Ikke som forventet. Spiste lunsj og kyllingvingene smakte men var seige. Vi vurderte å spise middag men avstod fra det. Om eier leser dette bør utedelen og sitteplasser oppgraderes.

Didnt like the taste of the meat, smells like smoke and also taste like smoke. The chicken and the beef. If they bring something else they will charge even if you didnt eat the food cause it didnt taste good. Dont recommend for a steak house.

Veldig fint besøk, nesten rett utenfor hotellet vårt Scandic Karlstad City.Rolige og lune lokaler der en kan velge mellom å sitte ute eller inne.Blide ansatte som tydelig hadde god stemning mellom hverandre.Vi bestilte litt forskjellig, cæsarsalat og spareribs, og en spesialbestilling til en litt kresen 11 åring, men det var ingen problem, de ordnet ut så jenta fikk det hun likte :)Desserten var også nydelig, vi bestilte is, brownies og karamellkake. 😍.Takk for en koselig middag!

Kjempegodt kjøtt, god drikke og profesjonell service med godt humør! Fine lokaler, god belysning og behagelig musikk.

Jag har besökt ett antal Longhorn i Sverige, var skeptisk när stället var tomt när jag kom men ack vad fel jag hade, mat och service levererat på topp. Karlstad varför äter ni inte här hela tiden?

Köttet skulle vara medium men det var inte det.. och mycket senar gick inte äta. Halva kötet var bara fett. Pommes och såsen var gott.. och trevlig personal var det också.. men inte mer ditt.

I dont know! I found it pretty dull for the new years eve dinner!!But, we thoroughly enjoyed the margaritas (pineapple and strawberry). It was delish! The steaks were great too!

Allt från aptitretare till desserter var mycket välsmakande.  Tjänsten var också mycket vänlig, vi fick hjälp med val.  Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka igen.

Great meet! The ribs are amazing and the ryggbiff was also good. Strawberry margarita 👌!

I had high hopes unfortunately! The steak was served cold, not even cooked the rarity I wanted and basically not even that good. Extremely expensive compared to the amount of food that get served as well! Not recommended at all!

The best roasted meat Ive tried so far. The sauce added an incredible flavour.

Loved the food, absolutely fantastic - Ill be coming back for more!So, the pros are definitely the great taste, the perfection of the meat and the side orders and lets not forget the salad that comes shortly before the food - gorgeous!The cons... Well, its not cheap. Not at all, but still worth it. The waitress also forgot to deliver a sauce order - twice - and I needed up finishing my entrecote without it but I think that it actually tasted better without the sauce as it was juicy by itself.Well worth a visit!

The burgers are usually quite good during lunch, HOWEVER do not go there after for dinner.If you do, expect an average wait time at around 1h15m for a burger/steak (pretty bland ones at that).For the high pricetag (around 200kr/26$ for a burger without any drinksthe food should be above average but its not.

We waited TOO long for our food to be served, yet the chefs were dancing with each other and flirting with the staff. It shouldnt take 1h for food to arrive. The food was good, however.

This place has really nice food and beer, though the service can be slow sometimes.

The food was alright, even though my meat was cold when served. The experience does not however match the price tag. Service was slow and lacking. A corn-cob was lying in the middle of the floor, next to our table, the whole visit without anyone picking it up.Service is lacking, food is nothing special and the prices are high. I recommend trying a different restaurant.

God burgers. Big portions of meat but not the best quality. Perfect if you like barbecue sause.

I had an ok steak meal here on my first night in Karlstad. There could have been less gristle and fat on the cut though. The servers were freindly and happy to speak English. The atmosphere gives you that real American feel. There was a steady stream of customers making it seem like a popular choice.
