Te Stela Resort in Tirana

The room was very clean and had all the necessities. The staff was very helpful and polite. We had the chance to enjoy the warm pool and the exquisite food.Definitely will come back again.

Te stela was a great place to stay… pools were great and so were the people. Enise our taxi driver gave us lots of good tips and was very friendly and spoke very good English. Our suitcase was broken upon arrival on a 19 day 7 hotel trip, so we were very disappointed, but they were quick to fix it for us! Thank you te stela!

Everything was good one thing make me upset was they put drinks in the room and make you pay extra it’s not about money but the way they trick you

It is a long time since I hadn’t been here and I have to say that the customer service lacks quite a bit.I would love to give a 5 Star but I can’t because we already finished eating and my salad and my wife’s soup hasn’t arrived yet 😫😫😫

I really enjoyed the food, was very delicious. “Te Stela Resort” is one of my favorite hotels. I used the 3 swimming pools and of course the gym too. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect.

This is my second time here and like 5 years ago I had a great stay. Everyone working here is nice and available for any needs. Reception, Restaurant and facilities are great. Position close to airport is a "plus". For short or long stay its highly recommended. Many options for your free-time into the Resort (pool, gym, spa ... ). Food is ok with a great choice of dishes.

"Te Stela Resort" is one of the best places when you can enjoy your stay in the hote, food was delicious, and the conference room as well.One of the best part in this Resort is the fact that you can use 3 swimming pools and the spa.I would highly recomend "Te Stela" Resort for your stay and conference gathering.

This review is just for the restorant.There is a huge problem with the standart. You can have the best and the worst pizza in Tirana within one month time difference. Same goes to the other dishes. Great beer, terrible management.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 12 nights. I chose this place because it felt to be family friendly and because my son loves swimming pools, and both proved to be true. Booking was difficult, many phone calls and WhatsApp, I felt that staff not interested to help and not talking together. Location is not good if you have no car. Far from Tirana, 20-30 minutes by Taxi, would cost about 9-10 Euros to city center, receptionist can book taxi for you, because English speakers in Albania are rare. From airport, not very far, but Taxi in Airport will insist on 15-20 Euros. Area around hotel is industrial and deserted, near to a major highway, only thing that would be of use is QTU mall, 10 minutes unpleasant walk from hotel. We arrived late, check in was easy, but receptionist never bothered to help with luggage. The hotel is quite mediocre in every thing, décor is outdated, furniture old and sometimes broken. There was a big hole in the carpet opposite my room. Cleanliness is moderate at best. Bathroom was not very clean and smelly. Room was definitely not a suite as advertised. No Kettle, no tea or coffee tray. The big plus was a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Breakfast was frustrating, not even as would be expected in 3 star hotels in Europe. The hotel restaurant however was surprisingly good, food was delicious, plentiful and not very expensive. Restaurant manager was really helpful. Some staff were nice, others were very dry and seemed not interested in their job. I struggled to get advice about any tourist attraction, until one of the receptionist gave me a fantastic advice. In conclusion this hotel would be great the locals for a day use in the pool an a nice evening meal, but much less suitable for international guests.

Not a hotel for you if you want to rest. Some of the staff members are professional and I enjoyed talking to them. Others do not care about their job and are just bad at it. "What? Just wait" and similar responses and gestures can ruin your day. Also, when people are partying by the pool after midnight, the staff is unable to make them leave and you are forced to listen to them yell etc. Weddings, birthdays or just drinking all night and being loud... The pillows smell weird, and so on. Overall, it is unorganized, messy... I dont understand how this hotel has 4 stars. Three should be the absolute maximum. Oh yes, the pizza is good!

Beautiful place, amazing for kids pool and play ground. Pool is inclusive when you stay at their resort/hotel.But they messed up our booking; they sent our confirmation for the 2 nights; when we got there they over booked and were only going to let us one night. If your not demanding they’ll trick you!

Everything is just perfect at Stela Resort. The staff is really friendly, service is really good, we are looking forward to go again.

The restorant is very big and nice the breakfast is very rich has so many tastes of food very tasty the staff is very responsible !

Some of the stuff is awesome, the other half is not so nice. Beds are quite uncomfortable, there is no possibility to iron (it can be only made via laundry service for extra fee), there is no possibility to ask for water heater in the room. Breakfast is poor, quantity and quality as well. Otherwise the hotel has a nice atmosphere, rooms are clean.

Starving to order the breakfast. It was only one steward serving outside and inside and i asked for him many times to come to take the order and he was doing that look like i see you but you are not there.Very disappointed just to take the order to wait half an hour even the guy was polite in the end i think it doesnt count.

Room was large. Breakfast is traditional with eggs, some cheese and tomatoes and some jam. Windows has no anti-mosquitos net. Parking is outside with a lot of spots and guarded by a man. Receptionist is kindly. There is a pool outside and inside and gym. But gym is untidy and some apparatus are damagged. Beds were unconfortable.There is a Mall nearby, rest just wilderness

Te stela is an amazing gem in Tirana. It’s probably the nicest swimming pool area there and the only swimming pool I go to when visiting family there. Staff are very attentive and nothing is too much for them. Never stayed at the hotel itself as have lots of family in the area but seems very clean.

The hotel is ok, simple decoration but efficient and with a very big parking because part of the swimming pool spa. Rooms are not very big but clean and the restaurant is huge for parties and groups enjoying beer and meat. It deserve to stop by.

The rooms and bathrooms are a really decent size. Comfy bed and good facilities in the complex (although you do have to pay for some spa and pool entries). Only real downfall was the shower was no where near hot enough and I heard other guests had the same issue.

I have to say I don’t like this hotel for many reasons:- it is a noisy hotel. It’s in the industrial area, so there are machines working non stop. The hotel, itself, organize live music nights every Friday and Saturday (and during the week too). While the music in the weekdays is acceptable, at weekend nights is terrible! It’s live local music, people dance, there isn’t any soundproofing at the restaurant, so you hear everything in the rooms. And this music can continue until 1-2 in the night. Even if you call the reception, no change at all. I have to sleep with ear buds almost every night.The room cleaning can start event at 6 in the morning - as soon as the guests starts to check-out, the personnel starts to clean. The doors are tiny, so you hear everything.- the windows - they also do not offer much soundproofing- the AC is central, but it’s switching off when you exit the room. Completely no logic. I have never seen a hotel where the central air conditioning is switched off when you are not in the room. I hope it is not like that also in the winter.- the WiFi is poor- the breakfast is not good. The coffee is from vending machine!!! Even filter coffee is better than a vending machine.- the food in the restaurant is not good, too. Only pizza is OK. And the waiters are rough.The personnel on the reception is friendly, but unfortunately they can’t help for any of the negatives, described here.The rooms are big enough, and I personally prefer the old design of the rooms. The furniture is of real wood in warm colors. The renewed rooms are in cold colors - blu, grey, led lightning - it’s like a hospital room.The hotel could become a very nice one, but the management should think more for the comfort of the guests. If they want to develop an entertainment business, they should invest in a very good soundproofing, so the other guests can rest undisturbed.

My cousins always go there for their special occasions and because looked fun from their pictures I decided to try it when I’d be back in Tirana. Another reason was because my favorite albanian singer was performing that night. The singer was okay, he arrived late but whatever, we are humans and things happen. I have 2 stars because it took us like 20 min to find a parking spot, and another 40 mins at the entrance for someone to show us our table. The food was cold and catastrophic. Overpriced and not good at all. I can make a better looking and tasty salad that their chef. The beer was okay, but you expect something fresh since it is a beer factory. Overcrowded and you have to wait to long for the waiters to come and pick your order, as well for the food to arrive. Not to mention that they brought us something that we didn’t order. I don’t recommend that, the live music is good. The location as well, it good accommodation and cozy. But I wouldn’t go back. Once is more than enough.

The hotel was quite nice, but we had this strange experience at dinner, when they ran out of food and didnt refill the table, although we paid in advance for it and they knew perfectly well exactly how many people to expect for dinner. Apart from this, the room was cost, neat and clean, so was the bathroom. The breakfast was very good, but it was maybe because we got down earlier, so the food was still there :)

Fun place. Short drive from city. Convenient resort - great spa (must trygood aqua Centre, lovely art around hotel and in room, good staff and great beer. Good overnight stay. WiFi could be improved. Amazing rooms, very spacious.

Amazing staff, service and room cleaning. Nice place for kids( including the playgroundand actually to be honest. This hotel made me love Albania. I cant go a year without visiting. Just love it.

This is a hotel very near Tirana city.There is a bus station very near that can take you to the center and a shopping mall as well if you need to buy things.My experience at this hotel was good.We used their premises for a Christian Singles conference and used two of their conference rooms for worship, teaching sessions and small group interaction.The rooms were almost soundproof as far as I sensed it.The hotel room was spacious, the furniture needs some work since it is not new.The restaurant food was good although breakfast could use some more variety of fruit or youghurt. Hopefully the hitel will make a few improvenents in the near future.The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Stafi nje neveri e vertet deri ne at pike sa me jan fikur dritat ne tavolin + me 6 femije duke hanger torten e datlindjes se vajzes vetem se donim te qendronim 20 min me shum...l dont wish to no one my bad experince to Stela restaurant. The staf very mean they turned off the lights when all we were still on the table + 6 children eating the birthday cake of my 6 year doughter.. just becouse we wanted to be served for 20 min more... .

Nice and tidy but if you are coming to use it as a resort take note that the outdoor pool shuts at 6pm and the indoor pool they advertise is a training pool. The reason we came here for the one night was for this pool and had waited all day for it to find out as we walked into the pool area that we could not even sit in the sun loungers.

We are currently touring Europe in a camper van and yesterday I decided we should treat ourselves to a hotel for the night! The requirements were ... great shower, gym, pool, comfy bed, secure parking for the van and nice food - Te Stela ticked all the boxes and more! The hotel has some great reviews but I was almost put off by some negative comments. Ive stayed in hundreds of hotels and for me its important that the staff are happy and the place is clean. The lady on reception, gym staff, waiters and cleaners were super lovely and their English was superb. Id also read some comments about it being typically Albanian as a negative. I LOVED this about the hotel. Were in Albania! Of course I want that experience and not a bland chain hotel. The gym was great, the food was great, breakfast was a simple but tasty buffet. Yes the hotel is off an industrial estate but that was just perfect for us! No driving through the busy city and lots of big parking spaces with a security guard on site and locked gates. The shower was a huge rain shower (we treated ourselves to the junior suite for £50 !!Wed also read the comments about noisy live music but there was none so a very peaceful night in a super comfy bed. Just an all round wonderful experience.

We will remember our stay at Te Stela for a long time as the most inconvenient holiday. As we were checking out we didnt receive my passport, which we didnt realize until we reached the border of Montenegro in the evening. After stressfull time by the border and searchig for the document in the car we called the hotel (google number was to the restaurant, where they gave us the number to a sport center, from where we finally reached the reception...where they confirmed by saying "Oh yes, its here". Nobody called us about it, we lost 6 hours in the traffic to get it back, we had to skip our plans and lose booking in Montenegro, all because of their unprofessional behaviour. What we got for that was a dinner (after asking for anything to eat, what we received at first was Were sorry). Very bad experience.

Good place. Good music. The food so so.. the service was bad.. 3 stars only for the service.. thank you to the piano bar player for the dedication of the happy bithdays song. It was really nice☺

Stayed here during a friends wedding. Never been to Albania before so wasnt sure what to expect.Room are a bit sparse, but very comfortable with good AC. Staff are lovely and speak excellent English. They also seem to be genuinely happy people, always willing to help or explain something when required - cant stress enough how good the staff are here!Food is ok, the breads and pizzas are nice but I stayed away from the meat heavy dishes. The beer is plentiful and very cheap.Facilities are excellent. 3 pools (!so plenty of space for everybody. Also a sauna, steam room, fitness centre, etc. Its not quite top notch stuff, but the variety is amazing for the price.The surrounding area isnt great, looks a bit rough but that cant be held against the hotel. A shopping mall is within easy walking distance.Taxis from here to the airport are about 2500 Leke, which is very reasonable.
