Service was slow, price was high. The manager was nice and tried to make it better. But $40 for a pitcher of sangria, really?

Although there is variety of meats, the meat with your preferred temperature takes a while. I wanted medium. By the time it comes around you are not hungry anymore.

We went to the San Juan PR location with a gift card and it was CLOSED! No one knows when it will reopen. I was able to make my reservation by the site and received confirmation as well. Truly disappointed ☹️

Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos since the food was to good to spare time. I’d highly recommend just keep in mind the pricing is a bit high. Overall it’s worth the experience.

The salad bar isnt worth it. The meat part looked delicious but Im a vegetarian so I didnt eat it. But my bf was going crazy over it. He said is was amazing...

Uneven service. I told the waitress that she was speaking too fast in Spanish as she explained the menú to me and my mother who is French, 78 years old and was diagnosed with Alzheimers and Dementia but the waitress ignored me and continued speaking fast which was rude and inconsiderate.The men who brought the various meats were highly efficient (fast and effectivebut robotic (not pleasant or unpleasant).The food was superb, the wine good and it was all reasonably priced.

Super expensive the food is nothing out of this world for it to be that expensive. I ordered a soft drink with my dinner and for $3.50 I got one glass only each one is an additional $3.50. A cup of coffee cost me $10.00 dinner for two $140.00 plus a $20 tip its over priced and not worth the $160.00 price tag. Anywhere in San juan you can pay $50 and get a better dinner than this.

We came with a group of 30 from the mainland and planned a group dinner here one night. It was great that we had a private room. Our waitress worked so hard to make our dinner great, and she did fantastic! The meat came around soooo fast, we almost didnt have time to eat, lol. I would recommend eating here, especially if you need a group dinner spot.

One star, because this system would not allow you to move forward without it. We made reservations prior to arriving, and when we arrived were told we didn’t have a reservation, but they’ll seat us anyway. I should have known to turn around then. Once seated, we informed the waiter we didn’t eat pork and would like our meats well done. After fifty minutes of waiting, all we were offered was pork. We didn’t make it past the salad bar before deciding it was time to go. We were charged $41.99 for the salad bar alone. While we didn’t mind paying our tab, to charge some $41.99 for a limited option salad bar is robbery. I requested to speak with the manager, and of course, he doesn’t speak English. I asked him whether he understood English. How could he understand charging some $41.99 for a limited salad bar , 1 plate a piece was fair. We waited almost an hour to be served the meats of our choice. The manager said sorry, sorry, but it’s the bills price. Clearly, he doesn’t understand English, the inconvenience this place put on us, this place and the manager were not customer service friendly. Our waiter Elisabeta stopped passed our table twice and even asked if anyone had brought us meats. She even found this odd. I would not recommend this place. I went to bed starving due to the events in the area, and it was 9 pm when we left; we barely had options available.

Everything was very clean, service was amazing and the food was even more amazing. Everything cooked to perfection, flavor was ON POINT! First time ever I can say everything was exceptional! Will be back for sure

Great service, food delicious, tried all the cuts. Filet mignon was my number one, second the deer chop and then the chicken. Despite all the negative reviews I decided to give it a chance, and thank God I did. None of the megatives. Waiting time from one cut to another was very very short, I had my plate full of cuts. I enjoyed it. Kaipirinhas were a bit on the sweet side for me. But the meats were perfect. I eat medium, so tje gauchos served others first in order to get to the part that is medium cooked amd then they go to my table. The wait for that was very short. Once the rounds started, they picked up speed. I stayed there for about 2 hours, they started to serve in about 25 minutes from our arrival and kept serving for the other hour and a half. That was good, at a point I had to put the red side. I ate very delicious meats. You have to try their cheesecake, you cannot leave that place without it, so save space for that. Very positive experience, short waiting times, staff very attentive, we will come back. I left a very good tip. I usually do, when Im pleased with the service. I do observe and time the things and critise the foods, which I only post my final thoughts. This is a good place, worth of a more visits.

If youre looking into a steakhouse/unlimited meat restaurant, this is an excellent option. They offer valet parking for just $8 if you validate your ticket in the restaurant. They ask for proof of vaccination in the entrance. Reservations were super easy to obtain online. Tje food oa absolutely great amd the attention from the staff superb, From the waitress, to the "gauchos" who will keep passing by offering all kinds of meats and cuts.

The services was beyond poor. I asked for a specific meat and it took almost an hour to tell me they were out. I was offered same meat only difference cut and 30min later the waitress asked if it ever arrived while handing me my check. I ate a piece of chicken, rib, and a salad. A portion for an infant. I asked for a manager who allowed me to go on about my experience for 10 min only to tell me he didn’t speak English. We spent so much time trying to make it right which I was ok with paying my tab but asked if they could bring a slice of cake out for the trouble not to mention this was our honeymoon trip. The manager absolutely refused and I had no other choice but to pay and leave. I don’t know how they have a manager in a tourist place that can’t speak English. I speak some Spanish but it was a lot so the waitress helped but I felt she was making it seem like we just wanted a free meal and that was not the case. This is our favorite restaurant and we eat at the one in Texas almost 3-4 times a week we can very much afford our food. I do not recommend any tourist waste their money here if they aren’t gonna be able to eat due to bad service. I had more fun wasting my money next door at the casino

Had a discount offer from a local discount web page and decided to go. As any other location within the US the food is always great. Nice locale and good service. Check local offer pages and you may find a good discount.

Food was good but definitely seems a little pricey. Not sure if it’s worth $56/pp as my wife doesn’t eat much and we were there with some kids who barely ate but had to pay $56 for them.

The food was amazing, the staff were great!!! Definitely a place to bring an appetite to!!! Worth every penny!!

The customer service is excellent! However the meat was very dry and so were the beans - also very hard, not to mention the stale rice. Overall I’ve had better Brazilian Steak Houses. I wouldn’t return to this one. There’s nothing special about it.

Staff was really friendly and food was on point. Recommend. Plus for those military that don’t know, we get 15% discount. A wonderful night.

Worst take out experience ever. They forgot the salad dressing on a $12 salad. In addition, the meat was dried and cold. Sautéed mushroom was way too salty. I do not recommend this place at least for take out. Hands down worse experience ever

First time here with my husband and close friend. A must go place . The Salad bar is amazing and the meats are cooked to perfection. This is the kind of place you must go hungry because of all the selections you get we tried everything. It was worth the 250.00 for all 3 of us. It was non stop eating and the waiters not only do they have an awesome attitude but are extremely friendly and looking to help at all times .

Poor service. Half of the steak served was over cooked. 20 minutes for a drink, we needed to ask the waiter to clean our table. Maybe it’s an Off night but for spending $550 you expect much better.... go elsewhere. Oh yeah, they didn’t even ask us if we wanted dessert. What a joke.

The location is magic, right nextdoor to the casino, the ambiance is just great.You always get the same, an excellent parade of the finest cuts pair with red wine, cant be beat by any other.

The food was great and the service was awesome. However, we went aa a group and they added three things that we did not order. We realized this after we left. So, be aware and check your bill.Also, when they validate your parking, the stamp says that the parking will cost $3 for three hours. That is not the case. It will cost $3 if it is 2 hours or less. If it is more than 2 hours (and less than 3), it will cost $14.50 (with the restaurant "discount").

Not worth the price. Dinner for three was close to $200.00. A bottle of water was $9.00. The servings of meat are way too small and the servers didnt pass around as often it shouldve been. Ive been in other Texas de Brasil in the mainland and they are not as expensive and the portions are more generous. The waiters and staff are very courteous and the food is tasty nevertheless.

We had a terrible dinner experience last night that could have been fixed if the manager even cared. We waited forever for drinks. We never got checked on unless we raised our hand to flag our waiter down. The filet and sirloin meats were extremely well done. Then the manager came over to apologize and said she would be right back with us, but she never came. Instead she just called the waitress over and sent her with the bill. Poor customer service. We aren’t looking for a handout, but we had a obviously bad experience and she didn’t even try to do anything for us. We even tipped the waitress after such a terrible experience. It takes a lot to make me write a bad review but this place definitely deserved it. Take your business elsewhere.

I wish I could remember the servers name because out off all the restaurants we went to he was the only who gets a 10/10 rating, this place was awesome, all the other restaurants in condado we visited were rude. The service here was amazing. Food was so tasty. Definitely will visit again.

I really enjoyed the meal! The different meats delivered to the table periodically was kinda odd, but one can quickly grow accustomed to an array of beef brought tableside and cut to your desire!! No menu offered!! The salad bar was lush with variety of toppings, and the waitstaff was very cordial, and eager to make sure our meal was satisfactory! Would recommend to anyone just, a little on the pricey side!!

Words can not describe this place. I looked at the menu at thought OVERPRICED, then learned what it was from the most amazing employees and realized it was EXPENSIVE... I promise you that I ate well over $100 worth of food from any steakhouse, but because they are buffet style it was only $45. If you have your reservations about paying $45, ask of they have an al a care menu (ours was for the bar onlyand my wife and I shared a meal for $20 and were convinced the full buffet would be well worth it.
