The chopped cheese is my personal fav. Food is good, but it definitely feels heavy after eating. On multiple occasions I got the sense that the bar tenders are annoyed by particular drink orders. Atmosphere overall is great, except Im personally not a fan of screamo music that they tend to play on a regular basis, however, it doesnt stop me from going. Its a great place to chill with friends.

Pretty empty spot for lunch but I bet its a dope apot when buzzing. I got the 2fat2skate burger and it was incredible! Such an amazing flavor profile. $5 craft veer specials are dope too. Counter service & you bus your own table so "service" isnt really applicable although the girl taking the order was nice and talkative. 110% if Im ever back in Oakland Ill be here.

Cool spot! Friendly staff good music and good beer. Kind of an urban beer garden bar with yummy food, dont miss out on the grilled Mac and cheese burger!

Fun bar with great burgers. Chop cheese is good too and pretty authentic, but Im no expert. Plenty of beer options and a full bar. Staff is fun and friendly. Get the pickles spicy!

I dont eat burgers much in the past decade but ever so often I indulge and I have to say this was one of the best pure tasting burgers Ive had in that period of time. I keep it rather simple without too many sauces and condiments to confuse the true taste so Im not giving credit for any smoke mirrors enhancements that some joints do to enable them to charge alot while masking average at best quality.

Beeryland is an Oakland gem. It has a delightfully grungy vibe with great food and greyhound slushies that are perfect on a hot day. This summer we hosted a party with them, and Cheyenne was awesome to work with. They have a fun photo booth in the back too :)

The world is changing fast, I never thought Id see the sun screen bottle next to the cash register, like it was hand sanitizer. So I walked away with my hands filled with sunscreen thinking I was about to clean my hands, no I was just protecting them from the sun LMAO 😂

OK food. However, when I walked in without a mask, the maskless person behind the counter told me I needed one. If a restaurant is going to make patrons wear masks, please make the employees wear them too.

I hesitate to post this as this is one of our favorite places to go for a beer and a burger and it is pretty small. We’ve gone during the day, during the week at night and on a First Friday. If you like to hang out in a place filled with graffiti covered walls and tables and beside tattooed, pierced and skate boarding people who listen to eclectic music drinking an ever changing selection of draft beers, this is the place for you. Last time I was there, I complimented the cook on the burger and he told me he’s never tasted it as he’s a vegetarian. That is the kind of place it is.On a crime note, we take BART or Uber/Lyft to downtown Oakland. Car break ins are so common especially at night when there is a show at the Paramount or Fox that you don’t want to risk the aggravation and hassle of dealing with broken windows.

I am known from time to time for indulging a 51/50 or patty melt, both of which are made to the highest quality of burger making standards. Shout out to the queens, kings, and emperators that run that beautiful kitcken

Really enjoyed the space at Telegraph. We got the Mac n cheese burger and the Kono burger. They were both delicious.The drinks were fantastic. My favorite was the Velvet Beaver, which is a mezcal and aperol drink. Will definitely be back!!

Solid beer garden with a nice Oakland crowd, good vibes. Didn’t eat but others seemed happy with the food. Enjoyed the Negroni slushy but a pint was maybe a bit too much for me.

The heavy set person taking orders was very rude and practically belittled me to the point that I just had to ignore her. I know this is Oakland, but lets be honest with more new places like Lovelys opening up with better customer service, I could see this place not being relevant in the near future.

Its just alright. We both had the 5150 burger which was decent, but the buns tasted stale and cheap from the grocery store.Biggest let down is they dont have a fryer, so no fries/onion rings/tots. They serve bags of chips with the burger, but you dont get to choose what kind. The 5150 came with sour cream and onion.The space itself is really cool, but the food was mediocre.

Fun environment with excellent food and drinks. The Mac and cheese burger was delicious. Tried two drinking, the boozy shush with grapefruit and vodka was excellent as was the campfire stout.

Tasty burgers and sandos for the carnivores, the herbivores and everyone in between. Jovial staff. Casual outdoor dining adorned with colorful murals and wooden picnic tables. Nice selection of cocktails, slushies and beer. If anyone knows me, they know Im a burger enthusiast! So after all these years of eating too many burgers to count, I have to conclude that this place has my favorite burger of all time! 😮 #Telegraphburger w/cheddar...oh and they have all the beers you could name in The Town...

Love this place. Such an awesome vibe. Solid beer menu and delicious burgers. Love the Kono burger, its my go to and their pickles are delicious. If you youre having a rough day - grab a pint, eat a burger and finish it off with one of their Mangonadas - youll feel better after that for sure!

Servers/bartenders were super nice. Variety of beer is limited. Well drinks available. Slushy Alcoholic beverages were interesting. Nice place for a drink and hangout.

Great outdoor seating. You can walk right up to the counter and order food and drinks. They have a cocktail menu and a beer menu. They have a string bean burger and Mac and cheese burger! Really cool place, good vibes

Great burger! I especially appreciated how they watched my drink, as I have been spiked before. Thanks so much for doing that, despite how awkward I may have been when asking! 5 stars for that alone.

This place is incredible! I love the staff, they are always so nice and seem to be happy working there. I got a delicious burger, the Terp Ranger, which has a 5150 patty (half bacon, half ground beefand a grilled square of Mac n cheese on top of it. It also has pulled pork, but they are currently not serving pulled pork as a result of COVID supply issues, so I got a Terp Ranger without the pulled pork. Outdoor patio has dope local street art. There is also a full bar outside. All-in-all a great scene!

Beery-land is great. Staff is so cool and chill, good burgers. Outdoor and indoor seating. Looks just like a dive and it is, I guess, just a dive with good beer and some good eats to go with it. Usually there are a few chill dogs hanging out at the picnic tables. Ride your bike on the Telegraph bike lane and park outside at the bike corral.The burger comes with potato chips, they dont have fries. They have a large selection of draft beer and there is a full bar in the back.

Nice enough beer garden with SD picnic tables. QR code ordering, and the food and drinks come quickly. Not a great place for conversation because the music was really loud and there was no place to hide from it. Would love to have seen the volume lower since we all have masks on and its harder to speak and be understood when theres too much noise.

This is one of our favorite lunch spots and after work happy hour joints. The manager, Jason is a master BBQer and if you ever see a social media post that they will be BBQing, be sure to rush down there before it runs out. Burgers are off the chain, and there are non-meat versions available. The full bar and beer selection coupled with the large our door patio (with heaters available on cold daysmake it one of my favorite local spots!

This place has great tasting burgers. It isnt your boring menu, but whats mainstream, with a twist. Bacon, and macaroni & cheese on a burger! Kim Chi too! Who woulda thought? I got the telegraph burger w/cheddar and it was great. The only unfortunate part i think was it seemed a bit slow. I think it was just one person at the grill.Anyhow, they have a full bar on the premises in the back. The place has an indoor area as well as outdoor area. I recommend the outdoor for the fresh air. Half of the outdoor area is covered. If you go during the noon hours, you might find yourself looking for relief from the sun.

This beer garden offers some of the best burgers in Oakland!!! Also the home of the 2 best stunt burgers Ive ever had. The Mac and cheese burger, and the pulled pork burger are game changers.

Basic burger joint with low cost and cold beer. Shared bench seating. Creepy homeless people come into eating area and beg for change. I would Mark four if it were not for the homeless.

We were very excited to eat here, as we have heard great things about their burgers, but the entire experience was horrid. The burgers were extremely under cooked even though we ordered them to be cooked to medium. We also ordered a side of Mac n cheese which had no redeeming factors. It was flavorless, lacking in good cheese, and had a cardboard-like consistency.They did, however, have a delicious and impressive choice of interesting mustards and a good cider.

A hip location with good drink options and great food. I had the pulled pork sandwich and a few beers there. A majority of seats are outside and uncovered, though there are some in a shaded area. Fortunately i went on a cool, sunny day. The environment there is very young and hip with modern rock, some rap, and indie music. Ill definitely be back!

Had the El Jefe burger sooooo good. Its chorizo on top a burger let that sink in yo😋

This place has a true vibe to it. Lots of color and character. Catch a nice day to go enjoy a delicious, tender, juicy burger and an ice cold beer. Vegan options available as well. Price is a bit steep, but the quality is there, so dont fret. Full bar available as well.

Fun spot to stop for beers with friends. The food while a bit on the pricey side is pretty good. I had the El Jefe burger and really enjoyed it.
