I had thr chicken wings and I will tell you they were awesome. They have a fancy drink menu which was good to try drinks Ive never experienced.Sat on the patio for an event and it was just a nice atmosphere.

Took family here to eat visiting all the way from Iowa because the food online look great & wanted southern soul food.. Facility had no family seating but was offered seats on the patio

The food was far far from soul food. The chicken and dressing had chicken from a frozen bag, the dressing was horrible. The gravy on both the chopped steak and the dressing was obviously packaged. The greens were absolutely horrible, Mac and cheese dry and tasted old. Am sorry guys. Would love to come show you how to make real southern food. If that is what people are looking for please don’t waste your money here.

So I wound up going to this joint on Jordan Lane name Ts place. 👍🏽Im calling it a joint because first of all it was a house, that is part nail salon / resturant / bar / night club. So in my mind that qualifies as a JOINT !!! to me.But I give the food & service a 4.5 because I ordered pinto beans and got white or butterbeans.Im a recovering displaced Southerner that just moved back to H-Town from Being in San Diego for the past 5 years, so I have not eaten real Soul food in a while 😂🤣😂.I highly suggest giving this spot a shot.I can’t hate on this spot I respect the hustle of a multi business 👍🏽.

Good soul food place with a relaxing a local bar vibe. Inside isnt fit for a large group but the outside deck is great for gathering. Idea place for a lowkey week day date with good blues or jazz music

This was our first time eating here. The food was amazing! The fish was fresh and fried to perfection along with all of the other food we ordered. Definitely will be going back

Poor poor poor service and cold food.... I havent been here in years and I see why. I did talk to the owner... she was very apologetic I pray they have better staff to represent there business better.

Today was my first time trying out Tees Place, and it was awesome! The order taker was friendly, patient, and helpful.I had the jerk chicken special with mac n cheese and green beans 😋😋 yummy! My wife had the pork chop sandwich. Oooh it was so tender and juicy with a nice flavor. Im glad I tried it out!

Fried foods are good, "homemade" sides are risky. All depends on who is in the kitchen.

The only reason I go to Tee’s is because the food is good. The bartenders they have are wonderful but it’s the staff above them that gives me a horrible time. TODAY will be my last day going to Tee’s due to the fact that a manager or the owners wife, whoever she is, asked the bartender did I pay to get in the bar. It was a show, $20 for regular $35 for VIP. I paid $20, purchased food, and drinks. That honestly didn’t sit well with me only because it’s a problem every time I’m in there. The usual cook wasn’t there and the food wasn’t as good as I expected it to be. I’m here for a good time, not a long time and I keep it moving.

Owner and staff were super friendly. The food is always fresh. Drinks are not watered-down. Masks required made it a pleasant date night for hubby and me. Oh old school jams.

Tees is one of the best places to go and relax after a long day at work to intertwine yourself to a good meal, great music and the adult beverage of your choice!

I got a plate from here which was two pork egg rolls macaroni and cheese and broccoli and cheese (which I thought he said was broccoli rice and cheesethe food was okay and I didnt even get a lot it wasnt worth $10.95 at all maybe I will come back and try something else.

First time customer, ordered the catfish and shrimp plate with fried okra and collard greens as a side, my wife had the hand breaded tender basket with fries. Everything was perfectly cooked, the best fried catfish and shrimp Ive had in Huntsville, 100% will be ordering again!

Small, quaint, but the server was absolutely wonderful. Tasty drinks. Ill definitely revisit on a night when live music is available (13 Mar and every other Friday).

While looking for a place closer to home to hang..I stumbled across this jewel of a place. Great food, cheap drinks & great people to hang out with. Inside is small but out back is a nice deck where they have live music & then another area past deck for overflow.This is located between Mr Big Guns & Club 47...Ya gotta give it a try! My new hang out!!

I came to Tees Place for the first time with some friends. Its an atmosphere that Im use to and the food was delicious. Ill definitely be coming back and bringing the Mrs next time!

My first visit to hear my favorite little singing group...Its small, but the perfect little hideaway without being hidden. I will definitely go back. I had pretty good company and great drinks...didnt taste the food, but THOSE PORK CHOPS LOOKED DANG GOOD!

This is the perfect hometown spot where everyone knows your name. The service ,meals, and drinks are great and affordable! All you have to do is show up a few times and become part of the family.

I think the staff was friendly, but it took too long for the food order to come, over 30 min. We ate very little of the meal there because we were tired and it was close to closing. I ordered what I thought was a southern cook meal... fried fish, cabbage, candied yams and cornbread. My girlfriend had Turkey, cornbread dressing, cabbage and fried chicken. This food was less than mediocre. The yams tasted unseasoned and straight out of the can. The cabbage was barely tender. The chicken was soggy! The fish was okay, but, i think it was my source of sickness. Needless to say the next day, I developed food poisoning. This was the last place that I ate during my travels. A total waste of my money. Although, Ill be visiting Huntsville, Alabama very soon... This place I will definitely bypass! #SomeSouthernFolkCantCook
