They have poor staff and lie in crowds for late meals and have no respect for peoples time

The food is lit 🔥 however the service and overall atmosphere has gona down by a lot.. this couple of months.. now i pretty much only do deliveries from there.. does deserve five ⭐️s for the food alone tho

My favorite place for breakfast in Sulemani 😍 the serving size is huge and the food to die for. Giving 4 stars just because they are too crowded on weekends and mess up with the bill (tea and water etc). So see the bill and ask them to correct. They take your word immediately and don’t charge you extra though.

The service is very slow and killing!!! Waited 45 mins for the breakfast to be done! Table cleaning took around 30 mins. Food quality is not that much compared to prices and the staff is not very soft with people!I don’t recommend it

Bad experience with them, they didnt let me and my friend enter because of the kind of clothes we were wearing!

The Breakfast was okay, But the shisha smoke were all over the place this should be solve! we almost run away and couldn’t taste the food well.

They have a nice breakfast, but If it contained jam and honey, it would be amazing. Overall, the service was good as well.

Tche Tche of Majdi Mall, I do not recommend it for boys ! Rude staff with no respect, they do not allow you to sit in any table you want saying it is reserved and it is not !

Poor and bad service plus always there is delays......if you order an orange juice they would mix it with something else!!.... the staff is not welcoming you and They have this Egyptian guy who is very annoying also very rude!

Food is very good, however they are not that good when it come to time of order. You order by phone and ask your food to be ready by any time and you get there but still have to wait 15-30 minutes.

Suli branch was so disappointing; especially ehen compared ro Erbils branch. The hamburger was tasteless and the bun & wedges were super cold😶 And to worsen the bad culinary experience, the cleaning staff member was hovering around during the whole meal with a swipe-all yellow towel (chairs+tables & window glass). A No-No by all standards!

Good place but they need to improve a little bit their service. The waiters are there but they dont look around all the tables often.

The price is very irrational... the seats distances are very nonstandard. Smoker and nonsmoker seats are not deprived.Recommended for those who are extremely extravagant.

I personally really like this place becase the menu is so good with lots of options and the service is awesome too and prices are better than much less fancy cafes
