Great food and service, but a bit slow on the delivery.

The perfect way to enjoy a local traditional Greek taverna , with a great view overall , perfect sunset time and great service . Highly recommended for this area .

A good deal to eat if you are housed in the neighborhood.... Good food at very reasonable prices. Plates are big and could feed more than a person. Still, since it takes quite a while to get served, please make sure you are not going there extremely hungry. Usually they have large groups and even taking the orders may take more than 30 minutes. We were two times there and waited +1hr to get the food served partially. Still, the nice olive garden and the nearby beach and nice sunsets are compensating for all the troubles.

we took fried calamari, fish soup and fried zucchini, and some drinks. paid 140 e for 4 adults and 5 children. everything was very good. The view to Cassandra was astonishing.

Very great potential, but the staff in the kitchen and the friendly service can’t cope with the amount of guests. You have to wait up to two hours and finally get not everything you asked for, disappointing.

I had one of the best grilled fish Ive ever eaten here. The food is so good we came twice on our 4-day trip. Its also reasonabily priced. Try their house wine (the sweet one- you wont regret it!

Very cosy place. Excellent food and very nice service. It was a rainy day, so there werent many people, but I would imagine this place is usually full.We tried traditional Greek salads, kalamari and gavro (small local fish), all very tasty.

We came on Friday June 17 after reading positive reports.The place was obviously crowded but there were still free seats. We were shocked that many tables were waiting for service which did not exist.We went to look for a waiter but nobody seemed caring. Next table guests already waiting quite a while asked one of the waiters whats going on and he said he have to serve a big table first and will return probably in ten minutes .People looked desperate one on the other.We took a quick decision and left for another near restaurant .I have never met such a behavior and bad service .

The food was ok.You only need to wait 40 minutes to have something for drink.One hour to order food (to a different waiter, whose main goal was to serve a "large" group of 13 people, and your table is "only" 10.)And when your are ready to leave after the second hour, you can expect your fish. The restaurant is so busy that they cant even grill the bread. But even if you are with small children you must wait as long as it is needed for the food. Worst experience ever with slow service.

Nice, local family restaurant with no frills menu and friendly staff! Good option after the beach, with fish, seafood and classic meat options. And its open all day long! Ask Mrs. Ana for recommendations! I usually have sardines, steamed mussels, grilled eggplant, etc...!

I deleted my last post. It was written in anger. We gave it another shot this year. The food is great, impeccable service and great atmosphere. Love Greece!!

I never ate so tasty like here. Absolutely everything is tasty, fresh fish, wide variety of dishes and delicious salads. Also amazing view over the sea, and calming sunsets.

Top Location with amazing view over the sea. The seats and tables are very big and spacious. The food is typically for the region. If you dont know the type of food the waitress can show a picture on the pad. The prices are a bit higher as on other tavern. The quality of food is good. Here you will find mostly tourist. So i think this is not typically Greek tavern or Ouzeria. In relation to other destinations the portions are small.

We were debating where to eat and we spotted a sign "Der Pirat" which caught our attention.Perfect timing as it was sunset and the terase gave a nice view.We opted for grilled feta and zucchini (they were perfect with tzatziki as a side).Also ordered a house red sweet wine, it was really really good.Following that my wife had a souvlaki and i went to a cold box to pick a fish!It was half a kg murmura and the chef grilled it to perfection.Needles to say tha this was by far best dinner so far in Greece and well definitely go there again.
