Tees Flyover in Middlesbrough
Description
Went with work on a team day out. It was a brilliant experience, really fun and the guys were brilliant hosts.
MoreSuperb place!!
Just done this, brilliant fun, adults and kids. Places to cross with other people, lots of routes. We only queued for the zip line and then only for 2 mins, this was to help with safety
MoreMy kids loved it .get the local free paper for 15,%off discount code.
Great fun. Felt totally safe and yet still exhilarating. The equipment was incredibly solid but not restrictive.
MoreFirst time here, great as its got a kids safe mini version near the ground to let the little ones get familiar before moving onto the higher big version. This does test your fear of heights!
MoreVery well organised and Safety is good. Would recommend.
Enjoyed this a lot, reasonably priced and a ticket gives you an hour of tethered climbing and sliding around. Think Go Ape but in an urban environment.
MoreI took 3 children today aged 15, 11 and 10. They all had fun! I was overwhelmed by the kindness and guidance from one of the staff, Tom. He offered to help my 10 year old who was lacking confidence and managed to get him to overcome his fears.
MoreA beautiful place to sit and relax by the water
Great time. 2 6 year old and 9 year old loved it!
£12.50 for 1hour and loads to climb around plus 2 zip wires
The kids seemed to really enjoy it. There is scope to make it bigger. There is a couple of seats outside. There needs to be a few more seats, with a shelter over it, even at the other side where people can sit with pets.A little stall selling snacks and drinks would really benefit here. The staff are helpful and polite.
MoreMy 7 yr old was shouting " OMG that was brilliant can we come back tomorrow!!!" Money well spent! Thank you 🙂
MoreKids aged 13 and 8 yrs loved it! Great that dont have to follow any particular route, but very safe and well kept
MoreDidnt do it myself but my grandson loved it
Good for all ages and abilities, make sure you wear a couple of layers as even if its warm and sunny on the bank of the river Tees it can be chilly.
MoreAbsolutely amazing. Kids 8 and 10, one scared of heights and one fearless. Staff were great and made sure everyone had fun and felt reassured. Recommended highly
MoreExcellent physical activity. Safe and secure high ropes adventure. Would definitely recommend.
MoreGreat location and views.Theres no doubt that the kids loved it but as an adult whos been to go ape before I can say I much preferred the high ropes in the trees. Mainly because of the way air trail is set up you can go on certain obstacles over and over again, theres no one way system so it means that when the kids get up there they cause blockages in the trail specifically around the zip lines. The queues were 10 people deep so a lot of the hour was wasted on getting stuck in a queue or bypassing the area completely. If it was a one way system then everyone would get a turn on everything a good few times in the hour.Bad points being that it was a red hot day and there was nowhere to escape the relentless sun. There is no cafe here and no cold drinks machine only a sweet vending machine and a hot drink machine. They do have toilets inside the air trail gates though.I would pay for the kids to come back if we stayed in the area again but my partner and I wouldnt go back on, luckily our kids are old enough to go it alone at 9 and 10.
MoreLots of fun for all ages. Online booking means no queuing we were straight in and got warm welcome from the staff, they were friendly & great with the kids. Excellent value for money. **TAKE 50p FOR THE LOCKERS**
MoreReally good experience, enjoyed it! Windy day makes it particularly hard to feel 💯 confident up a height but would definitely recommend for a family day out
MoreFirst visit quote daunting to start until you gain confidence / trust in the equipment. Little congested to start but these eased off. Take 50p for the lockers!!
MoreGreat fun and great staff helping, my son was scared but the girl working this afternoon got him round and onto the zip line then he flew round 3 times on his own full of confidence!
MoreFun & surprisingly tiring (probably all the adrenalinegood to try and build confidence. Scary to do things but you can only fall about 1-2ft before the safety toe saves you. When I was there that happened to no one I saw. As time went on I tried without holding on , theres a zip wires too. Staff are on hand and helpful.
MoreGreat place, had my sons party here and staff were very helpful. Reccommend the early slot as its quieter than the later ones.
MoreOur Granddaughter Elsie who is a small 8yr old, had a her first go on Saturday last week - she loved it so much she went again on Sunday. The staff [Callum and Lois] especially were fantastic, they guided her round and gave her confidence in herself. - The facility is very popular and I can see why - well done to you all
MoreThe staff were wonderful and made the trip for our nieces, one of which was a little scared! This is suitable le for all ages and ability and very reasonably priced!
MoreGreat cheap activity for the kids, adult too.. Only negative is the cleanliness of the equipment. The whole site is covered with bird droppings from the equipment to the picnic tables.
MoreGreat day out for kids. Ideal if the weather is nice and sunny.
Oh my what a thrilling place. Not for the faint hearted. Scenery is stunning. You can have confidence that your safety has been well catered for, very professionally run. Go enjoy!!!
MoreMy daughter and her friends thoroughly enjoyed this for her birthday party. It certainly made me move out of my comfort zone. The staff were great and supportive and there was plenty for different abilities.
MoreWe had a great time there. The set up is very safe and engaging and caters for all levels of bravery! My 7-year-old was a bit scared to start with but with gentle guidance from the staff it wasnt long before she had built up more confidence, and even ended up trying the zip wire. We will definitely be back!
MoreFun, exciting, adrenaline rush. 😀
Great twist in high ropes concept, multi route so less queuing, very good value for money. Britain’s biggest of its kind. Thoroughly recommend
MoreReally good session. The great thing is that the kids arent stuck to one route so they dont get bored waiting behind someone more nervous. This is good for all kids as they dont get concerned about holding up the queue while they pluck up the courage! It is pretty high at the top! Bargain price too!
MoreReally good value for money. £8 for an hour. They have a loyalty card scheme which can be used at Go Climb too.Staff are very good. They go up on the airtrail and help the kids taking part. Will be visiting regularly over the summer.
MoreHad a great afternoon here with my family. The novice area was great for teaching balance to first timers. Plenty of variety on the main frames. Equipment is good. Picnic benches to use for viewings.
MoreAbsolutely brilliant for kids and adults. Well organised
Awsome day out took my 4 year old and wife enjoyed it thoroughly
The air trail is a climbing park with wooden bridges with and without support, beams, ropes and two zip lines. Were here twice with the whole family. Our youngest son 4 didnt dare to go on the big air trail but they had a miniature one for youngsters, that he ran around on for at least 20 minutes. Our older son 6 was able to manage the first of 4 floors. What I liked about the air trail was that you could choose how high you wanted to go and what bridges you went on. It was a nice challenge for stepping out of your comfort zone.Definitely not recommended for people who suffer from vertigo.
MoreAir trail is fantastic and the staff are amazing and Id like to thank every 1 of them as my son wouldnt dare try the zip wire and they all tried to encourage him along with myself , they went above and beyond and he finally tried it and wouldnt stop talking about it afterwards. I will definitely be going again and the price is great value , thanks
MoreIdeal to keep 3yr and 4yr old entertained. This was on the smaller section.
Air trail Stockton was great fun and fairly good value for money. I was taking my 10 year old cousin, but she was more confident than me! I was nervous at first but really enjoyed the experience. Staff were friendly and a great help to people who were scared.
MoreThis is such a great attraction, for all. I went with a group of people who managed to surpass their own expectations and overcome fears of height in some cases. The way the attraction works, you are given a safety brief first, and fastened into a harness, there are lockers to put belongings in at the bottom (50pif I remember rightly, with vending machine and toilets at base, tabled areas to watch too. I think the attraction is in four levels and you are harnessed throughout, once you are up the first set of stairs you do not have to follow a set route and go to the challenges where you feel comfortable. Two zip wires on attraction to enjoy. The staff were great, personally I felt supported and encouraged in step by step way to achieve my best, they were patient too. I found the very nature of the attraction supportive too with spacious platforms to stand on while waiting for your own turn. When people (other userswere clearly facing their fears we were all speaking to each other words of encouragement! The kids will love it, height restrictions apply but theres even a mini section for tots! We went for a lovely walk too around the air trail and I definitely think you could make a day of it !
MoreAwesome fun, brilliant for all the family from youngest to eldest members! Definitely a bit of an adrenaline rush for anyone a little nervous of heights but the staff are brilliant and will help anyone who needs it.
More£8 for the hour when booked on line. Great fun, lots of staff & safe.
Kids and adults alike will love it. An hour is a long time and good value. Staff were really helpful and made it good fun too.
MoreExciting and at times a little air lifting. Great venue and a great opportunity for adults to be children, even if its only for an hour or two.
MoreFantastic for children and adults. A very big thank you to Darryl for all his patience with the kids they all thoroughly enjoyed their self. Would recommend to any one to try it fantastic and friendly staff throughout.
