Dank, dark, sticky bar. Fairly uninspired array of beer on tap, decent food, and dive bar ambience. Lots of TVs with various sports to watch. Just not my thing.

Great spot to watch a game and chow down on a bomb burger with a beer! The staff were great, the place was super clean and food was really good! I had a smash burger with an ice cold Allagash & I’d do it again!

Drinks and food were good, server not so much... She seemed very unhappy.... But the place gets 5 stars regardless.

The service was awful. My girlfriend who has one leg and is in a wheelchair had to go to the bar to get our beers. They werent poured after waiting about 10 minutes. The waitress saw her go to the bar and she grabbed them from behind the bar and gave them to my girlfriend to struggle with them back to our table. I understand that it was the servers first full shift so the blame should also go to the person who was supposed to train her.

Sat outside in the evening. Great atmosphere to be with friends. The food was also very good and live music Thursday nights. Enjoy!

Love it they play live jazz music sometimes its a wonderful place with music

The service sucked bad big time. The bartenders weren’t attentive as I wanted them to be. They were only attending there regular customers. While the rest of us waited like forever.

Went there for a Sunday brunch and the brisket tacos were AMAzing!! Definitely try their specialty brunch cocktails too.

Just had brunch this past Sunday and the food was really amazing! The smoked salmon plate was really delicious!

They had the best spicy mango margaritas Ive had. Our bartender was very personable. I will definitely go back!

I wish I asked her name, but the bartender was super cool and nice to accommodate me with my take out order of a pulled pork quesadilla, which is the true disappointment here. Just pulled pork slathered in a cheap BBQ sauce that they call some sort of Korean sauce surround by melted cheese...gotta say, gross! 5 years ago this place had good eats, not no more. Had a bad experience last year too

Went here for a private event - Half the bar was booked for a private event and the other half was for public dining. Appetizers are good - had the chicken nachos. Beers were ok - got a bunch of your traditional stuff I don’t think there was something that knocked my socks off. I think the real appeal of this place is the location. It’s right on brands and has indoor and outdoor seating. People are very friendly and the staff are very respectful.

The bartenders and atmosphere are great, but they charged $75 for a shot of Weller. Its like $25 a bottle, and the didnt tell us until after wed ordered three of them.Maybe dont buy liquor here.

Loved this place! The atmosphere, and the drinks were great! The waitress knew their mixology and it showed in the drinks. Great place to hangout, chill or go out on a date.

Great place. Went there to watch the super bowl. Took a reservation. Awesome food and drinks. Wait staff very efficient and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The finger food here is wonderful! The ceviche, Carne asada fries, guacamole, and calamari are all wonderful. The tacos are great! I loved the prickly pear mojito was great as well!

Past by the place several times never gave it chance, but I am happy to my surprise that I did.There is a sign that says please wait to be seated but not much help because they are so busy most of the time. I would definitely recommend going here at an off time when not busy, so you can really enjoy some quiet time.The food is on point, and NO DOUBT ABOUT! I cant help myself getting the same thing, which is the burger they offer. The meat is made to! I order in-house no frozen patties. You can get it cooked just the way you want it is so juicy and has a soul. In fact I went there 3 times in 1 week and had the same thing. The drinks are also on point; there is no water down drinks with great prices. My party ordered other items off the menu as well, and food was equally good.The service was amazing, and the staff was very Acknowledgeable about the items place serving.I will definitely keep going back and maybe try something new.

This was a cool place to watch the game as we were visiting from out of town and wanted to chekout the Thursday night football and have a drink. I would not call it a sports bar, more of a stylish pub to have a drink some good bar food (nachos were really goodand enjoy company. The bartending/waitress staff was amazingly attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend getting a drink here if in Glendale.

The wings ar delicious.They also have a great selection of whiskey.

waited 1 hour after being seated we were approached once by the waitress who takes our order then was never approached again no server even bothered to come by. My friend gets up to look for the waitress and says that she hadnt placed the order before just getting up and leaving because a terrible service no server.

The atmosphere was nice and the food was okay. The bill was not accurate. They added a dollar to every drink we ordered comparing to what they publish on their menu. We only had 6 drinks so it wasnt a big deal but it was weird.

This is a wonderful place for a cold beer on a hot day. I happened to go on opening day for the Dodgers, so it was remarkably packed.Good burgers and good cechiche - the latter especially if you like a citrus flavor.

Saltiest lemonaid Ive ever tasted ,tasted like they got it out of an old rusty can ,food was cold by the time it came out and we got our appetizers at the same time as the rest of our food . Friend that ate with me agreed that the pizza was about the same quality as dollar store frozen pizza. Gross lemonade, you can taste nothing but salt and powder, even after they replaced the drink I just ended up going with water. Over priced food honestly not worth the hype .

Great cocktails, terrible service. I was greeted and offered a menu. Ordered a cocktail (which was beautiful when it arrivedand when it came, I then attempted to order the Garlic Shrimp only to be told they were out and the server forgot to tell me. I said okay and asked for another moment to decide only to be abandoned by my server for 20 minutes before a new server came to ask what I would like. I ordered just truffle fries. I took pics of my drink and posted them online, perused the net for a while, all the while wondering where my fries were because at this point it had been 25 mins since ordering the fries. Eventually I finished my drink and pulled out my card and then a few min later here come my fries. I sent them back, paid for my drink and came back to my vacation rental apt and ate leftovers from yesterday. What a let down. BTW, it definitely was not busy.

The service was slow. The food was ok the drinks were ok. I would probably not go back.

Came to grab some food and a couple of drinks with a buddy around 5pm, with only about 3 other couples on table area already eating and drinking. Literally waited for 20 minutes before we had to walk out and go to BJs restaurant down the street since we didnt get attended not a single time. Not even for glasses of water since thats usually the first thing they offer. Terrible 1st time experience. Want to note they were well staffed...

The food, and service was FANTASTIC! I watched the manager sitting among the other customers. Any time he saw a customer need, he was there. I live in Bakersfield, I would drive there just to enjoy another great meal. Thanks to our server, Dennis. See you all soon

While i was there saw this come out the kitchen... Their head chef, she is so amazing words cant even begin to describe. Never before have i had such amazing food- not just at a bar setting, but overall. The Tavern is more than Glendales best bar, but they are Glendales best kept secret for tastiest food ever!

I guess the tavern just changed parts of the menu and I had an excellent veggie panini. It wasnt vegan but it might have been absent the pepperjack cheese. Nice bar service as well by friendly attentive barkeeps in spite of football playoffs crowd. We were there to watch games and there were plenty of screens and seats. Nice collections of bourbons and whiskeys a little light on other choices of liquors. But excellent 2 for 1 happy hour wells. Overall had a good time for some NFL watching at our of town location.

Found this place via the door staff at my hotel. Bartenders were a little aloof at first, but after I had more than one beer they seemed to warm up. Unfortunately they have what I would call a barely average craft beer selection. The wings were great. If Im ever back this way Ill get them with sauce on the side. Whatever they season them with first is great.

Not bad. Multiple screens to watch sports. The hot wings were pretty good. I do not recommend the mushroom burger.

When they get busy, they are understaffed, but the wait staff they do have hustle and are attentive. The happy hour drink specials are especially awesome and they have a very large beer menu as well as liquor. Indoor and outdoor seating. Street parking. The food is pretty standard bar fare, but is very good and the kitchen is fast.

Went there to watch the Masters. Ordered a club sandwich. It was good. They got plenty of beers on tap. Service is good, it can seat a large party if necessary. Plenty of TVs for easy viewing. At least 3 big screens at the bar.

Reviews on this place were good so I visited while traveling. Happy hour drink prices were good, food was decent. Service was sub par, I arrived during happy hour so it was busy and service was pretty spotty (understandable). However once place cleared out a bit and settled down the service became more infrequent, most of the staff were either talking to each other or in groups to several regulars. Felt like an afterthought that they were taking care of just enough until I left.Was a very cool bar setup with decent bourbon collection. Would probably not go back if I was visiting though.

One of the best pubs in Glendale! Live music every Tuesday or Thursday, especially love their jazz nights! Also, if youre a sports fan, there are always games on the TVs.© Meg Aghamyan

Wow love this place for Happy Hr and the food is really good. Try the wings extra crispy, oh my God has a really good taste. Cheap good service and great selection on Draft Beer

Great bar to visit with friends or to watch a game. The food is surprisingly good. One of my favorites is the ceviche. Not a place you expect to find good ceviche, but its always delicious. Wings and garlic fries are also really good, as is the calamari. They have this delicious Ace Bloody Orange hard cider on tap right now. Im gonna have to go back and empty that keg. 2 for 1 drafts until 7 p.m., plus other daily drink specials. Two thumbs up!!
