Great service, our day in the parc ended abruptly due to heavy rain. The staff offered to refund our tickets so we could come back the next day and gave out free ponchos. Friendly personnel also

We visited in the half term holiday in October and it was great, no queues, half price tickets and great weather. The children and adults loved the slides, of which there are around 6 to choose, the park is nestled in the mountains so very picturesque area to visit. Great day out, our children ranged in age from 4 to 15 and there was something for all ages to enjoy.

Wish you could choose no star! 3 adults and one child visited today. Poor kept animals. No zoo keepers around, no animal shows, no where to eat or have a snack because they were all closed. The camel was covered in flies and very unhealthy looking....Vending machines all full but not working. Various different windows to look at the same animals. No sanitiser in any of the two sanitiser stations that we past. The only good thing about the zoo was the exit!

We went here just a week ago while staying in benidorm. Was by far one of our best days out. Animals were amazing and loved the fact it was so spacey and plenty of room to walk around. My mum came with us and was able to get around the whole thing with hiring a mobility scooter for just 30 euro. Food was also great as ate here too.

Lovely place well worth visiting, we had free access with our hotel and we went in or looked around the zoo 5 out of our 7 days and we were still finding new parts of it, the place is huge

We visited the Benidrom Terra Natura and was horrified at the state of the animals. The enclosures where small for the size of the animals but most of all, the animals where so thin, I didnt take photos of the lions which I wish now I had have for the proof, but u could see their spines they where so skinny. The elephants had no food to graze on and where desperately trying to reach the green with their trunks but could not reach. The hotel on site looks like an absolute dive! And thr staff where all extremely miserable and didnt speak to anyone.

I went on one of those organised coach daytrips to Terra Natura. It is a great zoo but its not somewhere you need the whole day for unless perhaps you book Terra Aqua as well. The is a good selection of animals to see and the zoo is laid out in continents so you get to see them in an organised way. The staff are very friendly and helpful, even the ones that work in the cafe/restaurant. The show is very educational while you watch an awesome bird of prey exhibition. Next time I have visitors I will probably suggest a visit to Terra Natura. A very enjoyable experience

Nice park with animals not common in Danish Zoos. Large reptile area, very interesting. Not overcrowded, so very nice to walk around. Food is a bit above normal for such places.

Was nice day out love how there are zones for animals. For the record if you book with your hotel and are swimming after the zoo you can rent out a locker in the zoo first and they give you 1 euro back when you have finished saves carrying bags around and around. Food places where average price for area but again hotel we booked with did is a pack lunch for the day which was fine. Animals looked fine and in good health. The venom sections was great and factual. The elephants feeding time was great and a guide spoke both Spanish and English. We went on a Sunday and it was very quiet so no hassle of other people. Would recommend a few Euros so people can feed the animals deer and goats etc . Car park is 5 euros but we went by taxi from magical tropical splash and was around £15 euros. Bus is cheaper but Sunday service and 2 buses needed.

Dont go in summer, too hot. The shows are fine and dual language. But some of the displays are quite sad. (Except the reptile one, which is good). The zoo is linked to Aqua Natura.

The park is good, but their night Safari is a scam. There are no directions, no staff to guide at 10 PM, entrance gates are locked. We bought tickets online, and waited for over 1/2 hour - the call center, ticket counter, parking entrance, everything was closed. Later the company refused to refund the tickets and when we escalated, they stopped responding all together. We had a very bad experience, and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The management couldnt care less for its customers.

We came to terra natural zoo and water park the other day. 2 Adults, no children. just under 50 euro each. The zoo itself had lots of cool animals and we watched the bird show which was definitely a highlight for me. Only problem with the Zoo it’s finding your way around it, we struggled quite a bit the maps we found confusing and everywhere was covered in trees so we couldn’t actually see anything around us to help us locate our way around (that took us the longest)Although we had trouble locating our way around we really enjoyed seeing the animals. When we came to the water park we were extremely hungry so the first place we went was for food. We entered a restaurant and was told we couldn’t eat there, which was pretty confusing. We then entered to the food and bar beside and none of the workers spoke english so we struggled quite a bit with communicating but all in all got the food and drinks which was good. The food was nice got myself a kebab and chips, some water and a vodka. The pool is massive and great for swimming in, lots of water slides and children water slides. We sat by the sun loungers for a couple of hours going between there and the pool.We were told there was a sea lion show so we proceeded to walk to were it was supposed to be and it wasn’t particularly a show they were just allowing children to pay for photos and be in the water with them. Good prices if you want your children in there for 15 minutes only around 50 euro and includes a photo, if they want to be in there for a while it jumps up a good bit.We enjoyed our day here other than the negative points I made and a good day out for the price.

Went to the water park, which was great. They charge for the sunbeds which I think is wrong but everything was lovely and clean and well maintained. The fake grass is unbelievably hot, so if you have small children, dont let them walk on it, it could burn their feet.

Quite big place. Foodcorts have not wide choice, price in average 10 eur per person, but there are places for picnic, so its better take some food from outside. The paths sometimes only one-way. In common its not a zoo, so treat it like just a botanic garden with animals, with play areas for kids where you can spend time with family. There are no zebras, giraffes, hippo. Animal fur looks badly groomed.

The best zoo I have ever visited! Amazing animal enclosures, so clean and really thought out. Loved how there were different species of animals in the enclosures together. My kids loved the poisonous creatures exhibit and were thrilled to watch sone of the lizards being fed. Stayed at the resort next door and we visites the zoo many times during our visit.

Great walk around the whole place, I only go in quiet times, never summer months....buy a year pass if u live in the area, great value, fab park/play zone for kids (not open at the moment because of covid). Not many animals seem to be out but maybe all to do with covid.

What a great experience! My 4 year old daughter loved this park. Used to Elche’s Safari, we didn’t know what to expect, but this was simply great. You’ll have a bunch more steps to do that day, but the animals have much more space and all looks clean and tidy.Rhinos, elephants, ... are so nice, but what about parrots flying freely around, many varieties of monkeys, beautiful flamingos, besides the 🦏, 🐘 and white 🐅?We’ve visited the park during COVID and there was simply nobody. Don’t hesitate, but keep in mind all is open except for the restaurants. There’s only one place where they serve meals during COVID, and that’s in “Asia”.To avoid the crowd and mainly the warmth, start tour visit from the moment the park opens, otherwise you’ll feel the sun really hitting!Last but not least: you’ll have to pay an additional €5 for the parking. Just pay when leaving the park!By the way, if you want to save some €: they give a 50% “reopening discount” on their website due to COVID, so buy your tickets on their website!

We went to the water park, in general it is ok but a bit old and not so many attractions. If to compare it to Aqualand, although Aqualand might seem more expensive it offers a better experience..Also.the sunbends are more expensive in Aqua Natura and the parking costs money so at the end you have more or less similar prices

Absolutely beautiful! Great for families. Went by booking through TUI.Ambiance: Direction where indicated properly. Staff was friendly and observant. Huge park to visit.Animal: Tigers, Snakes, crocodiles, leopards, Rhinos and Lions are a few, but it varies from birds to elephants.Food: Can be a bit expensive but you get 15% discount with wristband.Activities: Feeding time for Tigers is something I recommend. There is also a beautiful obstacles course to try in the Asia section.Sadly the water park Aqua Natura was closed as it was still cold. But its a change from all peak season tourism. Had plenty of time to look around peacefully undisturbed.

Great day out but not an easy place to navigate around. We and any others spent a lot of time trying to find the different areas. Disappointed that car parking at €5 is extra and food/drinks are expensive which did add up on top of the admission price of approximately €100 for a family of four.

Brought our two children to the park (4 and 11 years oldand they enjoined every minute of the trip. Being able to see so many exotic animals was very exciting! We went on a thursday and there where very few people in the park so we did get to enjoy it even more. But this is probably the end of the season and that might contribute. The layout is just brilliant! We decided to start in the America part and then we just followed the yellow line in the path. By doing that we were guided though the park and not missing anything! One more great feature was the play zone, there is a good play zone beside one of the resturant area where my 4 year old enjoyed playing. But just few meters away, there was also a course where my 11 year old could try out his skills. This was probably little more than halfway through the park so both kids could focus a little bit on something other than the animals for some time and the continue through the park with full energy. The paths are just excellent with a lot of plants and a beautiful scenery, Would recommend the park to anyone visiting Benidorm!

Had a really nice visit here. The animals appeared well looked after and happy. We were very close up to the elephants, saw the tigers being fed, lovely bird show. Staff were friendly and appeared interested with their animals. They also had good entertainment with some actors, helping with security of the park. You can hire wheely chairs for the children or take your pushchair. Some beverages and snacks around the park too. Overall a lovely afternoon spent there.

A surprising find. The reviews by my fellow Local Guides was useful. However, the surprise was the cost and inclusive 3 course meal & drinks (for 3 Euros!). Children shows (for under 5s in Spanish and Englishwere delightful. The entry process was easy and there is plenty of parking (€5 for the day). The only issue was the limited types of animals on show. The best part of the day was the many shows - the highlights included a full blown bird of prey show (AMAZING!!!!), Chance to meet a phython and a great Children interactive show. Overall, this zoo is well worth a visit. Entry costs per adult: €43 for water park, nature park and 3 course meal. A must see is you have a day free.

Such a beautiful zoo, lovely surroundings and you actually see the animals. Do not miss out the bird avery as its stunning and leads to the most gorgeous jaguar. The water park attached is definitely worth going also.i would say this is good for kids of all ages as the zoo is amazing and you can pay for experiences, and I would have loved a go at the big slides but 3yr old in tow, however good slides and areas for little ones also. If staying at magic natura its all free so big bonus and you can get the AI food and drink. Go hire the inflatables from the back end by the kiddies part quick as they go fast

Very nice park with a lot to see and do for people of all ages. But some cages seem to be too small. You are telling to other commenters that even those smallest cages fill the minimum regulations. Probably yes, but is it really enough for you?——Extremely nice places for children, a LOT to do for them! Playgrounds, cable railways... Our kids loved it. Also a lot of picnic areas. Wide selection of restaurants and kiosks. Two stars food, but not too expensive.Different themes for each continent, as example Europe had very nice Greece restaurants and facilities.Bird of prey exhibition was very exciting for our kids. But for us adults it was bit a disappointment after seeing other similar shows. The show would be better if the trainers would begin concentrating to whole audience, not just the middle front group of the audience. But Terra Natura, you really should do something for those smallest cages of the big animals! Especially the lion’s cage. Soon Mr. Lion will be in China as he erodes the same path around and around in his small cage. You answered to earlier comments that you fill the regulations, and I’m not questioning it. But you should understand that we tourists don’t care if some regulations allows you to have so small cages. We have our own eyes. And the trend is that tourists are all the time more and more awake with these things. Don’t underestimate it. You have an extremely nice park in all the other ways.Anyway I will probably come again. I believe it’s better to give a change for a park to show they can make things better than others. This park really has potential to do it.

Terra Natura is absolutely huge. There is a wealth of different wildlife to enjoy, and will provide a good half-days entertainment (at leastfor all ages. The paths are pretty good (we managed just fine with a push chair, although some parts of the park are quite steep). Theres also lots of additional entertainment (shows/feeding, etc).Where I feel it is let down is that some of the animal enclosures are particularly small (the Jaguar Temple seems rediculously small). Also when we visited, there was no staff around to tell them that a turtle was stuck on its back and obviously getting pretty distressed. Lastly, all of the food stalls sell the same thing (kebab, burger or hot dog). It would have been nice to have some variety in each "continent"!A good day out, but some will find it poor value at 30€ each.
