Teazone - Tea room in Maastricht, Netherlands
Awesome homemade cake and very nice tea :thanks a lot and see you soon !
Been here alone and with a group of people for a high tea. Tea and coffee is really good and the food is delicious as well. Most of the pastries are homemade by one of the owners! They also have a very nice rooftop terrace.
Amazing atmosphere and great teas with great value for price. No other place exists like this anywhere else, please go and visit this with friends and family!!
Very nice tea, atmosphere, and cakes! Amazing service 😊
Beautiful interior creates a cozy atmosphere to enjoy the tea and their delicious cakes! Its also a great place to study. One of my favorite spots in Maastricht, definitely worth visiting!
Amazing place for tea lovers, students, couples, family, anyone basically. Great ambiance and very nice staff.
Cozy place to study, and have a nice lunch or breakfast. Massive selection of tea. Small and refined selection of food. Vary friendly staff and usually good music
Best home-made cake in Maastricht! Large varieties of tea and fascinating interior style. If you visit Maastricht, you cannot miss it!
Excellent experience, diverse variety of excellent teas 👌🏽
They offer a wide range of teas and cakes. The staff is very friendly and offers help with the choice in their teas in a professional manner. Also a very good date spot with an insanely comfortable atmosphere.Would highly recommend going to the rooftop terrace in the summer and spring for some sun and cold teas.
I loved this quirky teashop. We had a lovely lunch. Reasonable prices in a very unique place.
Teazone is a very lovely and spacious tea house in the center of maastricht. Its perfect for a small gathering or just to escape the daily rush for a while
Lovely tea room right off of the Onze Lieve Vrouwplein in Maastricht. I was really missing a British afternoon tea and craving scones and clotted cream and this completely satisfied my cravings and even exceeded my expectations. They have a wonderful variety of teas and their scones are excellent! The place itself is decored beautifully with many items which are actually for sale (tea and tea accoutrements includedand the service comes with a smile 🙂
This place is awesome! The afternoon tea offer is great: it’s a couple of superb black and green teas paired with delicious savory snacks, pies, scones and all the great stuff. Make sure you make a reservation in advance if you plan to come on the weekend, this place is pretty popular. What’s nice of course is that you can buy the tea your drinking for your home, and everything else is also for sale (like decorations, furniture, etcso yeah it’s just really nice to browse and explore this place. The sun terrace might be closed though, I recommend checking with them upfront if that’s what your going for.
Nice place to get tea and sweets! The seatings could be much more comfortable tho...
Unique seating and atmosphere. It has an antique feel and they even sell most of the stuff in there. The tea is served with extra hot water so you can make more and the scones are amazing and always fresh.
They are the best !!!!! Lovely staff, but really lovely. Teas are so many..I also love their chaipuccino :and their homemade cakes and pies are to die for. Fair prices
Many tea from around the world and good atmosphere with affordable prices. But you could hold the study room open for us too because it was nice to study in there with your wonderful teas.
I have been here a few times for tea or coffee and cake, which was always delicious! Last weekend we had the Royal High tea and it was great. We received a great amount of delicious snacks that came at a good pace and they all seemed homemade . The tea was premade instead of being able to choose yourself, so at first I was disappointed. But I enjoyed all the teas. The staff was also very friendly and attentative. Advised to make a reservation, it is a very popular place!
Helpful staff, nice study place. Good tea thats not too expensive and a wide variety of choice. However food is quite expensive and there is very limited offer. Would not recommend for lunch, but for coffee or tea this is the best place in Maastricht!
My favorite place in Maastricht! Kind staff and good tea. Very fair prices and beautiful building and interior. Perfect for tea with friends, studying or sitting on the sun roof reading.
My absolute favorite to have tea, sit down study and or chill. It’s a hidden gem. It also has a roof terrace in the summer and in the winter the warm vibe of an artsy living room. And I love their dog
TeaZone is never a bad plan. If youre overwhelmed by the choices, get the delicious Moroccan mint tea (and dont burn your hands on the pot). The roof terrace is closed most of the year due to Dutch weather generally being shite.
Delicious tea and pastry but not the best place to visit during a hot day (as expected)
Really, really good scones with their cream tea. Cheap too. Best place for tea in Maastricht.
Must visit in Summer! Friendly staff, wide selection, and a stunning roof terrace. Perfect for midday tea! Also, adorable dog!
The terrace is absolutely amazing, with a very calming atmosphere. The teas are great and some of the vegan baked goods are delicious, try the banana bread!!
Amazing place to come by yourself, friends and to work. Great service and selection of tea and coffees. On top of that it is one of the few places in Maastricht that asking for tap water wont be a problem. In fact in the second floor theres a big water container that you can help yourself! :)
This place has an awesome assortment of teas (try the milky oolong). Also, the homemade cakes and pies are to die for.
Simply great! We went there to study and ended up staying the whole day. They have an amazing offer of tea and really cosy and fancy areas, including a study room and a roof terrace.Prices are okay and i will definitely come back again and again and again...
Very wide selection of tea and excellent home-made iced tea for the warm summer days! The roof terrace is also really nice to relax on.
Great tea shop !The tea selection was very extensive and many pastries were available. The atmosphere is very cozy and the boutique vibe makes for a pleasant experience. Most importantly, the roaming adorable fluff ball of a dog is comforting.Only downside was the slow service.
Probably the best cafe in Mastricht with exceptional tea, excellent cakes (and scones, too!and a unique atmosphere!
Beautiful tea shop with in my opinion good prices. Lovely staff and atmosphere. Thank you!
A cosy fun tea-coffee shop & tea room. They sell excellent top notch teas like Damman teas, Kusmi teas etc! They also sell some coffees. You can taste it in the lovely tea room. You can also have High tea here! On Monday, they are closed!
The place I miss most in Maastricht. Absolutely love the place and the atmosphere. Its like a second living room where people bring you tea. Studyroom upstairs if you have more serious things to do, cosy downstairs for a chat. Dont forget to pet the dog 🐶Will always be back when Im in Maastricht, and have brought many friends and family over. Thank you, teazone!
Fantastic cosy friendly place with a great choise of special cakes and huge ass. of tea in a great atmosphere.Very friendly owners and staff.Perfect service.
Really like their raspberry cake and their green tea. I love the atmosphere here and would always come to pick up a cake or a brownie. Prices are decent and I would really recommended for any pastry lovers.
Had a great experience there. The staff is kind, the pastries delicious and you feel like home. I highly recommend !
My favorite place for tea. They have yummy food and a great atmosphere. Pet Friendly too
One of my favourite places in Maastricht! A very unusual ambient with freindly staff and great tea. The cream tea is also good. I spent a lot of time studying and working upstairs in the study room and on the very comfortable terrace.
A lot of locals know Teazone and would recommend it. A lot dont and should... Its sometimes hard to get a spot though
This is without a doubt my all time favorite cafe in the whole world! I love everything about the Teazone, from the interior (which is spectacular, feels a bit like Alibaba´s cave), to the amazing food (they backe all the cakes themselves), the fabulous selection of tea and of course the incredibly lovely owners and their cute little dog.I have so many great memories with this place, so many wonderful moments that were spent here and I can only recommend this cafe whole heartedly, it is a real jewel and you will fall in love with it immediately.
Nice place to have a tea and a cake. They have a big selection of tea. They also do good panini. You can seat at a table or on a sofa. Its also like a shop with many objects to sell.
Amazing tea and amazing cakes. The owners are super friendly and the service is fantastic.
Wonderful atmosphere, amazing cakes and teas... And dont forget the coffee, very interesting flavors too! In the summer it is amazing to chill on the roof terrace!
The place to go for everyone who loves quality tea from all around the world served in traditional teapots or cups. .An excellent themed high tea(please reserve in advance), and fresh baked pastries always at hand. And in summer time you can check out their lounge roof terrace to relax from the hectic shopping in the city.
Had the lovely high tea with 2 friends. It was fun, yummy and perfect. They have taken an English tradition and made it their own with their very own unique style. I will be returning to try more of their delicacies. What I liked best, they know enough about their tea that they pair it with what they serve which just enhances the experience.Js wife
This is BY FAR my favourite café in the town of Maastricht! This is the place to rest your sore feet after hours of sight seeing, escape your busy everyday life or just the capricious Dutch whether. No matter what, the TEA ZONE will welcome you with open arms, shelter, a cosy Eastern atmosphere, and whatever(!the heart desires in coffee, tea and cakes.Once youve managed to decide from the menu, youll have it served in a traditional manner to bring out best in your tea or coffee and to complete the experience. Complete the adventure with one of their many freshly baked (of course!cakes and pastries. My boyfriend is a dedicated fan of their scones with red jams and whipped cream, while I usually throw myself over the large and varying selection at the counter. The TEA ZONE is hit away in a small street, so youre unlikely to stumble across it right away. However, its worth the hunt! So bring some friends, and make yourself comfortable. Slide down in an arm chair, a couch or a pile of pillows and enjoy this little fairytale breathing space.I give the TEA ZONE my warmest recommendation!
Teazone is a perfect hideaway. You can already smell the exquisite teas, cakes and cookies when you enter the door. And even though it is called TEAzone, they also have some delicious coffee. The owners are lovely people, always up for a chat and they know everything about tea there is to know. In the summer they have a terrace on the roof where you can lie in the sun, slurp ice-tea and enjoy the nice decoration. If you come with a group in the afternoon, especially on the weekend, give them a call and reserve a table as you might have to wait otherwise for a while to get seated.
