Very disgusting on the pearl...Hard inside like didnt cook enough...This is not first time for this pearl, hopefully they can improve.Milk tea is okay, good taste.

Shambolic. Always out of stock with promotion or seasonal drinks. Most of the time they will give reason the ingredient is not ready or out of stocks. Just close down if youre not ready to do business!

I still remember the one staff is very friendly,good smiling, soft spoken, and have a good attitude to treat the customer and i still remember her name was Syiqah or Nurul. What a lovely attitude and great place to relax and chill. Will come again ;)

Came two days in a row and they still have not enough roasted milk tea. Socond day worse still, no more original milk tea when its only 8.30pm. Please prepare more tea.

The guy cashier here quite big size guy very poor service never give any greeting at all please improve on service thank you...I wanted to get milk tea grass jelly he says have to wait 30 minutes for the drink so I didnt get the drink it was on a thursday at 9pm at night

Service is good, coffee and snacks taste normal. If they provide chair is better, sit on a stool is a bit tired

The place is good, but few staffs very loud and a place majority are chinese. Just noisy from staff messy around and laughing a place for rilex and chil? I DONT THINK SO.

The service is fast. The waiter is warm. Love it here. The queue is not so long.

Bad service available so far. And outlet design is extremely not user friendly whereas they need us to make que from outside hot weather instead if order from inside with air cons all available. Better go food court

Cleanliness should take note. Staff should be more alert & discipline when doing their work.

This tealive serves how the drink should be. Tealive at Aeon serves the worst ever. But I am thankful as this outlet is not congested as compared to at the Aeon. But, it is sad that tealive outlets at Melaka only accept cash payment whereas at other outlets in other states such as Selangor & Pahang can accept cashless payment like Boost, Grabpay, TouchnGo e-wallet. Outlets at Melaka should improve on this.

-Super bad service.-Disappointed which cannot redeem mydigi reward with higher value.The terms and conditions state clearly the above value(Rm6.50subject to additional chargers.The staff said system cannot redeem which is not acceptable, cannot redeem at value above rm6.50 but can redeem only at value below rm6.5?Then the staff told me to call the bossa (Kent)and ask if I can redeem the voucher or not? Is this kind of service you tried to offer?I dont blame the staff which still young but the boss please notice this!Very bad service!

Small table, environment can be improve, too dark

I only went to this place twice, once it ran out of pearls (boba tea shop running out of bobas, ha!), another once was on the first day of a promotion advertised all over the media and they told me the promotion was not available. Enough said.

It is because they have no stock of pearls.

The drinks here are cheap and nice

This is one of the Tealive branches in Melaka. It is the first and only one branch at shoplot. So far, all other branches in Melaka are located at shopping mall. During my visit, I tried one of the signature drinks, i.e. hazelnut milk tea. Quite satisfied with the taste.
