Tata Steel Zoological Park in Jamshedpur

This zoo is a nice one... You might not find many animals here but it is surely worth visiting.The cafeteria inside is too expensive so I would suggest carrying your own refreshments if you can.You also get the facility of open vehicles which charge a small amount of money. You can use them to travel inside the zoo.The zoo is most well kept around the 3rd of March which is the founders day.The best timing to visit the zoo would be between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.You need to buy tickets which is quite cheap.

Zoo was not well maintained and many animals werent there like Elephant, Reptiles etc. Cleanliness wasnt upto the mark and maps were also not present everywhere to guide the visitors. Trees and bushes were also not properly maintained and in proper shape. Safari also isnt available. Yes, you will get to see lion and tiger. The lake was beautiful and its view will make you feel good. Overall, it is good for one time visit.

A very nice place to learn about wildlife and nature. You can easily spend a full day with your family enjoying nature. This is a very good zoo housing almost all the animals. Visit a greenish place and a good air environment and one can spend the whole day here seeing the difference ..

Take A auto from mango bus stand and pay 20₹ and reach there. A good place for realxing but due to any alternate road all vehicles passes from. Inside. So if you stay near the road you can get lots of noise. We get entry form the back route. You can easily enter the zoo by buying ticket. And enjoy eating there but be concerned about its nature. Do not throw waste there.

This is a place where you can enjoy with your friends, family or as well as with your kids also. Here you can enjoy boating, animals seeing, eating, water park and some rides also. A full day planning is needed to enjoy the whole park.In morning time you can visit zoo area. Then in afternoon you can visit water park. Then in evening you can enjoy the rides and boating area.

Good zoo , this is my 2nd time visiting there , this time I missed something , it didnt seem like before , but still you can enjoy here a lot of things , I recommend you have to visit once , you would feel good .

I went to Tata Steel Zoological Park. The park gives a respite to people with long and tiring jobs in the city and makes them see and experience nature and wildlife in their most pristine form. It is great place to go.

Amazing Zoo But There Are Limited Animals And Snakes Are Not Available At Zoo Otherwise Very Nice Feeling And Very Clean Zoo

This park is in good condition, having pretty good maintenance. The thing that attracted me most during my visit in early June, is the greenary of the zoo. So much trees are there. Its really cool & relaxing.One may try e-vehicles inside the zoo, especially who are with children or elderly persons. The vehicle charges 50/- per head, completes the whole zoo in a 45 min ride.

Must visit, full of joy and fun only in 150Rs. Roller coster,Pirate Ship,Boating,Bumper car and many more.

Overall it was a nice experience.Best time to visit 10:00AM - 4:00PM

Amazing place for everyone. Its a small zoo in the heart of the city. You can walk if the weather is good. Else it is recommended to take a battery operated vehicle from the gate. Have 1 hour if you want a quick tour in a vehicle else 3 hours if you intend to walk

Tata Steel Zoological park is a relaxing place. You can enjoy watching Bengal tiger, Lion, Hippo, Black bucks, Birds, bear. My son enjoyed speaking to one of the bird Hillman. This bird speaks and speak in different sounds. While we are going around the zoo, there is a good sitting arrangements in case you want to take rest. Great place to visit with family. Relaxing place.

Best place to spend sometimes with family or friends.Zoo is not so big but you can see here many animals & all facility available here for to buy water and to take breakfast inside it in canteen.

We loved the e- ricksaw ride which gave us pleasure of safari. The zoo is nicely maintained by Tata steel Zoological society. The information board contains brief and concise information regarding various animals and this guide us about IUCN category of threatened, endangered species about various animals. This definitely creates awareness amongst citizen and kids. This also offers membership to bird Club and various job opportunity. A There are lots of places within zoo where a photographer can have interesting frames (separates charges for still and video cameras). Tickets, are available at entrance. On Monday, it is closed. I would like to request people visiting this place to keep it clean, follow guidelines, show good etiquette while observing wild animals.

Good for one time visit. The only thing which reminds you to come again is the seats near the lake and the shades.Have around 3km to walk to see animals. Can be maintained in more good condition.

Best place to spend some time with your friends and family members, whoever the zoo is not very big but the management has arranged everything is in good condition. Drinking water facilities is available in different location of Zoo.

Most beautiful place in Jamshedpur. I go here every weekend. Cleanliness and security are also taken care of very well here. There is also a separate park for children. i really like this place❤️❤️

Zoo is greatI have posted mostly every animal- bird picsBear,Lion was not spottedAnd many animals were seem to be missingButterfly house was emptyAnd there is place where they keep 5-6 animal bird including turtles ,but now the cages were empty and we could only find turtleThey need to bring more animals like snake , elephant, giraffe,ostrichThey fish pond was empty and full of algae

Good place to walk and see animals. Sunday its quite busy. There should be guard around tiger, lion and leopard cage as people disturb them a lot. Like screaming and pelting stone

I went to the Zoo with my family and it was a refreshing experience. My gratitude to the staff who maintains this Zoo and all the lovely animals so well.In future, I would love to see more animals like the Elephant, Giraffe, Panda and Kangaroo. Some exotic animals would be amazing too. But not necessary as it will create a lot of pain for the animals.

Tata Zoological park is one of the best place for enjoying with friends and family. I love this place so much. Lots of animals are there you can watch and enjoy specially childrens are enjoying. Inside environment is very good and safe and staffs are very cooperative.

Nice and big park. Good place for all who wants to spend a memorable time there. But requesting to all don’t throw packets n bottles or any kind of waste items. Dr. Manmohan Singh planted a baby tree on 22 April 2008 now its wonderful and a big tree but the name plate was full of dust I cleaned it and took pic because of that only i gave 4 rating.

Very well maintained by Tata steel. Abundant greenary and very soothing environment. 2 to 3 hrs are enough to roam around. You would find all spices of wild animals, birds and reptiles. Lake along side is very pleasing and calm.

This is one of the best place to visit in tatanagar. This zoo is located inside the zubili park which is maintained by Tata group. There are various types of animals and birds but there are many animals are unavailable like elephants and giraffe etc. Altogether this is good place to visit with your friends and family. You will spend great time here. There is also the facility of battery driven vehicle which you can rent for visiting inside the zoo.

Well maintained by Tata.it is situated inside jublee park. There are battery driven cars also for roaming inside tge zoo or one can walk. Its not so huge but there are many varieties of animals like tiger ,lion ,zebra,hippo,birds leopard etc.

Tourists can also visit the Nature Education Centre in the zoo,which gives information about the zoo animals. Other things to do in this zoo are to take a boat ride in the Jubilee Lake and walk along the nature Trail.

Its a good place to visit. Many animals and birds are here. The Cockatoos, Peacocks & Pheasants are very beautiful. The white deer, sambar & the hippo is so amazing..
