Always better chicken than KFC. But try to order offered items after payment, can have the offered price because it is not in the same bill, quite ridiculous.

The chicken size is pretty small comparing to other outlets...The taste is not the same as usual....I can still see the uncooked flour lump in the chicken...To date...PJ state outlet is still the best by far...

Service is basic/poor and cleanliness is not too notch..

Tried their new wrap. Quite pricy but there were lots of chicken pieces. Sauce quite spicy though. Overall i like it!

No air cond ,only got FAN ,10min waiting after order placed ,then only say original chicken Habis ....Service very slow ,doesnt look like fast food ....

Honey butter biscuit here is not good, feel like not fully bake. Chicken are up to texas chickens standard. Service is fast. I noticed they dont refill some choices of drinks fast enough when there is a big crowd eg when there is ongoing promotion 🤔 not good.

The air conditioning is down and it is taking them for them to fix it. Going there in the daytime is truly stuffy inside and in the evening, the door needs to be opened. How can one enjoy a meal in a stuffy restaurant?

Very excellent service by the Indian lady working on Thursday night(4/8/2022). Chicken almost sold out by 8.45pm but they are still frying another batch. Chicks are hotttUnlike two KFC outlets that I went at Sri Manja and Jln Puchong.The KFC staffs were literally waiting for people to enter their premise, and inform that chicken is sold out at only between 8 to 8.30pm.

The space is small,but comfortable

Staff behavior as though, they are the ones paying for your food. No smile, No thank you and if you have additional request the face impressions shows that they are not happy.Not sure who is the customer service trainer.

The fried chicken still very large pieces and very delicious. But the Honey Biscuits were tasteless and the texture disintegrates like not fresh. Very awful. The fries too was bad. The fries tasted like it was not defrost properly before cooking or still uncook. The ice lemon tea ran out and dispenser gave out water. That was also awful. The worst was the dining area can smell the musty toilet sewer smell. Awful!! Terrible experience.

Slow service today. My que 287, current que 285. Been waited more than 15 minutes. Never had this before. Understaff maybe.

Had dinner here many times, food is always nice, spicy chickens are usually larger than non-spicy ones so if u can eat spicy food I recommend u getting the spicy version. Coleslaw and mash potatoes are nice but the price of these two is a bit pricey.

Only problem here is parking and as you know all banking are around this location.Texas chicken staff really rush to fullfil your order.DONT DO ANY ILLEGAL PARKING YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AWAY

Waited more than an hour for cold and uneven distribution of chicken parts. Ordered party pack and received majority pieces of chicken breasts. The food did not taste as good as before. Last time ordering from Texas chicken. No standard.

Staff simply go to work.....incompetent and rude...dont know if they got rigid customer handling and good customer service training for all staffs, including managers.....Never Check What Customer Ordered...got missing order and need to go back...waste of time and effort... all crew and a guy wearing blue so rude..gave a very small size part of chicken and politely ask them to change it, but this guy wearing blue uniform giving a disrespectful stare...and seemed to so rude...really need to have an assessment for staffs regarding customer satisfaction and customer service...it really gave me a bad impression to this outlet, since I was working in fast food for years, never we compromise the good name of our company..

I ordered combo set from grab, only get 3pcs of the chicken for each set, beverages, honey biscuit and mashes potato are all missing, I call the grab driver, the driver told me Texas only pack that to him…….. then I just want to solve the problem and I drive to Texas bdr puchong jaya to get back the missing items, I show my grab order prove them and ask politely to the staff, she keeps frowning and ask how much I’d paid? I keep showing her my order to let her check the total amount and told her I did selected the orange juice in beverages options…….aiyo if u just want to double confirm, please ask with your smiley face, keep frowning like Im cheating, feel bad lar…..then came another staff, I tot she can help to settle, manatau she also frowned and repeat the same question how much I paid………at the beginning I received the meal from the driver, I just realize my beverages is missing, after I went to Texas to get back the missing items, I saw them add my mashed potato and beverages on the spot, I tot they free extra mashed potato to apologize, the they still have good services I think…….without any apologize from their mouth I still went home happily and start to have my meal…….just found out mashed potato is not extra free, is the staff missed to pack the potato, 🙄🙄🙄slap myself cuz I think too much….. and I still can’t find the honey biscuits in the box………Why Im so stupid din double check ya…….haiz…..and forget to say this is the 2nd times they missed to pack item for my order, from the same branch as well, it have been happen once on me……hope texas can solve this problem…..feel sad sad sad……

Dissatisfied. Poor quality. Pieces were small. No value for money. Used to be good. Our whole family used to love eating Texas instead of KFC but now we just refuse to eat them and heading back to KFC. What a shame

Texas Chicken as far as I known was Msia & Spore famous franchise fast-foods chicken and tastier than KFC. If youre tourist here, should give a try and judge by yourself. Many outlets in everywhere and youll amaze, every mall got 1 Texas fast-food.Minus 1 star because the location here is a shop-lot corner, quite stuffy hot. Now, having new menu - all spicy taste ; Korean & local. The Korean spicy mashed potato tastes very spicy but tasty combine with rice.( U need to buy combo set, only entitled Rm$0.50 or else single purchase Rm$1.90++I always go for their crunch deals -$5.90 with unlimited drink ( This is why Texas become so popular bcos theyre the only fast-foods provide free flow of drinks even not purchase any food? )

Originally we adore Texas for it standing out quality of fast food fired chicken. But today it was quite disappointing. Having no idea how fast food chain brands would be bother to have a loyalty programme. We are not fast food fan anyway however whenever fast food is a choice. There is always a certain brand with certain familiar expectation.The 2021 covid with mco drives everyone craving for instant and easy access happiness. Delivery is the choice. We chose Texas according to our previous satisfied experiences. And the better than garlic herb choice was seasonal Mala flavour fried chicken. Sounded spiky hot when paring with cold veggies coleslaw and warm fulfilling biscuit. Once bite. Mala flavour was really something. But the familiar tight texture of chicken has gone. brought down satisfaction and stopped at just one piece,usually 3 in a roll. Biscuits was good, coleslaw was similar to others. However chicken texture here is still the first choice above all fried chicken brands. 还是这个德州炸鸡有可靠的鸡肉口感。有饼干，有萨拉不过没有甜品 (外卖菜单不提供)。

Waiting for nearly an hour for 5 set take away lunch pack. Not too fast food. Probably they let go my packs when I went to collect my car while waiting for my turn. It was only 1 person before me when I left for car park. I told the waitress pls keep the pack for me because I collect the car n return soon. Maybe they want to serve my pack with really fresh fried chicken. But this is take away 🙄

A big outlet in Puchong located at the corner opposite Maybank. Their latest Herb & Garlic chicken is slightly wet with sauce which makes it tasty. Their honey bread however is tasty on the outside but bland in the inside. The service here is slow, even for takeaway they take very long to attend to customers. There are high chairs here. Parking here is extremely limited.

I am like in Genting. Sweet tea stopped supply just at 915P.M., the workers suggest us to just take away, since they are preparing to clean the shop. Ice cube machine non functioning but worker did give us a glass of ice.Bad reputation.

Ordered Texas chicken and some honey biscuit bread through foodpanda.Once opened, I got so shocked as I thought the chicken was pickup from the rubbish bin as the chicken is filled with crumbs and crumbs of the honey biscuit bread. The chicken is still ok but there were 2 or 3 bread (couldn’t tell how many as it is destroyedwere in a terrible condition. I was picking up all the bread crumbs and placing it in the bowl which really looks horrendous.This definitely is either Texas chicken or foodpanda May fault as motorcycle riders tend to “mess up” the food especially when they are cornering on the road. Nevertheless, the Texas chicken company is also at fault because you should keep the biscuit in a separate box instead of all dump into one big box.This was my 2nd time ordering online and definitely my last.

Not easy to get parking of peak hours. Service was very fast. Product quality was good enough. Small outlet and no enough table if crowded. The chicken was big and value for money. Ice tea is the best. Staff was ok. Cleanliness is good.

Food tasted good the workers are nice and the food was ready in like 3 minutes. But my tenders were cold but I ate anyway as soon as I got home ie 3 hours later and unbearable stomachache began I couldn’t focus on anything but that. pls Texas chicken take care of your food expiration dates and cleanest of this branch Especially it wasn’t in best shape

The service crew is friendly and efficient. Most importantly serve with a smile. Patient with orders and I like how they manage their orders and collection. Unlike other fast food chains, they actually followed the process and procedures rather thoroughly and that is what makes them better. Of course, their food taste better too. 2-thumbs up. However, take note that due to this outlets location, parking may be a little challenging. Be patient.

Be careful when you go to this restaurant! The cashier will intentionally hide the Texas Chicken Promotion from you and make you pay more!Immediately after I made the payment, I saw the promotion which they hide and asked them to give me the promotional price but they REFUSED.This is like selling you higher than the listed price.

Credit card machine always out of order . Please improve . Food quality so so .

First time eating Texas chicken;I must say that it is better than the fried chicken I used to eat.There are free refill for soft drinks which is good.

What to say.. I love Texas and their honey butter biscuits a little too much! 🤤😭I tried their new chocolate chip biscuits too the other day, it was delicious but still prefer the honey butter biscuits. Theyre the absolute winner~

The piece of chickens are bigger than the M and K franchises, however the taste is a little plain than the two. One good point is they have limitless refill of beverages

Staff are accommodating and will give you your choice of cut. Restaurant is clean enough but always short of dining space. Very popular outlet during lunch and dinner times so their trays of chicken tends to run out quickly meaning you need to wait for the next batch.
