice place to stay while in Moscow. It has the luxury and the warmth of a house. The staffs are great, the service is excellent.
We sat in the lobby lounge and had a couple drinks while we waited. While my group had no reservations at the hotel, they were gracious and accommodating. We gave the front desk postcards to mail for us. All we had to do was give them the postcards, and they handled the postage and everything else. Very good service. Very professional too. Lobby was stunningly styled and lavish.
Perfect location right next to Passage shopping center, with a view of Kremlin and steps away from Red Square. Service is great, very personalized. Rooms are large and very modern. Lots of high tech features, including an in room iPad.
I stayed at this hotel for one week in January 2017. Its a 5 stars hotel with a luxury interior and decorations. Breakfast was extremely exciting. Really, it was a pleasure to stay there but I had a couple of uncomfortable and confusing events. Hotel had been booked by employer and companys credit card was presented as a guarantee for accommodation. During checking in I was asked for a payment but because of unlucky circumstances the total sum had not been transferred to my account. I payed for two nights and was awaiting for a money. These days were holidays in the country where I came from and banks didnt work. After two days I got a call from the reception with the request to pay the rest amount and I promised to perform that next day. Friendly lady agreed on that. When I returned back the same night the door of my room was blocked. I went down to the reception to clarify the situation and met unfriendly request make the payment. I had only the sum for two nights and did it. When I was trying to explain my situation, the ladies just smiling and laughing at me. Next day I received money and covered my staying. When I looked at my bank account the total blocked sum was twice more than enough. Summarizing - the hotel is very nice, room service is the best, several receptionists do not fit their positions.
Superb refurbished modern hotel with impeccable service and amenities. Great gym (with free bars and a CrossFit cageas well as a 20m pool and spa.
Newest and best hotel in town. Took the crown from the Ritz Carlton opposite the road.If you look for a five star, this is the best and not even most expensive and its directly at the red Square!
